Thankyou Roman. I read parts one and two and they have certainly come at an apt time for me. I have been in the process of releasing and forgiving past pains. I have been shining light on the shadows and watching them dissolve. A similar method to yours. Your posts have given me the affirmation that coincidences always do when they crop up in such an extraordinary way. I survived childhood abuse and more as an adult. But I am lucky as I was able to step aside at the time. I just need to forgive and let it go. Not everyone is as lucky. Thankyou again for your help.

The saying "There is nothing to fear but fear itself" fits here I think. There is so much trauma in our pasts and presents perhaps a look at life from a different perspective would serve to move us forward. How you view the world directly affects how you live in the world how you live in the world affects everyone you associate with and more. To heal yourself is to heal the world most directly. It is no easy task to assume responsibility rather than project blame it is no easy task to hold your feet to the flame. There is no other that can do it for you for love or money. Best Wishes

First, I'd like to have you take a look at a BBC Documentary "The Secret You" by mathematician and Atheist Marcu du Sautoy.

It's a conservative side/take on the Carl Jung, Rupert Sheldrake approach to 'collective consciousness.'

The video introduces so many profound experiments that my experience has been 'stunned silence' for those I share this with. Given this 'average response,' I suspect you would be willing to highlight your thinking in light of some rather startling and widely unknown experience of the mind, from the perspective of the repeatable scientific approach.

That is a very good question, and a perspective is needed here.

The video was great, I have not seen it, but as always they leave you with a gaping hole, never really coming to some understandable conclusion to move one forwards, just more questions.

This lady opens out the hidden within all of us, Its the finest example of here and there, which does not exist, its a fine example of within and without, its the finest example of their being nothing outside of you, the whole proccess is linear from conciousness to condenced conciousness, our reality and yes maybe with a 6 second delay beetween wave and the particles, as ones right hemisphere recives, and the left converts, but mind is still outside of the brain which make your body, earth and the universe your reality.

Imagine a room between the two hemispheres and two doors between the two hemispheres, one door comes from the right hemisphere into the room and the other door opposite leads to the left. There seems to be a governor in the room between the hemispheres which restrict a full blown manifestation of our true reality, that governor, that re-stricter would be your beliefs. I don’t say that it happens that way, its just an illustration.

There is a fine example of this when Columbus ( I think) in a rowing boat with his crew were coming into the shores of an Island which had the natives standing on the beach seeing them arrive with astonishment as they had never seen Europeans before, after their introductions, the shamans surprise to the fact that how could they of travelled great distances in a little boat like that, the crew were pointing a big ship anchored just outside of the tide, but not one of the natives could see it, as much as the whole party were trying to explain, they could not see it, which baffled the crew, so they took the shaman and others into the boat, and started row back to the ship to show them, so the closer they got to the ship, a faint shadow was beginning to show itself of this invisible ship to the natives, then suddenly with a gasp they saw this great ship in all its glory, after they rowed back to the Island the shaman described to natives of what he had seen, and when all the natives looked back at the sea, they all began to see it. (explain that one)?? We see what we believe, and what we believe we see, and that’s our experience of reality.

In part one, the focus was mainly on yourself, in part two its more focused on all of us as a consensus.

Imagine, you have a glass of water on the table in front of you, step back from the left to the right hemisphere where you feel you are part of everything, you are conscious of all consciousness surrounding you, even the consciousness of that glass of water, you are it, and it is you, step back into your left hemisphere and reach out your hand to the glass of water, your intention is in the reaching out, the water slides towards you. Your belief that it can not, will stop that event from happening, BLOCKS. Why not puncture a hole in the clouds, its all the same thing, nothing is outside of ourselves.

After my traumatic 2 weeks or so, I went outside by myself and looked into the clouds and kissed the old white bearded f@@ker up there goodbye.

I pulled into my driveway one day about 13 years ago or so, but before getting out and going inside, there was a little business needing tending to. I said my last prayer to the man upstairs, it went something like this: "You know what? I'm not buying into your sh!t any more. If I'm wrong, and you feel the need to punish me when I die, then do what you gotta do, but I'm done. Bye bye." Best move I ever made. Looking back, THAT was the day that the first of many shackles began to fall away. It was almost like 'someone' watching said "ya know what, I kinda like that kid, he's got some balls. Show em a little somethin somethin to get his interest in what's really going on."

Brilliant post by the way Roman!!! Someone's been doing an aweful lot of thinking, researching and soul searching. I still contend the Earth DOES indeed have consciousness, from personal experience, but that's cool. It's all good. Just so you know, I don't worship her...LOL

Interesting you spoke so much about the church. I was obligated to attend a Catholic mass last week because of a death in the family, and it was a somewhat surreal experience. I've not stepped foot in a church since beginning to "wake up" 3 years ago, much less the Catholic variety, and I found myself just observing in utter amazement at how obviously ridiculous the whole thing was. A stained glass with Jesus sitting in a masonic pose, incense, the eating of flesh and blood, blithely chanting, etc. There was nothing 'spiritual'(for lack of a better word) about it in the slightest, save for good and loving people freely giving away their power and sovereigntry. At times I almost just wanted to jump up on the alter and scream "don't you people see what's going on here?"

Anyway, I'm totally with you on the no method or school of thought way of going about things. They can be very useful, and contain much truth, as long as one can discern their way through the bullsh!t and mis-information. Not trying to offend anyone, but they're meant to be a tool, to be discarded after serving their purpose. People tend to become attached to the tool,(the vehicle) rather than where it is meant to take them.

At the risk of rambling wildly now, I'll stop. Besides, I reserve the right to suddenly disagree with myself at any moment and change my mind.

I need to go back to Part 1 again now Roman. Both such helpful threads. When I originally read part one it introduced me to Honoponolo via another poster on your thread. Im thinking its helped a little but im going to back and try your releasing method.

By the way Ive just picked up a book called 'F*** It - the Ultimate Spiritual Way' at a time when I had just literally said ya know what 'f*** it' to stuff I was going thru at home and in work. I havnt even need to finish the whole book it had already done its job before my higher self lead me to it. One of those synchronicities I guess. Anyway that attitude certaintly helped me in work, with my sales going from zero on the floor to back on top again. Just by using those two little words and meaning it. And recent family dramas are just fading. What other people think about me is their business, not mine. x

Perhaps the reason I've been obsessed with history lately is the fact I'm a decendant of both survivors and victim's of that massacre. Thus I'm trying to understand how it happened and why. The more I research the more shaken to the core I've become,and most people do'nt want to talk about it or learn the truth. It's true what they say about being damned to repeat history if you do not learn what happened. People were quick to shoot down my plane when trying to educate everyone on another thread today. Maybe it takes too much effort for people to read more than a few paragraphs at one time,maybe everyone has ADD , I just do not understand the lack of interest.

Just finished reading both parts of Roman's opening posts . I did not notice them when they were first posted but this little video by Roman sparked my interest quite a bit.

Fist I need to say something to get it of my chest: dear Roman you seem to still have to do a lot of releasing of attachment and approval as to how your threads go and how far reaching they are .

That being said, I myself have had similar lines of thought as you have, but did not put them into writing yet, because there are still unresolved issues...

One of the issues would be motivation. If I drop all desire of having a car, or spiritual growth, or self improvement and so on... then what will be the driving force behind me doing any of the releasing exercises? If I no longer want or need a car... then... I no longer want or need a car... do you see what I am getting at?

Another thing that I grapple with I guess I could call it "apathy" (again lack of motivation?) and it goes like this: it looks like there is no truth, no lies, no good, no evil, no morality, no superior, no inferior, everything just is, or should I say we/I pretend it is or imagine it to be. This kinda implies that "all is well" and everything already is "as it should be". If we destroy our species then that is just as "good" (or neutral) as we "save our selves"... who cares? So you see the paradox?

And of course the fact that if I cut my body it bleeds and it hurts. And that's all it takes to remind me that "oh boy.. this is pretty real alright! all else are virtual words on a forum that won't do me any good!"

So Roman, if you've pondered these yourself and got to some insights I'd like to know them . If you already wrote plenty about it just point me to the thread(s).

This is the second time I responded to this same post, To me it is a good rule of thumb to live by. So many of us lose ground to the ego who is always looking for drama, what is dramas real attraction but to be what we are not. This statement from the Bible; Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Whether one is Christian or not this statement has energy and truth.

There is a responsibility here, which will we be vigilant for? the ego's sick appeal for drama and only a speck of happiness that is as fleeting as a vapor in which no real peace lies.
Or can we be vigilant for our true self? the good, joyful, the infinite.

There is one question which we should ask ourselves when we are tempted by dramas shine......Does it bring me peace of mind? If not we always have the ability to choose again.

Your statement above is a good reminder, we choose what we want and as we choose it is given. When not at peace choose again.
