Laughing out loud. I love that!!!!!

I haven't "used" for a while. I posted yesterday, but replace with a kitty pictured, that my Dad gave me my first deck in 1968.

I had a neighbor that'd ask for a reading. Every time most of the same cards came up. Same with an ex-boy friend. He pooh-poohed it until he saw at least 40% of the same in three readings.

More often than not, the cards are there for the other person. I stopped 'using' because I believed that I needed them rather than to trust or develop the inner knowing.

UPDATE: I had a large card collection. From tiny ones from when I spent time in Venice, Italy to Zen to Angel to god...I'm embarrassed to say how many I had. I've saved about 5 decks. And until I pulled out the Rider Deck yesterday, they were all full of dust.

All moved in, Cal? Will you have to leave your job? Hope your kids got to begin the new year on the first day.

After pulling out my back last spring from putting in the air conditioner, I asked my landlady to help this fall. No problem. That's the good news. Early August, she and her husband took a life saving spill with their motorcycle while on vacation. She broke a couple of ribs and he an arm and the opposite hand.

My neighbor downstairs didn't know I was in the cellar doing laundry. He was packing up to go on vacation. Unbeknownst to me, he thought he left the light on and door open. I thought the wind blew the door shut. It's an old, spidery cellar with levels of cement and brick pathways. I am now intimately familiar with the wooden beams. Baby steps, shuffle, shuffle steps.

Oh, my point here is that he said I get to do it to him some day. But I think I'll ask him to take out the air conditioner. Too, he assured me once when he and a buddy tossed my monster TV into the dumpster.

It appears that for this part of your journey there are huge opportunities for self and other(s) with the practice of six heart virtues. Not meant to preach here. Cuz, these are what hang on my walls.

BTW: The background is a smidgen of my feather collection. People have flower gardens, I make feather gardens in my home and when I go for walks. Pretty soon my apartment's gonna fly away!

I was able to whittle two school subjects off of Em's list, that made ten. I think I can combine her "Magical Geography" course (Lord only knows what that *should* entail) with World History (and Lord only knows what *that* should entail). And I think I can combine her Creative Writing with English and the Intro to World Literature. I think we will be down to...oh, this is confusing. But there won't be 12, this much I know.

I did some research and found some textbooks. I found a couple of books about mysterious places on earth which she should enjoy, and we are going to find these places on a globe, and google earth with that overlay of ley lines too, probably. Ime, the more ways a student can relate to the information presented, the better. I put together a list of supplies, as requested, and submitted it to the purchasing department. I must not have filled the form out correctly, because I found myself called in to the office to justify the requested items. Oh, not the textbooks. Anyone of a mainstream line of thought understands what a textbook is. Anything that looks dry and boring, in fact the more "school-like" (dry and boring) the better, is automatically approved apparently. That's okay. I put on the charm, turned on my light, and in the end I schmoozed the purchasing department. We should have everything I wanted by week's end.

Just finished the Ramayana. I took advantage of the fact that I'm feeling a little pekid and ended up with my feet up reading. For hours. That was an interesting story.

I am thinking about tomorrow's to-do list. I can go ahead and bring forward what is still on yesterday's list. I am reminded of what I was like 10 years ago. I would have attacked that list and flown through it on sheer determination. In so doing, I believe I exhausted most of my supply of sheer determination. So at this point, I catch myself beating myself up about how much I don't get done. Eh, screw that. No point in that, serves no good purpose. I dropped that

I am watching a show with my boy that is more crazy than the crap I normally get sucked into (called uncle grandpa), had a great quote I never heard (I'm sure y'all had to, right?):

It's an animated show but there's a character called Realistic Flying Tiger which is actually a photo of an actual tiger that flies by farting rainbows. One character is uncle grandpa's fanny pack, his teeth is the zipper. It is fascinating.

A few years ago when I got back to the Cape to re-connect with my Daughters and Grandkids after taveling for a couple years countless wonders happened.

My Grandson, Danny III, that beautful gift from my Son's(Danny II) passing was(is) quite into sports(and a good young guy and student too : ). His Mom was a month with child when my Son went to the other side and none of us knew it.
I went to a hockey game of His with His Mom and my Daughter. When He came out on the rink He had His Father's last name on his hockey shirt. I gave that a huge quiet hmmmm and asked my Daughter and his Mom what that was about, for He has his Mom's last name.. They said He did that on his own to honor His Dad. I about broke down in tears in public in those stands...so very struck with the Love of that.
I put a small Medicine Wheel in my Daoughter's back yard for it is my way of thanking Spirit when I get to new places. As I was finishing it I came upon this beautiful purple stone that was shaped like a heart and unlike any stone around in the woods nearby. That became my Son's Spirit and I placed it in the Medicine Wheel kind of anyhwere and everywhere. My Grandson, Danny, visited the house about a week later and I asked him if he would lke to leave some tobacco(explained a bit about the Indian tradtion) at the wheel with me (he had not seen it) and he said "sure". We had a special moment and He saw that stone and asked "What's that?" because it was off by itself. I said it is Your Dad's Spirit going anywhere and everywhere and here with Us, too He really liked that and left some tobacco on it..
After that a couple of weeks passed, I had been off visiting Family and away from my Daughter's lovely home. When I returned I went out to the Medicine Wheel to make an offering, the stone was gone. I asked My Daughter if She had seen it or knew where it was. She said Danny wanted to bring it home with him to keep, and of course She said to Him, of course. Wow : )
He was not much of a hugger back then and would shy away from that, but now, a few yeas later, He openly hugs Us All and the Love in those Hugs, is well, Divine : )

This reality has been demanding and trying lately. Lots of coals in the fire, between work and trying to pin down a new dwelling. In the midst of it my wife has just begun to suffer from gall bladder issues. Any thoughts of remedy and prayer are most appreciative and welcome. Yoga, diet change and castor oil packs have been employed and have been most helpful. We hope to circumvent western medicine and surgery, god forbid.

Another practice she's begun is to drink a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar, the good stuff Bragg's Organic. My wife kissed me goodnight and the fumes nearly knocked me off my feet. Strong stuff. Yoga has so far been her best relief for discomfort and the castor oil packs.

Everything we touch in our lives in front of us is rigged, heavily rigged...commerce, public education, news, politics and so on and so on and so on, everything, cleverly and deceitfully and has been rigged for a very, very, very long time now. Being aware of it is not enough.
We must personally and actively decide to touch what is really real, more and more and more, now...the natural world, our own higher world, the sun and the moon and the stars, the love, love, love. The new dawn is not coming, the New Dawn IS Here...right in front of Us, we must simply open all the doors and the windows and the vents to allow it in.
Some very heartless things came to this beautiful place eons ago and have been embedding themselves in our psyche and pecking at our very souls, enough is enough. We came to this loving, limitless provider of a planet first...to experience and grow and love, they have halted THAT experience and growth and love. It has come time to make them go away and learn their own lessons elsewhere. They cannot handle Us putting Our Hearts into everything..put Your Hearts into everything, everything..and unbind this place from them. We have to do this out in the open now...the wide open...tough guys and gals, shy guys and gals, guys and gals that kinda like things in this 3d world and just look at wars and hunger and all of that messy stuff as something You cannot do something about. You can, by awareness and action and untouching the rigged pre-occupations more...we cannot let them peck at our souls and hearts any longer...we cannot act like we do not know...we know!
Make them go away...filter them out of this loving place, once and for ALL!

Lots of threads and videos going round and round on how we’re manipulated both in seen and unseen worlds. And a recent piece is how we’re so puny, we’ll not be able to figure it out anyway. But…we better…or we’ll be chipped and AI’d right quick. Round and round and round.

This morning I decided, screw the game, and went for a walk.

Two days ago, there was a penny on the sidewalk. I turned it over so the head was up for anyone that resonated with that belief. (For those that don’t know, it means good luck.)

So, I’m walkin' with ‘me crew’, Corrs, Shania Twain, “The Boss”, some Eric Clapton, Keith Urban, U2, and Helen Reddy, remember “I Am Woman”?, when I reached down to pick up a feather. And another woman only a couple of feet (one meter) away also reached down. I asked if she picked up a penny? Yes. And I asked if it was heads up? Yes, again. I told her that I turned it over two days ago, and thanked her. Oh boy….little did she know how her angel wings touched me!

Granted, it’s not where science and spirituality meet. But that’s my indicator. I can’t change the world. I can continue to raise my frequency beyond where dark and light sip Hennessy, smoke Cuban Cigars, and place bets in this polarity theater.
