Thanks. There was nothing in the air when i took it.
Photos taken the same minute before and after the shot show nothing alike; there was nothing on the lens either. No kleenex or similar around. Insects?

Forgot:
Single exposure, matrix autofocus, time: 1/611.2 sec, f: 6.3. Must have been very fast.

I might have enlarged it beyond recognition. Are there white birds in that area?

I was thinking doves. Aber, keine Ahnung....

She really missed the boat regarding the physical body being our current suit of clothes ... but that is her lesson and not mine.

I will be more careful about what I might trigger.....

My husband is nearly 9 years younger than I but looks 10 years younger than he is.
Meanwhile I look 10 years younger than the average senior citizen.
So we still always end up looking like the diva and her security guard/chauffeur.

Second day in a row I wake up and there's a thread explaining what's wrong with Americans. I really really really really wish you guys could just live with me for a week. Might just change that negative tone. It's interesting to me that so many other people are okay with this. Maybe I have issues with disrespect? Doesn't matter, if these things bother me then it's a sign that I need to meditate more consistently. At least headaches haven't been bothering me *knock on wood*.

That being said I wont hold anything against anyone that posted anything derogatory because you're all humans (I think) and humans usually end up making me smile.

That being said wish me luck for today; in the fight to cripple the oil industry I gotta look up a bunch of boring numbers for several hours and then write for several more. Am I taking down the giants? Hell no, just trying to go the distance (like Rocky).

There was a point in my studies/journey where I felt shame for “being an American”.

Thought I was clever, having a pat answer when “patriots” would say things like “well if you got such a problem with it, why don’t you leave?” Retort: Because then I’d be a victim of US foreign policy.

I used to get upset, used to think it was important to be right, intensely needing for others to understand.

Now I realize: I don’t even really respect the ideas of ANYONE, on ANY side, that gives power to labels, coming from a place of generalization. I recognize arguing (or agreeing) with someone who has emotional attachments to the idea of “America(n)” is a waste of energy, getting upset (or psyched up by) anyone else’s attachments to it is even more of a waste.

I am a human, that happens to live in a place, here & now. Each other human I encounter has their own ideas, their own problems….I don’t judge them on the opinions programmed into them by the media, designed to create division….I am intrigued about it though, I do find it interesting and important to analyze the triggers/reactions/etc.

Recently, while my family visited at a local Irish pub, a woman went on and on about her/our Irish heritage with me. I can’t remember the exact question something about being proud to be one.

I really, rea…lly tried to come up with, “Yeah, yeah, rah, rah,” but what came out was, “Not really. I just am.” It’s what rolled off my tongue, and I meant it in the sincerest sense.

Her reaction was a blank, godsmacked stare. I saw she needed something more. So I added that I wished she could have known my sister. She was so Irish that I’d swear she was part leprechaun. With that, she seemed to have found her center once again.
