And this ability to direct the consciousness of the masses really took a leap in the last year or two, which is why I am no longer a prolific poster and why I have had to reassess my entire consciousness in order to ascertain just how much of my own perceptions are manipulated and mind controlled. The “event” which began to unravel me and shift me was “Sandy Hook”.

Nowhere previous had I witnessed the outright and blatant beta testing of mind control and global consciousness manipulation than what we witnessed with the Sandy Hook debacle. This overt hologram of lies fully sealed it for me, that the technology to fully direct an entire planet was in fact real and in place.

My ruminations then set me back into looking at how overtly the whole ability to direct consciousness, to vampire energy, and to make people believe that their thoughts and beliefs are their own, when in fact, nothing could be further from the truth. This “Sandy Hook” beta test occurring in conjunction with the roll-out of the Utah data center and the expansion of the global Wi-Fi grid, made it possible for the complete collection of data and the complete microwave entrainment of populations, in broad daylight, unbeknownst to the majority.

To me, this was staggering in its implications. I felt like I could not trust anything coming from outside myself, which was not fully filtered though the deepest core of my being. How much BS do I believe, how much of my own beliefs are entrainment, and how much was Avalon being used and manipulated? What could I still say on the internet and broadcast to a global audience? Who is here as nefarious agents, tied to governments and doing the bidding for the entrainment and vampiring of energy? What do I actually know to be true and how much is entrained into my consciousness?

These answers are still forthcoming and changing every day. It shook me to my core and gave me pause, as it should for you too. It’s caused me to go inward more and be more careful about what I believe. Nothing is settled and everything is constantly up for review. Most of what we see in the narrow, limited visible spectrum of our senses is an engineered distraction and a lie.

Be very careful and always check inward.

Excellent Post! As we navigate through the smoke and mirrors of our reality the only thing we can truly know is ourselves, and because so much ourselves at this level has been constructed on distortion...we need to be very aware, very focused, and listen very carefully to the whispering deep within... that emanates from a place beyond all the distraction and manipulation.

The point at which you pull away from the media grid and start to think for yourself is the point at which you will begin to reclaim yourself. The point at which you begin to read books instead or attend extension classes or join a club instead of parking yourself in front of the telly or the ‘net every evening is the point at which you begin to regain your own freedom.

You don’t need to swallow what you’re being fed. Stop. Think. Inquire within.

The media grid is quite insidious: it’s all your favorite programs, those comedies, those dramas, those late-night must-sees. Those items that “everybody” talks about the next day, that hook you into the magic screen, that persuade you to sit and stare. And stare. And stare as your brain shuts down.... sleep well, sheepkin. Sleep. Sleep.... And that smartphone you compulsively consult every three minutes? Aaaaach.

I’ve missed entire generations of TV series – decades of stuff – without regrets. I was busy elsewhere. And it has saved my friggin’ life. I still don’t have a cellphone. Yes; me. I survive just fine.

The internet works that way too, actually. Must.Have.My.Daily.Blog. Even Avalon, here, can be addictive. I’m guilty. I keep refreshing the New Posts page all day long. And perhaps I delude myself that I’m thinking for myself. Probably.

But a long walk and a good breath of fresh air is always in order. And daily meditation. But you already know that.

Similarly, I've noticed what I can best describe as a tightening of my cycle of moods and thoughts, as I seem (on one level at least) to be spinning in ever decreasing circles, somewhat analagous to a computer program being in a loop. Meditating the other day I managed to observe that I'm getting far better at being my own observer, and am beginning to question whether some of my thoughts are truly mine.

As has been said - look inside, or go and spend some time alone in nature.
