The Fork-Tongued Mind of Leon Brittan – Nick Clegg’s Political Sponsor

    CHANNEL $ NEWS....

‘Former home secretary Lord Brittan says he asked officials to look at papers
alleging paedophile activity in Westminster, despite telling Channel 4 News in 2013
he could not “recollect” the dossier.’

In 1984, Geoffrey Dickens MP handed over a 50-page dossier to the then home
secretary, Leon Brittan, writes Paraic O'Brien. It is believed that the dossier (which
the Home Office confirms has been lost) contained information about suspected VIP
paedophile rings and the abuse of boys in care homes. On 25 February 2013, I sent
Leon Brittan an email enquiring about the dossier given to him by Mr Dickens in the
    early 80s.

    Child abuse

In the email, I said: "I'm trying to find a dossier that was given to you by Geoffrey
Dickens MP regarding child abuse while you were home secretary. I've been in
contact with the Home Office but am not holding out much hope that they will be
    able to find it."

I went on to ask him whether he had any recollection of the dossier. Half an hour
later, Lord Brittan replied by email. He wrote: "I'm afraid I do not recollect this and
do not have any records which would be of assistance, Leon Brittan."

But today the Tory peer issued a statement after Labour MP Simon Danczuk said he
should "share his knowledge" about the file prepared by Mr Dickens.

    Paedophile Information Exchange

Mr Danczuk was giving evidence to the home affairs select committee on Tuesday.
According to Mr Danczuk, it contained information about the "Paedophile
Information Exchange (Pie), about paedophiles operating a network within and
    around Westminster".

In the statement on Wednesday, Leon Brittan displays a remarkably vivid
recollection of having received the dossier: "During my time as home secretary
(1983 to 1985), Geoff Dickens MP arranged to see me at the Home Office.

"I invariably agreed to see any MP who requested a meeting with me. As I recall,
he came to my room at the Home Office with a substantial bundle of papers.

    'Looked at carefully'

"As is normal practice, my private secretary would have been present at the
meeting. I told Mr Dickens that I would ensure that the papers were looked at
carefully by the Home Office and acted on as necessary.

"Following the meeting, I asked my officials to look carefully at the material
contained in the papers provided and report back to me if they considered that any
action needed to be taken by the Home Office.

"In addition I asked my officials to consider a referral to another government
department, such as the Attorney General's department, if that was appropriate.

"This was the normal procedure for handling material presented to the home
secretary. I do not recall being contacted further about these matters by Home
Office officials or by Mr Dickens or by anyone else."

    Further clarification

However, Lord Brittan later issued a second statement, admitting he had mis-
remembered events, stating: "In the last hour I have been alerted to a Home Office
independent review conducted last year into what information it received about
organised child sex abuse between 1979 and 1999,"

The statement added: "a letter was sent from myself to Mr Dickens on March 20,
1984 explaining what had been done in relation to the files.

"The Home Office independent review is entirely consistent with the action I set out
in my earlier statement. Whilst I could not recall what further action was taken 30
years ago, the information contained in this report shows that appropriate action
    and follow-up happened."

Thanks Amzer interesting articles, this is happening everywhere and the
the hard part is separating it from very serious criminal activities, which
is terrible in itself for the many victims of both sex's and all ages.

To the ritual aspects and links to ancient rituals, possible inter dimensional
entities or Demons/Devils ET's etc that have effected humanity thru
to today leaching off our adrenaline , essence especially childrens.

Leon Brittan’s faulty memory and a ticking timebomb that could shake
Westminster: Tory peer faces questions over 1980s files complied by MP Geoffrey
    Dickens on Westminster paedophile ring

Friday 4th July 2014 at 11:05 By David Icke

The timebomb that I have been exposing for decades is not only ticking in
Westminster – there’s one in Buckingham Palace too and there is a massive effort
going on to stop them going off.

But the time is coming when they will.

Leon Brittan's faulty memory and a ticking timebomb that could shake
Westminster: Tory peer faces questions over 1980s files complied by MP Geoffrey
    Dickens on Westminster paedophile ring

Geoffrey Dickens handed over a ‘40-page dossier’ alleging a 'paedophile circle' to
then Home Secretary Leon Brittan in November 1983

Sources close to the police who have recently investigated associated allegations
say that it seems to have subsequently ‘disappeared’

Home Office said it hadn't been ‘retained’ and duplicate dossier held by Dickens'
late widow was destroyed because she thought it ‘toxic’

By Richard Pendlebury and Stephen Wright

    Published: 23:32, 2 July 2014 | Updated: 10:45, 3 July 2014

‘Thirty years ago, Geoffrey Dickens was one of a band of Tory backbench MPs who
could be relied upon to be quotably furious on a wide range of subjects, some of
which he even knew a little about.

On his death in 1995, the obituaries painted a picture of a well-liked blusterer. His
support for the ‘Prevention of Television Act’ during a Commons debate on
terrorism was one notable malapropism, while an honest admission of bafflement
over the intricacies of the Maastricht Treaty demonstrated his intellectual limitations.’

These cameos were not the extent of his ‘colourful’ behaviour. He once called a
press conference to announce that he had been unfaithful to his wife with a woman
he had met ‘tea-dancing’. Dickens explained: ‘I have been a naughty boy, but my
    philandering days are now over.’

A dossier detailing explosive claims of sex abuse by paedophiles within Westminster
has gone missing. Given to Home Secretary Leon Brittan in 1983, the files allegedly
exposed a vile network at Parliament and Whitehall

And yet for all the ruddy-faced slapstick and red-top headlines, Dickens pursued a
serious, investigative crusade throughout the later years of his political life. It
concerned the protection of children from sexual abuse by adults.

One might argue that its high point came in November 1983, when Dickens handed
over a ‘40-page dossier’ to the then Home Secretary Leon Brittan, which set out
allegations of a paedophile circle ‘operating and networking within and around’ the
    Westminster elite.

Names were named, evidence presented, apparently. To those who claim to have
some knowledge of the contents, it presented a timebomb under the political
Establishment. Once action was taken, the Commons would have been rocked to its
    foundations.

And yet nothing occurred. Not even a whimper, let alone a bang.

Why? And what happened to the dossier?

Sources close to the police who have recently investigated associated allegations
say that it seems to have subsequently ‘disappeared’. The Home Office confirmed
that it had not been ‘retained’. A duplicate dossier held by the Dickens family was
destroyed by his late widow because she thought it ‘toxic’.

This week, the Dickens dossier mystery came back to haunt the now Lord Brittan.

At the Home Affairs Select Committee on Tuesday, the Labour MP Simon Danczuk
repeated his calls for a Hillsborough-style inquiry into historical paedophile
    allegations involving politicians.

Mr Danczuk, who helped to expose the extent of the child sex abuses committed by
the late MP Cyril Smith this year in a brilliant book — serialised in the Daily Mail —
told the committee: ‘I do think it would be helpful for Leon Brittan to share his
knowledge of how he dealt with these allegations that were made at the time.’

Mr Danczuk said that the dossier contained information about the involvement of
the notorious Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), which was established in
1974 to promote and lobby for the legalisation of sexual activity between minors
    and adults.

Yesterday, Lord Brittan responded to the challenge with a statement. He said: ‘As I
recall, [Mr Dickens] came to my room at the Home Office with a substantial bundle
of papers. As is normal practice, my private secretary would have been present at
    the meeting.

‘I told Mr Dickens that I would ensure that the papers were looked at carefully by
the Home Office and acted on as necessary. Following the meeting, I asked my
officials to look carefully at the material contained in the papers provided and
report back to me if they considered that any action needed to be taken by the
    Home Office.

‘In addition, I asked my officials to consider a referral to another government
department, such as the Attorney General’s department, if that was appropriate.
This was the normal procedure for handling material presented to the Home
Secretary. I do not recall being contacted further about these matters by Home
Office officials or by Mr Dickens or by anyone else.’

In November 1983, Geoffrey Dickens handed over a '40-page dossier' to the then
Home Secretary Leon Brittan, which set out allegations of a paedophile
circle 'operating and networking within and around' the Westminster elite

And yet a letter uncovered last year by a Home Office-commissioned independent
review into what information the department received about organised child abuse
between 1979 and 1999 suggests Lord Brittan’s memory is faulty.

On March 20, 1984, the Home Secretary wrote to Mr Dickens saying: ‘You drew my
attention to a number of allegations concerning paedophilia when you called here
on November 23 and in subsequent letters.

‘I am now able to tell you that, in general terms, the view of the Director of Public
Prosecutions is that two of the letters you forwarded could form the basis for
inquiries by the police and they are now being passed to the appropriate authorities.

‘In other cases there either seems to be inadequate evidence to pursue
prosecution, for example the lady who wrote about PIE advertising but did not
secure any example of the material complained of, or they have already been dealt
with in some way by the courts or the police.’ Dickens — who spent much of the
first eight years of his life in foster care — had been an amateur boxer who had
sparred with the celebrated Henry Cooper, and he took his natural pugnacity and
bulk into the political arena, where the Paedophile Information Exchange became
one of his favourite punch bags.

PIE had used the gay liberation movement in an attempt to present its members as
just another sexual minority. PIE was even affiliated for a number of years to the
Left-leaning National Council for Civil Liberties, at a time when the latter was being
run by such future Labour Party big-hitters as Patricia Hewitt, Harriet Harman and
    Jack Dromey.

After a campaign by this newspaper, Ms Hewitt eventually apologised for the links,
but Harman and her husband Dromey remain obdurate.

PIE’s strategy of seeking maximum publicity backfired. It not only attracted public
opprobrium, but the close attentions of the police and people like Mr Dickens, who scented an Establishment cover-up.

In October 1978, a PIE member calling himself ‘Henderson’ was arrested, after a
quantity of extreme pornography addressed to him was found on a bus.

In August 1983, Geoffrey Dickens (pictured with his wife) claimed in an interview
with the Daily Express that he had given the names of 'eight prominent figures' to
    the Director of Public Prosecutions

His Bayswater flat was searched and Obscene Publications Squad officers found
there what one described as ‘one of the most revolting collections of pornographic
material’ he had ever seen. And yet ‘Henderson’ was merely cautioned and told not
to send such material through the post again. But his name wasn’t really
Henderson. He was, in fact, Sir Peter Hayman KCMG, CVO, MBE.

Between 1970 and 1974, Hayman had been Her Majesty’s High Commissioner to
Canada. He had previously held top posts in the Ministry of Defence and the UK
delegation to Nato. As such, his private activities were a significant security risk to
the UK at the height of the Cold War. He was an obvious target for blackmail attempts.

The matter might have been quietly buried there, if it were not for the 1981 Old
Bailey trial of several other PIE members, including the organisation’s former chair,
    Tom O’Carroll.

Shortly before the case began, Private Eye magazine alluded to a ‘senior civil
servant’ being part of the same ring.

During the trial a former PIE member told the jury that members discussed their
sexual experiences with babies; O’Carroll admitted having approached 100
convicted child molesters in an effort to boost membership.

Following a retrial, he was jailed for two years for conspiracy to corrupt public
morals. But while Hayman was alluded to in court, his identity was still protected.
It seemed the ‘cover-up’ had succeeded. Dickens was outraged and took a radical step.

He used parliamentary privilege, which affords legal protection from libel, to name
Hayman in questions to the then Attorney General, Sir Michael Havers.

He further demanded that Hayman should be prosecuted and asked: ‘How did such
a potential blackmail risk come to hold highly sensitive posts at the MoD and Nato?’

Sir Michael defended the decision not to prosecute Hayman, on the grounds that
he had not been on PIE’s executive committee and therefore was not part of the conspiracy.

The story was reported around the world, and when Hayman was eventually jailed
for unrelated child sex offences, Dickens said it was the ‘proudest day’ of his life.

But Dickens also claimed his highly unusual use of privilege to name Hayman had
won him few friends among his Westminster colleagues. One of these, of course,
was Sir Cyril Smith, Liberal MP for Rochdale and serial child sex abuser.

It is now known that Smith, who died before his true nature was revealed, thanks
to repeated cover-ups by friends in high places, had been a visitor to Elm Guest
    House in South-West London.

This was a gay-friendly hotel run by a German woman called Carole Kasir and her
husband. It was alleged that the property was also used by a number of
paedophiles from the worlds of politics and entertainment. It is claimed that boys
who were living in a local care home were taken to the guest house to be abused.

Elm Guest House closed in 1982 following a police raid, during which an under-age
boy was removed from the property. Mrs Kasir died eight years later.

An inquest returned a verdict of suicide but others claimed she was killed for what
she knew. A former lover recently told this newspaper that she kept a box of
incriminating photographs of the rich and famous, including Cyril Smith.

In August 1983, Geoffrey Dickens claimed in an interview with the Daily Express
that he had given the names of ‘eight prominent figures’ to the Director of Public
Prosecutions. He told the paper: ‘I’ve got eight names of big people, really
important names, public figures.’ He said that, unless action was taken, he
    would ‘expose them in Parliament’.

He added: ‘One of these people is a friend of mine, but you have to be merciless
protecting the young. These people must not be allowed to get away with it just
because they are important in public life.’

In November, he handed his dossier to Leon Brittan. Among the allegations
contained in the information that Dickens allegedly gave to Brittan was a link
    between Buckingham Palace and PIE.

Dickens continued to campaign but complained in 1985 of the consequences to
himself: ‘The noose around my neck grew tighter after I named a former high-
flying British diplomat on the Floor of the House,’ he told the Commons.

Geoffrey Dickens threatened to 'expose them in Parliament'

‘Honourable Members will understand that where big money is involved and as
important names came into my possession, so the threats began.

‘First, I received threatening telephone calls, followed by two burglaries at my
London home. Then, more seriously, my name appeared on a multi-killer’s hit list.’

Whatever the truth of these claims, Dickens lived to fight on. In 1991, he told a
party conference of his solution to the paedophile problem: ‘Castrate the buggers.’

Two years ago, police finally began to look in detail at matters relating to the
Dickens dossier, Elm Guest House and connections between Westminster and
    organised child abuse.

Officers from Operation Fernbridge, launched after Operation Fairbank, have since
investigated allegations that Cyril Smith and a senior Tory politician were among
those who had sex with under-age boys at Elm Guest House.

A former rent boy told detectives that he gave Smith ‘dirty massages’ at the
property. But the same officers have not been able to find any conclusive proof that
the Tory politician, whom the Mail is not naming for legal reasons, abused another
    boy there.

Yesterday, the Mail spoke to Barry Dickens, the late MP’s son. Though he described
Lord Brittan’s statement as ‘too little, too late’, he welcomed it as the start of the
rehabilitation of his father’s ‘good name and reputation’.

The 53-year-old told us: ‘I’m very pleased and grateful for the pressure Simon
Danczuk has brought to bear. Thirty years have passed since my father raised
these issues, and they are no less important.

‘After my father outed the paedophile diplomat Sir Peter Hayman in the Chamber of
the Commons in 1981, an insidious campaign was started against him in the House.

‘Certain dishonourable Members began to hound him at every turn. They would
ridicule him, seeking to make him a figure of fun. In that way, I suppose, they
hoped to trivialise his dossier on the child abusers stalking the corridors of power.

‘Now we know my father was right. He was right about Cyril Smith and he was right
about Jimmy Savile, who I believe were both named in his dossier.

‘After he’d named Hayman, my father was seen as a crusader for the rights of the
abused, and many young people who’d been abused approached him. My father
was a good man and they trusted him and he listened to their harrowing stories for
hours. Those stories and the names that came with them were the basis for his
dossier, which he gave to Leon Brittan in 1983.’

Barry Dickens said that his mother had destroyed the duplicate dossier.

‘Last year, two detectives from the Yard came here and asked to see anything at all
related to my father. I got the feeling they were clutching at straws, and that
they’d already trawled the Home Office files.

‘I would like to be assured that Lord Brittan has given police the names of those
officials to whom he handed the Dickens dossier. I would like the public to know
that every avenue is being followed.

‘I find it incredible that Leon Brittan, who was Home Secretary, could simply hand
that file over to departmental officials. Why wouldn’t he want to follow that up?’

A senior Home Office source said of the missing dossier: ‘The only thing police can
be sure about is that it has disappeared. Whether it was weeded out routinely, or
destroyed for more sinister reasons, is also unclear.’

Has the timebomb that never exploded started ticking again?

Official efforts to cover up a VIP paedophile ring at the heart of the UK political
    establishment shamelessly goes on unabated.

If you Google (on google.co.uk) the terms ‘Leon Brittan’ and ‘PIE’ (Paedophile
Information Exchange) you’ll find this message from Google (at the bottom of the
    first page of results):

    google-brittan1

According to ChillingEffects.org the censoring is because an official Cease and
Desist order was sent to Google who had a legal obligation to remove some of the
    results.

This comes after former Tory Home Secretary Leon Brittan admitted today that he
lied last year to a Channel 4 journalist about a detailed dossier on a VIP paedophile
ring he was handed in the 1980s which was then promptly lost.

Cock-up, cover up or conspiracy? You decide:

Meet the man Leon Brittan handed the lost VIP paedophile dossier to

How MI5 vetted Savile. And decided paedophilia was nothing to worry about.

High level child abuse cover-up? Why has Theresa May barred a US journalist from the UK?

The truth about the Tory Party’s cover up of its links to paedophilia

Cock-up, cover-up or conspiracy in the North Wales child abuse scandal? You decide.

Warning – sharing this blogpost (in the UK) might be libellous

Old celebrities arrested for child abuse are all very well. But what about the politicians?

Daily Mail ‘fixer’ David Rose defends paedophilia accused and attacks child abuse victims. Again.

It was the police – not the BBC – who wrongly named Lord McAlpine in abuse allegations

Steven Messham is not just a child abuse victim. He’s a hero.

Lord McAlpine in his own damning words – The New Machiavelli?

It was the police – not the BBC – who wrongly named Lord McAlpine in abuse allegations

How did Cyril Smith get away with paedophilia? By threatening tweeters and bloggers with libel!

Child abuse scandal can of worms – just who is Daily Mail reporter David Rose?

High level child abuse cover-up? Why has Theresa May barred a US journalist from the UK?

A former minister has revealed he is prepared to use Parliamentary privilege to
    name suspected paedophiles.

Tim Loughton, the former children’s minister, said he is considering the deploying
the “nuclear option” of naming members of a suspected Westminster paedophile
ring on the floor of the House of Commons.

Under a British constitutional convention, comments made in parliament are
    protected from libel action.

Details of the alleged network running through Whitehall and Parliament were
contained in a dossier that was passed by Geoffery Dickens, a Tory MP, to Leon
    Brittan, then the Home Secretary.

Lord Brittan has confirmed he received a “substantial bundle of papers” but the
Home Office has admitted the papers were lost or destroyed.

Mr Loughton wrote in the Daily Mail: “There will be those who will want to know
why I and my colleagues do not use Parliamentary privilege to name and shame
suspected paedophiles in the Commons. I call it the nuclear option, and it might
    come to that.

He added: “But we don’t want to compromise any police investigation. We need to
make sure police have had every opportunity to pursue evidence. It is deeply
frustrating but some patience has to be exercised.”

Lord Tebbit, a fellow former Cabinet member, said Lord Brittan must explain fully
    what happened to the file.

“He should deal with the accusations which have been made. People will then have
to assess for themselves,” he said.

Some 130 MPs have backed a full parliamentary inquiry into allegations of a
paedophilia ring in Westminster. It will encourage other alleged victims to come
forward and establish why the Dickens dossier of alleged abuse disappeared, Mr Loughton said.

Meanwhile, the Daily Telegraph can disclose that four previously unknown cases of
historic sex abuse have been referred to the police by Home Office officials in
    recent months..

An internal review of hundreds of thousands of Home Office files found 13
previously undisclosed “items of alleged child abuse” last year.

The Home Office said that nine of the 13 cases had been reported to the police –
including four which involved the department’s officials.

However, the remaining four were overlooked by civil servants – and have now
been reported to the Metropolitan Police.

The cases were unearthed by an internal review ordered by the Home Office’s
permanent secretary Mark Sedwill in February last year, months after the scandal
involving former Liberal MP Cyril Smith broke.

The review – which was carried out by an independent investigator from HM
Revenue and Customs - trawled through 746,000 files between 1979 and1999, and
uncovered the 13 instances of alleged child abuse.

A summary of the review, which was made public after a Freedom of Information
request, said: “This work identified 13 items of information about alleged child
abuse, including 4 cases involving Home Office staff.

“Nine of these items of information, including all of the cases involving Home Office
staff, were either already known to the Police or were reported to them by the
    Home Office at the time.

“The Investigator considers that the remaining 4 items of information are likely to
be of limited value, as they are either of doubtful credibility or involve the use of a
single profile indicator to identify a potential offender.

“However it is recommended that the information is passed to the Police for a
proper assessment as this falls within their remit.”

The Home Office said that all the recommendations had now been implemented,
which meant they have been referred to the Police.

The review also said that it had “identified 11 centrally recorded files from the
1980s relating to the Paedophile Information Exchange, all of which had been
    destroyed”.

It added: “The recorded file titles, together with media reports of events at the
time, give some indication of the probable contents of these files from which the
Investigator has concluded that their destruction was consistent with applicable
    record retention policies.”

It concluded: “The independent investigator is satisfied that the Home Office did
pass on to the appropriate authorities any information received about child abuse in
the period 1979 to 1999 which was credible and which had realistic potential for
    further investigation.

“The investigator believes that the risk of any undisclosed material remaining in
files form that period is extremely low.”

Simon Danczuk, the Labour MP for Rochdale who has been campaigning on historic
child abuse, questioned why the Home Office had not passed on the cases to the
    police earlier.

He said: “It’s never the job of the Home Office to try and determine what
constituted potential evidence, that's the job of the police and the Crown
    Prosecution Service.

“The public will think that people in the Home Office were withholding information
from the police which could have led to the successful prosecution of child sex abusers.

“Had the evidence been passed to the police at the time they might have been able
to link it to other information in their possession and build a case against
    someone.”

He added: “The public are left wondering why the Home Office didn’t pass on the
four cases to the police when they initially received the information, some years ago.

“The more we delve into historic child sex abuse and the role of the Home Office
the more concerns are raised. This is why we now need an independent overarching
enquiry into historic child sex abuse.”

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said it was considering a request for comment
from The Daily Telegraph, but could not comment at the time of going to press.

The Home Office had failed to respond to requests for comment at the time of going to press.

Tory MP allegedly found with child porn in 1980s faced no charges, police told

Friday 4th July 2014 at 10:54 By David Icke

    THE TELEGRAPH.......

Tory MP allegedly found with child porn in 1980s faced no charges, police told

Senior Conservative politician allegedly caught with child pornography videos in the
1980s faced no further action, it has been claimed

The videotapes and paperwork relating to the seizure have since gone missing

‘A senior Tory politician said to be part of a child sex ring was allegedly stopped by
a customs officer with child pornography videos but got off scot-free, police have
    been told.

The former MP was driving back to the UK via Dover when a customs officer pulled
him over because he was “acting suspiciously”. The border guard, who is now
retired, has told detectives that when he searched the MP’s car he found videotapes
of children “clearly under the age of 12” taking part in sex acts.He passed the
material on to his superiors, but the MP was never arrested or charged.’

And, like a dossier of evidence compiled by the late Geoffrey Dickens MP, the
videotapes and paperwork relating to the seizure have since gone missing.

The latest disclosure will increase accusations of a cover-up, as no action was taken
against the MP at the time the videos were seized. The same MP is understood to
have been named in the Dickens dossier, which was handed to the then Home
Secretary Lord Brittan but has since been lost or destroyed.

The customs officer who stopped the MP in the 1980s has spoken to detectives
from Operation Fernbridge, the Metropolitan Police investigation into allegations of
child abuse by Cyril Smith and others at Elm Guest House in Barnes, south London,
    which has since closed down.

A senior Tory politician has been accused of abusing a young boy at the guest
house, but police are understood to have insufficient evidence to take any action.

A source close to the investigation said that the customs officer was originally
approached over claims that a known paedophile had been stopped with a
videotape showing the MP at a sex party with underage boys. The customs officer
said the report was false, but told police he had stopped the MP in question and
seized child pornography videos from him.

The source said: “He viewed the tapes on a video recorder at the border control,
and found them to contain pornography involving both underage girls and boys
together. He said the children were clearly under the age of 12.

“Unfortunately he can’t remember the exact date when it happened, but he had no
doubt about the identity of the MP because he checked his passport. He said he had
passed the details of the seizure up the chain of command and had no knowledge
    of what happened after that.

“The officers on the case have not been able to find the videotapes or any
    paperwork to corroborate his account.”

Lord Brittan, now 74, has faced questions over his handling of a bundle of papers
handed to him by the late Mr Dickens, which contained allegations against the
same MP, and against a number of other prominent figures, some of whom were
part of the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) which campaigned for the
lowering of the age of consent. The Labour MP Simon Danczuk has suggested the
dossier was “destroyed to protect the people whose names were in it”.

Meanwhile The Daily Telegraph has learnt that four more cases of historic sex
abuse have been referred to the police by Home Office officials in recent months.

An internal review of hundreds of thousands of Home Office files found 13
previously undisclosed “items of alleged child abuse” last year.

The Home Office said nine of the 13 cases had previously been reported to the
police – including four which involved the department’s officials.

However, the remaining four were overlooked by civil servants – and have now
been reported to the Metropolitan Police.

The cases were unearthed by an internal review ordered in February last year. Mr
Danczuk questioned why the Home Office had not passed on the cases to the police earlier.

He said: “It’s never the job of the Home Office to try and determine what
constituted potential evidence, that's the job of the police and the Crown
    Prosecution Service.

“The public will think that people in the Home Office were withholding information
from the police which could have led to the successful prosecution of child sex abusers.”

A Home Office spokesman said: "The review concluded the Home Office acted
appropriately, referring information received during this period to the relevant
    authorities.”

Tom Watson, the Labour MP who was the first to raise questions about paedophiles
within Westminster, last night called on Alison Saunders, the Director of Public
Prosecutions, to examine the evidence relating to the former MP.

He said: "I sincerely hope the DPP has been made aware of these allegations and
will be considering it as part of her examination of other allegations."

Rolf Harris jailed for five years and nine months

Mr Justice Sweeney said Harris had taken advantage of the trust placed in him
    because of his celebrity status

Disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris has been jailed for nearly six years for 12 indecent
assaults against four girls - including one aged just seven or eight.

Mr Justice Sweeney said Harris, 84, had taken advantage of his celebrity status and
    had shown "no remorse".

The sentence of five years and nine months has already been referred to the
Attorney General's Office under the "unduly lenient sentence scheme".

One victim said the abuse had taken away her "childhood innocence".

Harris, who was found guilty of offences that took place between 1968 and 1986,
was told by the judge he had "no-one to blame but himself".

He displayed no emotion and stared straight ahead as he was jailed.

The BBC's David Sillito said Harris was "staring ahead" during the court hearing

Before Harris was sentenced, prosecutors said he would not stand trial over
allegations he had downloaded sexual images of children.

    NSPCC director of national services

They had claimed Harris had indecent images of children, as part of a larger
collection of adult pornography, but decided it was not in the public interest to
    prosecute him.

The judge said Harris had "clearly got a thrill from committing some of these
    offences" against the four girls.

The other victims were two young teenagers and a childhood friend of Harris's
daughter Bindi, whom he abused between the ages of 13 and 19.

The judge said the assaults resulted in her suffering panic attacks, anxiety and led
to her becoming an alcoholic, saying she had "suffered severe psychological harm".

Speaking after sentencing, she said the jail term was "immaterial" but the verdict
was "what I wanted, what I went to court for".

She added: "I do hope that women will come forward now, celebrity or not."

    The sentences broken down are:

Count 1: Assaulting an autograph-hunter, who was aged seven or eight, in the late 1960s - Nine months

Count 2: Assaulting a teenage waitress in the 1970s - Six months

Count 3: Assaulting a childhood friend of Harris's daughter between the ages of 13 and 19 - 15 months

Count 4: Same victim as count 3 - 15 months

Count 5: Same victim as count 3 - 15 months

Count 6: Same victim as count 3 - 12 months

Count 7: Same victim as count 3 - 15 months

Count 8: Same victim as count 3 - 12 months

Count 9: Same victim as count 3 - 12 months

Count 10: Assaulting Australian woman Tonya Lee, who was 15, in 1986 - Nine months

Count 11: Same victim as count 10 - Nine months

Count 12: Same victim as count 10 - 12 months

Some of the sentences will be served at the same time, making a total of five years
    and nine months.

Harris is likely to serve half the sentence in prison and was told he would not have
to pay compensation to his victims. However, the judge said he could have to pay
    the costs of the prosecution.

A spokeswoman for the Attorney General's Office did not say who had referred the
sentence as being "unduly lenient" but said it "only takes one person to trigger the process".

The sentence must be considered within 28 days for possible referral to the Court
    of Appeal, the spokeswoman added.

Two of Harris's victims were in court for the sentencing, which saw members of the
press and public fill the public gallery and watch from an overspill court via a video feed.

Interesting take on scumbag elite paedofiles from Thomas Sheridan ...

Quote Selected by the Royals for 'Special' Reasons

How many film and pop stars do we see bowing before Royals? Not just the British royals. These celebs are lining up to be seen and gain favours with the Dutch and other powerful royals. Celebrity and royal command go hand in hand, it would seem.

I have no doubt that a deal is somehow struck. However, the celebrity may not be aware of the deal.

Royals, being incestuous psychopathic bloodlines, retain grudges for centuries. Say, for instance, your ancestor mocked a prince in Prussia 400 years ago. It may have been something minor (in their eyes) - such as raping a chambermaid - that the Prussian prince wanted for his own sport. It may have been an ancestor of yours cheating at a polo match, or gloating over their victory too enthusiastically.

The Prussian prince has been dishonoured by your ancestor. It goes into a book which the Royal bloodline passes on from generation to generation over the centuries. The account remains 'open' until honour is restored. This explains why they are obsessed with bloodlines. The family trees are noted and kept alongside this book of Royal, shall we say, 'grievances'.

400 years later, and with mediocre talent, you find yourself rising to the level of major success and stardom in movies, TV or pop music. You are now in an elite club and hob-nobbing with the Royals.

They like you... Then you find there is another secret world among the 'Royally Approved', where your perversions and addictions are catered to. Safe from police investigations, and even the media will not report on you and what you are up to.

Why, you are practically living like Royalty yourself now!

But all the time the Royals know that your ancestor's account with them is still open. In the meantime, they elevate your public profile even further. They will build you up into a celebrity spokesperson for some charity or cause.

You are such a great guy!

Rich, famous, a well admired altruist and you can get away with your illegal filth in secret.

Your narcissism reaches near-nuclear levels. You are living like a prince now, with all the Royal privilege. They will even validate this with an MBE, OBE or a Knighthood.

    You are unstoppable!

A comfortable retirement now awaits to enjoy the love of the people and the protection of your new Royal friends.

Then one day, when you are least expecting it, a leaf from a yew tree is blown up against your front door...and the 400 year old account is finally settled.

Further, Russell Brand, as I always suspected, is a complete idiot … at the very least … his "despair" over this jackass says a lot about him ...

Quote Rolf Harris is an Australian-born artist, songwriter, and performer - one of Britain’s most beloved entertainers. His comedy and art in the entertainment business garnered him award ceremonies and accolades; an appointment to Commander of Order of the British Empire, Officer of Order of Australia, as well as countless other entertainment industry awards. He worked all over the UK and Australia, on the BBC, and even collaborated with the Beatles during his long and successful career. This was the case until the Jimmy Savile pedophilia investigation Operation Yewtree started to look closely into the claims of abuse stemming back decades.

Last month Harris was found guilty of 12 assaults against minors, including seven against daughter’s childhood friend. The 84 year old has been sentenced to five years in jail.

It’s been reported that his popularity made him ’untouchable’ at the time, but in light of many other cases of abuse revealed by Operation Yewtree, it’s becoming evident that the entertainment culture of fame, wealth and secrecy was instrumental in hiding and preserving peadophiles and sexual predators in the entertainment industry.

Radio Host, Activist and Comedian Russel Brand has now come out with a video reacting to the Harris verdict and sentencing. Brand seems to struggle to make sense of the revelations of abuse, but teeters on the edge of defending Harris, suggesting the situation was ’real yet unreal’. He also posits there is no bad or good, just our own human projections. In the video Brand says the reality or truth of the abuses were ’unknowable to us’, the global audience - yet the reality was undoubtedly known to the children Harris abused.

All this from an entertainer himself who has rewritten classic fairy tales for children to ’change how they see the world’.

David Cameron has asked a senior civil servant to "find answers" about a missing
dossier on alleged paedophiles at Westminster in the 1980s.The Home Office has
faced calls to explain why the dossier was "not retained" by officials. The document
was passed by Tory MP Geoffrey Dickens to then Home Secretary Leon Brittan, who
says he in turn handed it to officials.

Labour leader Ed Miliband says a "serious review" is needed.

While No 10 has rejected calls for a public inquiry into child sex abuse claims, Mr
Cameron said it was "right" to make investigations. Senior civil servant Mark
Sedwill has been tasked with making inquiries into what happened to the dossier.

    Labour leader

BBC political correspondent Vicki Young said Downing Street has rejected calls to
set up an inquiry into the allegations along the lines of the investigation set up by
the government in 2010 into the Hillsborough stadium disaster nearly 20 years
    earlier.

Mr Cameron said he understood people's concerns about the missing dossier and
added: "That's why I've asked the permanent secretary at the Home Office to do
everything he can to find answers to all of these questions and to make sure we
can reassure people about these events.

Leon Brittan Leon Brittan was home secretary between 1983 and 1985

"So it's right that these investigations are made. We mustn't do anything, of
course, that could prejudice or prevent proper action by the police.

"If anyone has any information about criminal wrong-doing they should, of course,
    give it to the police."

Mr Miliband said: "The very least that needs to happen is the Home Office needs to
have a serious review of what happened there, because obviously there was
    information passed to them.

"We need to understand what happened to that information. All of these kind of
allegations must be taken very seriously."

    'Powerful' dossier

Mr Dickens, who died in 1995, had believed the dossier would "blow the lid off" the
lives of powerful and famous child abusers, his son has said.

The long-standing campaigner against child abuse passed the dossier to Lord
Brittan, who has said he passed it on to his officials and raised concerns about
some of the allegations with the director of public prosecutions.

Mr Dickens's son Barry has told the BBC his father would have been hugely angered
that the allegations had not been properly investigated.

The Home Office held an independent review last year into how it handled the
documents, after concerns were raised in Parliament.

A letter from Lord Brittan to Mr Dickens was found during the review, saying that
the allegations had been acted on.

The review concluded that the "credible" elements of the dossier which
had "realistic potential" for further investigation were passed to prosecutors and the
police while other elements were either "not retained or destroyed".

Geoffrey Dickens in 1987 Conservative MP Geoffrey Dickens, who died in 1995

The conclusions were published last summer, but shadow home secretary Yvette
Cooper has now said the entire report should be made public.

She also wants Mr Cameron to set up an overarching review, led by child protection
experts, to draw together the results from several different investigations and
    institutional inquiries.

The Metropolitan Police's Operation Fernbridge is investigating allegations of child
sexual abuse in the late 1970s and 1980s at the former Elm Guest House in Barnes,
south-west London, the scene of alleged parties involving MPs and other members
    of the establishment.

Greater Manchester Police are investigating allegations of abuse by ex-MP Sir Cyril
Smith at Knowl View, a Rochdale children's home which closed in 1994. Officers are
also looking at claims the authorities covered this up.

But calls are growing for an over-arching national inquiry, with hearings held in public.

More than 120 MPs have signed a letter to the home secretary calling for such an inquiry.

‘The MP who first raised the claims that a paedophile ring had been operating in
Westminster during the 1980s has said many new allegations have now come to
light. Labour MP Simon Danczuk says his office has received around a dozen new
    pieces of information.

Those allegations, he told ITV News, have been throwing up the same name time
and again. It is of a former MP from the 1980s.’

Nick Clegg DISMISSES calls for inquiry into alleged Westminster paedophile ring

    new Saturday 5th July 2014 at 09:11 By david-icke

‘Complacent Nick Clegg has dismissed calls for an inquiry into an alleged 1980s
Westminster paedophile ring — as victims threaten legal action.

Ministers are under pressure to act after admitting an explosive dossier, handed to
former Home Secretary Leon Brittan in 1983, has disappeared.

Labour today slammed the Home Office’s “lamentable” response and called for a
    full inquiry.’

Rolf Harris: Backlash in native AustraliaBy Phil Mercer

    BBC News, Sydney

    Short vid on link....http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-28173294

Australians have been criticising the length of the sentence given to Harris, as Phil
Mercer reportsAustralia is racing to distance itself from Rolf Harris as the shamed
Perth-born entertainer starts a jail term for abusing young girls. The memory of
the "Boy from Bassendean" - a suburb in the Western Australian state capital - is
being erased by the local council. He has gone from favourite son to outcast by a
simple show of hands at a council meeting.

Harris's artworks will be taken down from its chambers and his status as a freeman
has been rescinded, while a plaque outside his childhood home was stolen before
the local authority could remove it.

"We simply cannot tolerate the horrendous crimes for which he's been convicted,"
Bassendean Mayor John Gangell told ABC radio.

    And the backlash is spreading.

Australia's High Commissioner, John Dauth, presenting Rolf Harris with his medal
Rolf Harris was awarded the Officer of the Order of Australia medal in 2012
In Melbourne a public mural, the "Entertainers of the Century" that features 100
prominent performers, will be changed to paint over Rolf Harris's cheery image.

There is speculation, too, that Harris could be stripped of his Order of Australia
award, one of the nation's most coveted honours.

His conviction comes at a sensitive time for Australia, where the depravity of
paedophiles is being scrutinised like never before.

    'Guilt and shame'

A royal commission into institutional responses to child sex abuse continues to
uncover a terrible flood of atrocities, and could take years to complete its task.

Justice Peter McClellan, who chairs it, believes that victims who have suffered alone
for so long are finally coming forward because of high-profile court cases, including
    the conviction of Harris.

"It is becoming apparent as we do our work that as the issue of abuse is raised and
talked about, survivors increasingly feel able to bring their own story to the
    authorities," said Justice McClellan.

A plaque in honour of Rolf Harris in Perth A plaque in Perth could now be removed
    following Harris's conviction

"That which may have been kept secret for years may now be told. The burden of
guilt and shame which many have felt is lifted by knowing that others who have
suffered have overcome their reticence," he added.

The law firm Slater & Gordon says since Harris's trial began it has been contacted
by around a dozen women in Australia and New Zealand alleging they were
    molested by the TV presenter.

"My understanding is that we're talking about assaults that occurred in those
countries going back to the 70s and 80s," said lawyer Alan Collins.

"Given what we heard in [Southwark Crown] court, a number of victims have
suffered a very profound damage, I would have thought it highly likely that claims
    would be brought."

    'Icon to inmate'

Hetty Johnston, founder of one of Australia's most prominent child safety groups,
Bravehearts Inc, raised the prospect of further charges against Harris.

"Rolf Harris - icon to inmate. Victims vindicated. Hopefully when he comes out
there will be more victims waiting to send him right back," Ms Johnston tweeted.

Convicted by a court half a world away, 84-year old Harris has felt the full force of
    media outrage back home.

The Australian has detailed "his most spectacular fall from cuddly establishment
showman to jailbird," while the Sydney Morning Herald said he was "always an
embarrassing curiosity rather than a national treasure".

Harris was, the paper told its readers, a "mild colonial boy who simply went bad".

New twist in Westminster scandal: 114 secret files on paedophile cases missing, admits Government

    Sunday 6th July 2014 at 09:48 By david-icke

‘The row over an alleged Westminster child sex ring took a new turn last night after
the Government admitted that 114 secret files on paedophile cases have gone
    missing.

And four new cases of alleged child abuse, possibly dating back decades, are to be
    investigated by police.

The development came as the Home Office ordered a full-scale legal inquiry into
claims there has been an Establishment cover-up of a powerful network of child sex
abusers linked to Parliament and No 10.’

‘Former Home Secretary Leon Brittan has been questioned by police over claims he
    raped a 19-year-old student.

The assault, which he is said to strongly deny, is alleged to have taken place at his

Brittan was in his late 20s at the time of the alleged incident. Police said last night
that the woman originally made a complaint in late 2012.’

Edwardian house at heart of a long-simmering sex scandal

    Sunday 6th July 2014 at 09:37 By david-icke

‘The handsome Edwardian house that was formerly Elm Guest House, near Barnes,
in south-west London, was long ago converted into flats. Its eight guest rooms
were rearranged into two-bedroom apartments, each worth today more than
£500,000. Estate agents say that among the property’s greatest attractions are its
    transport links.

Some 30 years ago, the convenient location was similarly appealing. “It is just over
Hammersmith bridge, is well served by underground and bus services and by
British Rail and is near the M4, A3, A4 and A40,” said a newsletter published in
1982 by a Tory fringe organisation, the Conservative Group for Homosexual
Equality. “The facilities include a sauna, solarium and video studio.”

Two months later, Elm Guest House was raided by police and its owners, Haroon
and Carole Kasir, were convicted at the Old Bailey of running a brothel.’

    From Pride Purge's blog

Official efforts to cover up a VIP paedophile ring at the heart of the UK political establishment shamelessly goes on unabated. - Google searches for ‘Leon Brittan’ and ‘PIE’ censored after Cease and Desist notice.

    http://tompride.wordpress.com/2014/0...desist-notice/

If you Google (on google.co.uk) the terms ‘Leon Brittan’ and ‘PIE’ (Paedophile Information Exchange) you’ll find this message from Google (at the bottom of the first page of results)

    Name: google-brittan11 (1).png
Views: 328

According to ChillingEffects.org the censoring is because an official Cease and Desist order was sent to Google who had a legal obligation to remove some of the results.

This comes after former Tory Home Secretary Leon Brittan admitted today that he lied last year to a Channel 4 journalist about a detailed dossier on a VIP paedophile ring he was handed in the 1980s which was then promptly lost.

Cock-up, cover up or conspiracy? You decide:

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Meet the man Leon Brittan handed the lost VIP paedophile dossier to.
    http://tompride.wordpress.com/2014/0...le-dossier-to/
    In 1983, when he was Home Secretary, Leon Brittan was handed a dossier by Tory MP Geoffrey Dickens which included details of a VIP paedophile ring.
    The file of course – we now know – then mysteriously went missing after Brittan said he “handed it to his officials” at the Home Office.
    So who would those officials be?
    Well, Brittan has already confirmed that the official who was with him at the meeting when he was handed the dossier was his private secretary.
    And who was Brittan’s private secretary at the time of the meeting?
    Sir Brian Cubbon.
    Sir Brian – although a former high ranking civil servant – has close links to MI5 and MI6.
    In this document from 1999, Sir Brian is listed as a director of an MI6 front company called Hakluyt & Company.
    And Sir Brian is also the official who was responsible for giving MI5 permission to tap the phones of leading CND activists in the 1980s.
    And what is the relevance of the spooks involvement in the missing dossier?
    Well, this is not the first time a VIP paedophile dossier has gone missing.
    In the 1970s a special branch officer with Lancashire Police said a “thick” police dossier full of allegations from boys claiming they had been abused by Sir Cyril Smith went missing after an officer from MI5 told him it needed to be sent to MI5 headquarters in London.
    It’s looking increasingly likely that VIP paedophiles – particularly those in Westminster – are being protected by MI5.
