I'm confused. But not really. Does everyone or anyone realize that you astral project every time you go to sleep?
That's pretty easy to do too as techniques go.
There's a distinct advantage in that we think it's dreaming and know none of it matters, so it doesn't mess with our heads so much.
And you only have to remember what's useful.
Hello Markpierre it's not so easy for everyone, Your ability to astral project is one way your higher mind uses to teach you things depending on your nature and intent. This method is for all those that don't have your ability to communicate with their higher selves or at least will make them realize there is something more there. If all you are doing is dreaming then there is nothing to fear. Wouldn't it be nice to direct your dreams or astral projections and to realize they have purpose. The intent we all should have is to become aware and to awaken if this is not your intent then a dream is only a dream.
I think you missed me. I said EVERY TIME YOU SLEEP (lets qualify that to dream, remembered or not) you are astral projecting.
Consciousness doesn't sleep. It doesn't stop engaging with totality.
Lucid projection is useful to whomever it's useful to. If it's not useful, it probably wouldn't occur to you to try.
If it doesn't happen, it isn't necessary. I'd only like to point out that preoccupations with the astral are less useful than what's in your face right now. That's what you've been given to work with.
No one misses out on what their higher Selves want them to become aware of.
There aren't some who can and some who can't. There are some who get it one way,
and some who get it in others.
Ya it's a hoot to guide your own dreams. What's the point of it? I'm there to learn what I don't know,
not what I already do.
