The several threads about the Sandy Hook "event" (- which to me is a separate and terrible event which we don't completely know about, from the media event(s) surrounding it), and which I have read and added to somewhat, just shows how important this thread is.

A meditation - imagine all the water in the world, including in all of our bodies. And specifically send it your best thoughts, symbol, signature. Just takes a second! I think "Gaia's Waters" and project. Hey, just made that up right now. Will do it several times today, maybe on the hour.

The discordant energies of the lower terrestrial chakras, the root (fear) the sacral second chakra of life force and sexual energy (anger) and the third chakra, the solar plexus or power center (grief) are all like a smoldering fire of embers raising up to the sky, as the fire starves for oxygen, and the astral beings circle around it and vampire this energy and consume it.

Fear, anger and grief are the disconnected and discordant emotions. Only through the heart, and the connection to the upper celestial chakras, the voice of the soul in the throat, the vision of the soul through the third eye, and the connection to source through the crown, can these discordant emotions be transmuted and brought into unity.

Your'e right Grip it is about energy, we are so close, I mean so close to this transformation. Even from observing people's reactions of the Sandy Hook shooting, like the one I posted above....they are automatically making heart-centered choices....and for some, they're realizing that's all they can do , that's all they have left to be is "love", as evident in the Christmas card that the anoymous donor left for the woman.

Watching these events unfold is extremely difficult, but I also understand that they go hand in hand with the transformation and those souls that are lost, have given us a tremendous gift through their sarcrifices. Energy is the key and changing the way we think to harness that energy is how we'll get to the next level.

Curiously, I think that I first let go of the walls around the heart around the time that this thread started, yet back then I was not a member of the forum yet, nor was I following it. This may well be the most powerful synchronicity I have experienced so far. Anyway, I love how everyone shared their personal story on the thread and I experienced many sighs of relief (and deep breaths) because of the recognition and resonance. Therefore I feel invited to share my story as well . This feels like a great time and place to look back on my journey so far from a heart perspective.
Like many of us have, I learned to close my heart off while growing up. Because my parents fought a lot verbally I did not feel safe at home and closed off from them a lot. School was hard as well. The playground was too intense for me emotionally and I got teased quite a bit, mostly because of my second hand clothes and short hair. With no safe place to go for a long period of time I guess I closed off from myself as well. I did not feel at home with the world or with myself. I realize now that this is not all that surprising because inner and outer are inextricably linked  If I only had known that back then! Yet as mentioned here before, your traumas can become your gifts and I truly feel it that way now for the first time.
I realize that what made me get through it, are crucial moments in which I did reclaim the heart and therefore myself. I acted out my true self by playing with and caring for my dolls, together with the neighborhood children. Also I loved playing to be a dog and through that I got my parents back together sometimes and got the positive attention from them that was lacking throughout the day. And then I got a real dog! Also there were some teachers and parents of children I positively connected with. These moments of being connected to the heart gave me so much strength and vitality, I do not think I would have survived it otherwise.
Yet I was in survival mode most of the time, until very recently. It is only since a couple of months (even weeks) but I feel fully awakened now from the heart perspective. The rediscovery of the heart has been a parallel process to a two year rollercoaster ride through the alternative media. It began with an observation that I felt uncomfortable when I felt my heart beating. Which I thought was strange and not how it was supposed to be. I needed to tumble through the rabbit hole of the alternative media to discover the illusion of this world and the holographic nature of the universe. In retrospect I think that I could not open my heart because if you believe only in 3D you are way too vulnerable to open your heart to this world. Yet when you become aware that there is more you can open your heart in other dimensions first in order to be able to do it in the 3D world as well without fear or boundaries. With this I will continue practicing

Hi 4Talismans, welcome to Avalon and thanks for your input. I'm glad you're grasping the vision I was hoping to convey. We can no longer address our problems with the usual systems and groups. In order to come to this conclusion it's imperative that one looks at the situation from an energetic level rather than a 3D spatial viewpoint...I hope I'm making sense.....Everything is energy, everything vibrates at a particular frequency. Understanding this makes "The Solution" all the more a reasonable option in transforming our reality to one of peace and love. I know this is the way, I know this is the future. Science is already enforcing this concept, it's just a matter of bringing it to the people in a more public format so they can establish a frame of reference and knowledge base that validates how their reality can conform in ways that couldn't be experienced under the harsh environment of duality.

Bottom line...if you want peace and love you have to be the peace and love....each individual has to make that choice and the sooner that more do and hold that vibration, the faster our reality can change. Everyone affects the source field. It makes perfect sense to me that we would be facing armageddon-like situations right before a transformation takes place. Those over-the-top experiences, if you look at them on an energetic level are the fuel needed in order to provide the opportunity for some to experience emotional clearing there-by transforming that negative fuel by forgiving and then generating the higher frequencies of love and compassion through the forgiveness process. You need that negative energy to have something to transform and if you look at all the examples of the life experiences that people are having to deal with the pattern is right there in front of you. Now you can more clearly see the science behind the importance of some of the most dramatic situations many have had to face as the frame of reference is becoming more defined for those who choose to see..

I really do believe that somehow, some way, our focus and intent on exposing the criminal cabal in places just like this have now carried over into the main stream. We keep hearing the human mind is super-powerful and can send out very strong energy waves to change our reality and that is what is manifesting right now. Thank you we R one my life and upbringing was similar to yours as far as the abuse my father was a Vietnam vet and a heavy drinker my mother was the most loving soul but trapped in a marriage that left her powerless. I wonder... if a skeptic claims something isn't true, is the truth perhaps that the skeptic is simply afraid of the implications of this something being possibly true?

I experience observable (observable by third parties) psi events daily... often dozens of times each and every day. Those who are close with me in my life see these psi events. My sons, my wife, a few close friends... and none of them are ever surprised anymore. Interestingly, I have found a direct correlation between open minded enthusiasm regarding the phenomena (both from myself as well as those involved in my life) to the amount of and profundity of these events.

A side effect of these events is that I have a sense we are indeed all connected at the psychic level. It appears the strength of that connection depends, in part, on the openness of the various connection points or nexuses (which is what we are at this level of our being).

This has made me a better person because I now know, with zero doubt, my responsibility beyond myself in so being and in so being truly from the heart.
