Oh, Running Deer, I'm right there with you. This is one of the many books I have felt compelled to "review" lately. (Is there a Spiritual FINAL EXAM coming up?!?)

I've been practicing this and "collapsing the wave" consciousness processes, and all sorts of combinations of manifestation techniques.

FINALLY, I went through my TRIBULATION, as many of us are, but now I'm back home and I'm back on track. It feels like a new phase for all of us. Anyone get that impression?

I'm delving in deep for Divine Direction. It provided a miracle for me last week...
It's too hard to explain here, but it had to do with my injuries in Colorado when I was filming a traffic stop. I'm free and it's over.

Is there a Spiritual FINAL EXAM coming up?!?

You just passed it. Colorado and traffic cops are no longer in the same sentence. Yeah, big sigh of relief! Congratulations, Michelle Marie! Nice to get on with the journey. Godspeed. (the good kind)

Dr. David Hawkins rocks. Lots of material even in one book. Some of it I’m not in agreement with. The biggest one is that he states women can’t obtain as high a frequency as men because they are built differently. Their bodies can’t take the extra high octane.

Well, that's all the fuel I need to prove otherwise. I didn’t believe him back in the 1990’s, and I still don’t. For one thing, all human’s bodies are changing. And second, any one that is devoted to upliftment, incorporates spiritual principles in the day to day rather than time out on a zafu, practices the art of forgiveness, acceptance etc, then knowingness arises as well as frequency which in turn…yada-yada-yada.

What will you do with the duck, Ulli? Does it have a name already?

I was too busy today to think of an original name, so I was calling him Lucky, and Lucky Ducky.
Then my husband said his name was to be Aflac, after the insurance company which used a duck as its advertising mascot.

I guess it will have to get used to a whole set of different names.
Getting dark here now, and Lucky walked into the cave part of our garden, which is very sheltered.

He may need a pond soon. The river is a bit too far away, and also too rough right now.
The force of the water is even knocking the big rocks around, so no duck would like that.

Concerned about the enormous poops Lucky is dong every 30 minutes-...squirty poops.
Covering them up with cat litter for now.

Will keep you all posted. He has become a hit on my FB page.

I wonder if the uncooked rice might be too harsh for his system? Unless, Lucky-Aflac is like a goat and can eat anything.

It's been awhile but I recall having to step gingerly on the grass when feeding the ducks; a canvas of monochromatic acrylic splotches.

We had six ducks. Funny how poop didn't bother me back then. Then one day they all walked out the driveway in a line for the last time. My Mom said that's what ducks do. We were city-slickers that moved to the country. To this day, I think they flew the coop because I tried to train them to walk down a plank and jump into the baby pool.

I'm sitting in our mostly empty living room at the moment so sound is still echoeíy. It's after midnight. The piggies and gerbils are quiet. I'm happy poking around here on Project Avalon.

Good Evening All..Had to share, was perusing some Native American info because of awesome happenings today with the Wampanoag : )

Bumped into this and really had never found this specific history quip of the Medicine Wheel and gives me a better personal understanding of why it is so deeply in my heart and I leave one as a 'thank you' wherever I go.

The most ancient of all ancient religious symbols is the circle. It dates all the way back to the Lemurian/early Atlantic age. The circle is the original religious symbol. It represents original religion: the unalterable, universal truths and laws as brought into being by the Ultimate Creator. The fire is the heart and center of the circle. It represents the "dance of life," the life force, spirit or soul within the living form. It is the transmuter of energy, that into which are placed prayers and offerings, It is the beacon that draws in the spiritual elements. Look around you and see that the circle can be found within the spiritual teachings and cultural traditions of the world’s tribal peoples. The concepts of cyclic time, reincarnation, that all things are interconnected, the earth as a living thing, that all life is sacred and the non-ownership of land, rather than being backward and primitive, are in fact highly advanced conceptions. Since that long ago age, these truths have been embedded within tribal spiritual and cultural heritage. Mankind has now drifted far from his understanding of the One Law, instead embracing technology, greed and power as did the Atlanteans of the later age of the Empire. Presently, the mainstream societies and religions label those who still incorporate some basic One Law knowledge and practice in their belief systems, as being pagans and ignorant, primitive heathens while in truth they have preserved the more advanced concepts.

Hemp Oil, Hemp Oil, Hemp Oil is all I am getting now...
it is going to help People heal and wake up quickly.

It is going to be quietly accepted and used by Many.

People without physical ailments are going to start ingesting it en masse and it is going to help fix Us.

People with the slightest green thumbs are going to find a way to
Grow Their Own Hemp and make the Holy Oil now...
it is going to spread and flourish,
an unstoppable fast growing beautiful plant.

Baby pools was part of our conversation yesterday.
There are ponds inside the complex we live in, but they are heavily patrolled by the resident dogs.

I placed Lucky Aflac inside a large cardboard box for the night and since I opened it at dawn
he hasn't yet ventured out.
Seems to like it in there.
He does need a bath. What a stinker.

The first thing to do is to get the law to separate hemp from marihuana.
But that would take a while. Strong opposition.
This is a very conservative country and if they catch you growing it you go to jail.

Same here: illegal. Plus police helicopters fly over all the time. If you do suspicious things in your garden, I figure they should know soon. They caught different farmers of hemp over the last years here.

The photos I take with my iPad, I transfer to my other computer and then upload. I'm sure there's a more efficient way. Check with apple.com

UPDATE: I google-goggled "how to upload ipad photos to forum". A lot of links popped up.
