Explaining my new found six sense, gift, curse

My dear friends I am not here to prove to anyone that I am right,
I have already proven this by experience it myself.
And in my view that's the difference between believing and knowing.

I was hoping to explore this topic, with you who can sense that sometimes it's hard to put ones finger on a feeling and try to explain it. But through sharing, we can get insights that we can use to help ourselves.

I know many people say one have to be tuned in some way or form, in my case I just have to "be", and be aware of every thought without acting on them.
Just silently let everything glide through me, while observing it all.

I have final confirmed to myself that I can sense others emotions and even those thoughts that triggers the emotion, When I am causing them pain or love.

I am not talking about verbal discussion there someone are losing their temper and someone who just entered the room can just feel there is something wrong because they can sense the negative emotions.

I can sense if someone are reacting negatively to what I am writing here and I can sense what part they can't agree with, their emotions can sometimes be overwhelming.
As we all know that negative emotions can be just that.

I can of course feel loving emotions, but as most of us knows, we all carry a lot of fear around with us. And it don't take much to trigger just that.

Now I would like to explain how all this came about.

For about 5 years ago, I would like to say that the created person of this world could not accept the lies anymore and broke down.
I became aware of what is going on in the world, through my own research.

After more than one years research of my every waking hours, only left my home for food. I slowly started to hear a broken record, about all this awakening to whats really going on in this world.

I started to sense that it all were just an charade, and I was thinking to myself, OMG this is how it feels to go insane. But I could still reason and question myself, I had an open mind and it was important to me to not accept any beliefs, just gather info and see were it all might fall.

And so the shift happens to me a late night, that all them woo,woo people are talking about. I just started to pay attention to my thoughts, and let me tell you it was a nightmare tornado of thoughts upstairs.

And I was thinking how in the world could I not be aware of this just a min ago!
I went through an other level of personal hell, and there were no place I could hide.
Finally my worst nightmare had come true, I had no choice than to face myself.

Like diving in freezing water, I curled into a fetal position open my mind and jumped in.
The darkness and all the fears were a true nightmare, but I were determined to find the source to all my fears, I could not go on living like this, there was no turning back!!

I was alone and no one could help me, one night I finally could not take it anymore
I called out to the God I have just openly rejected just a few years ago.

God please help me!! and like a flick of a switch my mind went silent and I was at peace, I was just standing there and I could not really grasp the whole thing at that point. I started to slowly walk, and I started to laugh at myself. Because I was walking like walking on thin ice, ready to fall through back into my nightmare.

10 min later the minds noice slowly returned, I did not know what to say, but I could not deny to myself, that really happened.

From that day and onwards I have been observing every thought and emotion, every waking hour. And slowly the thoughts have started to fade away, making me more able to be present in the thing we call here and now. And a more quiet mind.

How can I tell the difference between my thoughts and other peoples thoughts and emotions, well I could not do that for a long time, and I refused to assume that some thoughts and emotions could come from other people. Because I had not yet had that experience at that point.

But as I got closer to our present moment we are in now, some thoughts and emotions did not make any sense, from sitting in peace and harmony to be overwhelmed by grief and sadness for no reason and with thoughts that triggered just that.

I understand that I would not give a second thought if I was struck with a sad thought before all this, but when your mind are quiet enough you pay attention to these things.

I of course have thoughts and emotions like we all do, but my emotions have turned down a notch or two. That is partially why can now start to tell the difference between my emotions and others. And thanks for coming back to PA after been away for over a year.

I started to write again, and that gave me a unique opportunity to get direct feedback as I was affecting people, and that made me realize what I have just trying to explain here.

The title the sixth sense, are just a title, I am not claiming this might fall under that,
infact at some points it would fall under gift or curse. Because it's exhausting for the most times, it however feel like a burden was lifted as I understood what was going on.

I was hoping we could share whatever we know, if it feels right for you of course.

It took me some time to realize at our core , we are eternity/feelings ... We express feelings by thoughts which lead to words which leads to actions , a pure spirit energy of feelings ... Just as fruits of the spirit are many , some have one or more or all ... I kinda think the sixth sense is the only sense the others can be manipulated ... that still small voice of spirit in each of us ... I've noticed the energy of the extra sense is rapidly gaining strength , the stronger it gets the faster it goes ... revolutionary ...

Oh you mean the rapid information flow, that overwhelms because it's all so amazing to have gone on so long under decades of cover, and now it's come out over and over more and more, and you feel a mind buzzing and want to slow down, yet don't know if it will come back but then if you don't take a breath, you'll hyperventilate ideas, thoughts, and intentions of emotional wave after wave of flow. We've all gone behind the curtain, and down the rabbit hole, and we come out, and go back in like a Zelda quest game of life, with real villains that must be exposed. At least that's how I'm taking it. Like a video game of life, when something must be corrected/prayed on that we ourselves are unable to change, that's why I come here. The emotions of hurt to know so many are dying under false facadic horrific acts on the innocent. Tis really a good way to understand how the Creator of All is swamped with the same, and when we work together to create a better world for our children, it will happen. Provided we round up the corrupt rat finks stinking up life.

The old saying goes as such -- it is easy to destroy and much more difficult to build.
So, yes, it is easy to trigger negative emotion in others. And much more difficult, and probably more precious because of that, to bring out love and beauty. I always wondered why do some people find it that it is their job to trigger intentionally any emotions in others? Aren't we already living them naturally in our every day life.

You discovered sense is neither a curse nor a gift. It is an innate ability we all have, but it lays dormant in some and is active in different stages in others.
And those who live by a high standard of morality and have a deep understanding of life are those how help the others the most, and also they speak the least.

As time goes by you will overcome the negative side of your emotions. That will help develop and use your newly discovered gift more easily and for the benefit of all, instead of just yourself.
