There are ways to simply check one's water fluoride (or beverage fluoride) levels.

An extremely low cost "Colorimeter" similar to the type of water testing that is done for swimming pool/spa water testing is available these days.

It uses some samples of water and some reagents (simple low cost testing chemicals used for creating a color change in the presence of the searched for substance) and shows in PPM parts per million the amount of fluoride present in the sample.

This is soo important for the health of our families and friends. Try to cook organic fresh, no diet/sugar-free anything. Mineral water from glass = no BPA. It's worth the extra effort. Our olde folks cooked organic from scratch, made their own juices, ate fruit. Even chewing gum is 'sugar-free' so AVOID!!! This film is great - sensible, logical and of course we need to cut population growth, but in a legitimate way - not covertly/illegally. The perpetrators of stealth-poisons are guilty of murder/manslaughter and should be tried for their crimes. No - have you read the whole book? The crux of it is that the elite are using covert and illegal means to depopulate the world - globally, using vile and pernicious methods. What the author is stating that there needs to be populations control, but OVERTLY - legally. Such as the one child policy in China in urban areas, or the 2 child policy in China for agricultural areas. At least that was OVERT. Our elite are sneaking around the world pretending to do good (Bill Gates et al) with their vaccines that cause infertility. They are putting fluoride in our water, putting BPA in our food packaging, utilising unlabelled GMO crops in our food, dousing us daily with airborne particulates which also damage the biosphere - plants/animals/insects without so much as requesting any of our permissions, and actually denying the depopulation agenda truth when questioned on any of these issues.
It's time we took a stand - and spoke out LOUD. Whatever is necessary has to be OVERT and LEGAL, not damage wildlife or plants, be agreed upon by all in the world.

I just removed 9 amalgam fillings one year ago and got them replaced by white fillings and do a amalgam detox diet now to get rid of mercury.

Did I just jumped from the stove into the frying pan?

I don't know about that. The evidence suggests strongly that this is exactly what is happening in the US.

This poisoning and depopulation has been PLANNED and carried out for a long time. They make us sick by poisoning our air, water and food and by injecting us with poisons. And then they poison us some more with their treatments. I believe that the real reason for the FDA's existence is to legitimize this poisoning; anything else it does is a cover for their criminal activities. An honest, objective review of the facts will lead to this conclusion every time, imo.

On the FDA's website, it says that "The Food and Drug Administration is the oldest comprehensive consumer protection agency in the U. S. federal government." (emphasis mine)

I have been doing everything to have my family away from these poisons by consuming only natural and unprocessed foods. In a week my biosand filter will be ready so we no longer have to drink from the city water supply system. I mentioned this in this forum as a form of suggestion to others. I understand you frustration, but if we unite, and post virally on sites and media health and political, tweet it and spread the word, "a worldwide awakening" can occur in every nation that is pushing fluoride in the water, and stripping iodine out the salt that protects the glandular thyroid with potassium/bananas.

Why do our foods cause the most illness in the world, and other countries don't sell them out, but OUR's does. Just look who's in leadership from NAFTA to SHAFTA, and the legislation passed at C-span archives on food, agriculture. They are boxing us in on ONLY their food system, which is poisonous. The people in Seattle and Canada have been warning us to stop them from coming on private small natural farms and killing the sheep and animals or pouring the whole milk from a cow non pasturized. They insist, and we have to resist. Boycotting during the spring and summer months will help others to have lower prices. They always raise the prices when there is high demand.

But floating this information with a title that says: "IS OUR GOVERNMENT INTENTIONALLY POISONING US?" and then explain in a paragragh and drop the link. Explain that's it's worth your and my child's life, that all humans that eat or drink, read the information on it. There is a "Flouride is Poison" video on You tube that tells of how they lied and said they did the studies on fluoride, and when the congress asked for the results, they found they had been lied to, and failed to cancel fluoride because of embarrassment after the fact.

I don't care who voted it it, it must be voted out. Perhaps explaining that "healthcare will rise by 50% in 20 years, if they continue to use fluoride. Even the Dr. Oz site will tell you about fluoride, if you ask him to honestly assess the history of fluoride and can he show the actual first studies results on it.

Oz will flip a cog when he finds out, he hates being played for a fool, and have his reputation at stake.
Also, Oz will tell the public, he's done it before with medical marijuana and the effects of marijuana on the population as far as being a possible cure for cancer.
If he did a show on pot, he'll do a show on fluoride that his little girl uses before going to bed. He's also into meditation, so he'll understand the calcification of the pineal gland from use of fluoride, that prohibits the flow of serotonin.

I agree that is why I have been posting materials on FB and ask those who like to share. I remember being thanked twice when I posted links on the danger of vaccines. The deeper they sleep the louder we make a noise. Perhaps the second time they encounter similar message curiosity will set in and the third time they will take a look. All it takes is for us to constantly do what needs to be done.

Salt in our country is forcibly "iodized" now they are not gonna do it if it is good for us AND THEY HAVE BEEN DRUMMING UP THAT IT IS GOOD FOR US. Be careful in what you believe in especially when you get the info from somewhere in a matrix that is about 90% deception because by then you only have a 10% chance of being correct. IODINE IS A POISON"
