I downloaded and printed this important book (an excellent, fascinating read), but unfortunately there are some errors in the scan, the following pages are missing: 86 & 87, 202 & 203, 208 & 209. I searched online and couldn't find an alternate pdf with the missing pages, but did find this site ....

Well, thank you, Eva. Yes, I am familiar with James Rink and his Super soldier material, Mm.. I think I may skip this one for now.

As an aside note, this thread is becoming a real treasure trove and I have already finished three books from what was posted here. Many thanks from the heart to everyone posting their recommendations on this valuable thread.

Just for information (which I hope is encouraging!) -- I downloaded them all, and the files were 100% virus-free.
