Default Blessing Our Day Before "Embarking": Setting the Energetic "Stage"

This is something we can All do soon after waking up from a sleep state... To give thanks for having these opportunities of being in a "bona fide" body, for expression and interactions "galore". Then, we can also give Great Gratitude for this "Great Stage" of the Beautifully Bounteous Planet Earth, where we now find ourselves particularly "planted". A final blessing to "round out" our "day"... can be to Bless Our Day... before... we make our way, into it. To Bless, ahead of time... All people, places, and experiences we will have "encountered" by our "days end".

This is a "Special Way" we can start each Day... and it "Opens the Doors" for Greater experiences to "arrive" into our Lives... by setting the energetic "stage" for our experiences... "ahead of time".

Thank you for this reminder Valley. I try to remember daily the art of gratitude. However, placing ones focus on blessing the gifts yet to come is setting the expectation. Simple little changes can change ones life dramatically. Small habits over a period of time can lead to transformation of ones life.

    Thanks again for this message!

Wonderful idea Valley, thanks for this thread.

    I agree with you Journeyon-
change in a small habit over time can take us to a whole transformation of life,
Habits repeated become one's character, and it becomes the way of one's life.

Maybe sometimes it's ok to have a little expectation- our minds are what create the reality we live in this world, and it wouldn't hurt to have hopes for the good that can happen in the future. I feel that hope is what motivates each of us to take any action to do anything.

So I wish everyone many blessed mornings and blessed days to come

Thank you Journeyon... for journeying into this thread and sharing today. This "practice" of Blessing the day ahead I don't really see as setting an expectation... I see it more as an honoring, and a giving thanks for everything that Life has to offer for us... as Life, in my view, is Sacred... All Life. The "difficulties" in the world I see, seem to be due to a lacking of this understanding that All Life is Sacred. So for me this practice is more about making our day more Sacred and putting ourselves into alignment with All that is Sacred.

    Blessings...
