This is so important not to forget, especially for someone who loves to give. It really hurts when your gift has been walked on.

No, this is related to 4:1 positive to negative ratio, I wanted to bring a little more positivity to the community. Its a SMART Goal project I'm working on.

I'm trying to improve my life in the 8 areas of health, relationships, finance, mind/brain and mentality, community, spirituality, career and fitness. This is just a creative structure to increase my motivation, achieve my goals and share and teach others how I done it and hopefully raise motivation in them.

Thanks, no me just using my creativity to help myself and others. I Altered a bit for this community. I think it kind of adds a bit thinking to the project I'm doing too. Good to have others in mind before achieving.
