I already stated this in that thread. It is Howard Zinn speaking out using Matt Damon's body. It is from a book by Zinn, and Damon was one of many famous people that read stuff written by someone else for a special called, "The People Speak" from back in 2009. I am unsure why it is making the rounds of the internet now, or why it is being credited to Damon though many of the video titles state where it is from? I believe MD believes in Zinn's work, so maybe he wasn't paid, but he sure didn't write it.
