I am left with an overall feeling of psyop BUT from which direction? And who is doing what to whom? Classic smoke and mirrors being used here.
Looking around, the frequency of "events" which illicit emotions relative to the survival chakra being threatened, are rampant nowadays. Someone, as it has been suggested in this thread, is staging all kinds of events to try and stir the pot and rile up the people towards violence and civil disobedience, wars, divisiveness, and fear...

Reminds me of the aftermath of 9-11 here in America. You saw people with these "clip on" flags you could roll up into your car window, and thousands of cars had them flying in the wind, with the window stickers "We will never forget" posted all over retailers windows, on utility poles, or anywhere you could imagine.

Well guess what, 95% of American's DID forget and stopped waiving their flags. They went back to work, paying their interest on their debts and being good little slaves. If you even mention it in most circles nowadays, you are met with indignation and people distance themselves from you and call you a "conspiracy theorist".

So, you have to rile them up if you want them to get behind your globalist agenda, and then you have to keep their attention there long enough to implement the synthesis for a new shift in consciousness.

Geez, where is Edward Bernays when the Koch brothers need him?

Please provide corroborative evidence to substantiate this statement.

My understanding, is the Fed's had no LAWFUL jurisdiction after Nevada went from being a territory to a state, and prior to that under the Treatry of Guadalupe Hidalgo, they PROMISED Mexico that all territory under the treaty would be afforded the same sovereignty as the original 13 states of the Union.

The Constitution clearly states that the Fed's cannot own land except for post offices and forts and such, or unless sold to them by the sovereign state. So, it is VERY IMPORTANT for you to be succinct about this.

Otherwise, the UNITED STATES breached their contract under the Constitution, Violated the orders of the Supreme Court, breached the public trust under the forming of Nevada statehood, and has NO jurisdiction, authority or LAWFUL right or claim to ANY of Gold Butte in Nevada, has perpetrated fraud and everything they have done or continue to do is null and void, has no force and effect, and is in trespass and contravention to the supreme law of this land.

Cliven Bundy’s black bodyguard claims rancher is NOT racist and he would ‘happily’
take a bullet for him as pressure grows

new Saturday 26th April 2014 at 11:23 By David Icke

Jason Bullock (left) says he would take a bullet for Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy (center) despite his recent racially insensitive rants

Not racist: Bullock says he is not offended by the comments Bundy has made and says he looks at him as a grandfather figure

Despite a collection of seemingly racist rants about ‘negros,’ slavery and ‘picking
cotton,’ not everyone thinks Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy is a racist, and one of
the people defending the one-time far-right-wing folk hero is one of his bodyguards
    – who happens to be black.

Jason Bullock has been at Bundy’s side since his battle with the federal government
began heating up in late March. According to Bullock, the man he’s come to know
over the last month is not a racist.

Cliven Bundy’s black bodyguard claims rancher is NOT racist and he would ‘happily’
take a bullet for him as pressure grows

Bullock was recently interviewed by CNN and asked, 'You're protecting this man
and he's wondering whether African-Americans would be better off as slaves. How
    does that strike you?'

'It doesn't strike me any kind of way,' Bullock answered. 'This is still the same old
Mr. Bundy I met from the first day of all this happening.'

Bullock says the things Bundy has been saying - 'wondering' if 'negros' were better
off under slavery, and comparing himself to civil rights hero Rosa Parks, for
    example - don't offend him.

'Mr. Bundy is not a racist. Ever since I've been here he's treated me with nothing
but hospitality,' Bullock told the reporter. 'He's pretty much treated me like his own
    family.'

He goes on to say that 'I would take a bullet for that man, if need be,' and that
he 'look(s) up to him just like I do my grandfather.'

The cause: Bullock says he believes in Bundy's cause, which is why he is willing to give his life to defend him

An American Oligarch: Senator Harry Reid’s BLM Land Scams, Bribes, Mafia Links and Bloodlines

new Sunday 27th April 2014 at 09:28 By David Icke

This is way more than a grievance about unpaid ‘grazing fees’, as Senator Harry
Reid’s involvement with BLM is evidence of how Agenda 21-led policies are rapidly
seeping out of the Capitol Hill swamp.

Liberal oriented media, along with their neo-conservative counterparts on the right,
are once again reading from the same page and conveniently over concerned with
Cliven Bundy’s alleged ‘racist’ comments than they are about Americans’ having the
ability to retain their inherent constitutional rights as a whole.

The ‘race storm’ media buzz turned out to be a well-crafted hoax, engineered by
left-wing Media Matters and the New York Times, and a deliberate attempt to divert
the public’s attention away from the obvious federal government despotism on
display two weeks ago in Bunkerville, Nevada – the latest federal power grab in a
frightening trend which is presently overrunning the United States today.

Maybe it is time to remember others who stood in their inalienable rights as a sovereign people. Few have done so with as much dignity and courage as Russell Means and the Lakotah nation.

We are so easily led into divisiveness and irrelevancy in the need to find the little "truths".

Time to stand for FREEDOM and THE TRUTH. Time for the tribes and clans of past, present, and future peoples to make our stand.

Thank you, Christine. Excellent find. Russell is a leader among his people, and a leader among ALL peoples. 'Welcome to the reservation'...

I don't readily recall my time with my Indian family... However, i do recall the very serious attitudes regarding a 'legacy'. A 'legacy' to REMEMBER what happened to our people. A legacy to NEVER FORGET,, what happened and what IS HAPPENING to Native Americans. It is the wisdom of the American Indians that formed the language of our Constitution. It is the wisdom of the American Indians that still believe in the SPIRIT of the words in the Constitution...

I was quite thrilled to hear that the Lakota Sioux have a 'strategy for re-establishing pride and dominance among the Indian Nations, AND reclaiming the land'... The only reason that I have not left the North American continent is becuase I feel, deeply in my soul,,, that the indian nations will become relevant again, especially regarding the 'rebuilding' of our nation. Again,, we are ALL Native Americans.... Love to all..

I do suggest watching this vid in its entirety! Especially for those who are at a complete loss as to how we can restructure and live in a world without governments!!! Russell is an inspiration. Anyone interested in the effects of the over-reaching of Government 'Authority',, (Especially regarding the events at Bunkerville) should listen to the History lesson that this man gives. I'm not sure when this documentary was released, but i know that Russell passed to the Great Spirits in 2012... To me, this makes his words much more important, in light of the Cliven Bundy/ Federal Government events....

Yes, the Indians had the original "pre-emptive" rights to the land, and were driven off the land in winter, rounded up like cattle, given blankets with smallpox on them, and shot dead by the thousands and buried in shallow graves, all in the name of our government expanding the nation.

There is a rancher case in New Mexico (I read a couple days ago but can't seem to find this morning) where this rancher can show a clear chain of "fee simple" allodial title to the water and grazing rights all the way back to his original indian heritage prior to the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, and yet, the Fed's still are harassing him in court, bankrupting him and exhausting him from the legal battle, shrinking his allotment and number of cattle he can graze (in most cases by 75%), forcing him to do improvements, and not allowing any mechanical equipment on the land. In other words, making it impossible to survive as a rancher.

So, lets say he finally wins his case. Now, in order to get restitution and just compensation for his cattle, he has to pay for what it cost to round them up. How does that make sense? He used to run 1200 cattle and now he can only run 300, and he has to pay to restore this small herd?

Like Russell Means said, "Welcome to the Reservation" may he rest in peace. This type of land grabbing and control has been the legacy of the United States since inception. They forced Mexico into a war in 1840's that they could not win and then, as a peace resolution, Mexico gave up over 300 million acres, and of course, the United States paid them 15 million for it (makes it a legitimate sale) under duress.

In the Indian case, the court ruled that the indian land was held "in trust" for the indians, which means they have legal equitable "posessionary" rights to it, but not LAWFUL FEE SIMPLE ALLODIAL TITLE to it. See the difference?

None of us has actual ownership of the land, not a damn single one of us. Not a single speck of dirt belongs to us. The only way to win in court, is to invoke Chancery and go in under equity and "breach of trust", breach of fiduciary duty, and hit them in the pocketbook.

Trying to go after "our rights" is fallacious, since we have no rights and are under a perpetual military state of emergency, where the laws of the republic do not apply under an emergency, the congress is mute and the chief executive has full executive privilege in an emergency, and those who OWN HIM do not want you on the land, period. We are considered enemies of the state, as chattel resources hypoticated for the emergency bankruptcy, and therefore mute, incompetent, and wards of the state.

Yes, this is really the "WAY IT IS regardless of the BS they taught you in history class. That is all bullsh!t. The deeper you look at it, the more it becomes evident that the New World Order is already here and you don't need to give your life instead of taking the "Mark of the Beast" because you already took it. You have your adhesion contracts, your birth certificate, your social security, your drivers license, your W-2 forms, your annual 1040 you sign and send in, all for what? The NEW DEAL, you give everything to us and we will make sure you remain indentured for your entire lives, and we promise you blankets laced with smallpox when you get too old to work, and we will keep you warm and cozy, we PROMISE!! All you have to do is pay and pay and pay and pay your whole lives, just send everything you can produce to us.

    Hows that workin for ya?

The only way to really finish the whole works, so none of this ever appears in anyone's life again, is to take all those people, and maybe gather a few more...take them and their will and their weapons.....and march to..and into....and take over area 51.

Just drag all that dark crap into the light of day.

    But no.

    We've got this, instead.

Judge Jeanine Pirro spells out clearly the motivations that Dirty Harry (Reid) has in getting the cattle off the "federal" range land near the Bundy ranch.

That land was the "mitigation area", where the desert turtles that were in the way of the solar plant were to be moved, and the cattle are in the way, as spelled by a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) document that was removed from the BLM website.

Yes, the main solar plant was 50 miles away, but the mitigation area designated to receive the relocated turtles has cattle on it.

Bundy's letter on what he is standing on from April 30, 2012, exactly two years to the day.

    TO:
Clark County Sheriff Douglas C. Gillespie
    District Attorney Clark County, Nevada
    Commissioners Clark County, Nevada
    Governor Brian Sandoval of Nevada
    Attorney General of Nevada
Director - Nevada Department of Agriculture
Director - Nevada Division of Brand Inspection
    Nevada Board of Agriculture
Director - Nevada Department of Wildlife
    Nevada Legislature
    Nevada U.S. Representatives
Any person aiding and abetting to destroy my Life, Liberty or Property

Majority of you have received a Construction Notice and Demand For Protection (by electronic mail) on or about April 7, 2012.

This is your OFFICIAL LEGAL NOTICE. Certified by US Mail, return receipt requested.

The volatile situation has defused. Verbal telephone communication from Washington D.C. to Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie, from Sheriff Gillespie to Cliven D. Bundy on April 10, 2012, stating BLM cattle seizure, by Cattoor Livestock Roundup, Inc., scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, 2012, is permanently suspended. Sheriff Gillespie said to, “Go to ranching.”

I want to thank Nevada State elected officials and Clark County elected officials and their staff for upholding their oath of office. Doing a very good job of protecting my life, liberty and property. Thank you, and thanks to the local, national, and international news media and the many friends, neighbors, and relatives that helped support and save this ranch and your liberties on Clark County public land.

The emergency is not over. I have two certified letters from BLM. #1) Notice of Intent to Impound, dated April 3, 2012, reference #4150 (LLNVS00000) and #2) Trespass Decision and Order to Remove (all range improvements), no date, reference #4120 (NVS0000) signed for at
Bunkerville Post Office on April 9, 2012. I assume these two certified letters are in full force and effect.

I have not received an official letter from Clark County Sheriff Gillespie or BLM canceling the cattle seizure or a cancellation of #1 or #2 letters.

Nevada Wildlife Director, Ken Mayer, you sent a memo to the NDOW board of directors and others, stating Cliven D. Bundy is a “troublemaker”. You also sent another memo to your board of directors and others refusing to forward the Constructive Notices stating, “I reviewed these attachments and found them to be inappropriate to be distributed by NDOW.” This certified mail, return receipt will be your official notice, consider it in Full Force and Effect.

Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval, I am not positive you received your notices by email. I have not been able to get past your office stops. I am sorry, please accept this as official notice.

Nevada State Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto, Clark County Commissioners Susan Brager, Steve Sisolak, Tom Collins, Larry Brown, Lawrence Weekly, Chris Giunchigliani, Mary Beth Scow, and Clark County Sheriff Gillespie have openly stated that the U.S. government owns the public land in Clark County Nevada.

    A. U.S. Constitution, Article 1, sec 8, clause 17, land U.S. government can own, and the conditions of obtaining additional land, for particular purposes.

    B. Article 4, sec 3, clause 2 - US Congress has unlimited power over US (territory) lands, or (other property), referring to or meaning Article 1, sec. 8, clause 17 (land).

    C. 1864 Statehood, President Lincoln’s Declaration makes Nevada a state of the union with equal footing with the original 13 states.

    D. U.S. Constitutional Amendment 10, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

    E. Nevada State law NRS321.596 et al statutes (NV Public Lands Ownership Act)

    F. 1996 Nevada Referendum, by We the People, overwhelmingly supported State control over public land.

    G. I have No contract, with U.S. Federal Government.

By, U.S. Constitution, Nevada State law, local custom and culture, these actions and threats are NULL AND VOID, (MOOT).

I live and ranch in Clark County Nevada, abide by all U.S. Constitution and State of Nevada laws.

    Respectfully submitted,
    Cliven D Bundy

This thread upon this wonderful site is unfortunately 100% psyopps....

I am sorry for this post but its the truth....

Why is it that no credible alternative media sources copy this stuff....

Well I am now paying attention as Gordon Duff says....

A link from VT....as it were...

    http://www.veteranstoday.com/2014/04/29/sterling-bundy/

    From kev....

Personally I would lov to see bundy behind bars....

    Along with Adelson and koch....

It made my internet life a lot easier...as it were...

I am now paying attention to which sites promote such things....

Do I know the truth...nope but this ain't it....

And again these folks are calling for armed resistance against our government.....

Some would say that this is truth....however I would say that many are lied to that work for any government....

What I am seeing is a large national attempt to destroy our American institutions and what I mean by that is to destroy the faith of the American people in its institutions...and that has been most effective...as it were...

Me thinks that the BLM was looking out for the environment of Nevada and instead a bunch of greedy ranchers got control and simply reigned and then the BLM said no and simply tried to rein them in...

If one would do a google on the desert lands one would know that cattle ranching is not the best thing for those lands....as it were...

The Feds own that land....and I want the morman ranchers out...personaly....and as a US guy....
