The phenomenon of animal mutilation is difficult to explain in conventional terms,
and has been linked for decades with UFO's, because strange lights are sometimes
witnessed in proximity to sites where animal carcases are found. But have human
beings suffered similar attacks? This film attempts to answer this very controversial

In 2014 Richplanet TV screened the film "UFO's & NATO - The Human Mutilation Cover
Up", which looked at claims of human beings suffering surgical mutilation in connection
with UFO activity. They described the detailed disclosures of a former military man who
worked on "find and secure" missions in the 1990's. The missions involved securing
areas on the ground that had been affected after military engagement with UFO's. He
witnessed over 30 mutilated human beings, all of which had similar surgical injuries to
those found in animal mutilation cases. Richard met with the military source and
gathered further information. Since these meetings he has been searching for evidence
to corroborate the claims. In today's show he give a re-cap on the 2014 film and also
reveal what part of the military it seems was supplying personnel to special forces for
the secret "find and secure" teams.

There is enough evidence to prove something is happening. Where are the officials and news media? Not one country or official? How is it that we we as citizens never get the answers we ask about? She claims to have been threatened at gun point not to go beyond Animal mutilation.

If true I cannot blame her, she has been disclosing for a long time, so I would be
reluctant to diss any researcher over issues like this. Though as we know the field
is full of dis info , false leads and speculation. But Rich Hall is one of the recent
researchers that have been doing good work on many issues and this is a hard
hitting documentary.

Me to I saw him live in Weston Super Mare a few years ago and
he seemed very genuine. I have posted some of his vidson here
one of my favourites is the crop circle investigation with his
conclusions that 'Team Satan' who created many of the man

We revealed in the television documentary “Crop Circles: The Hidden Truth” that
Lundberg was probably recruited by MI5 in 1992. Since then he has been paid by
British Intelligence continually. We believe that due to the anomalies about the
property where he lives, MI5 have also been providing him with free lodgings in
London since around 1995.

As many people know, Lundberg’s activities have been in making crop circles
throughout the UK, and sometimes travel to foreign countries such as Italy, to

taking part in this programme as MI5 and Lundberg seem to have set out to

There is something thats hard to put in context without sounding callous.

If one or more ET species have been monitoring us or even had a hand in
genetically mutating/developing us from earlier hominoids, and maybe
programmed our warlike nature and see how every day millions of humans die
either thru war, disease, or old age.

From their point of view we may just be farm animals or lab rats, like cattle and
medical mice are to us. Which goes back to the alledged ET agreement with
Eisenhower and the various ET facilities around the world like Dulce.

All speculation but like everything else the pieces of the puzzle are coming
together. Steven Greer and others maywell be in contact with benevolent ET's, but
that does not mean, both may be going on. Its a very big universe.....

i saw this film about two months ago and agree with becky in that it is shocking, because after you have been on this site for a few years..like it or not,complacency does creep into the way we think about the E T issue and we (avalonians) like to think we have a handle on whats going on in that field, and so seeing this richard d hall presentation can and does shake you/us off our collective E.T soapboxes and makes you realise how much we dont know. The real and whole truth is likely to be a lot more scary than we know now.The lies we have been fed for the last sixty years about E T`s now run so deep that the ptb cant come clean or dont know where or how to start without causing major social turmoil.hopefully there is a saviour out there,be it a man/woman or organisation or even a friendly E T who can soften the initial blow about realisation for us.

It provides much proof to what in simple terms could be summarised as:
-governments (US…UK, others) made an agreement with ETs, opened our doors, allowed ETs on our planet;
-they did not consider that it would result in this kind of abuse on our population.
-the situation got out of hand – so they had to avoid national panic and, of course, make sure nobody sees what a big costly mistake they made, one that is costing lives and, as Hall puts it, “…which means they haven’t got a handle on it…”;
-they had to organise a cover-up, clean things up = the 'find and secure' team (and, I would add, many other cover-ups, like also a cover-up of the cover-up, as most members of the team died of cancer…radiation burns, the 50yr old who gave the info must have been more resilient but is on crutches, with cancer…);
-misleading information about visiting ETs is put out there on purpose, to mislead the public;
-blaming our own black ops is illogical…to pile up animals in a forest like the Dolby forest cases, animals all with similar injuries piled up in a remote place, or in other cases humans…makes no sense, especially if you ask yourself ‘Why is there a NATO group covering up the mess?’ as Hall suggests;
-people like Dolores Cannon and Steven Greer who claim that all ETs are benevolent are wrong (I think it was Gough that said “…the statement that aliens are friendly…no way…”). Maybe Greer and Cannon are doing it for their own money-making agenda (like Greer's CE5 initiative) or maybe because they are part of the true black op or psyop;
-human mutilations are just the tip of the iceberg, there have been other witnesses talking about craft full of body parts (Bill Cooper);
-we are at risk if we ever have to approach them on our own (‘too quick’, ‘could rip us apart’); here they were talking about the reptoids that were seen, but David explains that there are numerous races visiting;

Not a good picture, and hard to watch the whole thing, but well worth it IMO.

Interesting when David Cayton says these may be ‘Sacrifices made for our own good’ ...surely not a 'good' that we would like to have around!

I agree Lance. As I couldn't watch to the end - was there a strong conclusion / feeling that this must have been done by ET's or could it have been caused by humans? I guess we can't know for sure. But to me this is one of the most chilling and horrific events that has happened on Earth. Whoever /whatever is doing this has absolutely no compassion or regard whatsoever for earth creatures, be they human or cattle. To carry out inhumane acts/investigations then apparently drop the bodies from a great height (as was suggested by the Russian incident), is treating these bodies like rubbish to be discarded.

It is very chilling indeed, and if this is caused by ET's then it does remind us that we should not be complacent about their presence or their interest in us as humans. I find this lack of compassion for others sickening and confusing. I don't understand it and I don't want to try to understand it.
I would like to change it though - I wish we could change this - stop the evil and sick things that happen here on earth and around us! Maybe I just perceive this to be evil and sick, and maybe the ones carrying out these experiments/mutilations see it as helping the advancement of the human race?? Who knows...
