I have called on help from the Galactic Confederation to help me at least 5 times, when they sent ships, or beamed down. Others have seen this. I have a telepathic link with them. The ships land, and the beings have assisted me. However, I was cautioned not to call them in for casual contact, as other ET groups nearby can hear me, and may also come in and take me ( against my will for harmful purposes.) So, I only call them when I absolutely need them.

Other ET groups CAN come in where they are not welcome. Heed the warning form the higher ET groups...they know better than we. I am trying to prevent you from being a snack, as I have related the warning that was given to me. Please be careful.

I noticed that these people on the video saw the lights of the ships, but did not see the ETs themselves. There is a difference. That is not a CE-5 experience.

Other than that, there seems to be a lot of good information.
