This reply might be redundant, but I just wanted to chime in and say that what you are mentioning here Bill (quoted) is EXTREMELY important, very much regarding the case with Andy's testimony, but also along with many other testimonies. This is the ultimate quagmire in our community in my view, and the topic of screened memories should be looked into much further and is an extremely (that word again) important topic and a potential huge problem like Bill describes in his post.

The motive and modus operandi could not be more clear.

To implant someone with 'screen memories' and give them a post-hypnotic command to come out courageously and tell their story (which they somehow cannot see is all but impossible for anyone else believe) then makes the entire idea of ANYONE visiting Mars a laughing stock.

With one bowling ball, you hit all the skittles. The real witnesses are not helped in any way by Andy Basiago. He discredits them all -- and they are all laughed at.

It becomes a 'crazy topic'. It worked pretty well for the CIA with UFOs in the 50s!

Note also that someone lucidly and clearly recalling a memory does not make it more likely to be real. An implanted memory is crystal clear and just as totally real as a genuine memory.

Finally: I'm only talking about his Mars testimony. Andy told me about the chronovisor and the teleportation experiments back in February 2007, in great detail, and long before (a) anyone else had heard his story, and (b) before he'd 'recalled' anything about Mars. That part of his story is real.

Yes, to add...the fundamentals of a' dual vortex particle theory' (particle as a dual balanced vortex system) cover all of this, all the mundane aspects of Newtonian science and particle science, all at the same time, with no hiccups. The model allows for any form of exploration and expansion, from any given hypothesis, to another.... with perfect function.

Debunking and spin insertion of such scientific exploration (and 'expose' type reports) is common and one of the most potent tactics that have been applied over the years by these professional and government ops levels of 'debunking'. They learned well from the father of spin doctoring, Edward Bernays. (who is considered by many to the father of modern propaganda and spin techniques)

Time Travel well what a Pandora's box!
(I personally need to time travel just to be able to read all the great Avalon posts)

If it's right to say 'Time Lines' well Attorney Andrew D. Basiago might even be the President of the USA in one line and there he is giving a disclosure testimony ha.

So what he is saying now in 'our' time line might be slightly off now! ?

A year or so back (Who can tell anymore hehe) I read an article about a guy who supposedly had a (On paper) possible working design for a time machine. They had the idea that when if made, once turned on (and kept running) it would in effect create a time line with a future with Time-Machine tech, so they in the future could send back a much improved design to be built now! Which 'some' say is our present Grey situation.

I personally have had some minor 'Time' blips.
Same goes for 'Teleportation' had a few personal blips, so to me both are already real!

"Implanted memories" and "screen memories" well what a Pandora's box!

Add the above two ('Time Travel and 'Implanted Memories') together and who can say what's real here-and-now or there-and-then to you-or-me ?

So now I'm off back in time to the begging of this post to spend much time today and read through the whole post if I can
