I have not given up but have not had much success. I spent every morning for about 10 days but the best I achieved was some vivid dreams. I plan on starting Secret of the Soul soon, hopefully that will help me get out.

Patient? Understanding? What type of Dreams do I think I'm having? You're joking, right???

I read your artical, written by two people who read a bunch of books by other people and did some "Dream" testing on their own, and then formed an opinion of those other peoples work on a subject that they themselve do not do. At no point in their artical did they mention that which they themsleves, "Experienced" while out of body.

Astral Projection... and Lucid Dreaming... hold NOTHING, in common. NOTHIN...

You wander in here and read one post and tell me to be patient, after I've been here for over a year and half, sayin the very same things over and over. Read William Buhlmans books! And when you can "Undersatnd" them... you will go out of body. As I did. THEN... after becomin experienced with Astral Projection, you can learn how to "Split" your Immortal Spirit Self, from your Astral form. Then you will be able to "jump" to anyplace you wish, and then "pull" your "Pysical" body to where your Spirit is. AND, once you do so, you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt... That, you ain't "****"in dreamin.

I read your artical, now go read my entuire thread if would care to get up to speed on what I do and don't. Hey! Maybe you'll be the very first on this forum, to do the Buhlman method. ccc.

this seem to be the thing around here so many believe because they have read a few books and somehow believe they are experts in this phenomenon, what you say I can achieve with out your help thank you very much. is this information that I provided any less credible then what you have put down on the table I don't think so. You don't get it just because this technique works for you it isn't going to work for others and there are only a few that will ever be like me or you that's just the facts live with it, I have tried to teach others but I just got frustrated like apparently you are. you can play basketball for years but you will never be better then michael jorden regardless of the time he enters into the game so if you think how long you have been here means anything to me your wrong. I have been having obes for as long as I can remember not lucid dreams and not astral projection these are only dreams for me. It sounds as though you still need to read more for you are still only in a dream complex but none the less a dream experience. and as for you sayin the same thing over and over has that gotten you anywhere but made people angry or avoid your post, year and a half WOW. I'm not a nubee to this experience and there is nothing you are going to teach me so as for those that need your help, yea be patient. perhaps you forgot the little phrase that you have on the bottom of you post " this is my journey not yours listen to no-one find your own truth " but yet you post this how funny.

I don't doubt for a moment that you've experienced many thousands of OBEs. Yet these experiences don't appear to have assisted you in

1. writing in a way that makes it easy for others to understand. (Please also use paragraphs to break up your posts to make them easier to read -- it really makes a difference!)
2. spiritual groundedness and balance (you come over sometimes as arrogant and separate from other people, and at the same time you seem obsessed with your differentness)
3. sharing your experiences in any way that others can understand easily. (I got your PMs, and I confess I could barely understand them.)

I am sorry for not being clear, and writing in a way that may seem confusing, and I also apologize for coming off as arrogant. I have lived with this my whole life and I know others have to, but
when I really needed answers there wasn't an internet and it seemed as though nobody could understand, or even wanted to listen. The reason for my shortness is I'm still trying to decide as to whether or not I want help with this.
I did pm you but at that time I was scared of what I was seeing and being told, I should have waited till I had more information, I'm still learning. I am starting to settle down a bit and seek common ground with what I have been
experiencing.

There are allot of people here asking questions, and I found my self jumping in feet first just wanting to help.
I only wish that there were sites like this when I was young, I may have handled things differently in my life.
I found sirdipswitches comments and overall attitude to be poor so I rushed in and spoke to quickly, my heart really goes out to these kids that are just finding there way, it really hurts me inside to have them talked to in this way.
I will try harder to avoid these types of confrontations and I would like to here sirdipswitches experiences to.
Have you ever been on the fence as to whether or not you should help? or just stand by and do nothing, well this is how I feel.

I like puzzles, and when I put a puzzle together, I may have many parts of the puzzle started all over the table,
each small section is as complete as I can get it at the time. The puzzle as a whole is not complete, but the many sections are, I am trying to connect them to quickly trying to see the whole picture
this also is contributing to the fragmented thoughts in my posts, and some excitement. I apologize for this and will try to refrain from this habit in the future.

powessy, since you won't go back and read the rest of my story, all those little ccc's that I put after stuff, are just little chuckles. Cuz I chuckles a lot. Cuz I think y'all is so funny. And cuz I'm really a very happy go lucky sort of people. And everybody else knows from "Followin" my thread, that when I'm chewin on someone it's because I love them so much that I want them to be able, and do that which I do. And to let them know how much I "dislike" them listenin to people tellin them how to interpret their Dreams. And listenin to people tellin them how to negotiate the Astral Realms, cuz the only place I believe in goin in the Astral, is to High Self and Source. Yep! Cuz the Astral is even more controled by the powers that be, than this here physical plane that we 're on. Yep! Is! That's why all them spirit guides and angels are so helpfull to you... it keeps you away from HS/Source and learnin your TRUTH.

ALL the great experts in the OBE community are still wanderin around the Astral tryin to figure it out. Even my mentor, William Buhlman. When he told me through his books how to get to My HS, I became obsessed with gettin to Him, and ONLY Him. AND, that is the only place I went, untill "I" knew who I was, what I am, and ALL that is possible for us to do.

My story has been unfolding on this thread just as it is happening. All of this is as new to me, as it is to you, hearing it. And I'm havin an absolute ball with it. And so are the 23 other people now doing as I do, by following the Buhlman methodology. But... not one (1) of them are on this Forum. Nope! Just people I've met round my hometown, that I gave the name of those two books, and they went and learned how ya do it on their own, "without any help" from me. They all, called me "after" goin astral and hookin up 24/7s' with their HS/Source, and 7 of them are now "jumpin" point A to point B, instantly. Physically. With anything they care to take with them, that ain't bolted down. cccc.

Nope! Don't bother to even ask! We ain't gonna jump to your house for coffee. Source don't come down here and do "tricks" for us, and neither do we. We are just like Source..(cc we are Source) you can believe us... or not. Makes no never mind to us. one way or the other. cc

Hey squirt!!! I too still have very aware dreams, but it ain't got nothin to do with astral projection. They don't mean any more to me than watchin a good movie on netflix. ccc.

I don't pick on you much cuz I know your schedual, and am Impressed that you can get time in to try it at all. Your HS knows also and with your persistance in the manner that you "are" attempting, will pay off in the long run. It may just take a little longer, but it will work. The only problem I see you having, is the very same as everyone else on "this" forum. Letting too many people, who don't know how to do what you want to do... "influence" your thinking.

Jake, the middle man feeling is your HS, between you and Source, and the far larger part that you are feeling, is Source. You are now very close to "walking in the your power" , that I keep talking about. Now that you have found Him, keep Him close. Lay down some ground rules for contacting Him, and how you wish to interact with Him. It is YOUR game, and He is there to do as YOU wish. Stand tall my freind, and be the Immortal Spiritual Being, that you are. You do not need to meditate on this. You may now get "ALL" of your questions answered by Him. Do not give Him rest, be a pest, as I am, and He will be there 24/7 for you, for Spirit never sleeps. It is only this human form that needs sleep. And now when He makes you suddenly crack up in laughter, your freinds will think you're nuts, as mine do me. I now just look at them and say that George just told me a funny. They roll their eyes and ignore me. ccccccccc.

Remember me saying to be carefull what you think, for you just may get it? When you told him; "Can I see you again?" Was a "dismissal" statement that said you were done. He left. hmm. Tricky eh?

Also I would like to mention, for all reading this, is that it is not a good idea, to be touching someone, or something else, when you're attempting to do OBEs, (such as your wife, or dog,) as their energy can have great effect on your experience. One night I was settling in to start an OBE, and suddenly got the "vission" of my face in a bowl of dog food, and was instanly wide eyed awake, and wondering what that was about, and then realised that my dog was lying right next to me. ccc. Needless to say I made her go to her bed. cc. Yes I was nice about it, and no she wasn't hungry, there is always food in her bowl.

The sadness you feel is His sadness, because of your absence from doing OBEs. YOU, are His reason for being. There is nothing He would like better, than to "STAY" with you. ALL of our High Selves, go through this very same sadness, from us not recognizing their existance. Be a pest, keep Him close. Give Him a name, and when you call on that name He will be there instantly. And you can talk to Him no matter what you are doing. You will no longer need to go into "Trance", to talk with HIm.

Now, you have choices. I made the choice to find out who I am, where I came from, what I have been doing, and how long I have been doing it. I learned how to explore the Universe, this world, other worlds, and how to go to Hospitals, and Cemetaries, to help stranded Spirits go to higher levels. I now know what I am, and when I walk through the gates of Hell they tremble, for they know what I am also, and they don't dare try to stop me from bringing traped Spirits out with me.

I am trying to understand from others much more experienced than I am... so please forgive me if I sound a bit naive. My thinking is 'as above, so below.' Therefore, is it possible that when we enter the astral plane, we are actually entering a different space, a different world where that other spirits call home and that we are mere visitors? If I were to assume that the answer to this is 'yes', and if I were to assume that balance requires that there be both 'good' and 'evil' forces in such a place, would I be completely incorrect???

There is one fundamental thing that we keep forgetting and that is that this is all a wayshower to us how to get in touch with Creator.

So many times I would see here how sirdipswitch would point out about getting in deep connection with HS thus your own soul thus further on with Creator of life and Love itself.
But we seem as group on this thread stuck with questions about dimensions and astral... that is all important but does not come before the connection with Creator.

When the connection is fully established then all questions will be answered.
Power is there along with holy spirit.

Let us not get sidetracked here. First thing first if we want the true knowledge and experiences.
Else we will stray aside being caught in lower knowledge and its powers...
Main thing is above.
And only Love can open a gateway towards this connection, thus power, thus unity with God.

Yep!!! Astrals a "difrnt" place. Just as "real", as this here "Physical" place. And even more filled with all sorts of kreepy little Gremlins, than this place. As I keep stating, the Astral is even "more" controlled by Trickery and Deception, than this here Physical Realm. All those nice Spirit Guides and Angels, will "KEEP" you in confusion, for eternity, without you "ever" making it to your High Self. HS/Source, is the "Only" place you need to go. And it is only there, that you will have all of your questions answered as to "Who" and "What" YOU really are.

Had you read my entire thread, you would know this. That is if you understand that which you do read, for there are many on this forum, that cannot seem to understand simple instructions. No-one on this forum, has been able to figure out William Buhlmans methodology, as presented in his two books, (that are discussed on this thread) and go astral by it. And none have even gotten close from the aspect of that which I have placed...

Maybe those of us are still missing something. Maybe you could fill in a little bit more between the lines or is that considered cheating?

I have ordered the books and will let you know what works out for me or I will simply become another one of the lost ones on this thread unable to attain escape velocity.
