Behind every phony pandemic, there are a number of agendas in play.

In this case, the Globalist heavy hitters, who are dedicated to managing the planet,
view things this way:

***Use a crisis to build a larger structure than previously existed.

As in: one global healthcare system. All-encompassing.

The propaganda? “We can’t defeat Ebola unless all nations form one system that
allows prevention and quarantine and immediate treatment anywhere on Earth.”

In that sense, Ebola is the occasion for adding wings to the system.

Ditto for every so-called epidemic.

“Well, we faced down and ultimately defeated virus X. But at great cost of life. Now
we have to build better bridges between the healthcare systems of nations—and
finally, we need one great Dispensary that adjudicates where drugs and vaccines
go, who is quarantined, which borders are sealed off, at any point on the globe.”

We’re talking about a very high-level op here.

The Globalist dream? A single cradle-to-grave maze every person on earth follows,
as a docile patient taking orders, submitting to diagnoses, taking vaccines and
drugs, allowing their bodies and minds and energies and strength and
independence to be drained away.

A single global medical system is the ideal structure of control.

Crisis A? Build a bigger system. Crisis B? Add to that system. Crisis C? Add more to
the system.

And of course—invent each crisis.

The “medical crisis” is ideal, because it seems to involve no political agenda, no
partisan position, no motive other than “helping those in need.”

You’ll be hearing phrases like “the pitfalls of privatized medicine,” and “uncaring
corporations,” and “the UN has to step in to solve the Ebola crisis,”
and “international cooperation.”

Realize that behind these phrases, there is another op in progress. It has nothing to
do with predatory corporations or greedy doctors. It has everything to do with
building Medical Central for planet Earth.

Under that system, up the line, a patient would have no choice about whether to
accept a diagnosis or take a drug or vaccine.

The watchword will be: compliance.

For “the greater good.”

Over the past hundred years, no force has been more powerful in shaping modern
medicine than the Rockefeller empire.

In his 2003 Memoirs, David Rockefeller wrote: “Some even believe we are part of a
secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing
my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the
world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world,
if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

Rockefeller is acutely aware that one of the prime strategies for bringing his dream
(nightmare) to fruition is: a one-world, all-embracing medical apparatus.

There are some who welcome such an enterprise, naively believing it will mean
greater health for all.

For them, I cite (as I frequently do) Dr. Barbara Starfield’s shattering review: “Is
US health really the best in the world?”

Starfield was a revered public-health expert working at the Johns Hopkins School of
Public Health. Her review was published on July 26, 2000, in the Journal of the
American Medical Association.

Starfield concluded that, every year in the US, the medical system directly kills
225,000 people. Every year.

That’s 2.25 MILLION deaths per decade.

So imagine, if you will, what would happen if the Globalist dream of
one “healthcare” system for the planet came true.

And don’t imagine such a system would involve solving the ongoing, endemic
causes of death in most of the world: contaminated water, starvation, lack of basic
sanitation, overcrowding, poverty.

The World Health Organization has had decades to make a significant dent in those
grinding problems. But they talk; they appoint task forces; they study; they
demand the distribution of more (toxic) medicines, and vaccines that push already-
compromised immune systems over the cliff.

The World Health Organization is claiming that we are facing the most severe health crisis
ever with the alleged Ebola outbreak in West Africa.But since the WHO was caught inflating
the Swine Flu pandemic to hoist experimental vaccines on the world, perhaps we should not
just take them on their word without demanding evidence.Here are 10 questions for the World

Ebola nurse William Pooley returns to Sierra Leone

William Pooley, the British nurse who contracted Ebola while volunteering in West Africa, has returned
to Sierra Leone to resume his work.

He said there was a "real emergency" in the country and he was "delighted" to be back on the front line.

Mr Pooley will start work at a hospital in the Sierra Leonean capital, Freetown, on Monday.

He has previously spoken of the "horror and the misery" he witnessed in his first spell in the country.

While in the UK, the 29-year-old had said he was "impatient" to return to his work in Africa and would
travel as soon as he had a new passport. His old one was incinerated when he was evacuated.

The nurse, from Eyke in Suffolk, was flown back to the UK by the RAF on 24 August and was taken to
the UK's special isolation unit at the Royal Free Hospital in London.



The isolation unit at The Royal Free Hospital Mr Pooley has been treated at a specialist isolation unit at London's Royal Free Hospital
He was treated during the early stages of the infection, before the onset of internal or external bleeding.

Unlike many people in Africa he was given the experimental drug ZMapp, which seemed to lower levels
of the virus in his body.

He has since made a full recovery and has donated his blood for medical research.

Mr Pooley said: "I would like to once again thank the team at the Royal Free Hospital and the RAF who
provided me with such excellent treatment and support.

"But the real emergency is in West Africa, and the teams out there need all the support we can give
them - I am now looking forward to getting back out there and doing all I can to prevent as many
unnecessary deaths as possible."

More than 4,500 people have died in the Ebola outbreak, which is the largest in history.

Mr Pooley will work at the isolation unit at Connaught Hospital in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where he will
train staff and set up new isolation units.

He will work with a team from King's Health Partners - a collaboration between King's College London
and three NHS trusts - which is operating in the country.

Dr Oliver Johnson, programme director for the King's Sierra Leone Partnership, said: "It is fantastic that
Will has chosen to join our small team here at Connaught Hospital.

"The situation here in Freetown is getting worse by the day and so Will's experience and commitment will
be vital as we do everything we can to stem the flow of cases.

"The best way of stopping Ebola spreading even further is to fight it at its source and I look forward to
working with Will to do just that."

Having recovered from Ebola, his immune system should be able to fight the infection.

However, doctors are not certain how long the immunity will last or whether he is completely resistant.

‘No one can tell me if Ebola is the worst plague since, variously, Aids, Sars, BSE or the black
death. All I hear is that it “might” be. I do not mind being told no one knows. But what do I
make of a prime minister who emerges from his Cobra bunker and declares “a very serious
threat to the UK”, a US president who says it is “spiralling out of control”, and a World Health
Organisation that says it is “the most severe health emergency seen in modern times … a
potential threat of an unparalleled human catastrophe”?

We have lost control of the language of proportion. The result is an outbreak of crying-wolf
syndrome. David Cameron and his cabinet currently tell me to be scared witless by Ebola, an
attack from Isis, a resurgent Russia and global warming (sometimes). In July, the prime
minister said we face being “cast back into the dark ages of medicine” because of a new strain
of superbugs. This was capped two months later when Stephen Hawking declared that “the
God particle could destroy the universe”. In small print it said this was “very
unlikely”, but how unlikely is very?’

‘While the bipartisan voice grows to ban Ebola victims from entering the United States, a new
report claims that President Obama is considering a plan to bring the world’s Ebola patients to
the United States to be treated.

Judicial Watch, the conservative public watchdog group, says in a shocking report that the
president is “actively formulating plans” to admit Ebola-infected non-citizens just to be treated.

“Specifically, the goal of the administration is to bring Ebola patients into the United States
for treatment within the first days of diagnosis,” said the group.’

‘As the US public frets about the recent transmission of Ebola to two Texas healthcare workers, the US
government has turned an eye on dangerous viruses that could become far more widespread if they escaped
from the lab. On 17 October, the White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) announced
a mandatory moratorium on research aimed at making pathogens more deadly, known as gain-of-function research.’

Under the moratorium, government agencies will not fund research that attempts to make natural pathogens
more transmissible through the air or more deadly in the body. Researchers who have already been funded to
do such projects are asked to voluntarily pause work while two non-regulatory bodies, the National Science
Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB) and the National Research Council, assess its risks. The ban specifically
mentions research that would enhance influenza, SARS and MERS. Other types of research on naturally
occurring strains of these viruses would still be funded.

This is the second time that gain-of-function research has been suspended. In 2012, 39 scientists working on
influenza agreed to a voluntary moratorium after the publication of two papers demonstrating that an enhanced
H5N1 influenza virus could be transmitted between mammals through respiratory droplets. The publications drew
a storm of controversy centered around the danger that they might give terrorists the ability to create highly
effective bioweapons, or that the viruses might accidentally escape the lab. Research resumed after regulatory
agencies and entities such as the World Health Organization laid out guidelines for ensuring the safety and
security of flu research.

The OSTP’s moratorium, by contrast, is mandatory and affects a far broader array of viruses. “I think it’s really
excellent news,” says Marc Lipsitch of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who has long called for
more oversight of risky research. “I think it’s common sense to deliberate before you act.”

Virologist Yoshihiro Kawaoka of the University of Wisconsin Madison, who conducted one of the controversial H5N1
gain-of-function studies in an effort to determine how the flu virus could evolve to become more deadly in mammals,
says he plans to “comply with the government’s directives” on those experiments that are considered gain-of-function
under OSTP’s order. “I hope that the issues can be discussed openly and constructively so that important research
will not be delayed indefinitely,” he says.

The NSABB, which has not met since 2012, was called back into action in July, apparently in response to a set of lab
accidents at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in which lab workers were exposed to anthrax and
inadvertently shipped H5N1 virus without proper safety precautions. The NSABB will spend most of its next meeting
on 22 October discussing gain-of-function research, and the NRC plans to hold a workshop on a date that has not yet
been set. Lipsitch, who will speak at the NSABB meeting, says he plans to advocate the use of an objective
risk-assessment tool to weigh the potential benefits of each research project against the probability of a lab accident
and the pathogen’s contagiousness; and consider whether the knowledge gained by studying a risky pathogen could
be gained in a safer way.

Ebola crisis: Nigeria set to be declared free of virus


Nigeria is expected to be declared officially free of Ebola on Monday, after
six weeks with no new cases.

Africa's most populous country won praise for its swift response after an
infected Liberian diplomat brought the disease there in July.

The World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared Senegal Ebola-free on Friday.

The current outbreak has killed more than 4,500 people in West Africa,
most in Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone

An estimated 70% of those infected have died in those countries.

Meanwhile, European Union foreign ministers are meeting in Luxembourg to
discuss how to strengthen their response to the threat posed by Ebola.

European countries have committed more than 500m euros (£400m; $600m)
but the UK is pressing to double that amount.

The money is being sought to help reinforce over-stretched healthcare systems
in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea and to mitigate the damage Ebola is doing
to their economies.

Ahead of the talks, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier suggested
the EU could send a civilian EU mission to West Africa that would serve as a
platform for sending medical staff.

Another diplomat said there were plans for three countries to spearhead aid to
the region - the UK for Sierra Leone, France for Guinea and the US for Liberia.

‘CIA should be probed for Ebola’s origin in Zaire’

‘The Ebola outbreak in West Africa might be a resurfacing of Zaire’s Ebola infection spread, where the US
Central Intelligence Agency was suspected to be involved with, an American investigative journalist says.

“When you look at the original outbreak of the Ebola in 1976 in Zaire,” Wayne Madsen told Press TV.

“We see a year when the US was violating a Senate law that forbid the US from engaging in the Angolan
Civil War and we saw Zaire being used as a bait for the CIA and then we saw the outbreak of Ebola in Zaire.
The same year that George H. W. Bush was the director of the CIA.”

“In 1980 we saw the outbreak of HIV in Zaire and Angola where the CIA was operating,” he said on Monday.’

‘President Barack Obama’s new Ebola “czar” Ron Klain has skipped another White House meeting on the Ebola crisis,
a readout of who attended a Saturday meeting with Obama shows.

Obama held the Ebola meeting after spending four hours and 40 minutes on the golf course at Fort Belvoir, according
to the White House press pool report from the New York Daily News’ Dan Friedman.’

“The President on Saturday evening convened members of his national security and public health teams to update him
on the response to the domestic Ebola cases,” the White House said in an email blast Saturday evening. “The President’s
advisors detailed the status of the contact tracing process to identify and, as necessary, monitor all individuals who may
have come into contact with Ebola patients in Dallas following their exposure. The President’s team also reviewed for him
the comprehensive measures the Administration—acting together with state and local partners—is taking to ensure that
Dallas has all of the appropriate and necessary resources to diagnose any additional cases safely and effectively. The
meeting concluded with a discussion of broader steps to increase the preparedness of our health sector nationwide.”

post, and I had to circle back and debunk the debunkers. It states on the hospital consortium’s own website
that it is involved in research on lethal diseases at Kenema. The trump card, or the rest of the story, is in this post.

Indeed, starting in January, the consortium running the Kenema lab inked a $140 million deal with Department
of Defense and a pharma company called Tekmira to conduct Phase I Ebola vaccine trails at Kenema on humans
[see "Tekmira Doses First Subject in Human Clinical Trial of TKM-Ebola" press release].

The information provided begs the question: Where did they get the human subjects? There was no outbreak as
of the end of March in Sierra Leone. Seems the DoD/pharma goon squads were recruiting Ebola trial participants
from nearby Guinea, where there was a small outbreak underway.’
