Amazing, America couldn't go into Syria because the rest of world was in arms against it, so they invented ISIS, got them to commit a few atrocities, made a media show of it and now they can happily bomb Syria with nobody saying anything. How soon do the ground troops go in to complete the destruction of one more country?

Our main intent is to eliminate all the onyx missiles russia sent into syria. Israel tried many times unsuccessfully but now some of those missles will be targeted, rest assured. Those missiles are an engineering marvel, and have tipped the scales against the west. Our navy is the greatest in the world, and we cant stop the onyx from sinking ANY ship that gets remotely close. they travel 10 feet above ocean at mach whatever, and have the ability to submerge after detecting counter measures, then re-emerge when sub-surface countermeasures become employed. A dozen or so nations with those missiles would go faaaarrr to stifle the Imperialism we've seen over the decades. Thats my researched based opinion, but who am I?

Sorry NO, that is not the intent, the intent is to destroy another country that is friendly to Iran and Russia and decrease their regional power and make things easier for Israel. The missiles are just a pretext, just like Al-Qaeeda ( that card was used up in Afghanistan ) so a new threat was needed to invade Syria so ISIL or ISIS was invented, funded, given instructions to commit atrocities to give an excucse to go into Syria.
