He is a veteran radio host and voice actor with credits ranging from radio stations and TV shows, to movies and advertisements, on all seven continents.

Upon graduating from TCU with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts and an emphasis in theater, he took a part-time job at the legendary KZEW-FM/Dallas-Ft. Can this UFO sighting be linked to Wiltshire crop circle?


Is this a UFO ? pictured over Charlton Park earlier this month - on the night a crop circle was formed nearby.

A woman says she has been left ‘freaked right out’ after she saw a strange light in the sky – then heard that not only had a friend seen it too, and photographed it, but that a mysterious crop circle had been discovered the following morning.

Jo Webb said she and her friend Lisa Willcox were returning home to Malmesbury from an evening trip to Cirencester on the first Monday night of July, when she saw a strange light in the sky.

“I was driving and I spotted a bright orange light in the sky to the right at an angle of about 45 degrees,” she said. “We were driving down the A429 just approaching the Charlton Park Estate and it was away to the south west.

“It looked like something exploding in the sky, really bright and fiery. I was looking at it as best I could, while driving. It wasn’t moving and it was there for a while. I looked at the road, looked back and it just vanished completely,” she added.

Following 5 years as a staff member at PEAR (1987-1992), Dr, Smith was employed as Research Coordinator with the Bigelow Foundation in Las Vegas, NV (1992-1994). Prior to the Bigelow Chair in Consciousness Studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), before the Consciousness Research Laboratory at UNLV, and before the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) in Las Vegas, there was the Bigelow Foundation. The Foundation carried out multiple projects including: follow-ups to the Bigelow-funded Roper Report on Unusual Person Experiences; seminars on alternative health and collaborative research at UNLV; sociological field research in Las Vegas, Central NV and Alabama; research assistance to researchers such as Budd Hopkins in NY; and a radio show Area 2000, the fore-runner of Art Bells’ Coast-to-Coast program. Area 2000 featured many experts from the fields of ufology, alternative health, alternative energy, and parapsychology and ran through early 1994.

Over the past 10 years she has worked as a private contractor for individuals, businesses, and organizations around the United States and abroad. Dr. Smith was ordained as a shamanic practitioner in 2010 following decades of training and experience. Dr. Smith was also trained in remote viewing(RV) by two of the ex-Stargate remote viewers: Paul Smith and Lyn Buchanan. She now works through Mindwise Consulting as an RV trainer, consultant, and researcher.
As well as publishing scientific articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as Cortex and the Journal of Humanistic Psychology, Dr. Smith has published four books and is working on three more including Voices from the Cosmos that she is co-authoring with C. B. Scott Jones. C. B. Scott Jones, Ph.D. is founder and president of the Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth. Previous to this he was co-founder and president of the Human Potential Foundation. Prior to this position he was Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell from January 1985 until March 1991. Retiring as a Commander in the U.S. Navy, approximately half of his thirty-year naval career was spent in intelligence service overseas and in the United States. In 1989, he and Senator Claiborne Pell co-founded the Human Potential Foundation that was involved in a number of research projects. Under the Center for Interspecies Communications, the Human Potential Foundation conducted Projects Neptune Helper I and II, dolphin research with Atlantic Bottlenose and Spotted dolphins. A major two-year program funded by Laurence Rockefeller was completed with an international conference, When Cosmic Cultures Meet, in Washington, D.C. in May 1995. In November 1998, the Human Potential Foundation was dissolved and its principal undertaking, a global peace initiative, transferred to the newly established Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth.
