Where To Begin ? How To Start Our Spiritual Awakening ?

Hello Project Avalon Members,

I have some questions to release out in the air because I have been having a hard time to answer them.

Lets start with the first one, Now that you are awake and started to realise that the world is not what you always thought it was, and that all your family, friends, teachers, idols, all your contacts until now including you have been living and illusion. And that the world is being ruled by "Beings" that don't seem to care about Human Life and have been doing all they can to change our perception and by doing that they have been changing our future. What are you going to do now ? What can we do now ? Well I think we should reclaim our freedom , what is ours, our humanity , our love, and raise our Conciousness and Awareness again and start living from our Hearts and not by our minds.

I am awake and I know I will always miss signals and subliminal messages and maybe will be mind controlled without knowing in some actions but I know that this world is wrong. And I will do my best to make sure that I live by my heart. And now ? You know that the world is not what it was before the moon came in and Saturn started to influence all this game. What is the next step?

I have been searching and found these techniques to reach our Higher Shelf.
Past Life Regression , Meditation , Pray , have an positive mind and attitude towards life. If there is any member here who connected to their Higher Shelf ( Higher Awareness ) Whatever you want to call it, please leave an advice because I feel I should connect with my Higher Shelf and don't know why I feel I should Try to do some Past Life Regression.

That which I have written here is just a touch of my story, as it has unfolded over the past two years, plus a bunch of great experiences by many others of this forum. This will give you that foundation of that which you seem to be lookin for, much the same as all of us. Yes, it is a bit much to read, but then "I" have read hundreds of books over the past half century, to get here. So... what's a bit more reading? How far do YOU wish to go in your quest? cc.

The very first time I heard Buhlman speak about Astral Projection, on a video, he said that WE, are Immortal. 4 Days later I had both of his books, (all he had at that time) in my hands, and 3 days later was finished reading them both. When "I" get on the scent... of something new... I go for the gusto. It took me 8 months to get out of body, the first time. But that first time, I went straight to My High Self. And then another month to achieve total 24/7s' "Communion", with "George". He "never" leaves my side...

After hundreds of thousands of years of mind control of us humans there is not much we can do but wait , this what i believe .

We have to wait for rest of the world to awake it is going to be hard in next years .

Show much patience to those who need, keep on meditating if it helps you calm down it its really a scary world once you learn the truth and knowing that we are not the only species on this planet, phew that is really a shock and i guess you can understand how that is hard to believe in, specially if you never seen another specie with your own eyes.

But you can do something yourself cause change happens when we start change ... talk about the world problems more with your friends even if they don't want to hear about it, tell them what you believe and think and know make them hear you try you're best they will call you crazy but at least they will have it in their mind and when bigger changes will happen to the world they will at least know who to contact for answers after **** hits the fan ... you will be able to help them then ...

as above so below , my friend , Nature and the stars will teach you more than any book could , just learn to listen , and observe what's going on around you ... you already know all the answers , the trick is remembering , bringing it out of your sub-conscious ...
