Some big news on Sabrina's Resignation thread...if true.

Yes, the mood has changed. In the UK, after four years, the ‘government’, based on the dregs that survived the 35% abstention, is running out of volunteers. And they have no idea who they can appoint to run an independent inquiry into child abuse. One Guardian reader suggested David Icke, and was not shot down in flames. “Reliable, honest, loving, brave, trustworthy”, he certainly fits the bill, and the investigative work has largely been done already.

    Musical Magic, Dennis : )
    ......

...and I feel I am and we are on the very verge(if not actually there) of experiencing 'gamma' in real-time causing a catapulting of creation together.

Time for a get-together in Costa Rica methinks : ) ...or dream our way to togetherness creation together, now!!!

Understanding we have already touched upon this, Here and Now, may be simply upgrade time.

With my recent seizure experiences(do not know if this is adding to the mix) and ormus intake and 'very' active physical endeavors... it all seems to be opening an 'instant' curtain to the dream world whenever I close my eyes to rest...awaken for a bit... and then lay down and snap back into the dream land.

Are we opening the mega-vibrating-door to a 'gamma' world by simply ascertaining the very intensiveness of same, together?

Just finished another amazing weekend in my Primal Rebirth Therapy. We use Osho's active meditations, Reichian breathing, rebirthing, inner child work, body dialogue etc.. An intense healing journey with such beautiful people.. I feel grateful and blessed!
Congratulations to you, Malerogro! A priceless gift that keeps on giving.

In 1974, I enrolled in personal development seminar called the “Fischer-Hoffman Psychic Therapy“. It was part cerebral, with lots of journaling and part physical which included, the primal screaming and a birthing process. I tapped into the parts of myself that were blocked with feelings of pain, rage, anger and fear all the way back in utero. One incident that came up was that I re-experienced my Mom falling down the rickety, cellar stairs while she was pregnant.

At the time, I didn’t have a relationship with my parent to discuss such therapies. Some twenty years later, I asked my mom about the fall. She had forgotten about it, never told anyone, and asked how could I have known.

The biggest take away from the therapy was as long as I was willing to go beyond the resistance to the fear or resistance to pain, it always brought me to a place of silence like after a cathartic cry. I saw that the fear itself was often greater than the perceived event or feeling.

Thanks for sharing RunningDeer! Amazing story about your and your mother's fall from the stairs..
I have not gone as far back as utero experience yet but have been able to connect with my own energy and experience immediately after birth. I was born two months early but was full of energy! My whole body was tingling and I was kicking uncontrollably and it was very exciting to open my eyes as if it were the first time. Amazing! I've come to realize that all that energy is mine and it still is. It is a matter of saying yes to it and of containing it. I needed people to hold my hand in that session in order for my energy to be contained and to flow back to me. That is what I lacked in the incubator. I also remembered anticipating with my whole body for being held or attended to when I heard people passing by. My ears opened and were on high alert. But most of the time the people walking by would not stop and then I would stop moving. It was tiresome and disappointing. Not in a conscious sense but in the sense that my body gave up the anticipation. I felt tired a lot in my life, even as a child, but I realize that is not because of a lack of energy. Often when I feel tired I have to much energy and emotion that was not allowed to be expressed at home. I was not safe to be with all that energy so I started suppressing my won life energy and that is tiring. I think we all have that in one way or another! Think of the possibilities when we all would allow to express all that supressed life-energy and truly live...

"A priceless gift that keeps on giving" indeed!!

Just got called home to kill and remove one of these from the screened porch:

That is a copperhead, which is one of the poisonous critters we have around. It was about a foot and a half long.

This follows a six foot eastern diamondback rattlesnake killed in the yard last thursday, which was subsequently skinned and cleaned and grilled on July 4th. It was delicious. Never had snake before, much less cooked one, so I made a maple/bourbon glaze with some fresh herbs from the garden, and it worked out very well.

I am experiencing some amazing changes in my life but at the same time going through some really rough situations. I guess that is the way life works sometimes. Since I can't really control most of the negative things that are happening, I need to work on my responses when they do occur. Does anyone have some experience with controlling anger? I am a pretty calm guy but when someone hits that button, I can get pretty crazy angry. How about experiences of letting the negative get to you and controlling your mood for the entire day? I don't mean just like a little upset but deep down depressed.
Thanks for sharing Risveglio! Know that you are not alone in this struggle. You have already received some great advice so I do not have much to add. But like Ulli said I do not think controlling the anger is what you need. It is good to have some control so you do not hurt others. But anger is also an expression of life energy and it should be welcomed. The anger is probably a righteous emotion to some kind of injustice or violation of your being in the present or the past. When you welcome the feeling and listen to what the anger is trying to tell you it can be a great teacher. But if your purpose is to control it as if it is something negative you judge it and then it will become more destructive. I think the depression you describe might be caused by the suppressed anger. If you truly listen to it and find a way to express it in a safe environment for you and others it will give you a lot of vibrating life energy instead of depression..

Thanks Violet! Personally I never 'tried' very hard but when you are the only one it is hard.. Somedays I can 'not-try' with dignity, other days I cannot help but feeling alone and left out by not trying.. Like there is something wrong with me.

    Malelogro, that "try"ing was beautiful.

Women have a natural beauty that they don't always seem to be aware of. Don't be so harsh on yourselves.
Thanks Violet! Personally I never 'tried' very hard but when you are the only one it is hard.. Somedays I can 'not-try' with dignity, other days I cannot help but feeling alone and left out by not trying.. Like there is something wrong with me.
Yes i posted the video on my Facebook, silently hoping my daughter will catch it and listen to it. And of course for me as well, and my girl friends.

Oddly, the opposite happened here. Em posted it on facebook and wanted me to listen.

    Powerful sync, powerful message.

    Much Love,
Life is a road we don't travel alone. But everyone's on their own journey home.

Good Mornng Village. It's a sunny day in the southern US and very close to the weekend.
Enjoying the Dog days and feeling invigorated. To be relevant to the current thread, I've stopped
trying, and quit smoking. For the longest time it has been a chore to keep up with, and it's a relief
not to have to do it because that's what I did. Interestingly, I don't feel a physical withdrawal or addiction,
But rather a mental one. My neurons have fired for so long on those pathways, and now I'm conscious of it
when they do and I stop myself and slow down, recognize that it is only rote behavior, and then ask the neurons
To kindly re-route themselves in a manner that is more healthy and sustainable for my body. And to be honest,
My wife and I speak to our kids about not smoking, and I got tired of hiding it and being a stinking hypocrite. So, here's to
being more honest in life. Cheers y'all!
