Default Liver Flush Diary (with photos)

Sharing this so that more people can appreciate the effectiveness of this detox method by Andreas Moritz and have a better understanding of what to expect during their own flushes. I will also be providing my personal observations of some of the difficulties I encountered. I highly recommend everyone to thoroughly go through Andrea's Liver Flush book and visit his Youtube channel.

For those who are new to liver flush, do note that it is for most part absolutely painless and routine for me. Experiencing healing crisis following any form of detox is a common theme.

It is clear now that my condition is worse than average because I am still expelling large number of stones after 20+ flushes. So readers please do not be discouraged as you may not need to do as many liver flushes as I did to have general well-being return.
    • Grapefruit (pink, half a large one) PLUS lemon (2 fruits) combo seems to be the most effective medium for the olive oil.
    • I had my kidneys cleansed of stones before starting liver flushing. If you often get UTIs, it is a sure sign you have kidney stones.
    • It is very important to clean our lymphatic system (with herbs) in between flushes, otherwise our body will easily become too acidic while trying to eliminate the toxin being released into the system.
    • I noticed that when very large intrahepatic stones (about 1 inch big) are on their way out along the gut (2 of my flushes), I always felt nauseous until they are discharged the following day. If you throw up (rarely) during the night, or nauseous after drinking the epsom salt, it usually means there is intestinal congestion. Doing an enema may relieve the discomfort.
    • I had a couple flushes where only 1-2 small green intrahepatic stones were discharged. This simply means those deeper in the liver take time to move to the exit. 3 weeks apart between flushes is indeed the ideal timing.
    • Never take less than the recommended amount of oil. The oil is critical for inducing large enough volume of bile to push the stones out.
    • During a few of my flushes, I was not aware that I was expelling tiny cream colored stones because I was looking out for the green ones all along.
    • Doing at least 1 enema before the actual flush (if the Epsom salt fails to work) will increase its effectiveness, especially if your gut health is poor. Otherwise, you may feel constipated and uncomfortable throughout the night.
    • To encourage bowel movement after taking Epsom salt, drink lots of water 30mins after each dose. If there is still no bowel movement, you may have taken too heavy a meal in the morning or the day before.
    • It is ideal to fast on fruit/vegetable juice for 1 to 2 days before actual flush so you can distinguish the discharged material better. I now usually do a water fast on the actual flush day.
    • Experiencing any form of discomfort (flare-ups, headaches), falling ill (fever, rhinitis, etc.) or even emotional outbursts 1-2 days after the liver flush is common if your body is very toxic. They are often temporary. This is because some of the eliminated toxins were reabsorbed when they passed out the colon. That is why doing enemas (at least 2-3 times up to ascending colon) 1 - 2 days after the actual flush is very important. In the beginning of my flush routine, I had fever and acne outbreaks a few days after the flushes sometimes. As my liver became cleaner, such discomforts no longer occur, mild if any.
    • If your body is very toxic, do the enemas the evening of the day when the stones are discharged. Adopt a highly alkaline diet during this period.
    • For some people, they may feel that some of the later flushes do not yield any improvement. This is usually because the deeper stones are having a hard time making their way to the exit. Every single flush you do serves to push the stones a bit closer to the exit.
    • A lot of people do not drink enough water the days following each flush. Your body, especially your kidneys, need extra fluid to carry the toxins out. That is why you may feel mild aches in the mid-lower back region.
    • Try not to take any naps in the early to mid part of the day when the stones are coming out. One of my friends soiled his bed when he took a nap a few hours after taking the last dose of Epsom Salt.
    • Use plain distilled water for the 1st enema to flush out debris in the colon first if you have difficulty getting the water up the ascending colon in the beginning of your long-term detox program. Use the lemon or other expensive materials to do the longer cleanses after that (more space for the water to stay in there). I could not keep the water in for even 1 minute when I did my very first enema, but can now hold for more than 10mins after about 15th flush.
    • Do not do coffee enema if you are already feeling uncomfortable after the liver flush. Coffee enema is for stimulating the liver to excrete more bile, not particularly for cleansing the colon like what other enema solutions do. Coffee enema is great when one is unable to do a liver flush.
    Background:
    - 35 years old male,
    - Underwent mandatory vaccinations since birth (had few more during age of 12 - interesting to note here that they mandated it islandwide for all citizens at age of 12, when the 'seed' starts production in the human body),
    - Lives in Singapore where public water is being fluoridated and GMO food are not being banned nor labelled,
    - Dentist told me that my teeth were unusually yellow for my age (less than 12yo). Must have somehow acquired more bio-accumulated toxins than the rest of the kids since much younger.
    - Had kidney stones and used MMS to remove them (painfully),
    - Found out about Andreas Moritz when someone posted about his death on this forum.

    Health Benefits:
    - Has not visited any doctor for the past 3 years nor taken any pharmaceutical medication since,
    - Digestion improved (bowels move more efficiently as well),
    - Morning rhinitis completely cured (will return still if do not watch my diet, but mild),
    - Put an end to acne outbreaks,
    - No more physical lethargy unless deprived of sleep,
    - Gain healthy weight (have always been thin),
    - Persistent skin itchings and back pains greatly reduced,
    - Heart palpitation and unexplained numbness in arms gone,
    - Sores and mild illnesses heal much faster with sufficient rest,
    - Body reacts to toxins consumed quicker (may give idea that body is weak but immune system kicks into action faster).
    - Gums do not bleed anymore,
    - Teeth are gradually loosing its yellow tint and showing a healthy white, and 1 decaying tooth is actually healing,
    - Food cravings diminished greatly.

    Psychological & Spiritual Benefits:
    - No longer the angry person I used to be,
    - Able to become aware of character imperfections I failed to notice earlier,
    - More allowing and not as critical as I used to be,
    - Social and physical world seem to 'detox' as well,
    - More joyful and at peace,
    - More in touch with the heart in dealing with oneself and others.

    Liver Flush Diary

3rd Nov, 2013 (1st Flush): Missed out 6pm Epsom salt dose. No water enema.
4th Nov: Few intrahepatic stones discharged in the morning, main elimination at lunch time, about a few hundred stones, with pea sized ones.
5th Nov: Physically exhausted, dull ache in right ribcage, liver region (has been aching before flush)
6th Nov: Irritable. Few seconds of sharp pain in right side of liver during inhalation.
7th Nov: General tiredness. Ulcerations under tongue and 2 acne growths in neck (most probably due to lack of enema).
8th Nov: Ulceration more painful. Putrified stool. Harvested organic ginger from garden and grated 2 inches and drank it after boiling it.
9th Nov: Ulceration subsided. Irritable. Extracted decayed molar.
20th Nov: Acne outbreak (probably due to too much chocolate).

First Flush - Pea Sized Intrahepatic Stones (will melt in sunlight)

1st Flush - Main Batch (Residue after bowels hosed away)

24th Nov (2nd Flush): Discomfort, unable to sleep, only 2 hours' rest. Only fruit salad for lunch. Throbbings in back at liver region when lying down after taking oil mixture.
25th Nov: Larger intrahepatic stones discharged.
26th Nov: Morning Rhinitis. Physically exhausted in the afternoon. Famished by evening. Momentary mild fever. Water enema in the evening.
5th Nov: Ache in lower right waist region.
6th Nov: Ache in right shoulder subsided.
7th Nov: Great anger (due to incident).
    8th Nov: Bad rhinitis.
    11th Nov: Mild rhinitis.
12th Nov: Intake of 500g chocolate milk bar. Nausea and heat coursing throughout body.

2nd Flush - Picked up using surgical gloves

13th Nov (3rd Flush): No bowel movement (due to chocolate?) at night before flush. Could feel something dislodged from liver when lying down after oil mixture intake. Could not sleep.
14th Nov: Stones are darker, fragmented stones starting to show up. Heavy lunch.
15th Nov: Very tired; slept from 12pm to 2pm. Water (lemon) enema x 2.
    16th Nov: Rhinitis.
21st Nov: Acne outbreak. Insufficient rest. Woke at 1am, slept for 4 hrs.
24th Nov: Rhinitis throughout the day. Could be due to constant interrupted sleep for the past few days.

    3rd Flush

1st Jan, 2014 (4th Flush): No bowel movement. No sign of activity in liver, but multiple painful intestinal convulsions. No sleep.
2nd Jan: Bowel movement starts slightly after 6am. Much fewer stone this time, but appearance of large, soft, sticky, congealed brown/tanned nuggets. A lot of waste, might have prevented the liver from excreting enough bile to remove the stones. Lemon water enema in the evening x 2. First one less than 1 minute, but about 4 pieces of large tanned floating nuggets came out, similar to those sticky nodes during the 4th flush, but much bigger. 2nd enema clocked 9 minutes for the first time.
    4th-5th Jan: Rhinitis
6th Jan: Pain during urination, possible kidney stone moving out.
7th Jan: Rhinitis, rule out interrupted sleep as cause. Definitely food related. Increased pain and discomfort during urination, peaked during lunch time. Subsided towards end of lunch. Took herbal tea x 1 cup 2 hours later. Avoided taking lentils as it contain puric acid.
8th Jan: Discomfort during urination subsided. Took oats at night.
9th Jan: Rhinitis returned, sth wrong with oats. Mycotoxin? Discomfort in urination again after waking from lunch nap, insufficient water to flush toxin.
10th Jan: Urinary problem might be due to rusty grounding pad. Removed. Serious acne outbreak, due to aflaxotoxin from peanuts.
11th Jan: Slept very well, definitely due to rusty grounding pad. Acne arrested, pus forming.

    4th Flush

    22nd Jan (5th Flush): Water (lemon) enema @ 8.45pm.
23rd Jan: Very tired and hungry at night. Mainly hepatic stones that came out, water enema cleared out most of debri.
24th Jan: Thirsty, still some intrahepatic stones in bowels.
25th Jan: Thirsty at midnight, same as the night before. Felt really cold, probably due to infection in the bowels. Water enema at night, lots of putrefied bowels came out, hard lumps, followed by stomachache and more loose motion. Both calves throbbed once after the 2nd enema.
30th Jan: Took lots of roasted bread.
31st Jan: Noticed general weight loss. Lots of interrupted sleep.
    1st Feb: Bad Rhinitis
2nd Feb: Rhinitis. Realized it could be due to gluten food.
5th Feb: Bowels started to show green tint and in better form.

    5th Flush

11th Feb (6th Flush): Colon cleanse at 9:15pm. Epsoms salt caused bowel movement at 9pm (Previous evening intakes did not produce similar effect, possible improvement to general gut health).
12th Feb: 4 hours sleep. Largest intrahepatic stone came out (3cm+). Chills throughout the elimination phase.
14th Feb: Slight bleeding in anus, enema too rough, have to be gentler in insertion and extraction.

    6th Flush

Cool! in a couple of days I'm doing my first liver cleanse. Just need a couple of days off meat before I start.
See you cleanse every third week. That is good to know. I will do that as well
How else can you see youself benefit? you think clearer ? look healthier ? brighter mornings?
How has you diet been during and between cleanses ?

This summary was just what i needed. Thank you very much Tenzin.

    Hi Amzer Zo,

Thanks for the link. Hope those I've invited to this thread will follow it to read them through.

I didn't want to post it together because later posts tend to get lost in a long thread. Think a better solution is to have a directory thread pointing to relevant entries instead of putting them altogether, something like a bookmark format?

Yes, here are some of the psychological benefits I experienced:
    - Won't get angry easily. For example, in one incident, when someone scolded me out of anger due to miscommunication and I knew I had all the reason to rebutt and tell the person off, I did not react and was more readily able to feel where he was coming from, and even apologized to make the person feel calm. I was not affected by the anger directed at me, as though the wind embracing sand thrown at it. This is especially profound right after the flush, but only after the larger stones got discharged. There is that confident happiness, that can forgive so much more easily, no longer that 'stuck-up' indignation the ego likes us to dwell on. I avoid getting into negative states more readily.
    - Cravings are easier to manage. I notice I can become more aware of my subtle cravings and keep them under control if they do not serve me. This is tougher to note, but in retrospect, there is definitely a gradual change over the year. The practice of mindfulness grew in strength.
    - Abundance of creative energy. This is especially helpful for those who know how to transmute it for greater purposes, especially through meditation.
    - Clearer thinking. Mind fogs are easier to manage if I focus my attention on thinking something through. Concentration is easier now, but it has to be trained and developed further still. Just that the liver flushes somehow 'cleared the way' for a more focused mind.

I was told I look more 'alive' and radiant now. Definitely so since my many years of acne problem has almost been completely cleared. They vanish within 2 days at most if I get ample rest. Body is able to absorb and assimilate the nutrients, thus the body looks more lean and healthy.

Diet: Has always been a vegetarian. I did not consume egg nor dairy products during the first 7 flushes. I started my flushes in Sri Lanka during my 2 years spiritual retreat, where GMO food are banned. It was easy to avoid processed food because the monastery prepares only cooked food. Water came from natural sources underground. My 8th flush was back in Singapore where GMO reigns, and that could explain why that one did not yield anything much. I purchase only distilled water or that filtered by Reverse Osmosis; refuse to drink Singapore's tap water.

I still binged on chocolate and some junk food (traditional Malay desert, pineapple tarts, etc.) once in a while after I got back to Singapore, but it seems they do not create more stones that quickly afterall. Cravings for such food drop off slowly toward the later flushes, could be due to my change in diet too, as I started to explore home cooking myself; much gratitude to those who shared their recipes online freely. Use ginger and tumeric lots! They really help in addressing any inflammation or infection I get from the reabsorbed toxins.

You are very much welcomed, Haakon.

    Blessings

    14th Flush - Main Batch

    27th July (14th Flush)
: Skipped breakfast. 1 x large red dragonfruit + 1 apple + 1 pear for lunch. No hunger. 2 doses of epsom salt on time. Watery stool with purple pigment @ 9pm, thus no enema. Realized past 2 flushes had insufficient volume of mixture (by about 1 oz of oil), possible cause of no stones being discharged during 13th flush. Slight nausea after consuming mixture.
28th July: Woke at ard 5am. Mild ache in kidney region in the back. 2 x 2mm stones discharged. More stones by 6am. Easier to pick out stones since almost all of the fibre in the fruits were disgested.
+ Rested at 7am+ (slipped into sleep, dream turned lucid, made intention to exit body upon awareness, but transitioned into vibrational state instead (joy, floating, stretched sensation), brief.)
    + Stones still coming out @ 12pm.
+ Main batch discharged at 2.35pm in a single burst, with diluted greenish fluid and strong odour. No stools, only the stones. Got lethargic right before going to the washroom (6th - 7th visit).
+ Pleased to see large amount of intrahepatic stones still coming out because still having some persistent problems, such as itch in left shoulder blade (spot shifted up since a few flushes earlier), mild rhinitis if I took bread or other unhealthy food, few acnes popping up especially after late nights back on back. Some liver spots on arm still visible, 2 have turned red instead of its earlier brown.
+ No motion since 3pm. Felt like UTI working up at around 11pm+, followed body's instinct to do a single quick distilled water colonic. Discomfort gone immediately after. Large number of pale brown nodules came out, did not retrieve to identify as they sank to the bottom of the W.C. Might be hardened stools.

25th August (15th Flush): Only couple dozens very small intrahepatic stones discharged, about 2-3mm each, within the first 4 washroom visits. Did not take organic apple cider vinegar for the first 4 days.
Skipped breakfast. Fruits for lunch. Watery stool @ 9pm, no enema. Mild throbbings in arms and torso region while lying down after mixture intake. Brief pain in LEFT shoulder blade (chronic aches and itching in the same region).
26th August: Elimination by 8am in the morning. Reduced water intake to avoid too numerous washroom visits. General fatigue in the afternoon.

    23rd September (16th Flush):
    Lost photo...
Large amount of cream colored stones discharged, by the hundreds, mostly about 1mm in size. No green stones. These sank, so it is highly possible I have missed out these in my previous few flushes as I did not use a net to catch everything, assuming and forgetting that stones can be in other colors and if higher densities (thus will not float).

    17th Flush - Selected Stones

    24th October (17th Flush):
This one felt different from the rest because the liver was heard making so much noises that it almost sounded like it finally was able to grasp for some fresh air. Literally thousands of fine bits of cream colored stones poured out in several gushes, among a small load of expected green ones. Managed to find one small calcified stone (one nearest to the ruler) from within the mess as I prodded the pile with a surgical glove.

    23rd November (18th Flush):
No photo as it was similar to the previous flush.
Only a few bananas for breakfast, heavy lunch on just fruits and some carrots.
8pm+: Passed motion due to Epsom salt.
10pm+: Felt nausea for about 1 hour but bearable. Kept swallowing saliva, and the mind away from the taste and smell of the mixture. Liver region (right side) made long and noisy growls, like a passageway being hollowed out. First time. Started about 15mins after drinking mixture. Noiuses lasted about 10-20 seconds each time, about 2-3 times with an hjour. Meanwhile, painful convulsions in left lower abs, should be the gut reacting to epsom salt (maybe avoidable if enema was done earlier)
7.10am: First batch of stones expelled. Mainly green ones, quite a number or larger ones (abt 1cm wide javing much darker hues. Lots of small bits (hundreds abt 1-2mm wide. Mild headache.
11am+: Watery stool stopped before lunch. Very clear fluid.

    19th Flush - Main Batch

    Selected Stones

    22nd December (19th Flush):
    8.30pm: 1 x plain water enema.
10:31pm: Got up to discharge watery stool. A couple more times before sleeping till 4.30am plus.
A few nerve throbs in shoulder and points along the same meridian to that points while lying down right after the oil mixture.
5.41am: First batch of stones, small ones only, a few mm.
7.30am: 3rd batch. Largest about 1cm+, dark green. Noticed bile is actually coming out inb its original color. Smell was not as bad as before.

+ Persistent aches in gallbladder region subsided (had stayed around for several months prior actually, it comes and goes, sos did not take special note previously).
25th Dec: Itch in left shoulder blade returned, but mild.
5th Jan: Noticed itch is completely gone since 25th Dec. Now occassional mild pains about an inch above itch spot.
8th Jan: Sneezing fits and morning rhinitis.
9th Jan: With added chills in the morning. Feverish and mild headache after liunch. Did 2 enemas with plain water. Condition immediately remedied. Offender must be the fried food I had during lunch couple days ago. Hard stool in colon expelled during enema.

    20th Flush - Main Batch

    Jan 2015 (20th Flush):
It started to become shocking that my liver still had so much toxins trapped in it. At least it could explain how such a degree of material compaction leads to a hunched back. I might have to do 30-40 flushes to completely clean my poor liver out.
5.30am: Stones started appearing. Noticed there were dark brown stones of about 1-3mm large.
+ Marked ease in getting into deep concentration states during meditation. It is becoming a fact that without a clean body, heightened states of consciousness is greatly hampered, true to what many Yogis have taught long ago. It may take a person an hour to reach a calm state while a person with a completely clean bod may take only a few seconds.

22nd Jan: General fatigue and hunger pangs, slightly parched mouth even with a full glass of water just before bed.
23rd Jan: Parched mouth upon waking, half glass of water before bed. Should have taken more.
31st Jan: Severe rhinitis and sneezing fits after breakfast. Thought it was due to lack of sleep (6hrs) but felt feverish at 2pm+. Immediately did enema (ACV) and symptoms abated. Rhinitis took longer to recover. Hardened stools from descending colon. Recall having only 1 bowel movement since 2-3 days ago. Had a piece of bread the day before. Notice craving for chocolate is completely non-existent now. Fried food will quickly impede bowel movement since few weeks ago. (very difficult to focus mind due to numerous wandering thoughts in past 2 days, closely related to obstructed bowel).
4th Feb: 2nd fever attach with similar symptoms as the recent one, but less severe. Healing crisis? A lot more greenish phlegm over several days. Aches in spleen region lessened.
    10 Feb: Acne returning.

During this period, there were burning sensations to the itching spot in my back immediately behind the pancreas-spleen region whenever I meditated. Sometimes aches (felt "blocked" as well) that prevented my concentration from going deep.

    21st Flush - Main Batch

    21st Flush - Larger Stones

    19th February (21st Flush):
Diet for the past month consists mainly of veg and fruits. Completely avoided bread, grains, fried food and chocolate. Noticed craving for them were gone since December.
1am: Woke after falling asleep almost immediately after taking oil mixture. Mild discomfort in abs and minor brief pain in gallbladder region.
2am: Returned to sleep and woke at 6am.
7am: Very mild and brief headache. First elimination with sand sized stones, greenish yellow, more toward cream color, could be coated by plague while in liver. Brief throbbing in spleen-pancreas region.
8am: Largest stones discharged. 1 large stone more than 1cm expelled at 7.50am with dark green bile, among several other stones bigger than those discharged in the previous liver flushes. Even larger one in the following discharge after 8am.
9.30am: Throbbing in left torso continued throughout the rest of the day, more frequent after meal at this time. (4 inches above navel, 1 inch to left. Directly on the opposite side on the back where the chronic itching had been, pain stretches along the meridian, confined to about 5 inches both ways: similar pain often manifested during meditation)
3pm: Gurgling noises from the throbbing region. Throbbing did not stop even when ending the day.
20th Feb: No more throbbing. General fatigue. Hungry. Did 4 enemas, 2nd one with Apple Cider Vinegar (unable to hold it in). No problem holding the plain water ones on the 3rd and 4th. Used warm water for better loosening effect.
21st Feb: Healing crisis started after breakfast: flu-like symptoms and constant sneezing forced me to lie down. Symptoms will return if I sit up for too long. Did not pass stools but could feel movement. Despite ll these, mood was actually good.
22nd Feb: Healing crisis abated. Minor sneezing upon waking. Tired. Woke at 1am and rested further at 2 till 5am. Could feel liver, kidneys are tired too. Passed motion at 1pm, hard stool; apparently due to lack of water. Have to ensure at least 2 quarts within a day for 2-3 days after flush. Burning sensation in back diminished, but expecting relapse as the "blocked" feeling is still there. Felt moments of joy and light-spiritedness never felt before.
5th March: Started 10-days water fast. Will share details in a separate post. Learned and realized from the experience that water fasting is the most effective and aggressive method of detoxification.

    22nd Flush - Selected Stones

    21st March (22nd Flush):
Fasted an entire day. Had experience from a 6-days water fast so confident I can go without food for just 1 day. Epsom salt took effect by 7pm, so did not do enema (intestinal region convulsed once after taking oil mixture; should have taken enema afterall).
    3am: Several small stones expelled.
7am: first main batch of stones, largest being 1cm.
    8am: 2nd major batch.
9am: Took bananas, chewed into pulp before swallowing (these came out by evening time, along with some of the lunch).
10am: Heavy lunch, but completely masticulated into pulp before swallowing each mouthful.
4pm+: Passing out clear fluid from the bowels.
5pm: Felt very 'heaty', mild rhinitis and a general sense of uneasiness. Prompted me to at least do 1 enema. All symptoms and discomfort lifted after the plain water enema.

Took effort to count all the small stones, total about 200-300.

Throughout the days after the 22nd flush, there was discomfort in the spleen/pancreas region, very much a feeling of some things gotten stuck in there. The pain was bearable as I knew intuitively that it must be caused by the outward movement of more stones from further inside the liver.

    23rd Flush - Main Batch

    19th April (23rd Flush):
First flush back in Singapore upon my return from my 7 months meditation retreat.
Fasted an entire day so that the stones can move out unobstructed. No enema and yet no more intestinal convulsion this time. Improvement? Took the oil and lied down for 50+mins and stayed up throughout the night after that.
6am+: First few small stones came out.
8am+: Larger stones started to show up.
    3pm: 1 x last large stone expelled.
Most of the larger stones are about 1cm in size. These had ugly white coating on them and they looked like they had been in the liver for quite some time. Smell bad too. Noticed that the pear I took in the morning came right through the bowels by 3pm.

By now my diet is mainly steamed vegetables with raw nuts and seeds. No grains, no bread, no processed food, no refined sugar. I drink only distilled water. And I am still at healthy weight.
20th Apr: Aches in the spleen/pancreas region lifted as expected. Could still feel somethings but milder now. Definitely still something in there.
21st Apr: Enemas in the evening with lemon juice. Could not retain the water, indicating the colon is not in a good state.
22nd Apr: Aches in spleen/pancreas region shifted from the front to directly opposite in the back. Applied OPT on myself to relieve the aches.

    Tenzin,

    Lovely photos! Thanks for sharing...

    I started the flushing on PA1 here > http://projectavalon.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16447

It is definitely something I recommend. How many actually get as far as yourself is not many but the more of us who share this knowledge the better!!

I had a load of liver parasites leave on the 4th flush!!! and am now up to flush number 14.

Definitely add the details to the main thread on here already linked above by Haakon.

The link is great, found many other relevant info following the links there too.

It is most encouraging that more and more people are starting to consider alternative and natural treatments in place of conventional methods. I did sharings on liver flush to groups of people, most get turned off when they found out about the need to do the colonic irrigation. It seems it is mostly those who are already suffering from certain physical pains will they want to go the length to see through every step.

For myself, I simply wanted to do a complete detox after a long period of elusive good health. The benefits have been obvious and I am confident it is just going to get better once the liver is completely cleaned.

I am going to start this in a few days (for the first time)...first doing some prep as recommended by a friend who has done it before. Tonight I did the Epson salt flush, twice, it took a long time, about 2 1/4 hours, for it to flush out (my tummy sounds like a lion rawing right now, hehehe). I got the epson salts from the pharmacy as it was a lot cheaper than in the health shop (£6.25 for 3 kg). Will drink apple juice for next 3 days and then do the full flush.

Are you planning a liver and gall bladder flush yet Ammit? Recommended... All the benefits Tenzin is listing is what I have experienced too... Anger is a thing of the past... the ability to be drawn emotionally and "tweaked" this way is also reduced dramatically if not to 100% ... calmness of mind.

Very strange how people reject stuff which is actually very healthy for them, I get this all the time especially with urine therapy... And when they are ill it seems even more so... Sadly the phrase "I'd rather die than have a pipe stuck up my ..." may actually end up bringing an early demise for some not prepared to sort out their health... Andreas Moritz does NOT recommend doing a GB+Liver flush without an enema or colonic ideally... but I imagine a session of epson salt flushes a few days later may be near as good... however those who are ill generally have a number of things wrong... emotional traumas, bad gut health, and slow transit in the whole system and most likely a parasite infection also... As well as heavy metal toxicity...

I must admit, I don't want to drink my own pee pee, hehe it's fine with me others doing it, but no one could convince me, lol

I'm open to other stuff, though.

Today is my first ever liver flush day, been doing apple juice for 3 days before this...

Here I am at at 2:36 am feeling really sick...I had to get up it was that bad...been trying to hold it down and not be sick, took some water as it was burning (feels acidic in my throat, like it is bile). Before that I had like hot flushes in bed, moments of sweating...is this normal?
