choosing those specific words for the title might be a little...too much,shall we say (now i see it was changed).however i do not let this divert me from the importance of cathy's o'brien story.
i have been listening to her story on diffrent occasions and i have the outmost respect for her courage and for other similiar victims as well.i will not turn my head or my heart on those other people and what they have to say just beacuse it might interfere with "my climbing to ascention" or it might lower my frequency vibration.it is hard,it is difficult,one must take it with small gulps
or decide its not possible for them at the moment ,all very legitimate.but i want to face the truth no matter what,otherwise how can i (we) find the solution without being aware of the details,and what kind of person am i going to be when delibretly looking the other way as not to distract myself from not so nice appearances.
personally there is nothing that can harm my path to awareness no matter what,unless i will let it.and i salute cathy o'brien.

I am glad the thread title was changed. Sensationalism distracts from the vital points. We sit here discussing the validity of the title rather then the legitimacy and consequences of the topic..

A horrific consequence of sexual abuse is the how talking about it becomes taboo.

How many human beings are sexualy abused and fear talking about it?

It is not only due to retribution from the abuser...

Fear of not being believed is the main reason most sexual aggression cases do not get reported

Fear of being blamed is another...

Conspiracy of Silence, a documentary listed for viewing in TV Guide Magazine was to be aired on the Discovery Channel, on May 3, 1994. This documentary exposed a network of religious leaders and Washington politicians who flew children to Washington D.C. for sex orgies.


Many children suffered the indignity of wearing nothing but their underwear and a number displayed on a piece of cardboard hanging from their necks when being auctioned off to foreigners in Las Vegas, Nevada and Toronto, Canada.

At the last minute before airing, unknown congressmen threatened the TV Cable industry with restrictive legislation if this documentary was aired. Almost immediately, the rights to the documentary were purchased by unknown persons who had ordered all copies destroyed.

A copy of this videotape was furnished anonymously to former Nebraska state senator and attorney John De Camp who made it available to retired FBI Agent Ted L. Gunderson. While the video quality is not top grade, this tape is a blockbuster in what is revealed by the participants involved.

Ted Gunderson was born in Colorado Springs. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1950. Gunderson entered the Federal Bureau of Investigation in December 1951. He served in Mobile, Knoxville, New York City, and Albuquerque offices. He held posts as a Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge in New Haven and Philadelphia; and as Chief Inspector, and Special Agent-in-Charge of the Memphis and Dallas[2] divisions. Gunderson obtained affidavits from Helena Stoeckley confessing to her involvement in the murders.[4] Gunderson is also co-author with Roger McGovern of How to Locate Anyone Anywhere Without Leaving Home.[5]

Since his retirement, Gunderson has publicly claimed that several high profile deaths or crimes have been committed by prolific satanic cults, also often claiming involvment by high level government officials. Cases where he has made such claims include the death of Sonny Bono, the Oklahoma City bombing and the Jeffrey MacDonald case[6]

The 1990 grand jury report came less than two weeks after private detective Gary Caradori was killed when the small plane he was piloting broke up in flight over Illinois. Caradori was hired as lead investigator by the special Nebraska state legislative committee originally assigned to look into the child abuse allegations. Senator Loran Schmit, chairman of the legislative committee, told the Omaha World-Herald that "[Caradori] believed that something was going to come out of this investigation. He believed that the evidence was there to be developed and that things couldn't stay under cover forever."[11]

In 1990, the Schiller Institute, a German-based organization associated with Lyndon LaRouche, created a ten-member group called "Citizens Fact-Finding Commission to Investigate Human Rights Violations of Children in Nebraska." Led by Reverend James Bevel, the group gathered signatures on a petition asking the legislature to extend Senator Schmit's investigation.[12] Additionally, the Executive Intelligence Review, a Lyndon LaRouche publication, published an article which alleged that children associated with the Franklin prostitution ring had been murdered in satanic rituals. Reprints of the article were distributed in Omaha and Lincoln.[13]

Former Nebraska state senator John DeCamp, who was close to the original Franklin investigation and provided legal counsel to several of the alleged victims in the case including Paul Bonacci, eventually authored a book titled The Franklin Cover-up: Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska. In the book, DeCamp alleges Lawrence King was operating a child prostitution ring based in Omaha, and that it was used to serve prominent citizens in the local area, as well as high-level U.S. politicians in Washington D.C. and elsewhere. DeCamp also describes what he believes amounted to a coverup. The book was first published in 1992. A second, revised edition of the book was published in 2006.

LaRouche followers Webster Tarpley and Anton Chaitkin also wrote about the Franklin Credit Union scandal and its alleged connection to the Washington prostitution ring in a book titled George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography. The book was published by Executive Intelligence Review in 1992.[14]

More allegations of a coverup came to light when a 56-minute documentary film about King's alleged child prostitution ring titled Conspiracy of Silence,[15] produced in 1993 by Yorkshire Television, surfaced on the Internet. The film features an interview with former CIA director William Colby, numerous members of the Nebraska state legislature including John DeCamp, and more than one alleged victim in the case.

In 2009, a new book by investigative journalist Nick Bryant was published about the scandal and alleged coverup. The book is titled: The Franklin Scandal: A Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse & Betrayal.

During the past three decades, I have spent much of my scholarly life examining primary sources such as diaries, autobiographies, doctor's reports, ethnographic reports and other documents that document what it must have felt like to have been a child--yesterday and today, in the East and the West, in literate and preliterate cultures.

In several hundred studies published by myself and my associates in The Journal of Psychohistory, we have provided extensive evidence that the history of childhood has been a nightmare from which we have only recently begun to awaken. The further back in history one goes--and the further away from the West one gets--the more massive the neglect and cruelty one finds and the more likely children are to have been killed, rejected, beaten, terrorized and sexually abused by their caretakers.

Indeed, my conclusion from a lifetime of psychohistorical study of childhood and society is that the history of humanity is founded upon the abuse of children. Just as family therapists today find that child abuse often functions to hold families together as a way of solving their emotional problems, so, too, the routine assault of children has been society's most effective way of maintaining its collective emotional homeostasis. Most historical families once practiced infanticide, erotic beating and incest. Most states sacrificed and mutilated their children to relieve the guilt of adults. Even today, we continue to arrange the daily killing, maiming, molestation and starvation of children through our social, military and economic activities. I would like to summarize here some of the evidence I have found as to why child abuse has been humanity's most powerful and most successful ritual, why it has been the cause of war and social violence, and why the eradication of child abuse and neglect is the most important social task we face today.

Some of the things she says is consistent with what Duncan O' Finian (sp) talked about. Children are tortured and traumatized with intent for the mind to develop another personality that can cope with that trauma or torture. That compartmentalized part of the brain resurfaces anytime that particular trauma is inflicted. Later, that compartmentalized personality is trained to perform specific functions. What a horrible thing to do to another human being.

It has been a number of years since I have heard Cathy O'Brien speak. These two videos are more current and it is really good to see the transformation that she has come through. These videos are lead-ins to a DVD that can be purchased.

She has definitely come a long way. I wonder how her daughter is doing now.

That's undoubtedly the most important point, agreed.

Of course, there are the other important points that Cathy O'Brien raises, including the exposition of powerbrokers - a virtual who's who of presidents, prime ministers and lesser politicians - that use children for the gratification of their own libidos. I used to admire Pierre Elliot Trudeau ... but that view changed 180 degrees after I watched O'Brien's Trance Formation of America two years ago, and investigated her claims against CIA mind control programs such as Project Monarch and MK-Ultra (among others). Interestingly, the use of LSD and the sexualization of children are common links between MK-Ultra and the Hamilton-Byrne cult that Julian Assange had been associated with.

Yes, and yet when someone stands up and tells her story and names names, she is considered to be mentally incapacitated.

Who else has the inside information about a subject so dark that no one else would ever be allowed this info? Women and children have experienced this heinous torture and they at least deserve the courtesy of listening ears without condemnation.
