I don’t agree with much of it but I suspect that the underlying story is fairly accurate in content.
There seems to be some confusion of terms and names within the article but I suspect that will be down to some mental confusion following the murder attempt on the poor man.

Beyond that, it fits in with the Tall White Nordics of Kobekli Tepe and the Thuatha D’Anu traditions. I would describe all of these northern tribes as being Celtic and so all have similar traditions and similar knowledge.

The second attachment is about very ancient Megalithic sites in Australia that pre-date the Aboriginals. [Will post it later]

THE BOCK SAGA: AN ANCIENT TIME CAPSULE

One of humanity's greatest challenges lies in the effort it takes to adopt new perspectives while utilising old belief systems in order to steer a course towards the best possible future. This challenge is constantly in conflict with established belief systems relating to our past, present and future, for these belief systems are the central wheels of the academic hierarchy, involving all aspects of humanity including religion.

Many of us are only just coming around to the realisation that civilisation was indeed thriving and highly evolved in our ancient past. With each day that passes and each new discovery that comes to light, the truth of this is more and more difficult to ignore or deny.

Consider for a moment that our ancestors knew that their civilisation was facing natural disasters and cataclysmic changes. Would they have had the foresight into our future to create a mandate and provide future descendants with time capsules containing their knowledge and experiences? Absolutely! We can say that with certainty, for we are really no different today in that respect.

There is now a strong and growing body of evidence indicating that the Bock Saga is such a time capsule, containing knowledge allegedly dating back more than 50 million years. According to the Saga, it was decreed over 10,000 years ago that the surviving Bock family would release the information in 1984, and not before. It was perceived that by this date, human genetics would once more have the capacity for wholeness, enabling people to understand how to live in harmony with nature and each other and therefore properly utilise the information.

Is the information contained in the Bock Saga true and, more to the point, is it accurate?
Time will tell. This article is merely an introduction to the astounding wealth of rare knowledge that is being presented by Ior Bock, who, as the last surviving descendant of the Bock family, is entrusted with the keys to its resurrection.

In the 1980s, a group called The Positive Foundation came together to begin excavation in an area near Helsinki in Finland, which is believed to be the location of Lemminkäinen Temple. According to the Bock Saga, within the Temple's hidden halls there is to be found a repository of human knowledge and existence on our planet dating back millions of years.

THE ROLE OF IOR BOCK IN THE SAGA
Ior (pronounced ee-or) Bock was born on 17 January 1942. His father, Knut Victor Bockström, died on 11 May 1942. At that time, only three members of the Bock family remained: Ior, his mother Rhea and his sister Rachel.

After his father died, Ior was adopted by a man named Bror Gustaf Bertil Svedlin and his name was changed to Bror Holger Bertil Svedlin. Svedlin died in 1950 when Ior was eight years old. In March 1968, Ior reclaimed his original family name.

From the age of seven, Ior sat with Rhea and Rachel every day to listen to and learn the family tradition of the Bock Saga. He was not allowed to ask questions through these sessions, as it is considered that one learns more by listening than by talking.

According to Ior, the Saga is based largely on the teaching of sounds, which must be heard and experienced, and therefore it has been passed down orally from generation to generation in this way. Each descendent was taught from the age of seven to the age of 27, for it took 20 years to comprehend and master this knowledge. Thus the Saga was transmitted to Ior through the years 1949 to 1969.

As a young man, Ior gained employment as the head guide of the Museum Fortress of Viapori (Sveaborg) in Finland. Each year he spent time in Goa, India, putting together the historic theme for the following season at the museum. In the summer of 1968, Ior made his first academic presentation at the museum. In the years that followed, he became a very well known and respected historian and was involved in the development and production of a number of television documentaries.

In 1984, Ior began to relate his family history and the details of the Bock Saga. When the information was first released by Ior, it caused a controversy. It was met with a great deal of disbelief and there were accusations that the Saga was just a set of stories.

Many of the detractors are now reconsidering their position due to astounding and significant discoveries made over the past few years—discoveries which seem to confirm that the Saga is indeed based on fact, not fiction.

In June 1999, Ior was attacked by a man at his sister's apartment in Helsinki. He was stabbed in the back a number of times and his heart stopped for 10 minutes. Paramedics managed to revive him, but the attack left him a quadriplegic.

Nearly three years later, Ior can now drink tea with very little assistance, yet he manages to continue his daily talks and release of the Bock Saga material. His mind is still very clear and he smiles, even though nearly all that he had has been taken from him.

SOUND CODES OF THE SAGA
Science has now come to the understanding that we originate from light and sound. According to the Bock Saga, our civilisation has only just re-evolved to the level of this basic understanding. It is therefore understandable that the Saga should come to light at this time.

The Saga deals with a sound system that was utilised and understood in complete detail many millennia ago—a technology based on light and sound that also incorporated a spiritual understanding of how to work with "nature orally", i.e., "naturally". But somewhere in the darkened mists of our past, that knowledge was lost and therefore so was our ability to utilise it.

The Saga, given as an oral transmission, conveyed and maintained in correct form, via the Ring, the alphernas beten or alphabet, the Kela of sound. The alphabet is in the original Rot (pronounced root) language and the Van (Finnish) language. The teachings reveal a natural sound code within the language, which contains and retains keys of information. The sound system creates an internal logic within the Saga. It is understood that this system creates an encoding within the brain that triggers genetic memory. In this way, the narrator of the Saga transmits the information, thus enabling the listener, after 20 years of learning, to take the Saga forward. (In fact, contained within the word saga itself— sa meaning "receiving" and ga meaning "giving" in both Rot and Van languages—is an understanding that one must first receive before being able to give.)

So the Bock Saga is chiefly an oral tradition based on the teaching of sounds. It is not a written tradition, as it must be heard and experienced. Therefore, most of this information to date has been obtained from a series of audiotapes, particularly as there is very little reference material available.

This article is based upon my understanding of these tapes.

The use of English-language spellings to convey the original sounds is a challenge. For instance, the name Oden is pronounced as oo-den. Other words may have similar sounds but quite different meanings in English. For example, the English word "heathen" comes from hi-den (pronounced hee-den), meaning "whole" and "worthy", and is not meant to have a derogatory connotation.

The Holy Grail of languages is but one small fragment of the knowledge contained within the kela of sound. Human history, philosophy, health, well-being and, most importantly, the understanding that we are all one are critical parts of these teachings.

In antiquity, at a time when this knowledge was common, there existed a communal philosophy: one breeding, information system, one giving system, one Ring which created health and well-being.

Our ancestors understood that this generation would be ready to receive its birthright: the knowledge of our origins, contained within the Saga. The question remains: are we indeed ready?

THE ORIGINS OF HUMANITY
The Saga is a history and mystery so huge that it defies description. To date, Ior Bock has released information about four major periods in Earth's history: Paradise time, Atlantis, the time following Atlantis, and the New Times. All of this knowledge is known as the Väinämöinen mythology.

According to the Saga's history of evolution, which dates back to the first seeds of life on this Earth, the seeds grew and evolved to a point where eels formed. Eels then gave rise to frogs, which eventually evolved into monkeys. At some point, the genetics of the monkey and the goat (the bock, also the symbol of the Bock family) were combined to create the first two humans, Frej and Freja. The Saga does not say who was responsible for these genetic manipulations.

This creation occurred around the North Pole, where the Sun circled and never set. Surrounding the Pole was a land that became the Motherland. It was known as Odenma or Uudenmaa.

At its centre was Hel, meaning "clear", "home" and "complete". The humans were known as [I]pi-pol[/] (pronounced pee-pol, meaning "people"). All knowledge could be understood within the Pole and the Ring. (It is significant to note that binary mathematics is based on 0 and 1, a ring and a pole.)

Uudenmaa, the garden of Oden—which later became known as Eden—was located in what is now southern Finland. It was a tropical paradise and the home of the first people, known as the Aser.

Ringlands were created outside of Uudenmaa, and within each Ringland the breeding system was put in place. The people who lived outside of Uudenmaa were known as the Vaner people, and their language was Van, meaning "One".

Within the kela of sounds which make up the Rot language was the knowledge of how to be one with nature and our plan-et, plan meaning "plan" and et meaning "family"—a family plan to create wholeness. Men and women were equal. The man had his-story ("history") and the female had miss-story ("mystery"). Both understood the knowledge of how the light of the Sun, known as Oden, enables all things to grow and is everything.

Oden also represented the knowledge of the Court of Aser. One Ring, whole and complete, one giving, breeding system, Yehova ("give to the Court of Aser") was in Uudenmaa, with Hel at its centre. With this knowledge and its proper utilisation, the Aser was considered healthy, whole and complete. (The name Yehova was eventually changed to Jehovah, and "God [good] within" became "God in Heaven".)

From the beginning of Christian times, the heathen system (and all it represented) was hunted down and removed or destroyed. Women were excluded from this new system because much of the miss-story, the female mystery, had become taboo ("taboo"), ta meaning "to give" (to germinate the seed, which is feminine), b standing for borg (meaning cast-el or "castle"), the breeding system, and oo representing Oden the Sun and knowledge to make things grow healthy.

Under the heathen system, Shiva represented the energy of the Sun reflected by the Full Moon once a month; the knowledge of the Moon and monthly cycles. The male and female essences—sperma and sav—were regarded as whol-i ("holy"), and when respected and shared correctly they created a healthy and whole i-moo-en ("immune", meaning "in the mouth") system.

It was the woman's right to choose when to be a mother, by way of the dream of Lucia. This happened on 13 December, Lucia Day. 24 December was Fest-i-val (Festival) Day, when the Disas (the "Stem Mothers") were impregnated by the Lemminkäinen (the Bock) inside Odenma. Also on this day, the prospective Vaner fathers stood on ped-i-stals ("pedestals") naked, with erect penises, so that the self-chosen mothers could look their "heart's desire" in the eye and choose
the one they liked. 25 December was Jule Tide, the birthday of the Sun (not the Son of God). On 26 December, the men chosen on Festival Day had to pass physical tests to prove their fitness to be a father. This day was known as Bock-sing Day—now Boxing Day.

But with the arrival of Christian times, the original importance and meanings of the language were changed, lost or corrupted. Under the Christian system, respect for and sharing of sperma and sav became taboo—in other words, restricted and forbidden. Consequently, the woman was denied her natural worth and equality. Instead of sperma and sav being honoured, they became ill-used and wasted. Men and women could no longer understand the history and mystery to assimilate
the seed of knowledge, and did not follow the breeding system and create wholeness with Oden.

THE CONTINUUM OF LIFE
Paradise Time
In the heathen system, certain trees were regarded as sacred. Among these were the ash tree and the oak tree. Ancient records would seem to show that people had a lifespan of nearly a thousand years.

In Paradise time, one's lifespan could have been very long indeed. When a person died, they were cremated and their ashes were scattered around the base of the ash tree. The soul was then able to be absorbed by the roots and ascend through the tree trunk, branches and leaves, to leave this plan-et whole. This may explain why so few remains of the people of that time have been found. In Christian times, these family trees were systematically destroyed.

According to the heathen system of knowledge, Frej was the first Bock ("goat") and Freja was the first "nanny goat", called the Svan ("swan"). They understood the alphabet, the kela of sound.

This then enabled them to understand the system of procreation they were to initiate to ensure that all humans born would be god (pronounced "good"). Frej and Freja had at least 12 sons and seven daughters. This first family became the Piruet family. At its head were Per ("Allfather") and Ella ("Earthmother"). The 12th son became the new Bock who mated with Svan to create a further 12 sons and seven daughters.

The first son of Frej and Freja was named Ra, and the first daughter was Maya. Ra and Maya became the teachers—the King and Queen—at the age of 27 years old, and their task was to maintain the hidden heathen knowledge. But as teachers, Ra and Maya were not permitted to have children. (It is interesting to note that in some Scandinavian countries, even into the 20th century, teachers were not allowed to have children; if they did, they were no longer allowed to teach.)

Through the descent of the family line, three more breeding-group tiers were formed: the Jarlet, Karlet and Trelet lines. These became the Vaner people ho lived outside of Uudenmaa. From this point, the original Bock then mated with a Svan from the Vaner people. In this way, a second-tier breeding group was created within Uudenmaa.

There were then two groups within Uudenmaa: the Piruet and the Roset Aser people. From the Roset family, the 12th son was the Rabis, who became the breeder for each Ringland and was also known as the Allfather.

The Time of Atlantis
According to the Saga, over 50 million years ago the ancient ones saw that there was a change taking place on our planet. Some scientific studies indicate that the first Ice Age began 65 million years ago, but this time-line is based on techniques that may be flawed.

The Saga says that the first major changes occurred just over 50 million years ago, resulting in a shifting of the pole, causing all the lands to become ice. This was known as the time of "All the lands ice"—Altlandis, otherwise known as Atlantis. Atlantis was not so much a location as it was a time in history.

Anticipating this major change, the Aser set up 10 locations around the world so that the Vaner people could survive the ice time. Afterwards, there were 10 breeding systems that became 10 different races of people with 10 different languages, all based on the original Rot/Van languages.

When the ice came, the Aser were cut off from the Vaner people. Largely due to a warm gulf-stream current flowing into the Gulf of Finland, the region of Uudenmaa remained ice-free.

The Time after the Ice
According to the Saga, the Second Ragnarök, or the Second Destruction, occurred just over 10,000 years ago when the ice began to melt rapidly. Foreseeing what was to come, the Aser built boats to accommodate their people, animals, food and other supplies and sailed to islands that were high above sea level. This small group of near-Arctic human beings called their hideout in

Gotland Noa-tun ("new yard"). This was the origin of the Noah's Ark story. At this time, the Temple was closed and Hel was covered in ice. The surviving Aser people were able to return to Hel just over 9,000 years ago when the waters receded. Hel became known as Hel-sing-ki (now Helsinki) and the original sound/breeding system was re-established.

The Third Destruction
In AD 1050, a papal army surrounded Uudenmaa and slaughtered most of the remaining Aser. All things associated with heathen times were either removed or
destroyed. This period is known as the Third Ragnarök, or the Third Destruction. Two families escaped this slaughter: the Bockström (Bock) and Raström (Ra) families.

The extermination of the bloodlines was in fact the very purpose behind the Crusades and the search for the Holy Grail. The Holy Grail was the bloodline of the King and Queen and of all the heathen people. The Crusades conducted by the ruling Church continued for hundreds of years. Part of this extermination—the removal of the Roset family lines—took place with the War of the Roses.

In 1248, an agreement was made between the Bockström family and the Christian King of Sweden, Birger Jarl. It allowed the family to return to Uudenmaa, but in exchange for their silence and absolute non-involvement in politics—until the time came for the Bock Saga to be released to the public in 1984.

THE ASER TEACHERS
Through history, the intent of the great teachers has been to elevate the human spirit and goodness (God-ness) within the human condition. However, in many cases, their teachings have been significantly altered over the course of time by certain vested interests set on wielding power and dominion over others.

The names of various Aser teachers are recorded in the Bock Saga. These teachers were sent out to reconnect the Vaner people to their heritage and to Oden, and many of them were sent all over the world. In a number of ancient locations, records, carvings and other monuments attest to the arrival of a Caucasian people who were very tall and had blond or red hair, the men among them having beards. These people came in boats without oars or paddles, and were regarded as gods among men. It was also recorded that these people came from the north, from the seat of power, and that their knowledge of all things was complete.

Some of these Aser teachers are well recorded in history. They were male and female, as the people needed both to create the his-story (history) and miss-story (mystery). Within the Saga, some well-known names of the family of Aser include Buddha, Jesus, Krishna, Mohamed and Moses (Muses, a feminine reference).

Over 10,000 years ago, according to the Saga, it became apparent that human genetics was changing. Even though efforts were made to reconnect the Vaner people, it was foreseen that not until the latter part of the 20th century would the human condition be evolved enough to assimilate once more the information contained in the Saga. Thus it was determined that the Saga should not be brought to light until 1984, for at this time there would finally exist the possibility that man and woman could conceive a child that was both inwardly and outwardly whole.

It is relevant to note that in the last 15 or so years, children have been born who reportedly have three strands of DNA. These children are highly gifted and have abilities far beyond what is considered normal for most people. Their psychic powers enable them even to be aware of and communicate telepathically with other children around the world who are like-wise gifted.

THE SEARCH FOR LEMMINKÄINEN TEMPLE AND FAMILY FORTUNES
In Paradise time, in every generation the people came together to reconnect to the Ring of sounds and knowledge to further their love and understanding. With them they brought their finest arts and crafts, much of which was in the form of gold. Gold was honoured because the fire of the Sun is within and it lasts forever. This was a giving to Yehova.

Lemminkäinen was the name given to Bock, the breeder. Lemminkäinen Temple was created in honour of the Bock in an area known as Tuna, located inside Uudenmaa. The arts and crafts were fortuna ("fortune") and were put on display for all to see; they were known as the art-i-facts ("artefacts").

Proof of the Bock Saga is to be found in Lemminkäinen Temple and the Bock family treasure chambers. According to the Saga, the entrance to the Temple lies deep beneath the earth, 30 kilometres east of Helsinki (Hel). The Temple was created within a hill, and the domed area at the top was used for ceremonies.

Below this is an area 250 kilometres in diameter. Within this area there is a golden spiralled stairway leading to halls housing the artefacts. Each hall represents the lifetime of a Lemminkäinen (Bock). In front of each hall stands a life-sized golden statue representing the Bock at the age of twenty-seven. The Temple became the mu-see-them ("museum"), said to contain artefacts dating back to the beginning of human knowledge.

Lemminkäinen Temple was closed in AD 987 because the heathen people could foresee that Christian armies would invade in the future. It was at that time that permission was given to the remaining Bock to re-open the Temple one thousand years later in 1987.

Prior to 1987, a group of people came together in a partnership known as The Positive Foundation and began excavations to reach the Temple. In the Foundation's booklet, they report:
...we had information that the entrance was sealed with big stone blocks. Indeed, we found three perfectly cut stone plates piled one on the other. The plates were about 5 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.5 metres thick. After removal, at the bottom of the monolith we found two more stones of about 4 metres x 2.5 metres x 1 metre. These stones fit the former entrance exactly. Behind these stones, we expected to find a big room, the so-called water lock. However, this room was filled with a cement-like mass.

The team had excavated a tunnel over 40 metres deep, 6 metres wide and 3 metres high, which descended with an approximate 15-degree gradient. According to information provided by Ior Bock, the hall should end in a room from which three corridors are accessed, with the middle corridor leading to the upper dome of the Temple. Unfortunately, the cost of further excavation exceeded the Foundation's budget, and the Finnish Government and the National Board of Antiquities (Museovirasto) were unwilling to provide funding, help or support.

In 1991, the Foundation's last sponsor stopped supporting the project. Later that same year, a geophysical analysis of the location was conducted using a sub-surface imaging radar (SIR) system. At 25 metres below the ground, at a coordinate designated by Ior Bock, it picked up a dome-shaped hollow space with a roof, potentially made of metal.

A picture of the ground condition at the excavation site indicates that only a few more metres of excavation had to be carried out for a breakthrough to be achieved. As at May 2002, this breakthrough has not yet been achieved.

Ior Bock

GOLDEN BOCKS, CRYSTAL BALLS AND REGALIA

According to Ior Bock, there are other artefacts of the heathen culture buried in various locations across Finland. Specifically, there are three golden bock statues (as stated previously, the Bock family's symbol is the goat) as well as three crystal balls and the regalia of the last King of the Aser.

Ior says that two golden bocks and two crystal balls are buried in Snappertuna, about 70 kilometres west of Helsinki. This land is now the property of the Church and is also a nature reserve.

The third golden bock, the third crystal ball and the regalia are buried in the courtyard of Kajaani Castle, about 600 kilometres north of Helsinki. This is the oldest and most northerly royal castle known in the world. Ior explains that the Kajaani Castle site served as an old breeding centre thousands of years ago.

On 12 October 2000, the SIR was used in the courtyard at Kajaani Castle. The radar system detected at five metres below the ground, at the exact spot where Ior Bock had indicated, a large metal box fitting the description and dimensions which Ior had provided.

Kajaani Castle is now the property of the Finnish state. So far, the Government of Finland, the National Board of Antiquities (Museovirasto) and the Church have refused permission for the castle's courtyard or any other of these sites to be excavated.

THE KELA OF SOUND

We are now moving towards the latter end of the 20-year period since this information was first released in 1984. Much has been revealed, yet much is still to be revealed.

According to Ior Bock, the Rot/Van languages are the basis of all languages on our planet. The Finnish language today is very complex. Each word can be used in one of at least 165,252 forms, cases or tenses. The English language is close to the original Rot sound system. However, the unique capacity of the Rot/Van languages to contain so much variety is in stark contrast to the English language, which uses only relatively few tenses such as past, present and future. Further, each sound (letter) within the Rot/Van language has unique meaning and each word can be assimilated from front to back, from back to front and from the middle out.

The kela of sound, the alphabet, the Ring, is made up of 29 sounds and combinations thereof. There are 23 sounds in one Ring and seven outside of the Ring. There are 10 clear vocal sounds (vowels), with the remainder being combination sounds. The sound i (pronounced ee) is repeated, so altogether there are 29 different sounds. Within the alphabet, the first i represents the Bock; the i stem represents the penis of the Bock and the dot represents the sperm. The second i represents the Allfather and is also pronounced ee (as in I Ching, pronounced ee-ching).

Ta is "to give" ("to germinate the seed knowledge") and rot means "the sounds". Therefore, to ta-rot ("tarot") is to "create the knowledge of sounds". The ancient learning system of the Tarot appears to have changed and now only contains the 23 main sounds, which are represented in the Major Arcana of Tarot cards. The Major Arcana has 22 cards; however, the first card, The Fool, designated "0", is also represented at the end, making 23 paths.

NEW ARCHAEOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES
In the last couple of years there have been a number of findings that support the Bock Saga and Väinämöinen mythology.

Archaeologists involved with the PECHORA Project have recently found 40,000-year-old settlements northeast of Finland in the White Sea region. The finds were reported in the 6 September 2001 issue (vol. 413) of the British scientific journal Nature.

There was also the discovery of the susihuola ("wolf cave") outside the city of Kristinestad on the west coast of Finland. By the summer of 2001, Museovirasto had proved that communities lived there for at least 300,000 years. The head of Museovirasto has stated publicly that no one lived in Finland prior to 10,050 years ago, yet is now privately revealing evidence that people lived in Finland long before any other civilisation was known to exist on the planet.

Renowned archaeologist and researcher Thor Heyerdahl, who passed away just as this article was going to press, was involved with excavations around the Sea of Asov near the Black Sea, focusing on a city known as As-Hov—As as in "Aser" and Hov as in "Court", the Court of Aser.

In this new book, The Search for Ooden, co-written with Per Lillieström (and soon to be released in English), Heyerdahl makes a number of references to the Aser and Vaner people.

In the past, many so-called scientific experts in Finland and other places denied that the Aser and Vaner people ever existed. Nowadays, this knowledge is becoming more and more indisputable.

These findings also place a considerable degree of doubt on the theory that Africa was the cradle of humanity.

CREATING A NEW RING
In Paradise time, the people had a system based on giving—one Ring of knowledge, well-being and wholeness that brought all together, even in the darkness, and bound them. It was a system of stable health and communal wealth where sickness was relatively unknown because a balance was maintained between the people and their environment.

In the New Times, a new Ring was created—a system based on taking—and at its hub was the money wheel. It is apparent from our civilisation's growing socio-economic problems that this latter system has created a lack of balance, with an ever-decreasing spiral bound by greed. This system has created a serious imbalance on our Earth, as more and more is taken from nature and very little replenished. This in turn has created and continues to create more greed, and so the vicious cycle continues. This system has resulted in a mere two per cent of the population controlling 90 per cent of the wealth. If allowed to continue, this system will eventually destroy all life on our planet.

Our greatest challenge at the beginning of this new century is to disassemble the illogical Ring of power that represents the taking system and create a New Ring based on love, goodness and wholeness, a giving system in harmony with nature and based on true logic, to honour all peoples and our planet. This then will become our new paradigm (Paradise time). To enable us to understand and achieve this goal, we need only embrace what is good—God within—for this is truly our birthright.

The concept that a family could use whole brain capacity and pass a lineage tradition orally makes sense to me. This story is challenging and very interesting.I can easily imagine the source of later culture arising from the North pole. The Bock SA GA is as plausible as it is outrageous.

I am happy to see the name pop up again. Ior Bock, a very intriguing mystery and tragic figure. The archeology never "panned" out but what was discovered of the site only supports the presence of what Ior Bock stated exists.

I must say that I do enjoy listening to Aingeal Rose in what she says on her youtube interviews (here & here - the host on the second drank too much champagne, imo). Much of what she says does align with Chris' information. She seems to be very centered in her understanding.

However, some of the things she comes out with specifically runs contradictory to Chris Thomas, which raises my level of doubt whether she really does have such a good connection with the Akashic. She admits that she had spent the initial 5 years of her learning with an Archangel named 'Raphael', and teaches & practices a form of automatic writing that she calls "Journaling", although she says its different from that which is used to 'channel entities'. This information is found in the youtubes linked above @ 'here' & 'here'.


Yes - this one in particular runs counter to Chris Thomas' information that he acquires from his 'reading' of the Akashic:

"The Hathor’s built Stonehenge for stellar alignment and observation."

As, the Hathor is a sub-race of Velon that only came onto the scene roughly some 300 years ago. And according to Chris, the pyramids & Stonehenge were built by human beings that still had higher psychic abilities during the earlier times of "the fall" to help re-instill those capabilities temporarily. Information embedded within the stones was able to be accessed through psychic means. That ability waned as the "fall" continued.

Whereas, the following only partially aligns with Chris Thomas:

"Many ET races were the originators of our planetary species."

Partially true (according to the Chris Thomas material), because there were not 'many', but only one specific ET race that played a part of the genetic engineering (speeding up the evolutionary process) of the physical human form of what is known as 'Cro Magnon Man' & that was the ET race known as the NGC584 (a race that is considered 'Master geneticists').

And, I must say that Aingeal Rose O'Grady's prices for her recorded readings, Akashic Reading CDs, is somewhat pricey, imo.

Changes Within the Body's Energies
~ Chakra Changes By Chris Thomas

The main indicator of how we are changing is within the chakras. The chakras are aspects of the total soul within the physical body and are the means by which the higher aspects of the soul communicate to us.

As we begin to clear ourselves of emotional debris, the chakras begin to change colour. We are used to the chakras being rainbow colours : red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.

Since May 30th 2000,, nobody on the planet has these colours any longer. When the Earth changed her base note frequency (Schumann resonance), almost everyone's chakras automatically changed colour. Colour is only a product of frequency. If the frequency changes, so must the colour.

Most people now have colours which are spiralling golds, copper/golds, blue, green and violet golds but are mainly transparent......by that, I mean - like a heat haze shimmer on a Summer's day.

As you work through the process of clearing out your emotional debris, the chakras change again to total transparency. In other words, all of the chakras lose their colours and they become the transparent heat haze shimmer of pure soul energy.

The next stage is where the chakras disappear altogether. What this means is the spine becomes a smooth column of energy from the head to the base of the spine without specific chakras.

Once you have reached the point, where you no longer have any defined chakras, that is as far as you can go until your higher self decides to complete the reintegration process. The decision to complete must be made by the 28th October 2011 and the whole process must be completed by 21st December 2012.

That would have been noticed by now. What is crystalline anyway? An alternative to carbon has to be another element, not a crystal, and there are many crystals in the chemical universe.

Speaking of Chakras... here's a pdf that I have somehow overlooked.

The seven primary chakras are located on the spine and not in individual organs; the chakras look like “ice-cream-cones” of energy, spinning vortices, and not like a rose or a lotus blossom opening. There has also been a great deal of speculation as to the number of chakras ranging from 4 to 13, all located somewhere along the spine. There are only 7 primary chakras along the spine however, there are a total of 238 chakras located in the body and these additional 231 are usually known as the acupuncture points.

The body is constructed around the soul with the main concentration of soul energy being down the spine. At relevant positions along the spine, the soul energy opens up into distinct vortices of energy and each of these vortices (chakras) relates to specific organs and to specific regions of our lives.

Every single person on the planet has these chakras in exactly the same location and each chakra relates to the same organs and the same regions of our lives – nobody is any different.

The First Chakra

The first chakra is located at the very bottom of the spine. The energy flow from the soul is directed from the higher self through the top of the head and down the spine. That soul energy then connects into the planet’s own consciousness energy through the first chakra. This is why this chakra is also sometimes known as the “root” chakra as it literally “roots” the soul to the planet. As this chakra’s primary function is to connect us with the planet, it deals with our sense of security – this is the chakra that deals with our “fight or flight” response to whatever situation we find ourselves in.

This first chakra relates to the skin, the muscles and to the skeleton. It also relates to the kidneys and the urinary tract and the adrenal glands. The way in which it works is this:

If we are in a situation where we feel mildly insecure (stressed), and we want someone to give us reassurance, the skin becomes affected with eczema. If we are not reassured, the muscles become stiff. If we feel insecure over a prolonged period of time, the skeleton (particularly the spine) becomes affected resulting in osteoporosis.

The first chakra can also become imbalanced in more immediate ways through the kidneys and urinary tract. If we suddenly feel insecure and do not know where to turn for reassurance, we can urinate – this is why the young and the elderly can become incontinent.

There are several ways in which the first chakra can be re-balanced. First, by doing something practical, something that makes us feel “grounded”. This can be things like washing dishes by hand instead of using a dishwasher. Taking up a hobby such as sewing or carpentry. Walking in a garden, particularly in bare feet, to help re-connect with the ground. Use a meditation that works with and re-balances all the chakras, paying particular attention to the first chakra.

Note: if you use a chakra balancing meditation; you must balance all of the chakras during the meditation – it is no good just working on one chakra, all must be worked on or you will create a greater imbalance in energies of the chakras.

The Second Chakra

The second chakra – also called the sacral chakra – is located where the spine meets the pelvis and opens equally both front and back of the spine. In other words, the vortex of energy extends to the front as well as to the back of the spine – in order to avoid confusion, Illustration One only shows the back view.

This chakra relates to the lower spine, the pelvis, uterus and ovaries in women and testicles and prostate in men.

The second chakra has two functions – primary & secondary. Its primary function is to do with our creativity and its secondary function is with our sexual (husban/wife type) relationships. Virtually all of the problems people experience with this chakra are connected to relationship problems.

For example:

Lower back pain is short-term insecurity with a relationship. Hip pain is long-term insecurity within a relationship. Problems with the ovaries and/or the uterus are related to the withdrawal of a woman’s sense of nurture from a relationship. Problems with the testes and the prostate are related to a man’s withdrawal from a relationship.

All of these relationship problems can be overcome if you begin to work with the chakra’s primary function by taking up a creative hobby. The deeper the relationship problems, the more creative you will need to become to overcome the physical symptoms. You will also need to make use of the giveaway – see below.

The Third Chakra

The third chakra – also called the solar plexus chakra – is located just above the tummy button. Again, it is located on the spine and opens equally front & back of the body. The primary function is to do with the emotions we either do, or do not, express in personal power situations. The chakra relates to the mid to lower spine, the liver, gall bladder, pancreas, spleen – and through the spleen, the lower body lymphatic system, stomach and both large and small intestines.

Briefly, it works like this:

Personal power is all about how seriously we are taken by others in terms of how in control of a situation we are. If we feel insecure in a position of authority, the mid to lower spine becomes affected (connecting in with the first chakra – insecurity around a particular chakra).

The organs become affected if we feel we are not able to properly express the emotions connected with these kinds of situations. The liver processes the emotions but deals specifically with fear, guilt & jealousy. The gall bladder stores unexpressed anger. The pancreas is all about emotional force; if we should have shouted at somebody but all we did was mutter under our breath, all of the unexpressed force is stored in the pancreas. The spleen becomes blocked with unexpressed frustration.

The lower body lymphatic system is part of immune system and removes infections from the body. The lymphatic system also becomes blocked because of frustration and this mainly manifests as cellulite.

The stomach deals with immediate situations to which we have a strong emotional response e.g. if we encounter a situation such as a car crash, we can vomit as we have no appropriate way of dealing with it.

The small intestines deal with processing our stored emotional responses. The large intestine deals with long-term emotional storage e.g. if we tend to hold on to past emotions, we become constipated.

Weight gain is not caused by the food we eat but by holding on to emotions. If we clear the old emotions, the weight disappears of its own accord.

The best way of dealing with third chakra problems is to deal with a problem as it arises. In other words, express your emotions fully and honestly to the person who is causing you the problem. Very often, the person causing the problem does not know that they have hurt or upset you, by telling them how they have hurt or upset you will usually clear the air and you will not store unexpressed emotions.

To clear old emotions, make use of the giveaway.

Note: as we have progressed through our process of change, many people have noticed that if they do not express themselves at the time something occurs to cause them hurt or upset, they have felt a response in the appropriate organ immediately.

The third chakra is, arguably, the most important chakra in the body as everyone is affected by third chakra issues at some time or another. As far as your higher self is concerned, this region of the body is crucial to this process of change and past, stored, unexpressed emotions must be cleared.

For example: If you have always had problems expressing yourself to (let us say) a family member, you must resolve your problem with them before your higher self will allow you to move on. This may sound harsh but the higher self needs for the body to be in balance, if you have an unresolved situation, such as with a family member, your higher self will bring about confrontations until you settle your differences properly.

If the family member is no longer alive, you will need to use the giveaway.

The Fourth Chakra

The fourth chakra – also called the heart chakra – is located on the spine at a level with the heart. It also opens equally front and back of the spine – see Illustration One.

The heart chakra’s primary function is the connection between the higher self and the physical body – this is how the higher self communicates to the body and produces symptoms of illness. Its secondary function is to do with how we express love; either to ourselves or to others.

The heart chakra works with the endocrine system, the blood and circulation and, through the thymus gland, the upper body lymphatic system.

The endocrine system is the body’s hormones. The word hormone is Greek and means messenger and it is this system that the higher self uses to pass messages to the physical body. If you pay proper attention to the messages from your higher self, your intuition, hormonal imbalances will be corrected.

The blood and circulation becomes affected when we are unsure about how we express our love towards others – men are particularly prone to these problems which often results in heart disease or heart attack.

The thymus gland is located in the chest, just above the heart. Its primary function is to regulate the upper body lymphatic system and the immune system. On a chakra level, it deals with how we express love towards ourselves (issues surrounding self worth) and mainly affects women as this lack of self-worth is the root cause of breast cancer. Self-worth means finding the balance between looking after your own needs as opposed to the needs of others – women often feel that any time they give to themselves is selfish and look after everyone else instead; this leads to breast cancer.

Problems associated with the fourth chakra will be resolved by learning to listen to what your higher self has to say – acting on your intuition, especially when it comes to events in your life that affect you directly. We also need to learn to express love openly, whether to ourselves or to others – keeping our heart closed is very unhealthy for us – but, as always, these expressions of love need to be in balance; love yourself as you would love others.

The Fifth Chakra

The fifth chakra – also called the throat chakra – is located on the spine just above the Adams apple. It also opens equally front and back of the spine.

The chakra’s primary function is with expressions of the self whilst its secondary function is communication and judgement. It works with the lungs and bronchial channels, the vocal cords and the thyroid. An expression that epitomises the fifth chakra is “get it off your chest”. If we do not express ourselves correctly, we end up with lung congestion. Lung cancer has nothing to do with smoking; it is lack of self expression.

Problems with the vocal cords are obviously about our unwillingness to “speak our truth”. Thyroid problems are connected to insecurity about speaking out. An underactive thyroid slows down the body’s metabolism and we gain weight over the whole body – this is indicative of a wish to appear larger and more important than we actually feel; if we blow ourselves up in this way, we hope we will look too important for someone to ask us what we think about a situation. An overactive thyroid speeds up the metabolism making us extremely thin. It is indicative of a wish to move around too fast and be too thin for anyone to catch you to ask for your opinion.

The best way of dealing with fifth chakra problems is to learn to speak your truth in all situations. This does not mean being rude to people; just honest. The giveaway is also very effective for helping to clear problems associated with this chakra.

The Sixth Chakra

The sixth Chakra – also known as the third eye chakra – is located in the centre of the forehead, just above the bridge of the nose but in an alignment with the spine. This chakra’s primary function is more to do with our sense of self within a “spiritual”, almost Universal context as much as a physical being. Its secondary function is our psychic vision – the seat of “intuition”.

The chakra connects in with the ears; nose; the left eye; the lower brain and the central nervous system and the pituitary gland. The eyes are all about what we do, or do not, want to see in the world around us. Short sighted means that we only want to see what is immediately in front of us whilst long sighted means we only want to look at events that occur away from us and not look at what is immediately in front.

The ears are about our hearing, going deaf is a want to not hear something or somebody. Most instances of deafness arise because that person has a chattering partner that they no longer listen to. The lower brain and central nervous system is how we bring the outside world into the body. Problems with the nervous system – such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, etc., are caused by a withdrawal from the world, a wish to disassociate from the outside and live only in an inner world of our own making.

The pituitary gland is located at the base of the brain, at the top of the brain stem. It is one of the body’s master glands controlling the thymus and endocrine system. Problems with the pituitary stem from our psychic vision – if we do not use our intuition, it will affect the pituitary creating physical problems throughout the body through the hormones.

Sixth chakra problems arise because we have begun to withdraw from the world around us. To remedy such symptoms we need to become a part of, and fully interactive with, the world again.

The Seventh Chakra

The seventh chakra – also known as the crown chakra – is located at the top of the head in alignment with the spine. The seventh chakra is the direct energetic connection between the higher self and the physical self and works with the upper brain, the pineal gland and the right eye.

The upper brain is the interface between all of the body’s physical functions and the higher self. Through this chakra, the higher self monitors the body’s activities and well being. The pineal gland is located at the back of the brain and produces a hormone called Melatonin. Melatonin is an extremely important hormone as it is the master hormone behind several other hormones. Primarily, it controls the body’s “clock” – when to go to sleep and when to wake up.

The primary symptom of this aspect of melatonin is ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis). Melatonin also controls the production of thyroxin, in conjunction with the thymus and the thyroid. Melatonin is also the body’s primary anti-oxidant. When we are asleep, the Melatonin sweeps through the body clearing out toxins.

The biggest problem associated with this chakra is ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis). This is where the sufferer has no energy to do anything. The symptoms arise because we have refused to listen to the prompts of the higher self and we are being shut down until we start to make some right moves in our lives. Once we decide to make positive changes and head off in new life directions, our energy returns.

Conclusion

This has been an extremely shortened description of how the higher self communicates to us through the physical body. Symptoms of illness are the higher self’s way of telling us that we have strayed from our chosen life’s path (for a full description of the chakras and the body see Everything You Always Wanted to Know About the Body ...).

If we pay attention to the body – the higher self’s messages – all symptoms of illness will disappear.

Yes, it is that simple; we can all cure ourselves of any health problem if we listen to our bodies and take action to correct the symptoms. However, it can sometimes be difficult to track down the messages as the symptoms exist in more than one part of the body (more than one chakra). To help to explain this, here is a case history taken from The Sequel to Everything.

Client’s medical history:
A woman in her forties.
There had been a history of cellulitis (a bacterial infection of the skin which breaks down cell tissue) since the age of sixteen resulting in several hospital stays and a long-term taking of antibiotics – the original infection began when she started taking the pill.
Fifteen years ago she had a full hysterectomy.
Constant constipation and there was a lump in the intestines with chronic indigestion pains in the lower chest.
There was sudden tiredness with dizziness and nausea.
She had heart palpitations where her hands would swell and itch.
She had constant sore throats and had two nodes surgically removed from her vocal cords.
There were sore patches inside her nostrils and there was vaginal dryness.
She also had constant pain in the lower left hand side of her neck.

Family History
Her father had died when she was twelve and her mother had remarried a man who was an alcoholic, violent and who sexually abused her. There had been a complete disruption to her teenage years both by her mother and her step father.

She had married at nineteen and had given birth to a disabled daughter. She divorced eight years ago and lived with her daughter. She worked in a very stressful job but very much enjoyed it.

Our Findings
The first chakra had been disrupted for some time putting a general weakness into the muscles of the spine. Her lower back pain was caused by kidney damage – the underlying weakness was brought about by the disruption to the chakra but it was made considerably worse by the long term use of penicillin and a blood anti-clotting drug.

The second chakra had first become disrupted because of the abuse from her step father in her teenage years. This kind of abuse can cause a great deal of confusion to the person and disruption to the chakra, resulting in the hysterectomy. Starting on the pill at an early age caused severe hormonal problems because of the second chakra problems which led partly to the cellulitis occurring. Skin cells contain oestrogen receptors and her system being flooded with artificial oestrogens, from the pill, together with the second chakra problems, led to a breakdown in the skin cells (cellulitis) which was further aggravated by problems in the third and fourth chakras.

The third chakra was a mess. All of the abdominal organs were very badly affected on both primary (personal power issues) and secondary (emotional) levels. The liver (fear) was poorly functioning, the gall bladder (anger) was totally blocked causing major disruption to the digestion, the spleen (frustration) was poorly functioning both digestively and in terms of the lymphatic tissue to the lower body – it was the lymphatic tissue which was responsible for many of her symptoms especially some of the digestive ones. The pancreas (emotional force) was disrupted in several ways – she was not producing digestive enzymes, her blood sugar balance was out and the hormones to the brain were disrupted leading to the dizzy spells. The constant blocking up of the intestines (old emotional debris) had caused a small hole to form in the small intestines which was leaking a small quantity of bacteria into the abdomen (peritonitis).

The long term use of antibiotics had killed off most of the useful bacteria in the intestines further adding to her digestive problems.

The fourth chakra was also a problem on both its primary level (the link from the soul to the physical body) and on its secondary level (how we express love). The whole of the endocrine system (hormones) was out of balance – this is the mechanism used by the soul in its primary connection with this chakra; by shutting herself away from the situation with her mother and step father, this link had been disrupted. The thymus gland and upper body lymphatic system were also totally blocked. The cellulitis problem also stemmed from a bacterial infection becoming locked into the immune system which could not clear it as the thymus and spleen were not fully functional. The sores in the nose and vaginal dryness were also part of the same problem.

The fifth chakra (self expression) was disrupted because she could not talk about her experiences and problems very easily. This led, together with the dysfunctional immune system, to a constant sore throat and node growths.

Where to start with such a combination of problems?
The first place is with a giveaway beginning as far back into her past as she could remember. All of her problems stemmed from being blocked from expressing herself on the second, third, fourth and fifth chakras. By removing the accumulated emotional debris of her unexpressed self, through the giveaway, her body’s own recovery mechanisms could begin to function and bring her systems back to their correct balance.

She had begun to look at many of her issues and find ways of making practical changes within her life. She found her job, although very stressful, very rewarding which helped her with her self esteem (fourth chakra – love towards self) and was beginning to give her a sense of security (first chakra). Her immune system problems would also be helped by beginning a course of the herb Echinacea.

We also suggested switching to an organic diet to boost her vitamin and mineral intake. Although these symptoms appear to be extremely severe, once you begin the healing process, bringing the body’s energies back into balance, the body will self - repair. Even conditions such as the minor tear in the intestines will heal by themselves if given a chance.

Author’s note: This is a genuine case history, albeit a complex one. It is included here to show how seemingly unrelated symptoms can actually be from the same, or similar, cause. The key to helping this woman was to help her to break each set of symptoms down and to relate them to each of the affected chakras. Once she understood that they could be dealt with on a chakra by chakra basis, she became less confused. Making extensive use of the giveaway broke the pattern of emotional recycling and allowed her to deal with the root cause issues and get on with her life. She made a complete recovery.

The Colours of the Chakras

Traditionally, the chakras all had their own individual colours that are those of the rainbow. The first chakra was red; the second orange; the third yellow; the fourth green; the fifth blue; the sixth indigo and the seventh violet.

However, colour is representative of the frequency that makes up that colour; if the frequency changes, so does the colour. Ever since physical forms of life have been on the planet, the Earth has resonated at a frequency of 7.56 cycles per second. In human terms, this base-note frequency turned out to be too low to maintain the whole of the soul within the physical body.

We embarked on what is called the Human Plan as a way of discovering what this base-note frequency should be raised to in order to re-merge the whole of the soul back into the body. Eventually, we arrived at the answer of 3,500 cycles per second and the Earth adopted this new frequency in May 2000.

Since then, we humans have been trying to catch up with the Earth and raise our own frequencies accordingly. Unfortunately, humans being humans, we lagged behind a little and by October 2010 we had only raised our base-note frequency to around 14 cycles per second. But, even this change in frequency altered the colours of the chakras. Those who had raised their frequencies found that the colours of the chakras had changed to a combination of petrol blue, petrol green, violet, gold and transparent and, for a while, these became the colours of all the chakras with the first chakra having a fairly dense colour combination with the seventh being virtually totally transparent (transparent meaning that the chakra had no colour but was made up of transparent, shimmery energy; a little like a heat haze shimmer on a warm summer’s day).

Nobody – that really is nobody – on the planet still has the old rainbow colours. However, in October 2010, we began a process of acceleration to the human base-note frequencies. This acceleration took one year to complete and by October 2011, the chakras changed to all of them being totally transparent.

This raise in frequency had the effect of placing a huge amount of pressure on people to resolve all of their outstanding issues – all unresolved problems that their higher self thought important to clear before they could undergo soul re-integration.

Those who have cleared all of their issues found that the chakras disappeared altogether. In other words, the energies up and down the spine became a smooth column of energy; high frequency at the top of the head and lower frequency at the base of the spine but with no specific chakra locations along the way.

Essentially, this is the best way of determining if you are ready to make the final step into soul re-integration – if you have no chakras; you are ready. If you still have chakras; you still have work to do.


Symptoms of Illness

We are not a body that has a soul but a soul that has built for itself a body.

This is a statement that really does need to be understood. We are used to seeing the world in physical terms and have forgotten our fundamental make up; so much so that we see symptoms of illness as being something that happens to us, even to the point where we have thought of them as punishment from some deity. We need to get over this and begin to see ourselves as not being physical but being energetic in nature.

Everything that we consider to be physical is made up of energy frequencies; all combining together to make the whole that is us. Every action, or inaction, that we make in our lives has an effect on the integrity of the energies that make up the “physical” body. If we disrupt this energetic integrity, we cause symptoms of illness . These symptoms can be extremely mild but, if we ignore these early symptoms and continue to cause disruption to our energy patterns, the symptoms worsen and can become major illnesses or, in extreme cases, death.

Illness, as far as our higher self is concerned, is an indication of our making a wrong move in our lives and, because the symptoms persist, this wrong move remains unresolved. With it unresolved, the energy patterns of the body are disrupted making it difficult, if not impossible, for the higher self to merge effectively with the physical aspects of the soul.

In other words, soul re-integration cannot occur if the body is holding onto symptoms of illness. Currently, there is no way of determining the level of severity that symptoms (energetic disruption) need to be to prevent soul re-integration occurring so it is best to assume that we all need to be clean and clear of our symptoms (issues) as much as possible.

In essence, symptoms of illness arise because our higher self considers that we have not been totally truthful in our dealings with others or in how we have responded to the situations we have found ourselves in.

Truth is the criteria the soul uses to measure how we behave. If we always tell the truth, we are always healthy and the only real way back to full health is to be totally honest with those with whom we share our lives as, after all, symptoms arose because we were not honest in the first place.

Let us say we are in a situation where someone says something to us with which we disagree. Depending on who the person is, we more often than not say nothing but just walk away. By not saying that we disagreed with that person, we create a disruption to the energy patterns of the chakra associated with the region of our lives connected with the disagreement.

For example: If the disagreement made us feel insecure; the first chakra becomes affected. If the disagreement was with a lover; the second chakra will become affected. If the disagreement was with a parent or our boss; the third chakra becomes affected. If the disagreement was about feelings (love) about someone; the fourth chakra becomes affected. If the disagreement was about our self; the fifth chakra becomes affected.

If we did not wish to see or hear what the disagreement was about; the sixth chakra becomes affected. If the disagreement was with our higher self (not listening to what the higher self was trying to say to us) the seventh chakra becomes affected.

This is the key to understanding how your symptoms of illness arose.

If you have symptoms of illness then you need to work out which organ or organs are affected. Once you have worked that out, you can relate the organs to their associated chakra. Once you know the chakra, you will know which region or regions of your life you need to pay attention to and become more honest and truthful within your dealings with people in that region of your life. Once you begin to treat everything in an honest and truthful way, the symptoms will begin to disappear of their own accord.

That is how you resolve your issues.

Long-term Illnesses

The reason for using such a complicated case history above was to illustrate that many health problems do stem from events which occurred early on in our lives. Again, they can still be resolved by breaking our symptoms down and relating them to the associated chakra. Once we begin to break health problems down in this way, they become much more manageable and more easily understood.

The problem with so many medical diagnoses is that they can be overly complicated and it is easy to become lost when trying to work out what the body is trying to say to us. By taking each symptom and finding its chakra, the problem becomes so much easier to understand.

Once we understand the problem, we can then begin to work on it chakra by chakra, symptom by symptom and before we know it, the symptoms begin to clear up. If you are on any kind of medication, you will need to speak with your doctor or the practice nurse to work out a strategy for weaning yourself off the pills – after all if you are dealing with the root cause of your symptoms, the symptoms will disappear and you will no longer need medication.

If you are on any kind of medication, you must consult your doctor/nurse before you stop taking them. It is often dangerous to stop taking medication and usually must be done slowly.

Disabilities

Again, the loss of a limb or the loss of a faculty is not a punishment of any kind. So-called disabilities are there for a reason. Disabilities occur because our higher self wants them to occur.

To give you an example:
A disabled athlete was being interviewed on TV just after he had won his race at the Disabled Olympics. The interviewer said that he must have been devastated when he had lost his leg. The athlete replied that it was the best thing that had ever happened to him as it was the loss of his lower leg that had made him become interested in running.

Another example is the Guardsman, Simon Weston whose face became extensively disfigured by fire during the Falklands War. We tend to treat people who become disfigured in this way with extreme caution as their disfigurement is unpleasant to look at.

Mr Weston, however, decided to confront people by appearing publicly as often as possible to say to people that just because he became disfigured, he was still the same person and should be seen as the same person but whose appearance had changed.

By facing his disability with the kind of courage he showed, he inspired others who had been disfigured to not hide themselves away. He also educated the rest of us to understand what it is like to have that kind of disability.

In other words, he listened to his higher self and faced the world in a truthful way – this is who I am, accept me for who I am.

Disabilities occur because our higher self wants us to learn about the world in a different way. If we are blind, deaf or unable to speak, we learn to interact with the world in a different way and learn new ways of communicating with others. If we have a physical disability, such as a missing limb (whether from birth or by an accident) we learn how to interact with the body in new ways and, like the Olympic athlete, we can learn new skills and explore new opportunities.

So if you are disabled in some way, this is no barrier to undergoing soul re-integration as the disability has been brought about by your higher self. Whether, after completing soul re-integration, you re-build the missing limb or gain all of your physical senses is a question that will be answered by you and your higher self at the appropriate time.

Disability is no barrier to soul re-integration.

Surgery

As can be seen from the description of the chakras and the root causes of illness, there is absolutely no reason for any organ to be removed by surgery – we have it within our power to repair any of the body’s organs by ourselves. Unfortunately, the medical profession does not have a clue as to how the body really works and so happily remove people’s organs with great enthusiasm.

If you are unfortunate enough to have fallen foul of the surgeon’s knife, there is no need to worry. When we, as a soul, decide to live a new lifetime, we “borrow” from the Akashic the “template” of how a human body should be built and function. This template is more commonly known as the “etheric template”.

The etheric template is the blueprint for a human body. It locates all of the organs, limbs blood vessels, nerves etc. and the soul then “squeezes” itself into the template and builds the body around it. For as long as we are alive, the template is active. Not only does it locate the physical aspects of the body, it also works with the energies of the body.

If we go against the wishes of the soul and become less than totally honest with those with whom we share our lives, we begin to disrupt the energies of a particular chakra. If we continue to be less than honest, the energy disruption transfers itself to the organ that is connected to the emotion that we did not express. Once this energy disruption hits the organ, the “physical” matter of the organ begins to malfunction. If we continue to ignore the problem, the medical profession comes along and cuts the organ out.

However, the surgeon’s knife only removes the physical organ – it does not remove the energetic template of the organ. If we continue with our behaviour that brought about the organ malfunction, the energies of the organ template can become diminished. However, it can never be destroyed.

In other words, if you have had an organ surgically removed, if you begin to alter your behaviour and become more honest in your dealings with people, the template will strengthen and, if you do what your higher self wants you to do, the physical matter of the organ will also rebuild.

So, like any other symptom of illness, the surgical removal of an organ is not a barrier to completing your own soul re-integration. What is a barrier to soul re-integration is an unwillingness to resolve the problems and attitudes that brought about the symptoms in the first place.

Toxicity

We live in a world where everything has become saturated with chemicals; especially our bodies. However, our bodies are self-cleansing and a build-up of chemical toxicity occurs if our pineal gland is not functioning to its full potential. The pineal gland is connected in with the seventh chakra which is the direct energetic connection with our higher self.

If we communicate properly and openly with our higher selves, the pineal gland is fully functional and, whilst we are asleep, it produces enough melatonin to flush the body clean of all toxins. If you have health problems associated with chemical toxicity – medical drugs, artificial sweeteners, industrial chemicals etc. - it means that you are not paying attention to the communication from your higher self. If you listen to your higher self (follow your intuition), the body will begin to clean itself.

Resolving Your Issues

We all carry hurts and emotional debris around with us; it is a fact of life and virtually unavoidable. What we need to do is to clear this debris before we can move on.

In the past, this emotional debris could be ignored; we would end up with the symptoms of an appropriate illness, possibly even surgery and carry on with our lives more or less normally. If we ignored the wants of the higher self, it did not matter too much as, if we died with unresolved issues, we just carried them forwards to the next lifetime and started again with a blank page.

Those times have passed and we are currently faced with a major decision – do we progress through to re-integrating the whole soul back into the body or not? If not, then at some time in the not too distant future, we will leave our bodies (die) and return to our place of soul origin. If we have decided we want to stay and complete the work we began 7,000 years ago, we need to clear all of our accumulated emotional debris in order to create enough space for the higher self to actually enter the body.

The best initial approach to clearing these old emotions is by using the giveaway. The process of the giveaway is not repeated here as it is fully explained in many of the author’s books, articles and essays.

Start by using the giveaway as far back in your life as you can remember and then work forwards. If the person who caused you the emotional hurt is no longer alive, it does not matter as you are the one who is holding on to the emotion and you are the one who needs to clear it.

If the person is still alive, still use the giveaway to clear as much as possible of the emotional hurt but then you will need to discuss the problem with that person. If you had confronted the person at the time the hurt was generated, you would not have the problems you have; by confronting them now, you will be able to totally clear your body of the accumulated emotional debris and hurt and be able to move on clean and clear of issues.

Conclusion

The decision to complete soul re-integration is one which each individual has to make – nobody can make it for you; nobody can take you through this process and nobody is standing in judgement of whether you do or do not make it.

Currently, at the end of 2011, there are a total of about 2,450,000,000 (2.45 billion) people who are ready. They have resolved all of their issues, cleared their problems and are ready to move forwards when the time is right.

What is required is that we all take responsibility for our past actions, or in-actions, and clear out our accumulations of emotional debris – in other words, we need to be true to ourselves.

All problems brought forwards from past lives were removed in 1996 when the energies for change were connected to the planet. All energetic “chips” and implants as well as all soul to soul “Links” were removed from the body during the energy acceleration between October 2010 and October 2011.

The Bimini Road, sometimes called the Bimini Wall, is an underwater rock formation near North Bimini island in the Bahamas. The Road consists of a 0.8 km (0.50 mi)-long northeast-southwest linear feature composed of roughly rectangular to subrectangular limestone blocks.

On September 2, 1968, while diving in three fathoms (5.5 metres) of water off the northwest coast of North Bimini island, J. Manson Valentine, Jacques Mayol and Robert Angove encountered an extensive "pavement" of what later was found to be noticeably rounded stones of varying size and thickness.

This stone pavement was found to form a northeast-southwest linear feature, which is most commonly known as either the "Bimini Road" or "Bimini Wall". The Astounding Discovery of Dr. Ray Brown

Known as Dr Ray Brown’s Atlantean Crystal Sphere, the discovery of the sphere occurred during a scuba diving trip to the Bari Islands in the Bahamas in 1970.While diving, Ray Brown – a naturopathic doctor – became separated from his friends and while he searched for them, he came upon an amazing pyramid structure, apparently uncovered by the shifting sands of a recent storm. Though startled by the find, he investigated and was amazed that the sides of the pyramid were composed of completely smooth almost luminous stone material . Upon entering the pyramid, Ray entered into an amazing Temple Room that seemed to have some form of interior illumination allowing visibility. He observed a golden metallic rod protruding from the ceiling. The rod had a rather large red crystal at its tip. Just below it he observed what appeared to be a metallic set of hands holding a crystal sphere. He was unable to remove the red crystal or the metallic rod, but was able to remove the crystal sphere.

Raymond Brown died at the age of 89, and the sphere came into the guardianship of author and channel Arthur Fanning.

Dear Turiya and Herbert,
I am wondering if you still "believe" that Chris Thomas is reliable. And WHY? I am challenging here the suggestion that his imagination and his opinions should be considered a truth.

The latest that I have read is his statement that at the 12/21/2012 "time", when many could have completed the process of ensoulment, only 3 million did so AND ZERO were from "western" countries. These 3 million all went off to sheild themselves from view.

When someone makes such a definitive statement, I cannot accept such a blanket as truthful. I once was confused about experts for me (other than I AM) . I think he is still confused, thinking He is an expert for others.
I forgive myself for entertaining any one elses opinions as "fact" for me.

In the place of sifting from others' ideas for "Truth", I insert freedom for all souls to experience "no time" and one's own Truth. In this "place", all that is appropriate for that soul's completion occurs in the space/time holographic "moment" that is 100% UNIQUE. A singular consciousness' expression knows it's own PERFECT experienced state. Consciousness has an infinite possibility of experiencing its imagination.

I cannot say what CT's intention is and I can only say what my intention is...impression on the collective of my own desire as it feels beautiful to me.....each having freedom together.
