I agree .. but don't think that anyone can ever control the full picture .. whatever control mechanisms are in place , they can target individuals but they can't make the intelligence that is in either of us to disappear by killing the individual or stopping them to procreate .
Manifestation of the intelligence will be born when it is useful . I don't consider bloodlines too important in this , they do play certain role .. but they have their natural time-lines and ends as well .. transformation points .
If I look back, for example , I don't think I represent any of my immediate human part of ancestors . It's like a twist . Even if I don't know who am I and why ,
they're different in too many ways .

The rest I feel are autonomous decisions , on my part . Sure, bringing 'another me' to this world just to make it suffer .. is not an option.
It 's taking me lifetime to figure out even if this type of entity I am is useful to human evolution .

Doesn't stop them from trying. They are attacking us on all levels, and attempting to control as much as possible. 'The lie is different at every level' and so are the attacks different at every level. From food, media, water, air, internet, genetically, psychologically, every level basically...

The perception of truth is tainted to a severe degree on earth. And genetics hold certain keys in people discerning such. Soul plays a good role too, but if you have bad genetics intellectually your soul will be handcuffed in ways it seems to me... Certain genetics have various limitations. And personally I see various genetics we incarnate in as priceless/invaluable.

Precious, yes . It only constitutes another reason for not giving this 'precious gene pool' to random experiment of mating with gorillas or chimpanzees and their equally precious descendants who are by the way, trying to strengthen whole lot of different evolutionary characteristics to outsmart the more humane part of populace .

Sooner or later , if you insist on keeping your information intact and flowing , you will discover that the pool is limited , no matter what anyone tells you .

And it may get to chances like fractions of millions ..

I don't think anyone is 'preventing me' to do things. Naturally, I don't choose to them if they don't fit well . If they're preventing others who would be better cooperative in that effort is whole another thing .
I've often walked out and away from everyones paths ... to meet the greater mystery .. one has to believe it's still here ..

I personally agree with certain punishments for example. If someone molests a kid, they get neutered. If someone kidnaps a woman and rapes/murders them, they get neutered.

It might not be a popular stance but I think it's right for certain knowledgable ETs to sterilize some people covertly as well. Some genetics only produces sociopaths and psychopaths. It is my stance these lines should be ended.

It would be very hard to do , on one to one bases . So far I've not seen this is happening . The opposite is happening instead ... as it's been noted before by you as well, and it's so happening through out all human history ..
the peaceful and noble lineages are dying out .. because they're too weak to preserve themselves or they get overpowered and swallowed by more aggressive groups .

I believe in power of education ..

and though this is not of immediate access to many people in the western secular societies,
I've seen how ethics&education sorted societies in the East , thousands of years ago ..namely in Buddhist countries like Tibet, Burma, Thailand , and so forth .
It was not their 'aim' , it was merely a byproduct but they tackled a problem that todays world have no remedy for . Good third of citizens of these countries became monks . It was not by force . It was by offering the society 'higher model' .

The choice is missing in todays 'modern society' . There's no decent choice and we're all witness to the internalised struggle this society faces with humanitarian issues .
Hence, the importance of 'mind controls' . And, the attempt to solve population growth and crisis by 'surgical means' .
