Shielding equipment designs to block radio frequencies, elf waves, etc

In a similar line of inquiry to the blocking of telepathic communication thread, I am interested in any body gear people have investigated or heard of that helps to shield from radio frequency and elf waves, voice to skull, etc. I have particularly strong ringing internally in head that I originally contributed to tinnitus years ago but has since become stronger and stronger to the point I have to do something about it. Simon Parkes referenced a guy who makes hats for people to block interference from greys (he said the mantids use different methods which this gear does not affect). Does anyone know of this person or his method of constructing these hats? I think he gave a website that I visited showing people wearing the hats but I have since forgotten it, does anyone know this? If so please post it.

Any help appreciated, even prepared to make a aluminum foil helmet but I don't really want to hop in a metal garbage can to use it as a Faraday cage if I can help it...

Do you notice if the tinnitus sound (that multifrequency whistle-like noise) gets quieter at times? How about early in the morning after waking?

Thanks for talking about this! It's important and I think there are alot of people that are living with noise in their head that is not tinnitus. Have you tried to find what frequency the noise is that you are hearing? Did you get a root canal before this noise started? If you went to a dentist and received a root canal you may have come out with more than you went in with. I have studied this problem quite thoroughly and discovered that many dentists were putting a small (size of a grain of rice ) piece of metal ( not sure what is ) into the largest of the canals from the tooth. Not sure what is for but it creates noise starting out soft and then gradually gets louder and louder and louder. It never deviates. The noise only gets louder. The noise is at 8000 Hz

When you go to a specialist they tell you it's tinnitus because you can't hear the loudest pitch in the ear test. The only reason you can't hear the loudest pitch is because the noise is too loud in your head.

A dentist admitted to this type of procedure but would not describe why he does this type of procedure.

A faraday cage won't work or anything else to stop the noise. Removal of the small piece is the only way to stop the noise unfortunately. It will not show up on xray so you will have to get a dentist to check the root canal for the small piece that needs to come out.

Please know that my research into this went much farther than I expected it too. Great expense was taken to come to this conclusion. If you tell a dentist that there is something that is making noise in your head they will just think you are crazy but you are NOT!

Chancy, that was the weirdest experience listening to 8000hz. I do have ringing in my ears but I only have 2 amalgam filling and no root canals. I'm now very motivated to get them removed!
As soon as I started listening to the video my tinnitus volume increase and then suddenly stopped! It came back about a minute later...

I heard that "white noise" can help as can perfecting matching the sound...they will cancel each other out? I'm not sure if that helps anyone

I don't have tinnitus, but I am sensitive to EMFs, microwaves, etc. A friend with the same sensitivity bought one of the "home system" plug-in devices featured here:

Today I just saw another such device recommended by Avalon member Dr. Mark Sircus here (about 3/4 of the way down the page, under "Reversing Aging with Electro Magnetic Fields and Better Sleep:

This device costs about twice as much as the one of the earthcalm site (see post above). It would be interesting to see what Dr. Sircus might have to say about a comparison of the two.
