Every night as I lay to rest, I open my (Third EyE)

When I do this I see...

• Psychic Flashes
• Faces, Faces & More Faces
• Historical Scenes
• Fleeting movies of the Past
• Etc, etc, etc...

Its an (Easy & Simple) Exercise to do

• Simply lay down to sleep
• Focus your Attention to your (Third EyE)
• Concentrate til you start seeing a 'Purple Hue'

Then focus your Attention on the Purple Hue e.g. Try to mentally (Catch the Purple Hue) & start pushing it outwards in front of your (Third Eye) til it forms into a concentrated projection similar to the picture below...



Then (Intensely) concentrate on and Focus your Attention towards the center of that (Purple Hue) and then (Relax) and (Project your Mind) outwardly...
