    Default Freedom

What do you think it is?

It feels like something we step into. I feels like an allegiance, It feels like where we really are. It feels like open waters, open skies where we accept every part of ourselves.
. When we grant freedom, love soon follows.

What do you think freedom is?

I thought today it is allowing that which we are tobe that which are. I think this is close.

It feels like I'm building/making/creating myself on this Earth, this planet, this whatever. So what is it, do you think?

Freedom to me: is knowing the difference between we as Spiritual beings living the human experience, rather than us as human beings trying to live in a spiritual experience. Knowing this means that we will always exist, no matter what form that our spirit chooses to be, just as energy exists, and cannot be either created or destroyed, it just is what it is, and of itself exists, as Source has intended it all to be in each of our creative facets of life... When the time comes to return from our experiences, each of us will have contributed a fractal piece of one's consciousness to make it whole, with its pieces parts conjoined, to form the Source Field consciousness of the Creation itself...We all are doing our parts to make this happen, to return to sovereignty and serenity...

IMO: It overrules everything. A strange thing about freedom is that accountability is increased.

There would be no life here on Earth without YOU, at least not as YOU know it. /Johnny

    as Janice Joplin sang: "freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose";

as Goethe wrote: "no-one is more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are truly free"-

as rock-icon Frank Zappa stated: "the illusion of freedom can only be maintained as long as it is financially lucrative"- well, yes, we pay for our freedom by paying income tax to keep us out of jail; we can't deny this-

I would say that is true in a sense but at its fundamental, freedom is not accountable to anyone including 'itself'. Accountability (external or internal) is an antithesis to freedom otherwise it is just a arbitrary/ 'fluffy' word.

    Freedom...

If you think you are the name on your birth certificate, you don't have it.

If you accept the title of Subject or Citizen, you've just given it away.

If you give in to a bully, you've just lost it.

If you don't make efforts to improve your physical and meta-physical knowledge, it will be taken from you and you won't know how or why.

So, just lack of knowledge of 'you', the 'inner-verse' and 'outer-verse' (I'm sick of labels) serves to remove/veil what we have by birthright. Ignorance is a prison partially of our own making, but ultimately fully of our own making.

Well, that's just my addition based on my experience.

'Freedom' represents what it wishes to be.

Labels, you cannot get away from them, especially in a forum. A forum by nature is nothing but labels, externally speaking, but I also think we at Avalon try to broadcast the essence of the labeling better than most. At least I would like to think the effort is there.

Then there are times when it is plain fun to mock the limitation of language.

Thank you for your words. You said it so succinctly. So in a nutshell, you would say freedom is a knowing of ourselves as a spiritual being living a human experience and within larger realms, contributing to Earth and larger regions we might not even be aware of. I agree in all this but don't think we have to wait for an appointed time to contribute to Source. Maybe you don't either.

As I read your words, I think what drives me. What makes me want to do anything. It is I need to be alive. If I don't feel this, I change horses. I think most of us do if we can. Feeling alive is love of life. This may be a good working definition of freedom. As an energy, it's what sets off light bulbs. But as a force it moves mountains.

    Its so simple.

Its knowing the difference between what you should care about and what you choose to care about, and why you choose to care about certain things instead of what you know you should care about.

    Or it's not.
