Hi Steve. After reading your latest post from Hawk, I decided to write you about an encounter I had last Thurs (2/27). I stood next to a young man who made a comment about not being able to travel with his guns. I replied to the effect, if you lived in CT you probably wouldn't be living with them either. He laughed and we began small talking a bit until our bags were available.

I learned quickly that he was an Army MP and had served overseas. Realizing the opportunity I had, I asked
a) Have you trained with many foreign soldiers?
b) How many were in the U.S?
c) Has he taken any tests to determine his willingness to shoot US citizens?
d) Was the number of ~250 officers recently retired accurate?

His reply was
a) Many, especially around the Capitol.
b) Well over 100,000.
c) No tests, but the topic is continually discussed among the troops.
d) 250 is low since the count excludes lower ranked officers.

I didn't question him further since he had his family with him. However I tried to gather what information I could. The information, while not new, is confirmatory.

I want to reiterate that I have been in contact with people I know in Danville, Virginia, and have posted their response to my inquiry. There is no further information/ gossip via the local grapevine, or other indication that there are any Russian troops in Danville, VA.

There is nothing of note in Danville, VA. It's a smallish agrarian town. It's not near anything of note except other agrarian towns and a motor speedway. People would notice if, say, an abandoned cotton mill is suddenly turned into barracks for foreign troops. People would notice if Russian speaking individuals were shopping in the local stores. Local real estate agents would notice if Russians were suddenly renting apartments or houses. It's not happening.

A search of the net turns up no references to anything in that area other than that one blog post from Steve Quayle's site. That the poster has not posted any followup or further "evidence" suggests to me that this story is a plant, false information.

I don't believe this story, and I live near there. If the greeter at Wal-Mart starts reporting gossip that Russian troops are in the area, maybe then I'll start to believe it. But until then, sorry, Bill.

PS [edit to add] Danville is a three-hour drive from the Capitol. I have no idea what's happening around the Capitol, or around the large air force and naval bases on the coast.

Well, 2 years ago there were, from what I read here on Avalon, 100,000 chinese troops in Canada right at the border of New York state, ready to invade the US. This meant located from Montréal towards west a little. I did not understand how come we have not heard of it. 100,000 is a lot of troops. Hidden with chinese look amongst a white population speaking French, no way they would have gone unnoticed. Unless they are in another dimension. lol

So, for me, it is sure there is no major foreign troops gathering in Danville USA.

Reports of the "Cabal" eating its own... The BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) have made significant progress in setting up structures that would serve as an alternative to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which are dominated by the U.S. and the EU. A currency reserve pool, as a replacement for the IMF, and a BRICS development bank, as a replacement for the World Bank, will begin operating as soon as in 2015, Russian Ambassador at Large Vadim Lukov has said.
Brazil has already drafted a charter for the BRICS Development Bank, while Russia is drawing up intergovernmental agreements on setting the bank up, he added.
In addition, the BRICS countries have already agreed on the amount of authorized capital for the new institutions: $100 billion each. "Talks are under way on the distribution of the initial capital of $50 billion between the partners and on the location for the headquarters of the bank. Each of the BRICS countries has expressed a considerable interest in having the headquarters on its territory," Lukov said.
It is expected that contributions to the currency reserve pool will be as follows: China, $41 billion; Brazil, India, and Russia, $18 billion each; and South Africa, $5 billion. The amount of the contributions reflects the size of the countries' economies.

By way of comparison, the IMF reserves, which are set by the Special Drawing Rights (SDR), currently stand at 238.4 billion euros, or $369.52 billion dollars. In terms of amounts, the BRICS currency reserve pool is, of course, inferior to the IMF. However, $100 billion should be quite sufficient for five countries, whereas the IMF comprises 188 countries - which may require financial assistance at any time.

The BRICS countries are setting up a Development Bank as an alternative to the World Bank in order to grant loans for projects that are beneficial not for the U.S. or the EU, but for developing countries.
The purpose of the bank is to primarily finance external rather than internal projects. The founding countries believe that they are quite capable of developing their own projects themselves. For instance, Russia has a National Wealth Fund for this purpose.
"Loans from the Development Bank will be aimed not so much at the BRICS countries as for investment in infrastructure projects in other countries, say, in Africa,” says Ilya Prilepsky, a member of the Economic Expert Group. “For example, it would be in BRICS' interest to give a loan to an African country for a hydropower development program, where BRICS countries could supply their equipment or act as the main contractor."
If the loan is provided by the IMF, the equipment will be supplied by western countries that control its operations.

The creation of the BRICS Development Bank has a political significance too, since it allows its member states to promote their interests abroad. "It is a political move that can highlight the strengthening positions of countries whose opinion is frequently ignored by their developed American and European colleagues. The stronger this union and its positions on the world arena are, the easier it will be for its members to protect their own interests," points out Natalya Samoilova, head of research at the investment company Golden Hills-Kapital AM.
Having said that, the creation of alternative associations by no means indicates that the BRICS countries will necessarily quit the World Bank or the IMF, at least not initially, says Ilya Prilepsky.
Currency reserve pool
In addition, the BRICS currency reserve pool is a form of insurance, a cushion of sorts, in the event a BRICS country faces financial problems or a budget deficit. In Soviet times it would have been called "a mutual benefit society", says Nikita Kulikov, deputy director of the consulting company HEADS. Some countries in the pool will act as a safety net for the other countries in the pool.

The need for such protection has become evident this year, when developing countries' currencies, including the Russian ruble, have been falling.
The currency reserve pool will assist a member country with resolving problems with its balance of payments by making up a shortfall in foreign currency.
Assistance can be given when there is a sharp devaluation of the national currency or massive capital flight due to a softer monetary policy by the U.S. Federal Reserve System, or when there are internal problems, or a crisis, in the banking system. If banks have borrowed a lot of foreign currency cash and are unable to repay the debt, then the currency reserve pool will be able to honor those external obligations.
This structure should become a worthy alternative to the IMF, which has traditionally provided support to economies that find themselves in a budgetary emergency.
"A large part of the fund goes toward saving the euro and the national currencies of developed countries. Given that governance of the IMF is in the hands of western powers, there is little hope for assistance from the IMF in case of an emergency. That is why the currency reserve pool would come in very handy," says ambassador Lukov.

The currency reserve pool will also help the BRICS countries to gradually establish cooperation without the use of the dollar, points out Natalya Samoilova. This, however, will take time. For the time being, it has been decided to replenish the authorized capital of the Development Bank and the Currency Reserve Pool with U.S. dollars. Thus the U.S. currency system is getting an additional boost. However, it cannot be ruled out that very soon (given the threat of U.S. and EU economic sanctions against Russia) the dollar may be replaced by the ruble and other national currencies of the BRICS counties.

Banker and Wife Brutally Murdered! House Sweeping Continues!

We now learn that another prominent banker has been ‘knocked off’ as a 37-year old Director from the BNP Paribas Fortis bank in Belgium was shot and killed along with his wife and a 9-year-old nephew. While at first the dead bankers were called ‘suicides’, Before It’s News reported in February that these bankers were actually being ‘suicided’ and this latest killing shows that those ‘taking out’ the bankers have stepped up their brazen ways. Several video reports also below including ”V’s” warning to us months ago. This latest brutal murder could only mean that the end is getting closer to the current financial system.

In the beginning it was banker suicides. Then about two weeks ago, suicides were replaced by outright murders after the execution-style killing of the CEO of a bank in otherwise sleepy (and tax evasive) Lichtenstein by a disgruntled client. Then on Friday news hit of another execution-type murder in just as sleepy, if not so tax evasive, Belgium, where in the city of Vise, a 37-year-old Director at BNP Paribas Fortis was murdered alongside his wife and a 9 year old nephew in a premeditated and orchestrated drive-by shooting.

(MR C) Rumors have gained a bit of credibility after it was leaked that Obama was keeping a list of people to be round up and arrested in times of martial law. Those on the list—some 8 million names—will be placed into FEMA camps so not to further disrupt the peace.

This list isn’t actually anything new, as it was leaked during the Bush administration. Of course liberals persecuted Bush for keeping such a list insisting that Democrats would never think of American’s in such a way. As it turns out this isn’t entirely true.

Not only is Obama keeping the list and has updated it since he was elected into office, it has been around since the 1980’s. That’s right, this list is a bi-partisan effort to violate the rights of American’s in a preemptive way on the basis that they are a threat to the government.

That being said, it is unclear on what exactly gets your name on the list—could be a criminal past or even political leanings.

The list is called the Main Core and it is stored in a database on government servers.

Several conspiracy nuts have developed theories as to just how the government is going to go about arresting those on the list. In several heavily populated areas though, residents are noticing a strange occurrence—odd colored dots appearing on their mailboxes.

As it turns out there are three colors representing the intentions of the government regarding you and your family.

They have been noted to come in only three colors; red, blue and yellow. Red resembles the fact that a veteran, conservative, or public political figure lives in the residence—these are said to be executed on the spot.

If your mailbox has a blue sticker on it, it is said that you are similar to the red stickers but have a more manipulative personality. In essence, you are a follower and will be taken to a FEMA camp and “re-educated.”

Lastly, if you have a yellow sticker, this represents no threat and will be allowed to remain free. These are the people that agree with the government in its current state and don’t have a problem with them doing what they want.

The Bundy Paradigm: Will You Be a Rebel, Revolutionary or a Slave?


“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”—John F. Kennedy

Those tempted to write off the standoff at the Bundy Ranch as little more than a show of force by militia-minded citizens would do well to reconsider their easy dismissal of this brewing rebellion. This goes far beyond concerns about grazing rights or the tension between the state and the federal government.

Few conflicts are ever black and white, and the Bundy situation, with its abundance of gray areas, is no exception. Yet the question is not whether Cliven Bundy and his supporters are domestic terrorists, as Harry Reid claims, or patriots, or something in between. Nor is it a question of whether the Nevada rancher is illegally grazing his cattle on federal land or whether that land should rightfully belong to the government. Nor is it even a question of who’s winning the showdown— the government with its arsenal of SWAT teams, firepower and assault vehicles, or Bundy’s militia supporters with their assortment of weapons—because if such altercations end in bloodshed, everyone loses.

What we’re really faced with, and what we’ll see more of before long, is a growing dissatisfaction with the government and its heavy-handed tactics by people who are tired of being used and abused and are ready to say “enough is enough.” And it won’t matter what the issue is—whether it’s a rancher standing his ground over grazing rights, a minister jailed for holding a Bible study in his own home, or a community outraged over police shootings of unarmed citizens—these are the building blocks of a political powder keg. Now all that remains is a spark, and it need not be a very big one, to set the whole powder keg aflame.

As I show in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, there’s a subtext to this incident that must not be ignored, and it is simply this: America is a pressure cooker with no steam valve, and things are about to blow. This is what happens when a parasitical government muzzles the citizenry, fences them in, herds them, brands them, whips them into submission, forces them to ante up the sweat of their brows while giving them little in return, and then provides them with little to no outlet for voicing their discontent.

The government has been anticipating and preparing for such an uprising for years. For example, in 2008, a U.S. Army War College report warned that the military must be prepared for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States,” which could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse,” “purposeful domestic resistance,” “pervasive public health emergencies” or “loss of functioning political and legal order”—all related to dissent and protests over America’s economic and political disarray. Consequently, predicted the report, the “widespread civil violence would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.”

One year later, in 2009, the Department of Homeland Security under President Obama issued its infamous reports on Rightwing and Leftwing “Extremism.” According to these reports, an extremist is defined as anyone who subscribes to a particular political viewpoint. Rightwing extremists, for example, are broadly defined in the report as individuals and groups “that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely.”

Despite “no specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence,” the DHS listed a number of scenarios that could arise as a result of so-called rightwing extremists playing on the public’s fears and discontent over various issues, including the economic downturn, real estate foreclosures and unemployment.

Equally disconcerting, the reports use the words “terrorist” and “extremist” interchangeably. In other words, voicing what the government would consider to be extremist viewpoints is tantamount to being a terrorist. Under such a definition, I could very well be considered a terrorist. So too could John Lennon, Martin Luther King Jr., Roger Baldwin (founder of the ACLU), Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson and Samuel Adams—all of these men protested and passionately spoke out against government practices with which they disagreed and would be prime targets under this document.

The document also took pains to describe the political views of those who would qualify as being a rightwing extremist. For example, you are labeled a rightwing extremist if you voice concerns about a myriad of issues including: policy changes under President Obama; the economic downturn and home foreclosures; the loss of U.S. jobs in manufacturing and construction sectors; and social issues such as abortion, interracial crimes and immigration. DHS also issued a red-flag warning against anyone who promotes “conspiracy theories involving declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps.”

Fast forward five years, with all that has transpired, from the Occupy Protests and the targeting of military veterans to domestic surveillance, especially of activist-oriented groups and now, most recently, the Bundy Ranch showdown, and it would seem clear that the government has not veered one iota from its original playbook. Indeed, the government’s full-blown campaign of surveillance of Americans’ internet activity, phone calls, etc., makes complete sense in hindsight.

All that we have been subjected to in recent years—living under the shadow of NSA spying; motorists strip searched and anally probed on the side of the road; innocent Americans spied upon while going about their daily business in schools and stores; homeowners having their doors kicked in by militarized SWAT teams serving routine warrants—illustrates how the government deals with people it views as potential “extremists”: with heavy-handed tactics designed to intimidate the populace into submission and discourage anyone from stepping out of line or challenging the status quo.

It’s not just the Cliven Bundys of the world who are being dealt with in this manner. Don Miller, a 91-year-old antiques collector, recently had his Indiana home raided by the FBI, ostensibly because it might be in the nation’s best interest if the rare and valuable antiques and artifacts Miller had collected over the course of 80 years were cared for by the government. Such tactics carried out by anyone other than the government would be considered grand larceny, and yet the government gets a free pass.

In the same way, the government insists it can carry out all manner of surveillance on us—listen in on our phone calls, read our emails and text messages, track our movements, photograph our license plates, even enter our biometric information into DNA databases—but those who dare to return the favor, even a little, by filming potential police misconduct, get roughed up by the police, arrested, charged with violating various and sundry crimes.

When law enforcement officials—not just the police, but every agent of the government entrusted with enforcing laws, from the president on down—are allowed to discard the law when convenient, and the only ones having to obey the law are the citizenry and not the enforcers, then the law becomes only a tool to punish us, rather than binding and controlling the government, as it was intended.

This phenomenon is what philosopher Abraham Kaplan referred to as the law of the instrument, which essentially says that to a hammer, everything looks like a nail. In the scenario that has been playing out in recent years, we the citizenry have become the nails to be hammered by the government’s henchmen, a.k.a. its guns for hire, a.k.a. its standing army, a.k.a. the nation’s law enforcement agencies.

Indeed, there can no longer be any doubt that militarized police officers, the end product of the government—federal, local and state—and law enforcement agencies having merged, have become a “standing” or permanent army, composed of full-time professional soldiers who do not disband. Yet these permanent armies are exactly what those who drafted the U.S. Constitution feared as tools used by despotic governments to wage war against its citizens.

That is exactly what we are witnessing today: a war against the American citizenry. Is it any wonder then that Americans are starting to resist?

More and more, Americans are tired, frustrated, anxious, and worried about the state of their country. They are afraid of an increasingly violent and oppressive federal government, and they are worried about the economic insecurity which still grips the nation. And they’re growing increasingly sick of being treated like suspects and criminals. As former law professor John Baker, who has studied the growing problem of overcriminalization, noted, “There is no one in the United States over the age of 18 who cannot be indicted for some federal crime. That is not an exaggeration.”

To make matters worse, a recent scientific study by Princeton researchers confirms that the United States of America is not the democracy that is purports to be, but rather an oligarchy, in which “economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy.” As PolicyMic explains, “An oligarchy is a system where power is effectively wielded by a small number of individuals defined by their status called oligarchs. Members of the oligarchy are the rich, the well connected and the politically powerful, as well as particularly well placed individuals in institutions like banking and finance or the military… In other words, their statistics say your opinion literally does not matter.”

So if average Americans, having largely lost all of the conventional markers of influencing government, whether through elections, petition, or protest, have no way to impact their government, no way to be heard, no assurance that their concerns are truly being represented and their government is one “by the people, of the people, and for the people,” as opposed to being engineered expressly for the benefit of the wealthy elite, then where does that leave them?

To some, the choice is clear. As psychologist Erich Fromm recognized in his insightful book, On Disobedience: “If a man can only obey and not disobey, he is a slave; if he can only disobey and not obey, he is a rebel (not a revolutionary). He acts out of anger, disappointment, resentment, yet not in the name of a conviction or a principle.”

Unfortunately, the intrepid, revolutionary American spirit that stood up to the British, blazed paths to the western territories, and prevailed despite a civil war, multiple world wars, and various economic depressions has taken quite a beating in recent years. Nevertheless, the time is coming when each American will have to decide: will you be a slave, rebel or revolutionary?

February 19, 2014 -- (TRN) -- An Agent from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, revealed to a local 21 year old that the United States will collapse into Martial Law within six (6) weeks. Banks will be closed, credit / debit cards will not work. Those without food or cash will starve to death or be killed when they try taking food from those who have it.

There may be an important lesson here for us.

The multiplicity and diversity of "signals" reaching us, from "crash next Tuesday", to the Pleiadians telling Putin, “Don't Worry, We've Got Your Back”, to the usual main stream sports and entertainment distractions, to the main stream political battles, to the ObamaCare fiasco, to Sand Hook, to the militia's aroused by the Bundy ranch affair, to outrage over thuggish cops on steroids in full body armor, to reports of invading foreign armies, to disappearing planes, and on and on and on ...

What a wonderful opportunity for someone with sufficient intelligence gathering and processing power to perform a well controlled demolition of the current economic, financial and political power structure, in order to reshape things more in their liking. They can likely gauge quite accurately, down to the individual person, who is triggered or calmed by which "signal", and how close they are to reacting in a desired, or undesired, manner.

Meanwhile, even those ordinary citizens amongst us who are spending much of their day trying to figure out what's really going on simply lack the means to know which of the above "signals" are true or false, and to what degree.

The overwhelming intelligence advantage of the bastards in power is ... overwhelming.

The Ugly, Gruesome, Slimy Run-Up To WW-III
The unpleasant reality is that we are already in WW-III, and have been for some time. The entire Earth and the vast majority of the human race are under unrelenting assault.

The Economic Front of WW-III

But you don't have to take my word for it. Warren Buffett, the well-known multi-billionaire and fourth richest man in the world recently stated:

"Through the tax code, there has been class warfare waged, and my class has won. It's been a rout.

The economic warfare is positively vicious. Let's look at some numbers.

“Almost half the world — over three billion people — live on less than $2.50 a day.“ And 80% live on less than $10 per day. Indeed, the 67 wealthiest people in the world, of whom Warren Buffett is number 4, are as wealthy as the world's poorest 3.5 billion. This is the stark socioeconomic context of Warren Buffett's braying that: "...there has been class warfare waged, and my class has won."

Of course, Warren Buffett's "class" is the multi-billionaire class and the number of multi-billionaires on the Forbes' billionaire list has increased dramatically in recent years. There are now 1,645 of them worldwide with an average worth of $4.7 billion. In just one year there were 219 more multi-billionaires, and their aggregate wealth increased from $5.4 trillion last year to $6.4 trillion this year. The USA supplies 492 of them, more than any other country. Those worth less than $1.3 billion did not even make this year's list.

Last year's list included just one Rockefeller and only two Rothschilds. Such mega-wealthy families as the Bushes, the Windsors, and the rest of the European royal houses, who together control unknown and probably unknowable trillions of dollars of assets, are conspicuously absent from the list. So the concentration of wealth is likely to be far worse than the publicly available data indicate.

The Nuclear Front of WW-III

One word: Fukushima. The Pacific Ocean is dying. That's the reality. It has been irremediably poisoned by the radioactive contamination flowing nonstop from the melted down and exploded nuclear reactors at Fukushima, Japan. Unknown tons of uranium and plutonium from the reactors' cores have melted down into the Earth. The present location and status of these multi-ton molten blobs of uranium and plutonium remain unknown, at least publicly.

No one knows what to expect or what might happen. Michio Kaku, the well- known physicist who has been interviewed numerous times about the Fukushima situation has famously remarked that what has happened at Fukushima and its aftermath is not in the nuclear engineering text books. There is no precedent for it and there are therefore no experts on how to deal with it, or who can say with certainty what will happen next.

However, it is known that when you put two clumps of highly radioactive uranium or plutonium together that you run the risk of a runaway criticality, or fission event. And if you slam them together with sufficient kinetic force you get a mushroom cloud detonation. So what happens if another major earthquake in the Fukushima region slams a few tons of that molten uranium and plutonium around underground?

Who knows? Maybe nothing, or maybe a humongous nuclear event such as has not been seen yet. The thing is, no one has heretofore ever been insane enough to melt down tons and tons of uranium and plutonium and then wait a few years and then apply a sharp kinetic jolt to the tons of molten nuclear fuel, and wait to see what happens.

Highly refined uranium and plutonium do not occur in Nature. But they do occur at Fukushima, where the Mother of All Insane Nuclear Chemistry Experiments is currently underway, with a highly uncertain, ultimate outcome.

But we can say at the three year mark and counting that the Pacific Ocean is now being sterilized, it is being killed and a large swathe of Japan is being irradiated with deadly radioactivity. We are still in early days and the trend of events is already grim.

The Geopolitical Front of WW-III

The geopolitical aspect of the conflict into which we have already entered is also quickly coming into focus. The building conflict over Ukraine may prove to be a flash point. I have written before about the danger of possible false flag nuclear attacks upon cities to be used as a fraudulent casus belli for a general nuclear war.

The general power alignment is breaking down as the BRICS (Brazil, Russia,India, China and South Africa) vs. USSA -NATO-EU-Japan-Australia-S. Korea and New Zealand. Countries such as Iran and Syria, and the ALBA nations in Latin America (Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Cuba, Suriname and Venezuela) would probably tend to align with the BRICS.

There is a visible push for anti-Russian confrontation from the USSA / NATO led bloc. Just today, USSA Vice-President Joe Biden was in Kiev, Ukraine threatening the Russians that they have mere days to take action to stem the crisis in eastern Ukraine or the USSA will impose further economic sanctions on Russia.

This course of action could very easily lead to a quick, sharp escalation of the conflict, perhaps even to the military level. And that would be a great disaster. The rhetoric and foreign policy coming out of Washington, DC is very confrontational and misleading. It is the USSA sponsored coup d'etat in Kiev that drove the democratically elected government of Ukraine from power and installed a neo-fascist, USSA-backed, puppet regime in its place. This is at the root of the unrest in Ukraine, not anything the Russians are or are not doing.

Seeing all of the social and political unrest directly on their southern borders the Russians have taken precautionary military measures, only to be publicly lectured by the USSA government for moving their own military units around on their own national territory.

What more is there to say about that?

From my perspective, it looks like the USSA policy is calculated to produce military conflict with Russia. Where else is this confrontation intended to go? The USSA keeps pushing and pushing and proclaiming deadlines and imposing sanctions on Russia. Past a certain point that policy will produce war. Of course, Russia is a nuclear power and has a full brace of nuclear weapons. Is that what the USSA wants? A nuclear war? Because we are headed in that direction.

The Feds vs. the People

And then there is the Bundy ranch stand-off in Nevada between armed federal agents and growing numbers of non-Feds who are alarmed by the armed intrusions by the Feds on constitutionally guaranteed freedoms of the People.The recent ominous warning from USSA Senator Harry Reid that "something will happen" to stop Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy only heightens the perception that the USSA government is actively planning conflict with the American people.

There is also a BLM land grab attempt in Texas which has brought a strong challenge from the Texas Attorney General.

I have written earlier about the numerous, unprovoked murders by police of growing numbers of people all over the USSA. This is taking place in a context of growing restriction and destruction of human rights and civil liberties by the government and its agents, across the board. The Patriot Acts, the NDAA, the myriad depredations of the TSA and the DHS as they willfully stomp on and trash constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, and the general militarization of the police into an occupying army lording it over the general population, are all contributing to profound mistrust and distrust of the Feds, starting at the level of the White House and the Congress, all the way down through the ranks of the myriad bureaucracies.

Add to that the well documented purchase by a wide variety of USSA government agencies of literally billions of rounds of ammunition, much of it hollow-point sniper ammunition, and it is not hard to connect the dots.

So It Begins ... Washington, DC As the Enemy of All Humanity

My deep dreams continue to feature dramatic, visual imagery of a mind-boggling-huge, massive, building storm that is just on the verge of unleashing its full ferocity. No doubt my subconscious is picking up at an archetypal level the powerful energies that are at play globally at this time. Almost nothing would surprise me anymore.

On every level, the super-rich and their allies in government have already declared all-out-war on humanity and on the Earth itself. It is a vicious war for total domination of humanity and the whole planet. We should be real clear on that. They intend to show no mercy. They are showing no mercy.

80% of humanity have already been reduced to living on $10 or less per day. They are now preparing to kick the props out from under the other 20% and bring them down to slave status, too. They intend to reduce us all to nothing.

Do you know that a (nuclear) war by the USSA against Russia and China will turn this planet into a radioactive hell hole? And yet that is the course that the USSA government is presently on. Paul Craig Roberts has said repeatedly that the USSA government in Washington, DC is the enemy of all humanity and the evidence points very strongly in that direction. Remember that this is a man who worked at the very highest levels of the USSA government and he has finally seen the light of day.

My Current Situation in Ecuador

After more than a year of intense struggle, the shaman who assaulted me has been indicted and there will be a trial, beginning in one week. I therefore need to pay my attorneys for assisting me, protecting me, guiding me, advising me and representing me and my best interests in a prolonged, difficult criminal proceeding. The process is now halfway complete.

I have been pushed to the wall by this ordeal, to my financial limits and beyond. The case is actually bigger than me, in that there certainly are other victims of shamanic abuse in the Amazon region. I am not the only victim. But unlike 99% of the others, I have elected to stand up and fight back, no matter the odds. And against all expectations, my assailant has been indicted and is going to trial. But the battle is not over.

I could not have come this far without the timely, crucial support of some of my readers and supporters. The Elite, the ‘Great Game’ and World War III

The control of the US, and of global politics, by the wealthiest families of the planet is exercised in a powerful, profound and clandestine manner. This control began in Europe and has a continuity that can be traced back to the time when the bankers discovered it was more profitable to give loans to governments than to needy individuals.

These banking families and their subservient beneficiaries have come to own most major businesses over the two centuries during which they have secretly and increasingly organised themselves as controllers of governments worldwide and as arbiters of war and peace.

Unless we understand this we will be unable to understand the real reasons for the two world wars and the impending Third World War, a war that is almost certain to begin as a consequence of the US attempt to seize and control Central Asia. The only way out is for the US to back off – something the people of the US and the world want, but the elite does not.

The US is a country controlled through the privately owned Federal Reserve, which in turn is controlled by the handful of banking families that established it by deception in the first place.

In his interesting book The Secret Team, Col. Fletcher Prouty, briefing officer of the US President from 1955-63, narrates a remarkable incident in which Winston Churchill made a most revealing utterance during World War II:

“On this particular night there had been a heavy raid on Rotterdam. He sat there, meditating, and then, as if to himself, he said, ‘Unrestricted submarine warfare, unrestricted air bombing – this is total war.’ He continued sitting there, gazing at a large map, and then said, ‘Time and the Ocean and some guiding star and High Cabal have made us what we are’.”

Prouty further states:

“This was a most memorable scene and a revelation of reality that is infrequent, at best. If for the great Winston Churchill, there is a ‘High Cabal’ that has made us what we are, our definition is complete. Who could know better than Churchill himself during the darkest days of World War II, that there exists, beyond doubt, an international High Cabal? This was true then. It is true today, especially in these times of the One World Order. This all-powerful group has remained superior because it had learned the value of anonymity.” This “High Cabal” is the “One World Cabal” of today, also called the elite by various writers.

The High Cabal and What They Control

The elite owns the media, banks, defence and oil industry. In his book Who’s Who of the Elite Robert Gaylon Ross Sr. states: “It is my opinion that they own the US military, NATO, the Secret Service, the CIA, the Supreme Court, and many of the lower courts. They appear to control, either directly or indirectly, most of the state, county, and local law enforcement agencies.”

The elite is intent on conquering the world through the use of the abilities of the people of the United States. It was as far back as 1774 that Amschel Mayer Rothschild stated at a gathering of the twelve richest men of Prussia in Frankfurt: “Wars should be directed so that the nations on both sides should be further in our debt.” He further enunciated at the same meeting: “Panics and financial depressions would ultimately result in World Government, a new order of one world government.”

The elite owns numerous “think tanks” that work for expanding, consolidating and perpetuating its hold on the globe. The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and many other similar organisations are all funded by the elite and work for it. These think tanks publish journals, such as Foreign Affairs, in which these imperialist and anti-mankind ideas are edified as publications, and then, if need be, expanded in the form of books that are given wide publicity.

Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger et al, as well as the neo-con “thinkers,” owe their positions and good living standards to the largesse of the elite. This is an important point that must be kept in full view at all times. These thinkers and writers are on the payroll of the elite and work for them. In case someone has any doubts about such a statement, it might help to read the following quotes from Professor Peter Dale Scott’s comprehensively researched book The Road to 9/11 – Wealth, Empire, and the Future of America (University of California Press, 2007):

…Bundy’s Harvard protégé Kissinger was named to be national security adviser after having chaired an important “study group” at the Council on Foreign Relations. As a former assistant to Nelson Rockefeller, Kissinger had been paid by Rockefeller to write a book on limited warfare for the CFR. He had also campaigned hard in Rockefeller’s losing campaign for the Presidential nomination in 1968. Thus Rockefeller and the CFR might have been excluded from control of the Republican Party, but not from the Republican White House. (Page 22)

The following quote from page 38 of the book is also very revealing:

The Kissinger-Rockefeller relationship was complex and certainly intense. As investigative reporter Jim Hougan wrote: “Kissinger, married to a former Rockefeller aide, owner of a Georgetown mansion whose purchase was enabled only by Rockefeller gifts and loans, was always a protégé of his patron Nelson Rockefeller, even when he wasn’t directly employed by him.”

Professor Scott adds:

Nixon’s and Kissinger’s arrival in the White House in 1969 coincided with David Rockefeller’s becoming CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank. The Nixon-Kissinger foreign policy of detente was highly congruous with Rockefeller’s push to internationalise Chase Manhattan banking operations. Thus in 1973 Chase Manhattan became the first American bank to open an office in Moscow. A few months later, thanks to an invitation arranged by Kissinger, Rockefeller became the first US banker to talk with Chinese Communist leaders in Beijing.

How They Manipulate Public Opinion

In addition to these strategic “think tanks” the elite has set up a chain of research institutes devoted to manipulating public opinion in a manner the elite desires. As pointed out by John Coleman in his eye opening book The Tavistock Institute on Human Relations – Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of the United States of America, it was in 1913 that an institute was established at Wellington House, London for manipulation of public opinion. According to Coleman:

The modern science of mass manipulation was born at Wellington House London, the lusty infant being midwifed by Lord Northcliffe and Lord Rothmere. The British monarchy, Lord Rothschild, and the Rockefellers were responsible for funding the venture… the purpose of those at Wellington House was to effect a change in the opinions of British people who were adamantly opposed to war with Germany, a formidable task that was accomplished by “opinion making” through polling. The staff consisted of Arnold Toynbee, a future director of studies at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), Lord Northcliffe, and the Americans, Walter Lippmann and Edward Bernays. Lord Northcliffe was related to the Rothschilds through marriage.

Bernays was a nephew of Sigmund Freud, a fact never mentioned, and developed the technique of “engineering consent.” When Sigmund Freud moved to Britain he also, secretly, became associated with this institute through the Tavistock Institute. According to Coleman, Bernays “pioneered the use of psychology and other social sciences to shape and form public opinion so that the public thought such manufactured opinions were their own.”

The Tavistock Institute has a 6 billion dollar fund and 400 subsidiary organisations are under its control along with 3,000 think tanks, mostly in the USA. The Stanford Research Institute, the Hoover Institute, the Aspen Institute of Colorado, and many others, devoted to manipulation of US as well as global public opinion, are Tavistock offshoots. This helps explain why the US public, by and large, is so mesmerised as to be unable to see things clearly and to react.

Bilderberg researcher Daniel Estulin quotes from Mary Scobey’s book To Nurture Humanness a statement attributed to Professor Raymond Houghton, that the CFR has been clear for a very long time that “absolute behaviour control is imminent… without mankind’s self realisation that a crisis is at hand.”

Also keep in mind that currently 80% of US electronic and print media is owned by only six large corporations. This development has taken place in the past two decades. These corporations are elite owned. It is almost impossible for anyone who is acquainted with what is going on at the global level to watch, even for a few minutes, the distortions, lies and fabrications, incessantly pouring out of this media, a propaganda and brainwashing organ of the elite.

Once your picture is clear it is also easy to notice the criminal silence of the media on crimes being perpetrated against humanity at the behest of the elite. How many people know that the cancer rates in Fallujah, Iraq are higher than those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki because of the use of depleted uranium, and maybe other secret nuclear devices, by US forces? Fallujah was punished for its heroic resistance against the American forces.

The Importance of Eurasia

Why is the US in Central Asia? In order to understand this, one has to look at the writings of the stooges of the elite – Brzezinski, Kissinger, Samuel P Huntington, and their likes. It is important to note that members of these elite paid think tanks publish books as part of a strategy to give respectability to subsequent illegal, immoral and predatory actions that are to be taken at the behest of the elite. The views are not necessarily their own – they are the views of the think tanks. These stooges formulate and pronounce policies and plans at the behest of their masters, through bodies like the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, etc.

In his infinitely arrogant book The Grand Chessboard, published in 1997, Brzezinski spelled out the philosophy behind the current US military eruption. He starts by quoting the well-known views of the British geographer Sir Halford J Mackinder (1861–1947), another worker for the elite. Mackinder was a member of the ‘Coefficients Dining Club’ established by members of the Fabian Society in 1902. The continuity of the policies of the elite is indicated by the fact Brzezinski starts from Mackinder’s thesis first propounded in 1904:

“Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland: Who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island: who commands the World-Island commands the world.”

Brzezinski argues that for the first time in human history a non-Eurasian power has become preeminent and it must hold sway over the Eurasian continent if it is to remain the preeminent global power: “For America the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia… About 75 percent of the world’s people live in Eurasia… Eurasia accounts for about 60 percent of the world’s GNP and about three fourths of the world’s known energy resources.”

It is not just the geostrategic location of this region – it is also its wealth, “both in its enterprises and beneath its soil,” that holds such attraction for the elite whose greed for money, and lust for power, remain insatiable, as if there was a sickness afflicting it.

Brzezinski writes:

“But it is on the globe’s most important playing field – Eurasia – that a potential rival to America might at some point arise. This focusing on the key players and properly assessing the terrain has to be a point of departure for the formulation of American geostrategy for the long-term management of America’s Eurasian geopolitical interests.”

These lines were published in 1997. Millions of people have died in the past two decades and millions have been rendered homeless in this region but it remains a “playing” field for Brzezinski and his likes! In his book Brzezinski has drawn two very interesting maps – one of these has the caption The Global Zone of Percolating Violence (page 53) and the other (page 124) is captioned The Eurasian Balkans. The first of these encircles a region which includes the following countries: Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, all Central Asian states, Afghanistan, Pakistan and parts of Russia as well as India. The second one has two circles, an inner circle and a wider circle – the outer circle encloses the same countries as in the first map but the inner circle covers Iran, Afghanistan, eastern Turkey and the former Soviet Republics in Central Asia.

“This huge region, torn by volatile hatreds and surrounded by competing powerful neighbours, is likely to be a major battlefield…” writes Brzezinski.

He further writes:

“A possible challenge to American primacy from Islamic fundamentalism could be part of the problem of this unstable region.”

These lines were written at a time when this kind of fundamentalism was not a problem – subsequently the US manipulated things and chose to make it one by its provocative and deceptive tactics. According to its strategic thinkers, the US might face a serious challenge from a coalition of China, Russia and Iran and must do whatever it can to prevent such a coalition from forming.

For Brzezinski, “terrorism” – a Tavistock-type concept – is just a well planned and well thought out strategy, a lie and a deception, to provide cover for a military presence in the Central Eurasian region and elsewhere. It is being used to keep the US public in a state of fear, to keep Russia in a state of insecurity about further breakup (the US has trained and supported Chechen fighters, “terrorists,” throughout) and to justify presence of US troops in and around Central Asia.

The Concocted War on Terrorism

Terrorism provides justification for transforming the United States into a police state. According to the Washington Post of 20 & 21 December 2010, the US now has 4,058 anti-terrorism organisations! These are certainly not meant for those so-called terrorists who operate in Central Asia – the number far exceeds the number of so-called terrorists in the entire world. Unbridled domestic spying by US agencies is now a fact of life and the US public, as always, has accepted this because of the collusion of media and Tavistock type institutes owned by the elite.

The US historian Howard Zinn puts it very well: “The so-called war on terrorism is not only a war against innocent people in other countries, but also a war on the people of the United States: a war on our liberties, a war on our standard of living. The wealth of the country is being stolen from the people and handed over to the superrich. The lives of our young are being stolen. And the thieves are in the White House.” Actually the thieves control the White House and have been doing so for a very long time.

In his outstanding book Crossing the Rubicon, Michael Ruppert points out that much of the violence in the Central Asian region as well as in Pakistan, which has been encircled in two maps in Brzezinski’s book, was “initiated by the US proxies.” “Given that these maps were published a full four years before the first plane hit the World Trade Centre, they would fall in a category of evidence I learned about at LAPD [Los Angeles Police Department]. We called them ‘clues’.” This means that the eruption of US militarism after 9/11, and the event itself, were part of a pre-planned and coherent strategy of global domination in which the people of the US were also “conquered” through totalitarian legislation carried out in the wake of 9/11.

As Brzezinski puts it:

America is too democratic at home to be autocratic abroad. This limits the use of America’s power, especially its capacity for military intimidation. Never before has a popular democracy attained international supremacy. But the pursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except in conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being… The economic self-denial (that is, defence spending) and the human sacrifice (casualties even among professional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to democratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilisation.

Certainly post 9/11 legislation, the extraordinary expansion of agencies and surveillance of the US public is a cause of great satisfaction for the elite – the US can hardly be called a democracy now. As reported by the Washington Post, the National Security Agency intercepts over 1.7 billion emails, phone calls and other communications every day and stores them. No wonder Bush called 9/11 “a great opportunity” and Rumsfeld saw it analogous to World War II to “refashion the world.”

In order to achieve the objectives of the elite, the US destroyed Yugoslavia while Russia stood by mesmerised and impotent, carried out regime changes in Central Asia, set up military bases in East Europe and Central Asia, and staged highly provocative military exercises testing Russia’s and China’s will. It set up a military base in Kyrgyzstan that has a 500 mile or so border with China. When the Chinese protested recent naval exercises with South Korea were too close to Chinese territory, a US spokesman responded: “Those determinations are made by us, and us alone… Where we exercise, when we exercise, with whom and how, with what assets and so forth are determinations that are made by the United States Navy, by the Department of Defence, by the United States government.” As journalist Rick Rozoff notes: “There is no way such confrontational, arrogant and vulgar language was not understood at its proper value in Beijing.”

The US has acquired bases in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and the Czech Republic – and set up the largest military base ever built in the region, Camp Bondsteel, in Kosovo. According to a report in the Russian Kommersant newspaper on 3 March 2011, a four-phase plan for deployment of a US missile system in Europe is to be fully implemented by the end of 2020. The US is also busy setting up bilateral military ties in Russia’s backyard with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and is pursuing the goal of a “Greater Central Asia” from Afghanistan right up to the Middle East, a great corridor from where the oil, gas, and great mineral wealth of this region will flow to the coffers of the US elite, at bloody expense to the local people.

As remarked by the Indian career diplomat M.K. Bhadrakumar: “The time is not far off before they begin to sense that ‘the war on terror’ is providing a convenient rubric under which the US is incrementally securing for itself a permanent abode in the highlands of Hindu Kush, the Pamirs, Central Asian steppes and the Caucasus that form the strategic hub overlooking Russia, China, India and Iran.” The scene for a great war involving the great powers of the time – US, Russia and China – is now set, by design of the elite. It is just a matter of time.

Time and again the US elite has taken its good people into great wars through documented and proven deceptions – the sinking of the Lusitania during World War I, Pearl Harbour in World War II, and so on. The elite considers us “human garbage” – a term first used by the French in Indo-China. It is also generating a good deal of “human garbage” in the US. A World Bank report points out that in 2005, 28 million Americans were “insecure” – in 2007 the number had risen to 46 million! One in every five Americans is faced with the possibility of becoming “destitute” – 38 million people receive food coupons!

Michael Ruppert laments:

My country is dead. Its people have surrendered to tyranny and in so doing, they have become tyranny’s primary support group; its base; its defender. Every day they offer their endorsement of tyranny by banking in its banks and spending their borrowed money with the corporations that run it. The great Neocon strategy of George H.W. Bush has triumphed. Convince the America people that they can’t live without the ‘good things’, then sit back and watch as they endorse the progressively more outrageous crimes you commit as you throw them bones with ever less meat on them. All the while lock them into debt. Destroy the middle class, the only political base that need be feared. Make them accept, because of their shared guilt, ever-more repressive police state measures. Do whatever you want.

A global economic system erected on inhuman and predatory values, where a few possess more wealth than the billions of hungry put together, will end, but the end will be painful and bloody. It is a system in which the elite thrives on war and widespread human misery, on death and destruction by design. As Einstein said, “I do not know how the Third World War will be fought, but I can tell you what they will use in the Fourth – sticks and stones!”

Perhaps the bastards in power have sufficiently "instrumented" all information, opinion and financial flows, world wide, that they can successfully pull off what Catherine Austin Fitts calls (and anticipates will be) ... a "slow burn", rather than a dramatic collapse.

This is an important question. One has to try to think like the global controllers, and figure out what they're trying to achieve. Total control over everything (that's everything), the remoulding of the planet and its culture and ecosystem in a number of different ways, and the quelling of all effective/active resistance (and free thought) -- is the goal.

My guess, and it's only a guess, is that there are differences of opinion at the very highest level, and that at this moment both options are open: 'slow burn' (the frog in the pan) and catastrophic change.

Dumbing down vectors are all still in play (smart meters, TV/music/movies, fluoride and other toxic cocktails, pharmaceuticals, mainstream media, maybe chemtrails) -- while other weapons remain at hand (Joel Skousen's WW III, false flag anything-one-can-imagine, provoking a US civil war (Doug Hagmann's insider's 2014 Summer of Rage), engineered geocatastrophies) -- etc.

And all this time, the data mining and modeling continues, as their AI capability (and this most definitely exists) works 24/7 to calculate optimum outcomes and strategies. What is deployed, and how and when, may not yet be totally certain.

And also -- I still suspect -- there are other backup plans in place such as contingencies to evacuate the planet if it all goes really pear-shaped and Planet Earth is irreversibly damaged. These guys have their lifeboats and insurance policies, one can be sure.

What I didn't add to my post above is that there are also many subversive vectors operating against any spiritual work that those able to do it might do to try to change or optimize outcomes from an 'esoteric' point of view.

The insiders take these threats very seriously, as they themselves have been using 'black magic' for thousands of years to their good advantage. But this separate topic is beyond the scope of this particular thread.
