Looking at the provided schematic; the coils are wired in opposition (buck) fashion. Does this make sense to anyone?

everyone knows it needs to be turned the same as a toilet flushes depending on where you are in the world...

Reading through the website Q&A's; someone asked what the inductance is of the primary. In the answer given; it's stated that the two coils are in series (this is not how it's shown in the schematic)...

Obviously this whole project has been rushed out the door. There are errors in the schematic diagram, no third party validation of their prototype, no complete video of the device working.
Instead they decided to fly to Taiwan and start the teaching process immediately. Now we will all agree that this is not the NORMAL way to do this but in this case, perhaps this is the safest approach, i.e. not mysteriously found in a ditch somewhere or succumbing from food poisoning. Time will tell.

sorry, I got busy on the Chile quake and forgot to come back to say April fools...

I'm gathering pieces to try putting it together, anybody else doing the same? I have an electronics recycle center just a few miles up the road so should put it together for cheap...

I put a loop back to the saw's battery and charged up a bank of deep cycle batteries...

extremely noisy but proved the concept that more energy can be created than is used.

the investor was being threatened so had to pull back funding, but I at least saw it with my own eyes.

my goal was to create a magentic generator that replaces the circular saw.

float the shaft with magnetics to eliminate noise and drag...

had one made but the magnets were so strong it would wind down as soon as I slid it into the coils.

the coils get smoking hot and it can create lightening so make sure it is grounded well, I lost my boom box to a lightening strike...

the new allow MIT is working on is going to take the coil heat and create electricity from it and remove the need for cooling





this gives an idea of the power curve at 3500 RPM

Immediately after open sourcing the Fix the World QEG family attended a Prepare for Change Cobra conference in Taipei. We showed a presentation video of the QEG working prototype. Many who attended that conference are spreading the QEG knowledge all over the world. Cobra and his contacts from the light forces came to the factory where we are building QEGs to observe the operation for themselves. They are very impressed and we have the full backing and support of the Resistance Movement. Plans for larger scale production and parts sourcing are underway.

I'd advise a wait and see approach. There's no sense In getting too excited until proof of concept/claim is made; especially with the track record of so called "free energy devices" you can blame the boy who cried wolf one too many times...

About the schematic; it stands to reason that an unconventional electrical device (free energy) would employ an unconventional configuration...

For my money; i'm not about to drop 7 thou to find out so, i'm patiently sitting on my hands and waiting to see how this goes.

As far as I know, the group in Taiwan had yet to "tune" the device to where it's expected to produce about 500watts...

Here is todays update, seems they hit a snag. They will rebuild the core tomorrow.

James:
While testing the prototype in Taiwan, we encountered a problem we need to inform all of you about. There appears to be a weakness in the insulation system on the core that will need to be addressed. Just after we verified that we had output from the generator (you’ve probably seen the Taiwan video showing the first time we ran it up to resonance), we began to test and document the output parameters. We started with a light load of about 600 watts. As we brought up the power, we heard a snap that is characteristic of a high voltage arc. There didn’t seem to be any damage, so we continued to document the readings at that power level. We heard another snap and stopped the generator to try to determine the cause.

We examined all the connections and did not find any problem. We resumed testing at the same level and heard a 3rd HV arc. This time we lost the output and stopped the generator to investigate. Everything looked ok until we checked the inductance of the ‘A’ primary coil (3100 turn coil on the side nearest the motor). The DC resistance looked ok, but we could not read inductance. This indicates one or more (probably more) shorted turns of wire. We had no choice but to cut off all the wire and look for shorted turns. We found 5 turns where the insulation had burned, and all 5 were shorted together. The shorted turns were not at the bottom of the coil near the steel, or at the 90° corners where the wire makes a sharp turn around the core (you motor guys know these are the most suspect areas for problems). The shorts were within the coil about 1/3 of the way up on the winding.

The head engineer here (our host) and the guys you saw in the video are just amazing! They immediately jumped on this problem and called in two experts within about an hour. They determined that interlayer insulation was probably needed (insulation between each layer of wire) to prevent this happening again. So off we go tomorrow, to the transformer company and then to the toroid winding company here, to get the core rebuilt and rewound with the improved insulation system. They have already designed several improvements to the system in addition to the interlayer insulation.

So it looks like we’ll have a 2-3 day delay before we can get back to testing… and we’ll be staying here to see it through!

We’d also like to call upon any experts out there who are experienced with building high voltage coils, transformers and similar devices, to bring their knowledge to bear on this project. We’re looking at this as an early opportunity to improve and ruggedize the design further.

I think we pushed it a little too hard here. Maybe rushing too much to get it done. If you're not on the main resonant frequency when loading it up, the high voltage tends to build up in the core.. doesn't transfer into the output coils. It looks like we dialed up the rpm too high while on a harmonic, and the HV went up too high too fast. There is some technique involved with tuning. When we get the core back, we'll monitor the HV VERY carefully while tuning. On our prototype, I was carefully watching the HV level while tuning. We had a lot of cooks here, and you know sometimes it's hard to watch everything

I just wanted to let everyone know about the amazing experience that this delay has brought about. The entire team here in Taiwan banded together to attack the problem and come up with solutions at record speed. Also I noticed that bringing in as many brilliant minds as possible in this way was most probably part of a greater cosmic plan to roll out. I mentioned before that the QEG appears to be bringing about Unity Consciousness in a way that is very real and effective. This is a great example. So while there is a delay, this is an incredible opportunity for the entire co-development process around the QEG and will bring all of those working on this closer together and strengthen us to bring this all the way through until everyone has access to free energy technology and WE THE PEOPLE upgrade the entire energy industry.

NB about the video "QEG Taiwan Has Resonance". We had to blur the faces because one of the engineers from China was in jeopardy of losing his job if he was seen.

If the person you forward the plans to has sufficient electrical/electronic knowledge, they'll work out what to ask QEG for clarifications. But remember, the diagram is incomplete and if anyone with an engineering eye compares the text to the circuit, there are also inconsistencies. (See page 2 of this tread.)

Normally, when any company releases construction plans to the public for something to be reproduced (whether sold or given away), there are a number of iterations as they are farmed out to those competent follow the instructions. Feedback from constructors on errors and omissions ensure the final version can be followed with the minimum of confusion or failure.

For some reason it appears QEG have omitted that process. Perhaps it was released in a rush in case The Powers That Be tried to stop them. Well, perhaps it's now time to release updated and corrected instructions.

There are also a number of 'red flags' in the manual that have not gone unnoticed on engineering forums - here's one.

To state the obvious, we need to be vigilant about such claims. One might be inclined to say traditional engineers will try to discredit or debunk the device, but if the device is proven to work, no amount of debunking will stop it working. And like I said before, it's not that difficult to measure IxV going in and IxV coming out to prove over unity.

Are there any engineers on here who are sufficiently convinced that they are going to invest in building one? If not why not?

I suspected they would have this problem; HV+HF makes a good ozone generator...

You can wind up chasing your tail to fix this; plug a leak here get a leak there and round you go.
