    Default Need some inspiration

I really need some inspiration, my life is spiraling downwards and I am not sure why. No matter what path I take, there are way too many obstacles and blocks. No matter how positive I stay or be or do, or take steps to live a holistic lifestyle, I just move towards the same circle over and over again.

Both personally and professionally, things have not worked out so far, and I just dont understand it. Ever since I started my professional career, things have gone backwards and no matter what I do, it does not work out the way I want to. Maybe it is because of the choices I made, but there has to be a light at the end of the tunnel, and honestly I cannot see it anymore. Now for the longest time, I have questioned my existence, and I just don't have an answer as to why I was born or the purpose of my life-both professionally and personally. I feel more lost now more than ever. I feel like I have struggled enough, and I don't know if I have the energy to struggle anymore. At this rate, I feel like I will be old before I even turn 30!

I just dont know what to do at this point, both personally and professionally I am at a loss and I dont see a reprieve.

So my question is, can you guys suggest some meditation or some form of healing techniques where I could possibly release the blocked energy? Or can someone here do a past life reading or some sort of reading which could shed some light as to why my life is so out of balance? I honestly wish to know what is hindering my progress both professionally and personally. I have struggled with low self esteem and super sensitive emotions since I was born and I am not even sure why, and I really wish to understand myself better.

Surrender inwards to the pain and allow grief, usually underneath the block is an understanding/light/gift for you. Perhaps you are following a path that makes sense in your head but it isn't coming from the roots of who you are or it is but the block is interfering. Quite often those lower chakra blocks can be caused by male/female energy being in lock down in the broken patterns that you see in many relationships. By that I mean often the male energy is damaged and stuck on being aggressive to the female aspect of yourself and the female aspect stuck on being guilty and accepting the pain dealt and constantly playing hyper sensitive/victim without balance of the male energy to protect it. If you feel that's the case in yourself perhaps meditate on reasons why your male may be damaged and reasons why your female is receptive to amplifying that and work through it. These can often be genetic crossed with past life issues, many people have them as this broken dynamic is common. Look at your family and their behavior dynamics too as this can lead to insight on where this has come from and always remember it's ok to ask for help from your higher self/guides etc in help to work through it.

You are a brave soul perhaps you are being called to address something inside before the energy in your life can flow.

For myself, when within is in balance then outward perceptions weigh less and have a different feel. That balance is maintained through actions steps such as movement, reflection, wholesome food, drink, etc.

Here and now, listening to this video. It serves to reinforce what’s real and what beliefs feed confusion, stagnation, and straight-jacket our natural abilities.

    Hi Myriad,

Could you maybe tell us some more about the obstacles and blocks your currently facing? I find it hard to formulate suggestions without knowing about the specifics.

    Hi myriaddimension ~

Quote "Originally posted by myriaddimension: So my question is, can you guys suggest some meditation or some form of healing techniques where I could possibly release the blocked energy?"
There is something which may really help that I only dicovered lately. It is a technique that uses an Energy emotional "wash-out" to help the body heal from any hidden traumas and stresses and it can be done in several ways.

The main purpose is to open the blocks in the chackras and allow the energy to flow freely all over the body. Many super sensitive people like us accumulate this type of emotions inside where it is being stored in the cells and tissues for many years and can cause blockages which eventually may be translated into disease or the carry of emotional heavy weight.

The best way to do it, I believe, is by the method of Dr Nader Butto- A combination which allows to concentrate on a specific trauma memory each time, allow it to arise to the surface, and then "wash it out" with the help of an energetic wave which causes the body to vibrate and the emotions to flow. However, this specific method needs to be learned (even though easy), and better be assisted by someone else who may help.

The most useful, easy to apply, do it at home method is TRE- Tension and Trauma Release Excercise, by the method of David Bercelli, it can be done everyday between five minutes to 30 minutes and more, depends of the amount of stress the person holds within themselves.

The basics are simple, in order to begin the energetic wave that shakes the body there's a need to weaken the leg and hip muscles and allow them to be loose. This can be done by a set of easy six excercises (I do three which immediatly starts the shakings), then you lay down on the floor when your feet are in a certain position and let the tremor happen naturally. (see below video)

A couple of the beginning excersices can be found here:

You can check this one out as well for smooth and quick beginning -
    https://youtube.com/watch?v=pyMxQH_39FQ

Results are deep inner relaxation, anti stress effect on the body and pain mitigation ~

Please let us know if that one helps

    Good luck!

It's possible you came to the wrong planet.

I like what Rosieposie says about the male and female aspects of ourselves -- that the male aspect may be too aggressive towards the female aspect and isn't doing what 'he' should to protect 'her'.

Quote No matter how positive I stay or be or do, or take steps to live a holistic lifestyle, I just move towards the same circle over and over again.
I hear you. Please, continue to do the things that keep you positive regardless. I find that a nice, long walk outdoors helps me stay positive. Appreciating nature and animals and getting some exercise boosts my spirit.

It's my humble opinion there is always time to re-evaluate your life and change it in an instant if you want to. If you don't like something, replace it with something else, compromise, or remove it entirely.

    All the best!

I really want to thank everyone! I appreciate the suggestions and advices. Two years ago, I made a choice to go back to my home country and stay there, giving up my life in States; the possibility of sponsorship, GC or permanent residency went with it. At that moment, I thought I was doing what was best for me, but I realized it was not the right choice; I could have been financially and professionally stable, instead of struggling to even have a job at the moment. If I go back to my home country again, I feel like I will make the same mistake again, and would have to start over again; I prefer to remain in States and figure out my life, but I just am not finding any solution. On top of that, I am extremely sensitive and have low-self esteem; this does not help my case at all. I just feel extremely low because of the choices I made, and I am not sure where to go from here; maybe its guilt, regret, bitterness or all the negative energy stored within me due to the choices I made, it is hindering my progress. So, everyday I stew and think about the past and wish I had done things differently. I know it's not rational, because I cannot really change it, but I believe my life would have been different if I had made some adult like decision, and that regret really affects my life right now. I just cannot get past the fact that I took a wrong turn in life; I don't how to forgive myself or the others, and I don't how to simply move forward. I feel stuck. Because of this, I feel insecure which stems to anger and volatile emotions and shoutfests! First of all, I really wish to just control my emotions, and second of all, I need to let go of this anger and bitterness. But, I am having a hard time doing both; I have tried multiple times, but during stressful times, my reactions are volatile, esp if I feel like my ego is hurt; I just feel like I am going around in a circle and I am not finding any solution at all.

However, I will read all the posts and see if I can start with techniques posted here; to start with, a walk in the park would be great. Thank you!

    Hello myriaddimension

I'm not a reader of that kind though for some reason I do sense a number 22, 13 and the tarot Death card to your story. Just going by the content of it.

I don't promote fortune readings at this point because you only feel like you have no direction but you do, and the risk exists that readings - whoever provides them to you - will fix your thinking and your path.

Rather, and this may be hard initially, you should embrace what's coming over you and pretend that you are travelling a long distance and that you are on a wobbly road. Since you have to take this road to get to the crossroads, you have no choice but to be brave and make the best possible decisions in the worse thinkable situations.

There is always an up after a down and after up may come other downs. The challenge is to get up again.

Be brave and make your own future. It's in your hands, start by believing that.

What popped into my mind when I read your story when it comes to inspiration is something Bashar is teaching...its about following your highest excitement. See the video below. I know it can seems hard to implement, and almost to simplistic/idealistic to apply in practicality, but it actually works in the long run, because possibilities just seem to popup if your doing what you like to do. This is a matter of trust also, letting go of the fact you have to be in control of the future, because this brings up a lot of fear and negativity.

    Kudos, to you, myriaddimension!

Quote I just cannot get past the fact that I took a wrong turn in life
It’s been my experience that there are no wrong turns. Only the choices I’ve made. And only once was there a time that I could not change “what is” at the physical level. That one created an opportunity for the greatest growth that continues today on many other levels.

Quote I just feel like I am going around in a circle and I am not finding any solution at all.
Rather than find solutions, find yourself. If I felt like I’m going round and round in a circle, I’d compare the wisdom I’ve gathered from say two years ago to now. I’d define it as a spiral. If it’s still a circle, that means I’m rehashing rather than releasing.

Quote I don't how to forgive myself or the others
One technique I use is on the inhale I feel through my heart region the descriptor words below. I feel them one at a time, or the one that's most pressing. On the exhale, through the heart, I feel for humanity, All, Mother Earth, a specific person or whatever appropriate in the moment. It sound too simple, huh?

Try it for yourself. For one thing, you are in present moment. The only moment. Past and future are games the ego plays. It won’t be long before you notice that ego’s happy to take naps. If I still hold on to for example “anger”, that means it serves a part of me that needs tending.

One other technique is I sit right smack in the center of the anger, sadness, rage, etc. I only feel it. I don’t label it because that means I take myself out feel and reroute into mind-think. The crackerjack surprise is that beyond the tears, smiles, stomach giggles, yawns, and ah-has there’s peace and silence.

The learning from your family part sounds interesting. How does it work?

By learning from your family I mostly mean just pay attention to your families traits. For example in my family I have noticed that all the females tend to have a suppressed male side (myself included) and an female aspect that is deeply damaged. From what I know of my families history there is a heavy pattern of men in the family being emotionally abusive and the woman being subjected to a great deal of guilt. When I look at myself and my sister who have not personally experienced that dynamic I notice that the patterns continue in an ingrained manner. In myself in particular I notice that the patterns of extreme guilt and internal agony that I have experienced all my life are so deeply entrenched they don't have a logical source. For this reason I attribute that some of this patterning is likely to be genetic memory if you've ever looked into that.

On that note though I have also found that by working through it (usually with energy work) it has healed a lot of my issues including the guilt etc it's been a bit difficult to sort out because there has been an absence of logical memory to work through but by looking at my family and dealing with past life energies I have been able to heal the source of it which is really the only way to fix things.

I should also note that opening up the aspect of yourself that is bullying yourself and expressing love and forgiveness to that is very helpful (this aspect can be elusive if your guilt side covers for it and takes the hits), if you can ease yourself into that energy pattern and clear it things get much easier.

go simple... try to go out to mother nature... Gaia will help you. Walk in nature with your naked feet, try to talk with her, with the sun or the trees...
You need to be lost to find a way...
    Sending you some energy
    Love

Usually the body responds to our thoughts and we can feel that the emotion is somewhere located in the body. This can be a pressure on the chest or some sensation in the stomach for example.

If you sit or lay down and close your eyes,
you can lead your attention - very gentle and careful - to that specific area of your body.
Like a mother would care for her child you come close to
this space in your body and take care and embrace it gently.
Maybe you will find the calm streaming of your breath through
your nose into the chest and your stomach as very supportive.

    Hugs to you myriaddimension,

Thank you!

Yeah, Bashar came to my mind also. I was thinking about the "Circumstances don't matter" video:

    short (essence):

    longer (more context):

It came to mind because you have to be aware that negative circumstances shouldn't bring you down.
Focus on the positive and focus on manifestation of your goals.

Maybe easier said than done ... but reminding Bashar's advice helps me from time to time.
