Or fly them into New York and pick them up, right off the airplane. So we brought African Greens in and I didn't know we were importing the AIDS virus at the time.

Dr Maurice Hilleman: So now I got to have something (laughter), you know that going to attract attention. And gee, I thought that damn SV40, I mean that damn vaculating agent that we have, I'm just going to pick that particular one, that virus has got to be in vaccines, it's got to be in the Sabin's vaccines so I quick tested it (laughter) and sure enough it was in there.

So I go down and I talked about the detection of non detectable viruses and told Albert, I said listen Albert you know you and I are good friends but I'm going to go down there and you're going to get upset. I'm going to talk about the virus that it's in your vaccine. You're going to get rid of the virus, don't worry about it, you're going to get rid of it… but umm, so of course Albert was very upset...

Dr Edward Shorter: What did he say?

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …well he said basically, that this is just another obfuscation that's going to upset vaccines. I said well you know, you're absolutely right, but we have a new era here we have a new era of the detection and the important thing is to get rid of these viruses.

Dr Edward Shorter: Why would he call it an obfuscation if it was a virus that was contaminating the vaccine?

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …well there are 40 different viruses in these vaccines anyway that we were inactivating and uh,

Dr Edward Shorter: but you weren't inactivating his though…

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …no that's right, but yellow fever vaccine had leukemia virus in it and you know this was in the days of very crude science. So anyway I went down and talked to him and said well, why are you concerned about it? Well I said "I'll tell you what, I have a feeling in my bones that this virus is different, I don't know why to tell you this but I …(unintelligible) …I just think this virus will have some long term effects." And he said what? And I said "cancer". (laughter) I said Albert, you probably think I'm nuts, but I just have that feeling. Well in the mean time we had taken this virus and put it into monkeys and into hamsters. So we had this meeting and that was sort of the topic of the day and the jokes that were going around was that "gee, we would win the Olympics because the Russians would all be loaded down with tumors." (laughter) This was where the vaccine was being tested, this was where… so, uhh, and it really destroyed the meeting and it was sort of the topic. Well anyway…

Dr Edward Shorter: Was this the physicians… (unintelligible) …meeting in New York?

Dr Maurice Hilleman …well no, this was at Sister Kinney…

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …and Del Becco (sp) got up and he foresaw problems with these kinds of agents.

Dr Edward Shorter: Why didn't this get out into the press?

Dr Maurice Hilleman: …well, I guess it did I don't remember. We had no press release on it. Obviously you don't go out, this is a scientific affair within the scientific community…

Here scientists usher in a new medical age with the monumental reports that prove that the Salk vaccine against crippling polio to be a sensational success. It's a day of triumph for 40 year old Dr. Jonas E Salk developer of the vaccine. He arrives here with Basil O'Connor the head of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis (aka March of Dimes) that financed the tests. Also, this morning, found this posted on still another forum that also has posted one of the same above images... may be the same individual trying to get the word out...

I've never been an admirer of the Americans unlike many of my compatriots here in Ukraine bowing to Americans like some idol. Now be happy, folks! We've got that damned Ebola and..... American experts "monitoring and testing" the illness well in the progress here.

Well, first they brought that virus here (the first Ebola infected person in Ukraine was some American military expert). And now they see all the infected people here as their laboratory ratts just to taste their strongly doubtful vaccine on us

My wife, who works at the Institute of toxicology asserts that the vaccine to fight Ebola is highly doubtful having lots of side effects which are badly known yet and quite often they result in death of a patient.

Ebola quarantine nurse's ties to CDC scrubbed from web; was it a staged op to invoke opposition to quarantines?

(NaturalNews) Kaci Hickox, the nurse who was quarantined in New Jersey over her high risk status as a possible Ebola carrier, has ties to the CDC which have been deliberately hidden by the mainstream media.

Right now, a war is waging between states like New Jersey, New York and Illinois -- which have all decided to quarantine travelers at high risk of Ebola infections -- and the federal government which is adamantly opposed to border security, medical quarantines and travel bans.

Kaci Hickox emerged in the center of this debate just yesterday when she complained of being "interrogated" and held in violation of her civil rights. Kaci's LinkedIn.com profile, which described her links to the CDC, was scrubbed from the web earlier today, and even Google cache has strangely been cleared of her profile which previously detailed her ties to the CDC.

The now-famous DallasNews.com article [1] which published Hickox's complaints failed to mention the nurse's ties to the CDC.

It turns out that Kaci Hickox is a registered democrat and Obama supporter who works for the CDC. "The nurse currently quarantined in New Jersey is an employee for the Centers for Disease Control and a registered Democrat with a history of left-wing advocacy," reports GotNews.com [2]

Was Nurse Hickox's quarantine staged as a P.R. stunt to invoke opposition to state quarantines?

The timing of Hickox's quarantine, her ties with the party in power at the White House, the deliberate hiding of her ties to the CDC and the scrubbing of her LinkedIn.com profile all raise legitimate suspicion that her quarantine complaints have all been staged as a P.R. stunt to promote opposition to state-level Ebola quarantine efforts.

President Obama is already pressuring the Governors of NJ, NY and IL to reverse their quarantine protocols. "The Obama administration has expressed deep concerns to the governors of New York and New Jersey and is consulting with them to modify their orders to quarantine medical volunteers returning from West Africa," reports the NY Times. Placing a very vocal nurse in quarantine and encouraging her to complain about civil rights violations -- all while arranging a mass media carpet bombing of the public with those complaints -- seems far too convenient to be a coincidence. From the very start, almost every single story the public has been allowed to see on Ebola has been contrived, engineered or distorted for either political or profiteering purposes. It is difficult to believe that this quarantine outrage just happened to coincide with President Obama's attempts to have the quarantines closed down.

Why is the White House trying to dismantle state-level Ebola quarantines?

All this brings up the obvious question: Why is President Obama working so hard to dismantle state-level quarantine efforts?

The mandatory quarantines announced by New Jersey and New York are the first sensible thing any government has yet done to prevent the spread of Ebola in America. Pressuring state Governors to reverse these medical isolation protocols seems to be a deliberate effort to encourage the worsening of the pandemic. (The only reason Nigeria escaped the Ebola pandemic is because the country closed its borders and invoked mandatory quarantines.)

Do the White House and the CDC actively want to see Ebola infections spread out of control? While the question may seem outlandish at first, it is increasingly difficult to explain away these bizarre actions being taken by the federal government: allowing infected travelers easy entry into the United States, recommending wholly inadequate medical gear to health care workers, keeping the southern border completely unprotected and now trying to dismantle state-level quarantines that would prevent infected people from spreading Ebola to the population at large. Didn't the example of Dr. Spencer running around New York City while he had Ebola awaken anybody enough at the federal level to call for quarantines and border security?

Mostly what we keep hearing from the federal government is pure fabrication or distortion. For example, check out these ten glaring Ebola contradictions the federal government continues to push, hoping the U.S. public is too uninformed to call their bluff.


Different factions jockeying for profits or power

The CDC, for the record, is clearly a pro-vaccine institution that has already been caught hyping up swine flu in order to create billions of dollars in vaccine profits for drug companies. Top CDC employees also routinely take jobs with pharmaceutical manufacturers. There is no better way to generate market demand for high-profit Ebola vaccines than to allow a few dozen infections to terrorize the public in selected U.S. cities. Fear has always been used by the vaccine industry to scare the public into buying their faulty products. [4]

But how does all this fit into White House plans? There are plenty of theories being seriously debated right now across the 'net, ranging from Obama's desire to declare medical martial law to global depopulation agendas. Jon Rappoport at NoMoreFakeNews.com is even arguing that the entire Ebola pandemic is a massive global hoax.

I can't say which theory makes the most sense at this point, but my best guess is that we are witnessing all sorts of government and corporate factions fighting with each other over how to exploit this Ebola situation for their maximum gain. Drug companies simply want to see as much fear as possible so they can sell vaccines as soon as they are granted global legal immunity (which is already in the works). Obama wants to keep the southern border open so that more amnesty candidates keep flooding in to vote for socialist candidates. The CDC wants to gain a huge increase in its operating budgets (which also translates into salaries and bonuses) by being tasked with tackling a massive global crisis. One way or another, every sector of government and corporate enterprise is looking for a way to profit from this crisis.

That's why I don't expect a resolution any time soon. There's too much money and power at stake now to stop Ebola. The pandemic is proving to be a very effective way to gain the obedience of the public, and the worse the pandemic gets, the more desperately the American public will be begging for government to save them. To make this happen, Ebola quarantines must be immediately halted for the simple reason that they interfere with the spread of the virus that's necessary to invoke a critical mass of panic across the population.

Think about it: If the White House were really interested in "an abundance of caution" as we're always told, then why wouldn't 21-day quarantines for high-risk travelers make amazing sense? Somehow, when it comes to possibly-infected travelers arriving from West Africa, that "abundance of caution" is thrown out the window.

But don't worry. It's only a level-4 biohazard virus with extremely rapid adaptability, a history of going airborne, and a 70% fatality rate with no known treatment or cure. What could possibly go wrong?

My guess is that this not primarily about profit (though that's a useful motivator), but about maximizing the confusion (as I describe here) for now, and timing the climatic eruption of this pandemic when it serves as a suitable distraction from and justification for the activities required by the pending global monetary reset.

Dr Boyle is a leading American expert in international law. He’s responsible for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, the American Implementing Legislation for the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention. And he is the author of a lot of books, but the one we are interested in today is Biowarfare and Terrorism .

David: What about those bioweapons labs that are in these African countries, because you know very well what’s going on with the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act that you drafted there. Why are they putting these labs in those countries?

Dr. Boyle: Its very simple they try to circumvent the Biological Weapons Convention and my Biological Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 that provides for Life in Prison.

We have a BSL 4 Lab in Guinea. We have one at the capital there, one in Monrovia, Liberia. And, another one at Kenema in Sierra Leone. And they all do this dual use, offensive/defensive, biological warfare work. Guinea has never been a party to thr Biological Weapons Convention, Liberia has never been a party. Sierra Leone is a party but given the disturbances over, I’m sure no one has been paying attention to what’s been going on with these labs. However, I will point out: I drafted my Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act to what’s been going on in these labs to make it extraterritorial by name, (in heverba?), so that these illegal criminal-types of biowarfare work done in these labs by U.S. citizens can be prosecuted.

David: Interesting. Now, as you pointed out, the CDC is there. Tulane University, anybody that knows about the notorious Tuskegee test that ran for decades on black people with syphilis – not telling them or not giving them treatment & just watching this develop for decades—Tulane University is there, as well as the CDC. So, what is your take on this? Do you think this is something that was, perhaps, accidentally leaked out, is this deliberate? Because, its interesting that this is a different strain. And it is thousands of miles away from where these are typically happening in Central Africa. This is now over in Western Africa. They want to say that it transmitted by passing through animals. I mean, why didn’t we have any outbreaks in between those two different areas?

Dr. Boyle: That’s right. The standard explanation is completely nonsensical. I have here in front of me the Biological Defense Research Program of 1988, Appendix 3-4, clearly says that the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has been doing Biological Warfare work in Sierra Leone since 1988. And also, Colombia University was doing Biological Warfare in Liberia, and I said Liberia has never been a party to the BWC (Biological Weapons Convention).

Of course, this bat theory makes no sense at all. Its clear, in my opinion, the agent we’re dealing with, here, of Ebola is 70% fatality, whereas all previous Ebola outbreaks have been 50%. And, also it appears that it has, perhaps somehow, been genetically modified to make it airborne to some extent.

I recently sent to your assistant, there, a press release from the National Institute of Health (NIH) mated live Ebola with the virus for the common cold. And it very well might have been this type of vaccine that they were testing out over there at these BSL 4 facility. We know that the Sierra Leone government shut down Kenema & accusing them of starting the pandemic with shots under the supervision of Tulane University. And we know for a fact that Tulane has been involved in biowarfare work for quite some time. We also know that Fort Detrick is over there, the Center for Disease Control is over there. These three labs were set up by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which is a front organization for the CIA. So I think its pretty clear these three labs, I suspect, were the origins of this pandemic, which is now come here to the United States.

The CDC just said 21-day quarantine, but the WHO recommends 42-day quarantine. Even the 42-day quarantine only get 98% of the people. So, my guess is, we really should be talking about 50-days or more quarantine. The question then is: Why did they allow the 4,000 people on that cruise ship off? And according to yesterday’s New York Times, there’s no monitoring on any of them.

Every other contact, going back to Mr Duncan, is somehow being traced, contacted, quarantined, or whatever… but the 4,000 people on that ship—No! And they could have easily just quarantined everyone on the ship right there. So, I don’t know exactly what to say about this, but it doesn’t look good.

David: But we saw that in Nigeria. They’ve gone now the 42-days & they haven’t had another outbreak there, but they went through contact tracing… they had 900 people that there were looking at based on one person who flew into their country on an airplane, was very sick. Twenty(20) people caught it eight(8) died, and they had 900 people that they were looking at. We haven’t seen anything like that.

As you pointed out, we have a situation where you’ve got this new strain of Ebola that they’ve never seen before that travels from an area where they’ve typically had it – in Central Africa – one thousand to 2 thousand miles, and they want to tell that it got there by bats. I mean, that’s just not very credible is it?

Dr Boyle: Well, even the New York Times reported that in 1976, when Ebola was first discovered, the World Health Organization ordered it to be sent Porton Down in the U.K., that’s their equivalent of Fort Detrick. So, you can figure out what happened with it from there. And Sierra Leonne is a former colony of Britain. Liberia has always functioned as a de facto colony of America. And now we see U.S. troops in Liberia, British troops in Sierra Leone & France, the former colonial power in Guinea, sending troops in there…

David: You’re talking about them finding it, isolating it, and then immediately it back to their equivalent of Fort Detrick in the U.K. Its very much like the movie “Aliens”, that one guy finds that alien & he says, “Don’t kill it! I got to get it back to the Military-Industrial-Complex. That’s what they do.

There was an article that came out today. I think its very interesting, as we look at this, they were talking about it being a new strain when it was first identified, first broke out in April, and if you look at all the previous outbreaks, there’s about 2500 people—its 2478 as I totaled it up… Already, in this one we’ve had about 9700 people. So, its about 4 times all the previous outbreaks combined.

This is a new strain, it looks like its a weaponized strain. You’re talking about them bringing back something back & working on it. We just have a report that came out last Friday, basically, kind of buried on the Friday news cycle. And we haven’t seen very much reporting about this. The White House said they were going to cut funding for risky biological studies.

Now, this is them saying they’re not going to do anymore weaponizing. What do you make of that?

Dr Boyle: Well, that’s the smoking gun – last Friday in the NYT, you see, they de facto admitted that this was exactly what they were doing in the three BSL-4 Labs in West Africa. And they’re basically, sort of retroactively, trying to cover their rear-ends there. But I think that statement that came out Friday is a pretty indication that they know that they know that those three labs, and other researchers, here, in America—like Tulane, CDC, National Institutes of Health (NIH), Galveston down there—University of Texas, have been up to their eyeballs in this... weaponization of Ebola. It does not to appear to be as contagious as the flu, but it looks like it could be as contagious as the common cold, which was what the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has been working on now for quite some time.

So it could be they shipped that agent over there, put it in some type of vaccine, and then tested it out on these people.

David: Yeah. And we should always remember that the influenza epidemic right at the end of World War I, it could 21 million people. That was soldiers returning, bringing back that epidemic to their country. Now, we’ve put 5000 soldiers into the heart of the heaviest outbreak of Ebola. We’re putting them at risk, not with much training, not with basically, any effective equipment to protect them. We’re putting them at risk. That, to me, is a huge deal.

Dr Boyle: We know for a fact that this Dr Mengele professor at the University of Wisconsin resurrected the Spanish Flu virus – brought it back to life – on behalf of the Pentagon. We know that for a fact.

We also know the same Dr Mengele at the University of Wisconsin, genetically engineered Ebola to make it more dangerous. And, we also know this same Dr Mengele at the University of Wisconsin does GMO flu work with H5N1 & some of the others.

David: And that’s exactly what they’re stopping. They’re only saying that they’re stopping NOT EBOLA RESEARCH, they are not mentioning that. They say, the moratorium is only research on the influenza virus, and the coronaviruses that SARS & MERS. It made no mention of Ebola or any related filovirus. “Ebola is already extremely lethal, but its not easily transmittable.”—that’s the New York Times on that.

Dr Boyle: In other words, they’ve admitted that they were doing it. And then second, the word ‘Ebola’ wasn’t in there. Because if they had put Ebola in there, on the list, everyone would have said, “Well, what were they really doing with Ebola?” Right?

And that’s why Ebola is not on the list. It should be on the list. But they’re not going to say that, because everyone would then ask the next question. Sure, it was censored out of there, but we know: they have done that type of Dr Mengele biowarfare work with Ebola, as well as those other agents, which they admitted they were doing as recently as last Friday (October 17, 2014).

David: Now, in this press release that you sent to us, you talked about it being GMO-ed into a Flu-Bola, and they do actually mention in the New York Times, what you just talked about—the H5N1, the avian influenza. They say that opponents to this type of research use this euphemism—“a gain of function”—that’s what they call it when they weaponize something like the H5N1, the avian bird flu.

Dr Boyle: This same Dr Mengele at U of Wisconsin, also is involved in so-called “gain of function”, which means “species jumping”. And indeed, he tested out this H5N1 on ferrets to see if they could jump from one to the other, because for these purposes of flu, ferrets are akin to human beings. So, its very clear with what he was doing there—yes.

David: So what do you make of this? I mean, its not just the BioWeapons Labs that are there, but we’ve also created AFRICOM just in 2007. Its something that the American government never had before—a tremendous number of military bases there. Of course, we know that Africa is very, very rich in mineral resources, even though the countries are poor.

We had the Bilderberg Group in 2013 in the U.K. We’re saying, the big item on their list was Africa. Is this some kind of neo-colonialism that they’re looking for in that area, as we see them moving in there with research, military bases, focusing now on Africa?

Dr Boyle: Yes, of course. The troops being sent over there have no training in medical treatment of anyone. The 101st Airborne is an elite invasion force & so is the case with the Marines. There are now 250 Marines over there. And they’ve already moved the headquarters of 101st Airborne over there. So I think what we are seeing is AFRICOM finally moving into Africa. As you know, their headquarters had only been in Germany, because they couldn’t find anywhere in Africa, although Liberia had offered to serve as their headquarters. So, I think this is being used as a pretext for AFRICOM to establish a base there in Liberia. We could see the whole 101st Airborne Division soon enough. I think that’s why they move the Division headquarters there to Liberia, right.

David: Why send in the 101st? They’re not known for being a medical relief, or a construction division, why would they move them in?

Dr Boyle: It’s the same thing with the Marines. You know, the 101st Airborne & the Marines as not trained to heal people. They are elite invaders. They go in, they invade land, kill anyone that gets in the way, then they hold that land. That’s what the Marines do. And then they continue marching out.

CDC Building 18, the Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratory, is the premier biocontainment facility of its kind in the world today. Located on CDC’s Roybal Campus in Atlanta, GA, this 440,000 sqft facility is the flagship facility for the HHS in their mission to protect all Americans from infectious disease.

Dear World Citizens:

I have read a number of articles from your Internet outreach as well as articles from other sources about the casualties in Liberia and other West African countries about the human devastation caused by the Ebola virus. About a week ago, I read an article published in the Internet news summary publication of the Friends of Liberia that said that there was an agreement that the initiation of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa was due to the contact of a two-year old child with bats that had flown in from the Congo. That report made me disconcerted with the reporting about Ebola, and it stimulated a response to the “Friends of Liberia,” saying that African people are not ignorant and gullible, as is being implicated. A response from Dr. Verlon Stone said that the article was not theirs, and that “Friends of Liberia” was simply providing a service. He then asked if he could publish my letter in their Internet forum. I gave my permission, but I have not seen it published. Because of the widespread loss of life, fear, physiological trauma, and despair among Liberians and other West African citizens, it is incumbent that I make a contribution to the resolution of this devastating situation, which may continue to recur, if it is not properly and adequately confronted. I will address the situation in five (5) points:

1. EBOLA IS A GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISM (GMO)

Horowitz (1998) was deliberate and unambiguous when he explained the threat of new diseases in his text, Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola - Nature, Accident or Intentional. In his interview with Dr. Robert Strecker in Chapter 7, the discussion, in the early 1970s, made it obvious that the war was between countries that hosted the KGB and the CIA, and the ‘manufacture’ of ‘AIDS-Like Viruses’ was clearly directed at the other. In passing during the Interview, mention was made of Fort Detrick, “the Ebola Building,” and ‘a lot of problems with strange illnesses’ in “Frederick [Maryland].” By Chapter 12 in his text, he had confirmed the existence of an American Military-Medical-Industry that conducts biological weapons tests under the guise of administering vaccinations to control diseases and improve the health of “black Africans overseas.” The book is an excellent text, and all leaders plus anyone who has interest in science, health, people, and intrigue should study it. I am amazed that African leaders are making no acknowledgements or reference to these documents.

2. EBOLA HAS A TERRIBLE HISTORY, AND TESTING HAS BEEN SECRETLY TAKING PLACE IN AFRICA

I am now reading The Hot Zone, a novel, by Richard Preston (copyrighted 1989 and 1994); it is heart-rending. The prolific and prominent writer, Steven King, is quoted as saying that the book is “One of the most horrifying things I have ever read. What a remarkable piece of work.” As a New York Times bestseller, The Hot Zone is presented as “A terrifying true story.” Terrifying, yes, because the pathological description of what was found in animals killed by the Ebola virus is what the virus has been doing to citizens of Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia in its most recent outbreak: Ebola virus destroys peoples’ internal organs and the body deteriorates rapidly after death. It softens and the tissues turn into jelly, even if it is refrigerated to keep it cold. Spontaneous liquefaction is what happens to the body of people killed by the Ebola virus! The author noted in Point 1, Dr. Horowitz, chides The Hot Zone for writing to be politically correct; I understand because his book makes every effort to be very factual. The 1976 Ebola incident in Zaire, during President Mobutu Sese Seko, was the introduction of the GMO Ebola to Africa.

3. SITES AROUND AFRICA, AND IN WEST AFRICA, HAVE OVER THE YEARS BEEN SET UP FOR TESTING EMERGING DISEASES, ESPECIALLY EBOLA

The World Health Organization (WHO) and several other UN Agencies have been implicated in selecting and enticing African countries to participate in the testing events, promoting vaccinations, but pursuing various testing regiments. The August 2, 2014 article, West Africa: What are US Biological Warfare Researchers Doing in the Ebola Zone? by Jon Rappoport of Global Research pinpoints the problem that is facing African governments.

Obvious in this and other reports are, among others:

(a) The US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), a well-known centre for bio-war research, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland;

(b) Tulane University, in New Orleans, USA, winner of research grants, including a grant of more than $7 million the National Institute of Health (NIH) to fund research with the Lassa viral hemorrhagic fever;

(c) the US Center for Disease Control (CDC);

(d) Doctors Without Borders (also known by its French name, Medicins Sans Frontiers);

(e) Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company;

(f) The UK’s GlaxoSmithKline; and

(g) the Kenema Government Hospital in Kenema, Sierra Leone.

Reports narrate stories of the US Department of Defense (DoD) funding Ebola trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the deadly Ebola virus. Hence, the DoD is listed as a collaborator in a “First in Human” Ebola clinical trial (NCT02041715, which started in January 2014 shortly before an Ebola epidemic was declared in West Africa in March. Disturbingly, many reports also conclude that the US government has a viral fever bioterrorism research laboratory in Kenema, a town at the epicentre of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The only relevant positive and ethical olive-branch seen in all of my reading is that Theguardian.com reported, “The US government funding of Ebola trials on healthy humans comes amid warnings by top scientists in Harvard and Yale that such virus experiments risk triggering a worldwide pandemic.” That threat still persists.

4. THE NEED FOR LEGAL ACTION TO OBTAIN REDRESS FOR DAMAGES INCURRED DUE TO THE PERPETUATION OF INJUSTICE IN THE DEATH, INJURY AND TRAUMA IMPOSED ON LIBERIANS AND OTHER AFRICANS BY THE EBOLA AND OTHER DISEASE AGENTS.

The U. S., Canada, France, and the U. K. are all implicated in the detestable and devilish deeds that these Ebola tests are. There is the need to pursue criminal and civil redress for damages, and African countries and people should secure legal representation to seek damages from these countries, some corporations, and the United Nations. Evidence seems abundant against Tulane University, and suits should start there. 5. AFRICAN LEADERS AND AFRICAN COUNTRIES NEED TO TAKE THE LEAD IN DEFENDING BABIES, CHILDREN, AFRICAN WOMEN, AFRICAN MEN, AND THE ELDERLY. THESE CITIZENS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE USED AS GUINEA PIGS!

Africa must not relegate the Continent to become the locality for disposal and the deposition of hazardous chemicals, dangerous drugs, and chemical or biological agents of emerging diseases. There is urgent need for affirmative action in protecting the less affluent of poorer countries, especially African citizens, whose countries are not as scientifically and industrially endowed as the United States and most Western countries, sources of most viral or bacterial GMOs that are strategically designed as biological weapons. It is most disturbing that the U. S. Government has been operating a viral hemorrhagic fever bioterrorism research laboratory in Sierra Leone. Are there others? Wherever they exist, it is time to terminate them. If any other sites exist, it is advisable to follow the delayed but essential step: Sierra Leone closed the US bioweapons lab and stopped Tulane University for further testing.

The world must be alarmed. All Africans, Americans, Europeans, Middle Easterners, Asians, and people from every conclave on Earth should be astonished. African people, notably citizens more particularly of Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone are victimized and are dying every day. Listen to the people who distrust the hospitals, who cannot shake hands, hug their relatives and friends. Innocent people are dying, and they need our help. The countries are poor and cannot afford the whole lot of personal protection equipment (PPE) that the situation requires. The threat is real, and it is larger than a few African countries. The challenge is global, and we request assistance from everywhere, including China, Japan, Australia, India, Germany, Italy, and even kind-hearted people in the U.S., France, the U.K., Russia, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and anywhere else whose desire is to help. The situation is bleaker than we on the outside can imagine, and we must provide assistance however we can. To ensure a future that has less of this kind of drama, it is important that we now demand that our leaders and governments be honest, transparent, fair, and productively engaged. They must answer to the people. Please stand up to stop Ebola testing and the spread of this dastardly disease.

SUPERVIRUSES, CONTAMINATED VACCINES
AND THE CURRENT AND COMING PLAGUES

This article is based upon mostly historical or scientific facts which are all well documented. Government documents including Litton contracts for development of AIDS and Ebola-like viruses are reprinted in my book Emerging Viruses, AIDS and Ebola.

PLAGUES AND PESTILENCE The latest cancer epidemic rates predict that one out of every two people in North America will likely have cancer sometime over the next 25 years. We are in the period of the Great Tribulation as predicted in the book of Revelation, the Hopi prophecies of the American Indians, Edgar Cayce and Nostradamus. The book of Revelation says that approximately one third of the earth's population will be wiped out during the Great Tribulation by famine, beasts, pestilence and plagues. We have entered very clearly into the times of the great plagues.

VACCINES RELATED TO AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE Could vaccines be related to the current and coming plagues and epidemics, the autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, attention deficit disorder, hyperactivity, Gulf War syndrome, AIDS, Guillain-Barre, Lou Gehrig's syndrome (ALS), lupus, asthma, hay fever, allergies, meningitis, adult onset diabetes, chronic crippling rheumatoid arthritis, some of the bizarre cancers with no family history and other modern maladies? Indeed they are. Vaccine links to cancer are increasing prostate, lymphoma and breast cancer. These are the viruses they were using in their labs in the NCI.

DISCOVERING A GOVERNMENT COVERUP In 1990, I was chief professional advisor for a dental and medical supply company that was losing millions of dollars in the case of the Florida dentist who infected his patients with the AIDS virus. In the process of investigating the case, I discovered that the Center for Disease Control (CDC) had literally covered up almost all of the incriminating evidence against this dentist. It took me three years to figure out why. In my book Deadly Innocence, I concluded that this dentist had intentionally infected people with AIDS to express a vendetta he held against the government of the U.S., the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO). He believed that they had created the AIDS virus in a lab and had intentionally infected the gay population of New York City with AIDS viruses during a 1978 experimental hepatitis B vaccine program. He contracted it himself from a colleague who had participated in the vaccine program in New York. He believed that this genocide was sill happening in the WHO's ongoing vaccine programs for blacks in central Africa. It was hard for me to believe all this, but he had left behind a document, a 1970 Department of Defence appropriations request for $10 million for a five year study to develop an immune system ravaging microorganism for germ warfare. This project was authorized by the most esteemed of all scientific agencies in America, the National Academy of Sciences and the National Research Council. In essence I followed a paper trail in the scientific literature and government documents, and I followed the money; scientists publish their research, and when they publish, they acknowledge the funding sources. My three year investigation is summarized in my book Emerging Viruses, AIDS and Ebola which documents the experimental research into the viruses which led to AIDS and the contaminated vaccines, as well as the financial grants which funded the research. The money went to Litton Bionetics research labs.

CREATION OF NEW VIRUSES TO SUPPRESS THE HUMAN IMMUNE SYSTEM Litton Industries right outside Toronto, makers of nuclear weapons and space aerotechnology, have a medical subsidiary called Litton Bionetics. Since 1972, all biological weapons research and development in the U.S. has proceeded under the guise of cancer research. Litton Bionetics ran the entire National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Fort Detrick, Maryland, cancer research facilities which is America's premier biological weapons testing center. Litton administered all the money going through the Fort Detrick facilities, administered all the programs and supplied all the viruses and all the monkeys. In addition, they held the contract to literally create numerous AIDS-like and Ebola-like viruses in a secret virus cancer program for which they got two million dollars a year over five years from 1962-1976. The director was Dr. Robert Gallo who was credited with the discovery of the AIDS virus in 1984. They took monkey viruses which were known to cause cancer in most animals, and began to recombine these with almost every cancer virus known. They started with Simian Virus 40 (SV40) which was known in 1961 to cause cancer in virtually every animal it was injected into.

HOW THE MONKEYS BECAME CONTAMINATED WITH VIRUSES THAT COULD INFECT HUMANS Litton Bionetics supplied the monkeys to America's leading biological weapons developers as well as the world's leading vaccine developers and cancer researchers throughout the world. These chimpanzees and monkeys were previously involved in the viral research under Dr. Robert Gallo's supervision in which they took SV40, and human lymphoma viruses that they knew caused cancer of the human lymph nodes and other viruses which were known to cause cancer. These viruses were recombined and mutated and hybridized with a host of animal cancer viruses. Their favourite viruses to work with were the cat leukemia virus RNA which causes a whole list of symptoms similar to AIDS symptoms. Their second favourite virus was chicken leukemia sarcoma virus RNA which causes wasting and immunosuppression and death. These viruses were grown in monkeys which they later used to make the vaccines including the hepatitis B vaccine! At this point they still had trouble infecting humans. To get the virus to jump species into humans, another mutation was required, so they cultured it in human white blood cells in some studies and human fetal tissue cell cultures in other studies so it would adapt. It developed what is called the attachment apparatus that allowed unique GP120-like proteins to develop on the outside membrane of these unique man-constructed viruses. These GP120-like proteins allowed these new viruses to attach to the human cells, to be carried across the membranes and enter the gene of the human cells and do virtually everything the AIDS virus does today. The attachment apparatus in the AIDS virus is called GP120 protein. This is all documented in the scientific literature. 99% of the scientists who did this research are humanitarians; they were cancer researchers. It is only the very top people who knew what was going on, people like Dr. Gallo and Peter Duesberg, the chicken-leukemia sarcoma virus expert.

CONTAMINATED MONKEYS WERE USED IN VACCINE RESEARCH Going back to 1965, in New York City, Saul Krugman at New York University Medical Center was studying the hepatitis B virus, known to be a strong cofactor for cancer. He began to inoculate hundreds of mentally retarded children at Willowbrook with these cancer viruses for the purpose of testing these viruses on human beings and developing hepatitis B vaccines. Of course many of the children died, but they studied various vaccines until 1970. When they were close to developing a vaccine to prevent hepatitis, Krugman give the project over to Dr. Maurice Hilleman. Dr. Hilleman was Merck, Sharpe and Dohme's top vaccine developer at the time, and directed the principle research laboratory for vaccines in New York City. At this point, Litton sent Hilleman rhesus monkeys, chimpanzees and other monkeys contaminated with cancer viruses from Litton monkey colonies in Africa for use in making these vaccines, specifically the 1974 experimental hepatitis B vaccine. According to Hilleman, 70% of their caged laboratory animals were hideously contaminated with a whole assortment of cancer viruses and herpes-type viruses scientifically linked today to immune dysfunction, neurological problems and cancers. The caged monkeys had been infected with 40 different viruses while sitting in a confined space in group holding cells en route to the U.S. At this point the African greens were imported from Africa via another route to avoid this problem, but they were already contaminated with AIDS viruses and other viruses. Hilleman grew the hepatitis B viruses in these contaminated chimpanzees and extracted the live viruses out of these animals. They prepared the vaccine in 1972-73 and administered 200,000 doses in 1974. So along with the hepatitis B viruses came all the herpes type viruses like cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr, herpes B and all of a sudden you begin to hear about herpes in the late 1970's and chronic fatigue immune dysfunction which made its appearance in 1978.

HILLEMAN'S TAPED INTERVIEW In a 1986 interview with WGBH in Boston (*this original interview is included on Dr. Horowitz's Vaccination tape) Dr. Hilleman admitted, "I brought the AIDS virus into North America in contaminated African greens although I didn't know it at the time." He further stated that the vaccines that Merck was producing at that time were hideously contaminated and unfortunately still are today. He said the yellow fever vaccine produced in these animals was full of leukemia viruses, and the Sabin's oral polio vaccine was hideously contaminated with Simian Virus 40 (SV40) and other cancer viruses. This SV40 virus today still contaminates the oral polio vaccines that we are giving our children with as many as 100 Simian monkey cancer virus contaminants per dose. The vaccines are still being made in contaminated monkey kidney tissue as they were in the late 50's and early 60's. This is sanctioned by the FDA who must turn a blind eye because of proprietary laws and non-disclosure agreements placed upon them by the Rockefeller-led pharmaceutical industry. Hilleman said on this tape that they had just inoculated the contaminated polio vaccine containing the cancer viruses into well over 100 million people around the world, mostly in Russia. Hilleman himself admitted in this interview with WGBH that these vaccines produced in contaminated chimpanzees, rhesus monkeys and other monkeys, have brought on these current and coming plagues. And Maurice Hilleman developed the vaccines that most plausibly delivered AIDS to the world.

SUMMARY OF THE VACCINE PROGRAM WHICH INITIATED AIDS Hilleman (who was recently awarded the Sabin Gold Medal of Honour award for service to American medicine in military by President Clinton) created 200,000 doses of the 1974 experimental hepatitis B vaccine. First he extracted the viruses out of the live animals with all the contaminants, and injected them into the children at Willowbrook, the gay men in New York City and blacks in central Africa. Many of those people died, but the ones who lived were used to create the vaccine. They took the blood from these people, separated the whole cells from the serum, then created the vaccine from the serum, and that is what they used to make the 200,000 doses of the 1974 experimental hepatitis B vaccine that once again they inoculated into the gay men of New York and blacks in central Africa. Ten years previously, these human beings who were given the vaccine had been given the polio vaccines, the hideously contaminated Salk and Sabin polio vaccines which were cultured in monkey kidney tissues contaminated with the monkey viruses. So these human subjects from which they made the vaccine had been human incubation chambers for monkey viruses for about a decade previously. So it truly was an accident waiting to happen.

WE NEED A FORMAL INVESTIGATION Bernice Eddy, who was a wonderful human being, was in charge of testing these vaccines for contamination way back in the late 50's and early 60's. She tried the Sabin vaccine on a dozen monkeys, first the Salk and then the Sabin, and discovered that all dozen monkeys keeled over dead or were paralyzed. She took pictures of the 12 dead and paralyzed monkeys and showed them to the director of the National Institute of Health who confiscated the photos and then demoted and defunded her. It took her until 1972 to get before Congress where she stated: "If you continue to allow these contaminated vaccines to go out, I guarantee you, over the next 20 years, you will have epidemics of cancer unlike the world has ever seen", and they didn't listen to her. Today we have those epidemics. We need to bring Hilleman (now dead) before Congress to be questioned about the information in this tape and have a formal investigation about these contaminated vaccines.

FOREIGN RNA AND DNA IN VACCINES How do the vaccines produce this type of injury? When you get vaccinated, you get a variety of bacterial, viral and other contaminants such as the simian monkey viruses in the polio vaccines, as well as proteins pumped into your blood stream. The foreign RNA and foreign DNA in the vaccines are not the contaminant, but the primary ingredient. When these substances enter your body, they glob on to your human tissues; for instance, some of them might attach to the myelin sheaths surrounding the nerve fibres. Now you have what is called an antigenic complex which is a complex of a foreign viral particle, a bacterial particle, or a foreign DNA in your own host cell protein which represents an entire antigenic complex which the body now recognizes as foreign, and so it now mounts an immune response against the entire complex. This is called an autoimmune response - your body starts attacking itself. Some of the antibodies that your body creates, some of your white blood cells, macrophages and lymphocytes attack your own host cell proteins. This foreign RNA and DNA are mutant recombinant fragments of RNA and DNA, and they also get into your cells, and combine with your genes and cause genetic mutations within your own cells, creating mutant hybrid cells, giving rise to precancerous cells and precancerous diseases. They don't even tell you where the foreign RNA and DNA comes from. Why? Because they may not even know. And that's modern science! In the Bible it says "Don't create hybrid seeds of any kind."

UNDISCLOSED VACCINE INGREDIENTS They tell you some of the complications associated with these vaccines, but they really don't tell you all of them, and they don't tell you many of the contaminants or the ingredients. The ingredients of the chicken pox vaccine produced by Merck are listed as "monosodium glutamate (MSG), formaldehyde (formalin), aluminum, mercury, herpes viruses (meaning it could have numerous ones like cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr, herpes B) and foreign RNA and DNA".

PERIOD OF IMMUNITY They tell us now that when we get vaccinated the immunity does not last. Every seven to ten years you have to get revaccinated with booster shots; whereas a natural exposure to the virus imparts life long immunity and 98% of people exposed in this way never develop any chronic long term illnesses. They recover.

RISKS AND LASTING EFFECTS OF HEPATITIS B Every time you get inoculated with a vaccine, the package tells you what the risks are. With hepatitis B for instance, 15% of people get a little redness and swelling at the site of the inoculation. 14% develop a little flu-like symptoms or fever. 12-13% develop worse flu-like symptoms, higher fever lasting maybe a week or two. Now we as parents start worrying, don't we? 9-10% develop even longer flu-like symptoms, higher fevers maybe 105 degrees. Now we really start to worry. 6-8% develop potentially long term chronic illness. 3 to 4% even worse illnesses, and finally the last 1% develop serious injuries. These serious injuries are death, brain damage or chronic crippling rheumatoid arthritis. You don't read a word about this in the media. My sister-in-law, a brilliant microbiologist, after getting a hepatitis B vaccine, the next day got a high high fever, became extremely ill for two weeks, and then began to develop chronic crippling rheumatoid arthritis. Today she can barely hold her infant because her hands are so swollen. This is a woman who used to climb the Rockies every weekend with her husband. That vaccines are safe and effective is the greatest lie ever told. How effective are these vaccines when a lot of people still develop the illnesses against which they were vaccinated, like pertussis, whooping cough and measles?

GULF WAR SYNDROME Gulf War syndrome is associated with an experimental AIDS vaccine administered to unsuspecting troops. Pentagon officials have contacted me and told me they totally agree with my work, and that they are concerned about the intentional contamination of the vaccines given to the 700,000 Gulf War veterans. 200,000 of these veterans are suffering with Gulf War syndrome. More than 20,000 have already died of it. And they are now injecting a new anthrax vaccine into some million additional military personnel which definitely has not been tested long term and has major risks. And it requires periodic revaccinations.

POLIO VACCINE LINKED TO MENINGITIS How effective and how safe are these vaccines? In my home state of Massachusetts, the first year that they gave inoculations, there was a 642% increase in polio cases that year. Then after 1966, the polio cases disappeared and now we have meningitis. There is a lot of growing scientific evidence that suggests that the weakened oral polio virus used in Sabin's vaccines that we are getting today are causing neurological problems.

PERTUSSIN VACCINE This is a particularly risky vaccine. When a child gets the PPT vaccine, they may begin to have respiratory arrest, and at any time within weeks of getting the vaccine, they could have Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) as part of a whole spectrum of reactions including high fever and pains, swelling, diarrhea, projectile vomiting, sleepiness, sleeplessness, high pitched screaming, uncontrollable crying, seizures, convulsions, collapse, shock, breathing problems, brain damage and Sudden Infant Death (SIDS).

FLU VACCINES My mother died in 1993 of Guillain-Barre, scientifically shown to be linked to first the swine flu vaccines of 1975 and subsequently the other flu vaccines. Guillain-Barre is a progressive autoimmune system related disorder which like all the other autoimmune related disorders are principally initiated by vaccines.

WHEN THEY ASK YOU IF YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN ARE VACCINATED If you are ever asked if your children are vaccinated you say "Yep, she's all set, thank you". If you can't bring yourself to lie, then you say, "For spiritual and religious reasons we refuse to have our children vaccinated. If you will check with your CDC officials, they will tell you it's not mandatory." End of story. CDC has stated that vaccines are not mandatory. It is your choice. Although school administrators tell you that you can't get into school without these vaccinations, the fact is they have exemption forms for spiritual or religious reasons. Dr. Zoltan Rona explained today that you can insist on having these, have it notarized and signed. No more threats. If you are a health care professional such as a hygienist, dentist, doctor, technician, police officer or fire official and are told you must get hepatitis B and other vaccines or you can't work there, you can say: "O.K., I will do it under one condition. You provide me with a bonded notarized affidavit that swears that you will assume all medical legal and financial risks in the event that I or my child is injured from the vaccine". They will never do that.

DR. LANCTOT'S CASE Dr. Guylaine Lanctot, the author of The Medical Mafia fought the Canadian government and the Canadian Medical Association who threatened to take away her medical licence because she refused to vaccinate her patients. She called Dr. W. John Martin who wrote the forward to my book to testify at her case and it was dismissed. Dr. Martin is one of the world's leading vaccine contamination analysts. He worked as the FDA's Bureau of Biologics director between 1976 and 1980 in charge of testing human vaccines for contamination. In the forward of my book he stated: "All of today's live viral vaccines are potentially contaminated. They may be bringing diseases and this is not necessary. They could have been cleaned up but they refused to clean them up." They will never ever want this truth to come out. Dr. Lanctot now travels around the world educating people about vaccines.

BACKGROUND POLITICS OF THE CONTAMINATED VACCINES

HENRY KISSINGER No epidemic in earth's history has ever evolved without major social and political upheaval, so you have to examine the decade prior to 1978 when the first AIDS cases emerged. Going back to 1968, Henry Kissinger was appointed National Security Advisor, which made him the most powerful man in American intelligence, overseeing the FBI, CIA and foreign policy. Almost immediately, Kissinger selected the option to develop immune system ravaging microorganisms for germ warfare as an alternative to nuclear weapons. You must create the organisms, and then test them where the hand of America will not show. Where is that? Central Africa, Zaire and Angola, the heart of the African AIDS belt and close to ground zero for the first Ebola virus outbreak. AIDS is a lousy biological weapon, but it is a fabulous population reducing agent. Ebola is an ideal weapon. It kills nine out of ten people within three weeks. It has proteolytic enzymes that turn your internal organs and blood vessels to mush. That is why it is far better than nuclear weapons. You still have all the infrastructure. Why destroy the property when you can own it? What is Kissinger's relationship to all this? You have to go back to 1955.

THE INTERNATIONAL BANKSTERS WHO RUN THE WORLD In 1955 Kissinger was made the nuclear weapons study group director for the Council of Foreign Relations by Nelson Rockefeller. This is not a government agency. It is approximately 3,000 of the wealthiest most powerful military medical industrialists who dictate policy for all of the heads of state who are all puppets. The international banksters run the world. They are the international bankers, international industrialists, and medical and military industrialists.

THE NEW WORLD ORDER That same year (1955), Kissinger finished his Ph.D. thesis at Harvard entitled The Meaning of History in which he describes the contemporary evolution of the New World Order. You can pull his thesis off the shelf in the stacks in the library at Harvard. The phrase, New World Order, was made famous by George Bush who frequently talked about it. You have to be blind if you don't see that this one world government agenda is rapidly unfolding. Also in 1955, Bertrand Russell, who is from an aristocratic English family with ties to high level British intelligence and the shadow governors (banksters), wrote in his book The Impact of Science on Society: "I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing. War has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective. There are three ways of securing a society whose population is stable: birth control, infanticide or really destructive wars which creates general misery except for the powerful minority. These considerations prove that a scientific world society cannot be stable unless there is a world government with a monopoly of armed force."

NAZI MASS DEPARTURE FROM GERMANY Just before the end of WWII, Kissinger was godfather to Project Paperclip which was the exfiltration of approximately 2,000 Nazis out of Germany before the war's end, along with all the vast fortunes. Most people think all the Nazis went to the Nuremburg trials. Not true. Most were fined about $5,000 and jailed for a few years, then released to join their colleagues in America working for the CIA and intelligence for American industry. We have declassified documents to prove that 2000 came to the U.S. and 11,000 went to France. Seven books have already been written about it. Among the Nazis who got out were some of the most hideous names in contemporary history. In 1938, the Dulles brothers, the law firm which represented John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil, engineered the partnership between John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil and I.G. Farben, Germany's leading industrial organization which held the patent on the gas that killed millions of people. I.G. Farben and the Third Reich were inseparable partners, and the Rockefellers were partners with I.G. Farben. The American Red Cross, largely controlled by Rockefeller, supplied the Nazis with false identification. Laurance Rockefeller created the New York City Blood Council which became the international "blood banksters". These are the people who allowed countless people around the world to get HIV contaminated blood. They knew for years it was contaminated with HIV but they let it be used anyway.

THE CANCER INDUSTRY AND THE SUPPRESSION OF ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE In the 1920's Rockefeller and Sloan created the cancer industry. Also in the 20's, they had another agenda, the monopolization of American medicine, and it was determined that holistic therapies and alternative medicine were quackery and fraud.

EUGENICS In the same decade, an interesting union was forming between the Rockefeller family, Prescott Bush (George Bush's father), William Draper III, the Royal family in England, and a few other financiers who inspired the eugenics agenda. Eugenics simply means the study of the genetic differences between the races. It led to the racial hygiene laws, and the study of the genetic predisposition for diseases among the races. The racial hygiene laws that you think Hitler came up with were in fact originated in 1928 by the Rockefellers, Prescott Bush and the Royal family and others, aiming for population reduction and supremacy of the master race.

NAZI MONEY BURIED IN NEW CORPORATIONS At the end of the war Hitler ordered Martin Bormann, financial director of the Third Reich, to bury the treasure not only for Germany's economic recovery, but for the rise of the Fourth Reich. So Bormann buried it into 750 corporations as determined by their partners I.G. Farben and the Rockefellers, to establish a monopoly over the world's pharmaceutical and chemical industries because this would be essential for the "New Ordnung" or "New Order". Among the 750 corporations that received the money, one of the principle recipients was Merck and Co., the people who produced along with Dr. Hilleman the vaccine that plausibly delivered AIDS to the world. Merck has remained a major biological weapons contractor for CIA's top secret project NKNaomi, and Kissinger has remained all these years a major consultant to Merck. Two of the most important financial contributors to world population reduction have been the Merck Fund and the Rockefeller Foundation.

Stages of the Biological Weapons-Making Process

In order to develop a biological weapon, a government needs three basic component units:

(1) A deleterious biological agent.
(2) A vaccine to inoculate its own troops and civilian population in order to protect them from “blowback” by the biological agent its “life-scientists” develop a novel offensive biological agent. Then, using precise same gene-splicing biotechnology, these “life-scientists” develop the vaccine. They cap their work by aerosolizing the biological agent and then testing it on living organisms in order to prove that it can be delivered to its intended target with the planned deleterious effects. Finally, these “life-scientists” then turn these three component units of their new and tested biological weapon over to their government for production, stockpiling, and ultimately for deployment and use. Notice that at this point, these “life-scientists” have progressed from what is only arguably exempted “research” into clearly prohibited “development” of “bios” in violation of Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) Article 1.

As a general proposition, one obvious tip-off that a government biowarfare contract is for illegal, prohibited, and offensive purposes is that it specifically requires the successful aerosolization of the biological agent that is the subject of the contract. This is critical to the success of the new biowarfare weapon because most anti-human biowarfare agents are delivered to their intended victims by air.

In the hands of an unscrupulous government, DNA genetic engineering can easily be manipulated and abused in order to circumvent, nullify and otherwise render obsolete the BWC under the guise of conducting exempted “research” that it unilaterally proclaimed to be “defensive.”

This is exactly what the Reaganite Neo-Cons proceeded to do. The Reganite Pentagon went out and proceeded to contract with researchers at reputable universities all over the United States in order to conduct such dual-use, simultaneously offensive-defensive DNA genetic engineering projects for every exotic disease that could possibly be obtained from nature under the Orwellian name of the “Biological Defense Research Program (BDRP).”

The Bush Jr. Neo-Cons are doing the exact same thing today under the rubric of the Pentagon’s so-called Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP), the direct successor to the BDRP.

EBOLA UPDATE:

The World Health Organization (WHO) says there has been a decline in the spread of Ebola in Liberia, the country hardest hit by the deadly virus.

The WHO’s Bruce Aylward said it the U.N. agency is finally confident health officials are gaining the upper hand against the outbreak, the BBC reported.

However, Aylward warned against any suggestion that the crisis was over. Liberia’s Red Cross said its teams collected 117 bodies last week, down from a high of 315 in September, according to the WHO. Treatment centers also have empty beds available for patients. “It appears that the trend is real in Liberia and there may indeed be a slowing,” said Aylward.

According to the latest WHO situation report, the death toll from the West African outbreak stands at 4,922. The WHO says a total of 13,703 confirmed, probable and suspected cases of Ebola virdus disease (EVD) have been reported in six countries: Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Sierra Leone, Spain, and the United States as of October 28. Meanwhile, the outbreak of EVD in Senegal was declared over on October 17 and in Nigeria two days later (October 19, 2014).

EVD transmission remains persistent and widespread in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, the WHO report said, adding: “All administrative districts in Liberia and Sierra Leone have now reported at least one confirmed or probable case of EVD since the outbreak began.” Cases of EVD transmission remain lowest in Guinea, but case numbers are still very high in absolute terms. Transmission remains intense in the capital cities of the three most affected countries. Cases and deaths continue to be under-reported in the outbreak.”

The Ebola virus outbreak's toll in West Africa has expanded at such a grand scale that the devastation has begun to vary from country to country. Liberia has experienced some reduction in the acceleration of cases, but Sierra Leone's condition worsens, just as health workers reportedly strike for unreceived pay.

Describing the situation on the ground as "catastrophic," Rony Zachariah of Doctors Without Borders warned this week that Sierra Leone's Ebola outbreak was particularly devastating, and government had, to some extent, contributed. Zachariah noted that the official numbers coming out of the nation were "under-reported"--something for which local media has been condemning the government for months--and that entire communities had been completely destroyed. "There are several villages and communities that have been basically wiped out," he explained. "In one of the villages I went to, there were 40 inhabitants and 39 died."

My own sense tells me that this was a man-made event. As Phil says, its but one of many man-made "designer" diseases. Red Cross was/is involved injecting Africans with a "designer" virus. From those that have a strong enough immune system to overcome it, blood is drawn & serum is derived to create vaccines for the monster that was man-created. The usual method is to use laboratory animals - monkeys, mice & guinea pigs, etc. In this case human beings are used in place of the laboratory animals. A percentage of the population of West Africa have been used as guinea pigs! Proof of this would, of course, be well hidden. That is imo.

And, it appears to me that large numbers of Sierra Leone Africans know about this... they've said that "'they' just want to steal people's blood!" There was an article I read whereby it said that the blood of surviving victims is sold in the black market. Africans are not as dumb as Westerners label them as. They know that the blood of surviving victims carries valuable antibodies. I will try to find that artcle...
