In my own words, I gather that Farrell is concerned (somewhat more so recently) that what I call the bastards in power on this planet are worried that something, perhaps the nuclear bomb blasts beginning in the 1940's, has attracted the attention of some aliens who would swat us down if we became much more threatening, so it behooves humanity to gain technical parity quickly, and as covertly as possible, like a rebellious teen-age boy, covertly acquiring the strength and skills to battle his wicked father, but appearing subservient until then.

Not just Farrell. Bob Dean was adamant that the secret space program continue unabated. Others have also postulated that we attracted a lot of attention after detonating nuclear devices over half a century ago. Still others, lay claim to blowing a hole in the ionosphere at Montauk, messing around with space/time, and tore open the protective shield (or quarantine shield) into which many craft entered our solar system who previously had no access.

This also lends credibility to the reason Bilderberg was formed and the underground economy as well as the black op's projects went forward at break neck speed, consolidating all of the great minds on the planet (think project paperclip) in one place, to back engineer the stellar technology and to bring mankind up to speed as quickly as possible. This would also explain the expansion of the global economy and the proliferation of populations in the last half century, to monitor and recruit those who were best suited to support the implementation of these advanced technologies.

So, as most here at Avalon are aware, the stellar craft technology exists and is far advanced to the mainstream technology we are exposed to, and the elite now have off planet bases, underground bases, stellar laser technology (think 9-11 and turning the towers to dust in 8 seconds), and all manner of contingent plans and agendas in place to deal with all of the possible outcomes, no matter which way we go into the future.

Of course, they have their ultimate agendas, including terraforming earth for a new human hybrid species, but also a "get out of dodge" plan should things get too nasty around here and not work out the way they have planned, as well as a space exploration program.

They got it all now, so what to do with the worker bees who are no longer needed? What to do with the existing human hybrids who have been so hard to entrain for the last several millennia? What about the 15% contingent who are impossible to entrain who are waking up to their psychic powers and have figured out what they have done to humanity?

How do they deal with the flow of information which is destroying all of the control institutions they spent millennia putting together? Religions, governments, militaries, universities, nation/states, all the statutes, rules, regulations, and the attorneys and courts to enforce this slavery?

Oh, what a conundrum!

Military Launches Operation To Counter Anti US Sentiment

(Amy Lee) The U.S. Military has purchased software designed to create and control false online personas in an attempt to use social media and other websites to counter anti-U.S. messaging.

According to the contract between US Central Command (Centcom) and California company Ntrepid, the software would let each user control 10 personas, each "replete with background, history, supporting details, and cyber presences that are technically, culturally and geographically consistent." The software would also be able to let personas "appear to originate in nearly any part of the world" and interact through "conventional online services and social media platforms," while using a static IP address for each persona to maintain a consistent online identity.

These false online personas, also known as "sock puppets," would be equipped to seem like real people while entering online discussion through blogs, message boards, chats, and more. With a false persona, a user could discredit opponents, or create the semblance of consensus.

Centcom spokesman Commander Bill Speaks told The Guardian that the software "supports classified blogging activities on foreign-language websites to enable Centcom to counter violent extremist and enemy propaganda outside the US."

The technology would not be used in America, or by American owned companies--which include major social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. "We do not target U.S. audiences, and we do not conduct these activities on sites owned by U.S. companies," Speaks told the Washington Times.

At a senate hearing March 1, Centcom commander James N. Mattis said, "Our enemies operate within cyberspace (and its associated relevant physical infrastructure) to plan, coordinate, recruit, train, equip, execute and garner support for operations against the U.S., its allies and interests. Clearly, in the information age, our military must adapt to this new domain of warfare."

The online persona project is thought to fall under the domain of Operation Earnest Voice, which oversees Centcom's Information Operations, and in the words of Mattis, "seeks to disrupt recruitment and training of suicide bombers; deny safe havens for our adversaries; and counter extremist ideology and propaganda."

The users controlling the personas would be hidden in a variety of ways, including randomizing the IP addresses they accessed the software with, and "traffic mixing," or blending web traffic with that outside of Centcom to provide "excellent cover and powerful deniability."

The strategy may sound familiar. Last month, hacker group Anonymous unloaded a batch of 50,000 emails from security firm HBGary, where documents indicated that the firm was in the process of developing their own persona management software. The document outlined some of the proposed strategies for creating verisimilitude:

The Chinese have threatened retaliation against the United States after the US indicted five People’s Liberation Army officers on charges of cyber espionage, escalating the “cyberwar” now occurring between two very powerful countries.

The indictments charged the five members of the People’s Liberation Army with hacking into the networks of Westinghouse Electric, US Steel, and others, to obtain information about technology, negotiations and trade dispute.

China vehemently denounced the US indictments:

“The United States’ indictment of five Chinese military officers over so-called cyber theft is pure nonsense, an entirely false accusation, and it is a case of a thief yelling ‘stop thief,’” said the spokesman, according to a report from Xinhua. “If the United States continues to wilfully pursue its own course, China will take measures to resolutely counterattack.”

The retaliatory measures China is proposing would affect companies such as Cisco Systems, IBM and Microsoft, just to name a few and is intended to “prevent product suppliers illegally controlling, interfering in, or interrupting user systems, or illegally collecting, storing, handling or exploiting information about users.”

Politicians concerned over Israel’s food security are seeking to throw a wrench in Wednesday night’s deal to sell a majority stake in Tnuva, Israel’s largest company, to China’s state-owned Bright Foods Group.

The sale, which values Tnuva at NIS 8.6 billion, would see Bright Foods pay nearly $1b. in cash to British private equity firm Apax Partners for its 56-percent stake in Tnuva, which it bought in 2006.

In the agreement, Bright Foods stated its intention to keep an Israeli CEO and a majority Israeli board in place, though the chairman will be a Bright Foods representative.

The sale, in the works for months, drew objections from politicians concerned about a foreign entity calling the shots at a company that controls 70% of the dairy market.

“What kind of normal country entrusts its food security and its entire dairy industry to China?” Labor MK Shelly Yacimovich wrote on Facebook after the agreement was announced.

Yacimovich called on Attorney- General Yehuda Weinstein on Thursday to urgently examine the sale, looking to a 2011 amendment in the Israel Land Law that requires the Israel Lands Authority to approve large foreign purchases of land. Because Tnuva owns 33.5 hectares of land worth NIS 1.4b., Yacimovich argued the law is applicable.

Bright Foods has been on an acquisition spree recently. Last year the company acquired US meat processing giant Smithfield Foods. In 2012, it bought UK cereal company Weetabix.

What I find interesting is that the Israeli giant dairy company - Tnuva, is under the ownership of the British private equity firm- Apax, some say it is somehow related to the Rothschild family. If that is indeed true, then this move only shows that - there are no real 'sides', and that all eventually 'stays in the family'.

What are PSYOPS?

Psychological Operations (PSYOP) has been alternatively known in the U.S. as Military Information Support Operations (MISO) since 2010

● According to the U.S. Department of Defense, psychological warfare is, “The planned use of propaganda and other psychological actions having the primary purpose of influencing the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior of hostile foreign groups in such a way as to support the achievement of national objectives.”
○ PSYOPS influence the behavior of governments, groups, organizations and individuals.

PSYOPS can be used during conflict or peacetime

There Are Three Main Types of Psychological Operations:

○ Strategic
○ Operational
○ Tactical

Strategic
● Conducted outside of a military purpose
● Often have advanced or long-term objectives
● They are global in nature and may be directed toward very large audiences

Operational
● Conducted across many kinds of military operations in a predetermined operational area in order to promote the effectiveness of the joint force commander’s campaigns and strategies
● The purpose of an operational PSYOP can range from gaining support for U.S. operations to preparing a battlefield for combat

Tactical
● Conducted by a tactical commander in an assigned area to supposed tactical missions against opposing forces
● Used to secure immediate goals
● Often used as a way to lower the morale and efficiency of enemy forces

PSYOPS are not a form of force, but are force multipliers
● They use nonviolent means in often violent environments in order to persuade

PSYOPS use logic, fear, desire or other psychological factors to promote specific attitudes, emotions or behaviors
● This is to convince enemy, neutral or friendly nations and forces to take action favorable to the U.S. and allies
● Messages are conveyed through audio, visual and audiovisual media

Psychological Warfare Has Been Used Through History

● 500 BCE – Sun Tzu wrote in The Art of War about the importance of intelligence and psychology in war and politics
○ “To capture the enemy’s entire army is better than to destroy it… To subdue the enemy without fighting is the supreme excellence.”
● 300 BCE – Alexander the Great conquered most of the known world by spreading stories of his savagery

Maybe you're right. But these three floors of windows do not make sense in this case.

Perhaps the windows would be a more economical, lower maintenance, means of providing light for loading and unloading them than wiring for electrical light ?

When I was a kid in the midwest 1970's. Kids in my area (corn field called Iowa)loved to throw rocks at trains as they went by .These cars seem like the natural progression to protect the goods.Breaking some glass or damaging a new car would have been the objective.

The venting is required so the cars function in daylight, but with totally passive lighting infusion, and two... so they vent humidity/gasses (auto exhaust) and do not rust (air exchange), due to temperature differentials that will be encountered thousands of times in the lifespan of the unit.

In more ways than one, last week heralded the birth of a Eurasian century. Of course, the US$400 billion Russia-China gas deal was clinched only at the last minute in Shanghai, on Wednesday (a complement to the June 2013, 25-year, $270 billion oil deal between Rosneft and China’s CNPC.)

Then, on Thursday, most of the main players were at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum – the Russian answer to Davos. And on Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin, fresh from his Shanghai triumph, addressed the participants and brought the house down.

It will take time to appraise last week’s whirlwind in all its complex implications. Here are some of the St Petersburg highlights, in some detail. Were there fewer Western CEOs in town because the Obama administration pressured them – as part of the “isolate Russia” policy? Not many less; Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley may have snubbed it, but Europeans who matter came, saw, talked and pledged to keep doing business.

And most of all, Asians were ubiquitous. Consider this as yet another chapter of China’s counterpunch to US President Barack Obama’s Asian tour in April, which was widely described as the “China containment tour”. [1]

On the first day at the St Petersburg forum I attended this crucial session on Russia-China strategic economic partnership. Pay close attention: the roadmap is all there. As Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao describes it: “We plan to combine the program for the development of Russia’s Far East and the strategy for the development of Northeast China into an integrated concept.”

That was just one instance of the fast-emerging Eurasia coalition bound to challenge the “indispensable” exceptionalists to the core. Comparisons to the Sino-Soviet pact are infantile. The putsch in Ukraine – part of Washington’s pivot to “contain” Russia – just served to accelerate Russia’s pivot to Asia, which sooner or late would become inevitable.

It all starts in Sichuan


Russia and China intend to create unified economic bloc in the Russian Far East, Vice President of the People’s Republic of China Li Yuanchao announced at the round-table conference in the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian and Chinese mass media report.

In St Petersburg, from session to session and in selected conversations, what I saw were some crucial building blocks of the Chinese New Silk Road(s), whose ultimate aim is to unite, via trade and commerce, no less than China, Russia and Germany.

For Washington, this is beyond anathema. The response has been to peddle a couple of deals which, in thesis, would guarantee American monopoly of two-thirds of global commerce; the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) – which was essentially rebuked by key Asians such as Japan and Malaysia during Obama’s trip – and the even more problematic Trans-Atlantic Partnership with the EU, which average Europeans absolutely abhor (see Breaking bad in southern NATOstan, Asia Times Online, April 15, 2014). Both deals are being negotiated in secret and are profitable essentially for US multinational corporations.

For Asia, China instead proposes a Free Trade Area of Asia-Pacific; after all, it is already the largest trading partner of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

And for Europe, Beijing proposes an extension of the railway that in only 12 days links Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan, to Lodz in Poland, crossing Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. The total deal is the Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe network, with a final stop in Duisburg, Germany. No wonder this is bound to become the most important commercial route in the world. [2]

There’s more. One day before the clinching of the Russia-China gas deal, President Xi Jinping called for no less than a new Asian security cooperation architecture, including of course Russia and Iran and excluding the US. [3] Somehow echoing Putin, Xi described NATO as a Cold War relic.

And guess who was at the announcement in Shanghai, apart from the Central Asian “stans”: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, Afghan President Hamid Karzai and crucially, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

The facts on the ground speak for themselves. China is buying at least half of Iraq’s oil production – and is investing heavily in its energy infrastructure. China has invested heavily in Afghanistan’s mining industry – especially lithium and cobalt. And obviously both China and Russia keep doing business in Iran. [4]

So this is what Washington gets for over a decade of wars, incessant bullying, nasty sanctions and trillions of misspent dollars.

No wonder the most fascinating session I attended in St Petersburg was on the commercial and economic possibilities around the expansion of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), whose guest of honor was none other than Li Yuanchao.

I was arguably the only Westerner in the room, surrounded by a sea of Chinese and Central Asians.

The SCO is gearing up to become something way beyond a sort of counterpart to NATO, focusing mostly on terrorism and fighting drug trafficking.

It wants to do major business. Iran, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Mongolia are observers, and sooner rather than later will be accepted as full members.

Once again that’s Eurasian integration in action. The branching out of the New Silk Road(s) is inevitable; and that spells out, in practice, closer integration with Afghanistan (minerals) and Iran (energy).

The new Crimea boom

St Petersburg also made it clear how China wants to finance an array of projects in Crimea, whose waters, by the way, boasting untold, still unexplored, energy wealth, are now Russian property. Projects include a crucial bridge across the Kerch Strait to connect Crimea to mainland Russia; expansion of Crimean ports; solar power plants; and even manufacturing special economic zones (SEZs). Moscow could not but interpret it as Beijing’s endorsement of the annexation of Crimea.

As for Ukraine, it might as well, as Putin remarked in St Petersburg, pay its bills. [5] And as for the European Union, at least outgoing president of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso understood the obvious: antagonizing Russia is not exactly a winning strategy.

Dmitry Trenin, director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, has been one of those informed few advising the West about it, to no avail: “Russia and China are likely to cooperate even more closely … Such an outcome would certainly benefit China, but it will give Russia a chance to withstand US geopolitical pressure, compensate for the EU’s coming energy re-orientation, develop Siberia and the Far East, and link itself to the Asia-Pacific region.” [6]

On the (silk) road again

The now symbiotic China-Russia strategic alliance – with the possibility of extending towards Iran [7] – is the fundamental fact on the ground in the young 21st century. It will extrapolate across the BRICS (Brazil,Russia,India, China, South Africa), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

Of course the usual shills will keep peddling that the only possible future is one led by a “benign” empire. [8] As if billions of people across the real world – even informed Atlanticists – would be gullible enough to buy it. Still, unipolarity may be dead, but the world, sadly, is encumbered with its corpse. The corpse, according to the new Obama doctrine, is now “empowering partners”.

To paraphrase Dylan (“I left Rome and landed in Brussels”), I left St Petersburg and landed in Rome, to follow yet another episode in the slow decadence of Europe – the parliamentary elections. But before that, I was fortunate to experience an aesthetic illumination. I visited a virtually deserted Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where two dedicated, extremely knowledgeable researchers gave me a private tour of some pieces belonging to arguably the most outstanding collection of Asian manuscripts on the planet. As a serial Silk Road traveler fanatic, I had heard about many of those documents, but I had never actually seen them. So there I was, on the banks of the Neva, a kid in a (historical) candy store, immersed in all those marvels from Dunhuang to Mongolia, in Vedic or Sanskrit, dreaming of Silk Roads past and future. I could stay there forever.

Russia invites Argentina to BRICS summit, ratifies support in Malvinas case

Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman met in Moscow with his Russian counterpart Sergi Lavrov who confirmed a formal invitation to Argentina to take part in a BRICS summit to be held in Brazil next month. The Kremlin also ratified its support to Buenos Aires in its long-standing dispute against the United Kingdom over the sovereignty of the Malvinas Islands.
According to official reports, Timerman “thanked very specially the ratification of Russia’s support” to Argentina which has been calling London to abide by the UN resolutions that urge both parties to sit at the negotiating table and discuss the sovereignty of the British-seized territories.
Meanwhile, Levrov’s office confirmed the invitation to Argentina to attend a summit of the so called BRICS countries – Brazil, India, China, Russia and South Africa -, in social media. Furthermore, minister Levrov said Russian leader Vladimir Putin will likely meet with President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and other Latin American heads of state during Putin’s upcoming visit to the region.
Today's gathering took place at the Spiridonovka Palace in Russia's Foreign Ministry where Argentina’s Timerman assured the “strategic association” between both countries “is based in a common vision about the essence of international relations, values and objectives of common well-being that both nations are building.”
The officials were reported to have discussed both the global and regional situation, “assuming that international conflicts have a sustainable solution” if political leaders work toward “the strengthening of a solid multilateral system based in cooperation and mutual collaboration and the non-intervention in states' domestic affairs through economic, political or military means.”
Buenos Aires informed as well that Timerman “stressed Argentina’s position against double-standard” messages, alluding to the condemnation of Western powers of the referendum recently held in Crimea while same sectors supported the 2012 voting in the Malvinas Islandas where inhabitants there reaffirmed their decision to remain British.
At the Moscow gathering, Héctor Timerman and Sergi Levrov signed a Joint Declaration over the deployment of weapons, thus ratifying their pro-disarmament and anti-proliferation stance.
“Regarding economic relations, the necessary aspects to continue intensifying bilateral trade, promoting as well investment and joint projects, were also addressed,” it was officially reported, with Minister Timerman highlighting the “growing south-south cooperation Argentina carries out” and “proposing to include Russia in triangular cooperation projects” which Levrov considered “an excellent opportunity for joint cooperation, specially for Latin America and Africa.”

It's like we're watching sports teams, and the time has come for "America's Team" (aka the Dallas Cowboys) to be replaced by the San Francisco Forty-Niner's as the reigning champions. Meanwhile the money bags behind the NFL remain unchanged. (For the rest of the world, the "NFL" is America's funny-shaped National Football League.)

In the case of the American empire, which has been the dominant team of the cabal since World War II, it seems time to deamonize them and bring in a new, fresh, young team of heroes, such as the BRICS nations. Answering my own question, on general principles, at each level of organization it's a continual yin-yang spinning vortex, each alternative consuming the other's tail, together forming the atomic elements out of which the next level self-organizes.

One thing Hodges has recently wrote about is a potential nuclear false flag in Chicago. That is why Obama sold his house there, and why Rahm Emmanuel decided to become mayor of Chicago. Hodges has written about this potential false flag in Chicago for a couple of years. Supposedly, Hodges had a source with this info, and this source ended up dead.

Now, I am not saying that there is a 100% chance of this false flag to occur. But I do find this information, along with Quayle's alert, as something to keep an eye on.

Economic Union in Heart of Europe

Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus Sign Treaty Creating Economic Union

The experts were still discussing the results of historic Russia and China summit and the strategically important gas agreement signed on May 21 as another, no less important, event took place on May 29. In Astana the presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed the treaty on establishing the Eurasian Economic Union also known as the Eurasian Union (EaU) to come into force starting from January 1, 2015.

«Today we are creating together a powerful and attractive centre of economic development, a major regional market which brings together more than 170 million people», Russian President Vladimir Putin said, adding that the union accounted for one fifth of world gas reserves and about 15% of oil reserves in the world. Meanwhile, the troika has a well-developed industrial base and strong personnel. The total EaU GDP is around $2, 6 billion. Customs barriers are to be eliminated uniting the markets of goods, services and labor. In 2015 the process of gradual unification of energy, transport, financial and economic systems will start creating the conditions for switching to single currency. The aggregate GDP of the states participating in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) will increase by about $900 billion by 2030. «The Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union is aimed to improve the welfare and the quality of life in Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus, to ensure free movement of goods, services, capital and labor, and to carry out a coordinated economic policy. As a result of the integration process, the aggregate GDP is expected to expand by about $900 billion by 2030», emphasized the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Some moot points affecting bilateral relations were resolved, like the ones related to alcohol and tobacco between Russia and Kazakhstan, customs duties for oil between Russia and Belarus. Everyone made some concessions and got gains in return. The parties know well the general positive effect will by far outweigh any potential losses.


Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Viktor Khristenko briefed Russian President Putin on the Commisions’s work.

It is planned to have a unified energy market by 2019 and oil and gas market by 2025. Head of the Eurasian Economic Commission Viktor Khristenko said unified rules to be in effect are the result of coordinated efforts. He noted that the treaty has updated the goals and tools to achieve the four freedoms of movement of goods, services, capital and labor. «For example, the treaty touches upon the areas that were left beyond the scope of integration before, namely energy, oil, and gas. The treaty clearly sets out the goal towards the common market, and also a clear time framework», said the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. According to him, 2025 is not just a date anticipated without applying any efforts; there are lot things to be done. For instance, in 2016 the member states are to adopt a common policy concept for oil, oil products and gas markets.

The process of financial markets integration is to be over by 2025. By January 2016 the governments are to come up with the plan aimed at harmonization of sectoral legislation. Common rules for banking, brokers and insurance licenses are to be established by 2017 to be mutually recognized after 2020. The unification of banks, insurance companies and brokerage firms oversight regulations is expected to be over by 2019.

The introduction of single currency is not on agenda as yet. According to the Eurasian Economic Union’s press-service, the estimates show that level of economic integration is not sufficient for introduction of one currency, at least not till 2025.

The currency union is the highest form of integration to be reached after taking coordinated microeconomic steps, in particular adopting common economic policy with the aim to create a single financial market by 2020. The direct convertibility of currencies is a must. Any intermediate settlement phases with the use of the dollar and the euro must be eliminated.

No matter the presidents avoided direct comments on the political significance of the Astana treaty, it’s clear that this is the event of momentous importance to influence the world politics. The large-scale Russia – China gas treaty also has political significance. It’s a proof that all the talk about Russia being isolated is nothing more than just empty words; the world of business does not understand the language of sanctions.

There is a new economic entity emerging in Eurasia with its own interests and goals. It will facilitate the protection of members’ economic interests. Two more countries – Kyrgyzstan and Armenia plan to join the union this year. The Eurasian Economic Union is located in the heart of European continent. It’s hard to implement large-scale economic projects going around the territories of the member-states.

The new association strengthens the position of its members in their dialogue with the United States and Europe. After Shanghai and Astana nobody perceives Eurasia as a chessboard with the United States moving pieces and calling all the shots.
