Living In The Moment, What Does That Really Mean?
I have always disliked the phrase "Live in the Moment" but, if I am honest, I never really stopped to give it much thought.
We are all waiting for something to happen..........................in the future
We define ourselves by what has happened.........................in the past
but........we really should think about the moment we are in right now, every
one of them has something really great to offer.........but only if we pay attention.
This video by Will Hoffman does a good job of showing us 'Moments". I had to watch this twice to understand what a moment actually is
and to understand that each moment leads to something or is something.
