Here is more background to the Eric Dollard- Free Energy saga:

Previous versions of this film were removed by suppression Agent Aaron Murakami through a false copyright claim.

1. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes

The use of the Clip in question is clearly a "transformative work" as the clip was zoomed in 500%, recolored, slowed down and distorted as to bear no resemblance to the original work whatsoever. No company logo is visible thus "Asea"'s service mark is not visible.
2. The nature of the copyrighted work

The clips was from an interview with an Aaron Murakami which was posted to youtube .
3. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole

From a 2 minute interview only a 3 second clip was used. The clip was slowed down 400%, zoomed in 500%, and recolored and distorted as to bear zero resemblance to the original work. Over 3 different modifications were used. In no way does this constitute the "heart" of the work.
4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work

The use of the clip bears no resemblance to the original video, This work can be considered a parody of said individual "aaron Murakami" who is a convicted violent Felon.



This video tells a secret story of manipulation and madness. It is a true account of how the genius of Eric Dollard and the selflessness of the People have been shamelessly attacked by agents of suppression. The recent Machiavellian plot against Aetherforce that was hatched by known suppression agent Aaron Murakami resulted in the shattering of EPD Labs and the waste of thousands of donated dollars. However, this only one consequence of a much larger tragedy. This larger tragedy grows from one man's naked greed and another man's deep alienation from society and humankind.

Most of you will be shocked at the contents of this video. We at Aetherforce admit culpability for trying to preserve the Professor's good reputation while raising over 30 thousand dollars for his new lab, car, and glom. We did so because we hoped and believed that the Professor could conquer his demons once he saw that he had the full force of the People on his side. Many of us donated money, time, and enthusiasm to show the Professor that we embraced his ideas and that we had true affection for him as a person.

They suppressors, led by the self-promoting Aaron Marukami, thought that if they turned the icon of hope that we had created against us that it would break us and the knowledge and unity that was forming around our movement would dissolve. They would then be free to pursue the suppression of free energy and the monetization of their own dubious products.

Instead the opposite is happening.

Our victory is being watched by the world-at-large. Scores of researchers are already flooding to Aetherforce in droves. Everyone is thrilled to finally be part of a united front against suppression. This may be the best thing to come out of the present controversy, even more so than the knowledge itself. And that is the real purpose of this video.

The dream to build the Cosmic Induction Generator is still alive. It is time to accept that Dollard's theoretical contributions are all the Professor is capable of offering at this point. We hope that he will eventually overcome the challenges that face him and put his life back together. We also know this will never happen while he is under the "spell" of suppressors such as Aaron Murakami.

Already scientists and scholars from all over the world are joining Aetherforce and labs are popping up all around us. Everyone knows that knowledge of the aether is the best hope for humanity's future.

Why we don't have free energy. Yet.

I'm learning to trust my instincts, slowly. I did not have a good feeling about Dollard, yet I contributed when they were raising funds to establish him in his new lab.
I wish I had that money now to replace my iPhone, which had the wi-fi go kaput just after the guarantee ran out.

But on the other hand- the story isn't over yet....
Keeping my focus on it, and asking the Villagers to do the same.

Will have to watch later. Thanks for posting this transiten. I joined the Eric Dollard effort when Carmody said he was the real deal. It helps to have an opinion from someone you can trust. But I have not been giving the matter as much attention as I would like

Thanks for posting the decomposition of Dollard video, Ulli. If Dollard doesn't immediately get into treatment for addiction, well... he's "circling the drain" as a person and will never escape the downward spiral. I'd say the chance of him personally coming through this are exceptionally bleak* and the chance that he will ever help with free energy efforts are non-existent. As Wade Frazier has told us, the people surrounding the free energy scientists (family, friends, associates) are so effective at being gatekeepers and suppressors that Godzilla doesn't need to lift a finger. Eric's worst enemy is his addiction, which is to say himself. The destitution and the meth have damaged his mind/brain, and now cannot even discern enemies from friends. This Aaron character is a low-level Svengali thug - imagine how Eric could ever withstand suppression from higher level COINTELPRO-type agents.

The happy ending to this story will have nothing to do with Dollard recovering and contributing to free energy efforts, but underscore that there are people of high integrity and with truly world-loving, compassionate motives in the free energy field.

*(I know at least one counselor that will not even take a client addicted to meth, because recovery from meth addiction is near zero percent.)

To me this was a confirmation of what Wade Frazier has been saying all along,
but also that there is yet hope, if enough like-minded people start singing.

I am part of the near zero population, Dennis. No rehabilitation outreach program, government program, or other, would help me. I had full coverage insurance at the time that would not cover Rehab, stating that Meth addiction was not life ending,,, and one cannot OD from Meth. I was refused care a half a dozen times. I had to do it on mee own. I must say, without my family, it would not have been a success.

Incredible! And Mercury isn't even retrograde...i haven't looked that much into mundane astrology lately but something is going on for sure...and in this case perhaps it's just a synchronicity you two having transits reflecting this mixing of posts...

transiten, to be honest...
unless you have been involved in the Eric Dollard story from the beginning
and are now curious as to it is unfolding, I would advise you not to bother.
Why burden yourself unnecessarily?
It seems to me that it would be more in your interest to focus on uplifting stuff instead,
get your health in order....eyes are so important.
At least for one week, let only beautiful imagery stream in there.
I am very careful about balancing the dark stuff with light...
and switch to pleasant input the moment I'm a bit under the weather.

Ripples in time happen both forward and backward.

Which is apprently why I get electromagnetic wave phenomena occurring before the act or before the moment of shift in contemplation. (high hundreds of recollection of such, more like low thousands, ie, two today so far.)

Godzilla operates on this level.

It is not just the act itself, it is the echo-shift before it happens, The coming wave of change is sensed by this godzilla-ish thing, and it is found via that point of understanding being applied.

At least, with my understanding of the considerations involved, at the 'problem bigger than the mind contemplating it' level.

Conscious intelligence, the 3d intelligence, lives in the linear 3d timespace.

The unconscious or superconscious lives in a blend of both, at least from components of the viewpoint of the conscious ego-mind writing this.

So you can see that the problem is a bit more complex than it may initially appear to be.

Why any organization of mundane only efforts...seem to never be able to get it done.

It is 'temporal/dimensional shift sensing technology', that is apparently part of the blocking mechanism.

It helps limit the doorway and make the bar be appropriately high.

Bringing such a thing into the 3d world requires that both the mind and the object be one transformed aspect. Alchemical.

Transformational technology requires a transformed mind/life/existence/connection.

Where would you go for your paint-on outfit? The Body Shop I guess, but would that be the store of that name, or down at the local garage?

I was reminded the other day of these silly shop names like Athlete’s Foot for sports shoes, talk about shooting yourself in the foot (for those who don’t know, athlete’s foot is a fungus produced by sweaty socks). I walked past a restaurant called La Bouche des Goûts, meaning the mouth of tastes – more like an aftertaste in your mouth when you think it plays on ‘la bouche d’égout’, which is a manhole leading to the sewers.
