There is a LOT going on above our heads... I am getting more and more info from sources and it is some crazy stuff.

A strange related side note: My wife and 2 year old son having some dinner a few evenings ago and a guy at another table with a military hair cut said he was Navy stationed here in Dallas as he was paying his tab with cash and asked if we were a Military Family.

He then asked me how I knew so much about Naval Air Craft, and smiled and walked out. My wife asked what was that about... I said I dunno and we finished up dinner. She said when I went to the rest room during dinner before he left he said hello and asked how old our son was and made small talk.

It was weird because we weren't talking about any of that stuff as my wife's conversations are more down to earth so to speak.

So anyway, back to the latest related story;
Two Indian women were sent to the hospital yesterday after a mysterious flaming object came careening out of the sky and into their yard. Experts say it’s not a meteor.

The injured women, only identified as Saroj, 32, and Arti, 21, were busying themselves with some daily chores when the fireball soared into the ground, split apart, bouncing into the women and causing minor injuries.

Russia, Tasmania, now India.. oh and Cuba too. Blowing up buildings, starting fires and injuring people. Skies are a dangerous place right now. It's shaping up to be 2013's 'thing'. -Mort

strange how things line up..me and wife were talking to some old timers..sitting around at a feed store saturday when for some reason they brought up a large chunk of granite type rock had appeared over night in a farmers fields in the early 1900s..they claimed it was still there and was bigger than the farm house...once spring gets settled in we plan to go look and maybe do some diggn at the local lib...it does seem to be a trend almost..things fallen out of the sky anyways...thanks goodeTXsg.

It didn't match the info I received but the way things have gone lately it seems that NO ONE knows what is going on... and people in INTEL do not like that feeling and have been getting creative. In my previous update where I announced my new Gaiam TV show, I also had a whole section on the mysterious Russian "meteorite" explosion. Let's review:


On Friday, February 15th, a huge, metallic object -- estimated as weighing 10 metric tons -- exploded over Russia with the force of a few kilotons.

The night sky became as bright as day. Sonic booms blasted car alarms into life. Fireballs rained down, and up to 1,200 people were injured.

The trail was 125 miles long. 20,000 emergency workers were rushed to the site. It was the largest "meteor" in a century.




I strongly wondered, at the time, what this was. Insider chatter has now revealed a sad but interesting answer.

Apparently, eight different events like this happened at the same time, around the world, that same day. This was only the brightest and loudest one.

It is believed that all eight events were UFO crashes -- not meteorites. Five of the crash sites were located by rapid-response crash teams from Majestic.

In each of the five sites, they found dead bodies of small humanoids, ranging from 10 to 12 inches in height -- and wreckage from their craft.

This was just two weeks after I wrote about these same people on my website -- using images from Kaleka and Greer's upcoming film, SIRIUS.

I also demonstrated their appearance in Russia and at Easter Island as revered, nonviolent teachers -- and givers of wisdom and technology.


TWO DIFFERENT OPINIONS

One insider heard this same story from fully four completely independent sources. The stories were very similar in every case. No one survived these crashes, but the bodies were still identifiable.

This particular insider did not have any information suggesting this was a deliberate shoot-down. He felt they may have been "coming in hot" and misjudged our atmosphere.

However, another insider with even higher connections informed me that this was almost certainly a coordinated shoot-down effort -- from our classified planetary defense grid.

Apparently there are tiny drones in our upper atmosphere that use advanced technology to track all objects in our airspace -- and will immediately zoom in on and destroy anything unfamiliar.

These ETs may have intended to make a grand entrance, just 14 days after their story went public. Instead they were blown out of the sky -- and murdered.

I was saddened to hear this story from such well-positioned and reliable insiders. This event could have been the mass sighting we were waiting for -- but obviously it did not end well for them.

However, the intel on this was so good that I do believe we will see a lot more where this came from -- and hopefully without such a violent ending.

Two days after my "lightning storm of Disclosure" dream, we had another strange "meteorite" explosion -- this time over Argentina.





Bear in mind that the insider testimonies have told us these particular ETs are coming here in tiny, egg-shaped craft -- similar to the size estimate for this "meteorite."

A brilliant meteor explosion briefly turned the night sky bright as day in Santiago del Estero, Argentina on Sunday, April 21 -- and the event was captured on video by nearby concertgoers and traffic and security cameras.

Jorge Coghlan, director of the Santa Fe Astronomical Observatory, said in a radio interview that the fireball was caused by a space rock measuring 40 to 45 centimeters (about 1.5 feet) that entered the atmosphere at more than 130,000 kilometers (81,000 miles) per hour, according to a translation by The Huffington Post.

Coghlan urged skepticism regarding YouTube videos that purportedly caught the meteor explosion, adding that the videos taken by security cameras and by attendees at a neighboring concert given by Argentine folk band Los Tekis were reliable.

After the meteor exploded, a "halo" appeared in the sky over Santiago del Estero just before sunrise. According to Nuevo Diario, a Santiago del Estero newspaper, Coghlan said the halo and the meteor explosion were unrelated.


The "halo" may have been caused by debris from the craft after its explosion. It may very well be that the push for Disclosure is coming from both sides, as it were -- and the stakes are equally deadly on either side.

There are many other events all breaking through at once -- and the articles I've listed bring us right up to the present.

I am doing my part to respond to the dream I just had.

It appears that once this cluster of events starts happening, things will be disruptive.

Since this is a prophetic dream, intended for all of us, it seems to be saying that now is the time to spread the word -- and get the truth out.

How do you like this for "simi disclosure" of what is floating around in space... cold war era weapons are STILL up there. After some treaties and current space patrols (AKA Secret Space Program/International Space Fleet etc...) owners can keep their weapons platforms active until (End of service) their orbit decays or they malfunction. Under treaties there is NO orbital maintenance allowed to the NWO/FAKE Cold War era "Star Wars" weapons that point at the earth and the moon. Yes they still use them even in very recent times, I guess that is part of this rumored treaty as well.

On the evening of Wednesday, March 23, 1983, Ronald Reagan delivered a televised address about defense and national security. “Let me share with you a vision of the future,” the president began in what was a last-minute addition to the half-hour speech. In Reagan’s vision, we would “embark on a program to counter the awesome Soviet missile threat with measures that are defensive.” It was the first mention of Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), the plan to change America’s nuclear posture from offensive to defensive. His goal was to render the Soviet nuclear weapons “impotent and obsolete.”

Reagan’s admirers praised SDI while his critics scoffed, calling it a fantasy and assigning it the enduring nickname “Star Wars.” The Soviet Union found itself in the rare position of joining Reagan’s admirers—they had to take SDI more seriously. Soviet leaders feared it was an American plot to disarm their nation or surreptitiously put a battle station in orbit. Reagan's plan naturally compelled them to act.

The Soviet response was a hushed effort that came with the potential to roar. Leadership fast-tracked a space weapons system they hoped would disable US anti-missile satellites. The gist of this plan? The Soviets would use their own space program to launch weapons into orbit: nuclear missiles and lasers.

This push culminated in the Polyus-Skif mission launched on May 15, 1987. History (and, eventually, maybe a season of The Americans) shows that the initiative failed to reach orbit. But had Polyus-Skif succeeded, space would be a very different place—and the Cold War may have played out differently.

Space: A historically peaceful arena

Weapons have largely been kept out of space, but that’s not for a lack of consideration. As early as 1949, a study led by James Lipp, the head of RAND’s missile division, examined the potential of satellites to serve as exo-atmospheric bombing platforms. In light of the technology available at the time, Lipp determined that dropping bombs from an orbiting satellite or station was an impractical offensive measure. He put satellites into a different class than weapons. While satellites may aid military activity, he concluded, they could not be weapons themselves.

While dated, Lipp’s opinion of satellites as inherently non-threatening was an attitude adopted by the Eisenhower administration as the space age began in earnest with Sputnik’s launch in 1957. Eisenhower recognized the political benefits of advocating for the peaceful use of space, so he created a civilian space agency—NASA—to firmly separate space exploration from any military activity. The Kennedy and Johnson administrations furthered Eisenhower’s approach. The Space Race developed as an extension of the Cold War. And while it became a battlefield with CIA spy satellites, space remained unweaponized.

The peaceful nature of space activities was solidified with the Outer Space Treaty of 1967. This document, signed by both the United States and the Soviet Union, banned the placement and installation of nuclear weapons in Earth's orbit and on the Moon. It also banned the use of space or any celestial body for military purposes. Both superpowers went on to sign the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty in 1972, which limited each nation to two anti-missile launch sites: one positioned to defend the capital city and one to defend a single base from which ICBMs were launched.

Weapons in orbit

There was a major oversight in both the 1967 Outer Space Treaty and the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty: neither prohibited the signatories from investigating and researching space-based defense systems. Naturally, both countries exploited this loophole.

In America, years of exploring possible anti-missile systems led Reagan to pursue SDI. In the Soviet Union, leaders ordered two separate studies that explored possible defenses against hypothetical American missiles. Two orbital battle station defense systems that could be disguised as Mir space station modules emerged from these studies: Skif and Kaskad.

The Energia organization, the body behind the Soyuz spacecraft, began studying both Skif and Kaskad in 1976. After abandoning the initial plan to use both stations to shoot down American intercontinental ballistic missiles mid-flight, Energia decided that both could be used to disable American anti-missile satellites instead. Kaskad would target high orbiting satellites with missiles while Skif would target low orbital satellites with lasers. No American satellites existed or were even in production. But for the Soviets, this was an irrelevant detail.

(Skif is also called Polyus-Skif—polyus being the Russian word for pole [as in the North Pole] and Skif referring to an ancient tribe of warriors in central Asia.)

By 1983, both the Polyus-Skif and Kaskad projects had been simmering in laboratories for years, undergoing preliminary tests at the Salyut bureau within Energia. But SDI was the catalyst both projects needed to get moving. If Reagan was proposing that America set up a battle station in space—which the Soviet leadership suspected might be the case—they wanted to be ready. The rubles started pouring in after Reagan’s speech, and work accelerated as concepts turned into hardware.

Skif-DM takes shape

But an influx of any currency could only do so much to make a new satellite flight ready. In the interest of launching a spacecraft sooner, Soviet leaders came up with an interim plan: adapt a small, one-megawatt carbon dioxide laser and turn it into a Polyus-Skif testbed. It was a piece of hardware that had already been tested as a weapon against missiles while mounted on an Il-76 transport aircraft. In August 1984, the interim spacecraft was approved and designated Skif-D, the "D" standing for the Russian word for "demonstration."

There was another problem. Even the smaller Skif-D was too big for the Soviet Proton launch vehicle. But as luck would have it, there was a bigger rocket already in the pipeline. The Energia rocket, named after its design bureau, was designed to carry the Buran space shuttle into orbit. It was an immensely powerful rocket, capable of carrying 95 tons into space. It could handle Skif-D without a problem.

As production progressed, Skif-D was cobbled together from existing hardware, including pieces of the Buran shuttle and parts cannibalized from the canceled Almaz military space station. The spacecraft that emerged was a monster: 131 feet long and slightly more than 13 feet in diameter. In total it weighed 210,000 pounds. Skif-D dwarfed NASA’s Skylab space station. Fortunately for its designers, it was long and thin enough to fit on the side of the Energia, running along its central fuel tank.

Skif-D had two major components: a “functional block” and a “purposeful module.” The functional block housed small rocket engines used to place the payload into its final orbit, as well as a power system made from solar panels borrowed from Almaz. The purposeful module carried carbon dioxide tanks and two turbo-generators. These were the systems that produced the laser's power—the turbo-generators pumped the stored carbon dioxide, exciting the atoms until they emitted light.

The challenge was that the turbo-generators were large moving parts, and the gas got so hot it had to be vented. These actions imparted enough motion to the spacecraft that it made the space-based laser incredibly imprecise. To counter these oscillations, Polyus engineers developed a system that sent the expelled gas through deflectors, and they added a turret to make fine adjustments to the laser’s aim.

Engineers finally realized that the whole Skif system was so immensely complicated that each component would have to be tested on a separate mission before a full station could be launched. This setback was overlooked, though, when a launch opportunity arose in 1985. The Buran shuttle was falling badly behind schedule and wouldn't be ready for the planned first launch of the Energia rocket, scheduled for late in 1986. Energia’s designers wanted to launch a dummy payload in Buran’s place so they could test their rocket, but Skif's designers stepped in to take over the launch. The first Energia would carry Polyus-Skif into orbit.

Having a launch opportunity so close on the horizon forced Polyus’ designers to come up with another interim mission. The decision was made to test the functional block's control system, the gas ejection vents, and the laser targeting system; the spacecraft would not fly with a functioning laser. This new spacecraft was christened Skif-DM—D for demonstration and M for “maket,” the Russian word for “dummy”—and scheduled to launch in the fall of 1986.

Meeting the deadline

By January 1986, the Politburo had designated Polyus-Skif as one of the Soviet space program's highest-priority satellites. At one point, more than 70 firms within the Soviet aerospace industry were working on the program. There were no excuses for workers running behind schedule, not even the fact that most involved were also fighting to keep the Buran program from falling further behind.

As the launch neared, Soviet engineers started figuring out the mission’s cover stories. Polyus’ designers knew that when such a huge craft appeared in orbit and started expelling large amounts of gas, it wouldn’t escape notice of the American intelligence analysts. They also knew that the gases expelled from the spacecraft would be a dead giveaway that the system was intended for a laser.

To cover the spacecraft’s true purpose, engineers switched the gas for Skif-DM’s vent test to a combination of xenon and krypton. These gases interact with ionospheric plasma around Earth. If anyone asked, the Soviets could say it was part of a civilian geophysical experiment. Another of Skif-DM’s tests, the laser targeting system tests, called for the satellite to release small inflatable balloon targets it could then track with its radar and pointing laser. The balloons could just as easily be targets in a test of the spacecraft’s automated rendezvous and docking system.

It’s inevitable that test programs experience launch delays, and Skif-DM was no exception. But the minor technical problems that dogged the program paled in comparison to the political ones. Mikhail Gorbachev, who was by then general secretary of the Communist Party, was advocating sweeping economic and bureaucratic reforms. One target was what he saw as “ruinous” levels of military spending, which included Soviet military space programs. Gorbachev acknowledged that the American SDI was dangerous, but he suggested it wasn’t a major threat. Nevertheless, when he and Reagan met at a US-Soviet summit in Reykjavik in October of 1986, talks leading to an arms reduction deal fell apart when the American president refused to abandon SDI.

With failed negotiations available to him, Gorbachev decided to use them as part of a new propaganda plan against the American SDI. Suddenly, the demonstration of gas venting and target sighting fit into this vision. An order came down from the top layers of government to change the mission. All “battle station” experiments were cancelled; the spacecraft could be launched into orbit, but the gas venting system could not be tested and the tracking targets could not be deployed. In January of 1987, with Skif-DM’s launch weeks away, a formal order came from Gorbachev's allies in the Politburo that turned the mission into a passive one.

Early in 1987, the Skif-DM satellite was mated to its Energia booster inside an assembly building at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Technicians painted the payload black to maximize solar heating in orbit and then added two names on the spacecraft: "Polyus," how the spacecraft would be introduced to the world after launch, and "Mir-2," the name of the proposed civilian space station that Energia's leadership hoped to build. Finally mated, the rocket was rolled out to the launch pad and hoisted to the vertical launch position.

It sat on the pad for more than three months; the launch was postponed to coincide with Gorbachev’s scheduled visit to the Cosmodrome. He arrived on May 12 for a tour of the Energia facilities and an up-close look at the Energia-Polyus. Throughout the visit, he made several remarks to suggest that his support for the program as a whole was waning. He questioned Buran’s (and, by extension the Energia rocket’s) necessity and voiced his opposition to the militarization of space. But he also gave Skif-DM his official green light for launch. When the Soviet news agency TASS issued a report on Gorbachev’s visit to the Cosmodrome, it mentioned that a new rocket was ready on the launch pad. It was the first the world heard of Energia.

Skif-Polyus takes flight

At 9:30 in the evening Moscow time on May 15, 1987, Energia's engines roared to life for the first time. The giant rocket lifted off the launch pad. It climbed into the sky, pitching 65-degrees on a trajectory that ensured if the worst happened—if the whole thing exploded and rained burning shrapnel from the sky—it wouldn’t fall on foreign territory and become an international incident. But fears of a launch failure were unrealized. Energia performed flawlessly, gaining speed as it rose and arced out toward the northern Pacific. Right on cue, Skif-DM separated from rocket; the spent rocket and the protective shroud over the spacecraft fell away.

Flying on its own, Polyus-Skif had to execute one key maneuver: it had to flip itself over before igniting its engines. Because the satellite was so rushed in its production, the functional block was a repurposed unit originally designed for the Proton rocket. It wasn’t built to sustain the vibrations of the Energia's much more powerful engines. The quick fix had been to mount the spacecraft with the control block at the top of the stack instead of at the bottom near the engines. The spacecraft needed to flip over, putting the control block's engines facing down toward Earth before firing its main engines to achieve orbit.

This one command failed. The rushed production behind the Skif–DM—all the compromises and shortcuts—had left an erroneous line of code in the computer. The spacecraft flipped itself over twice, then stopped with its nose pointing to the Earth. When the engines fired, Skif-DM headed straight back toward the Earth. It broke up and burned as it reentered the atmosphere.

In the West, the debut of the Energia rocket was reported as a partial success. And this is true. Although the satellite failed to achieve orbit, the rocket operated perfectly. It was a great coup for Energia, but it wasn’t enough to save the Polyus-Skif and Kaskad programs. Skif-DM’s failure, combined with the single mission’s incredible cost, gave the program's opponents the ammunition they needed to kill it. Further Skif flights were canceled. Hardware was scrapped. The laser never got close enough to launching for anyone to judge whether it would have worked against American satellites. None of the hundreds of engineers that had created Polyus and enabled Skif-DM were recognized for their efforts.
As for what happened to the scrapped parts of the cancelled Skif missions, there are rumors that the hardware was appropriated into the International Space Station. The first piece of the ISS launched was the Russian Zarya ("Dawn") module, also known as the Functional Cargo Block. It supplies electrical power and the ability to reboost the station, the same role the Skif's functional block was designed to serve. It’s possible Zarya began life as a spare built for the Polyus program or that it was built off old Polyus blueprints, either of which would explain the fact that Zarya was delivered on time and under budget.

Details about the Polyus launch and spacecraft remain elusive. Records are likely buried deep in inaccessible Russian archives, as are documents recording the Soviet leadership’s reaction to Reagan’s SDI speech. Official government reports about the American reaction to the Polyus-Skif launch are similarly buried. It’s a seldom discussed mission, but it’s clear that the merits and efficiency of space-based weapons were very nearly explored with functioning hardware. It’s troubling to think what would have happened had Polyus-Skif actually made it to orbit, how the Americans might have responded, and what kind of space arms race might have ensued.

Bright Explosion on the Moon

May 17, 2013: For the past 8 years, NASA astronomers have been monitoring the Moon for signs of explosions caused by meteoroids hitting the lunar surface. "Lunar meteor showers" have turned out to be more common than anyone expected, with hundreds of detectable impacts occurring every year. They've just seen the biggest explosion in the history of the program.

"On March 17, 2013, an object about the size of a small boulder hit the lunar surface in Mare Imbrium," says Bill Cooke of NASA's Meteoroid Environment Office. "It exploded in a flash nearly 10 times as bright as anything we've ever seen before."

Anyone looking at the Moon at the moment of impact could have seen the explosion--no telescope required. For about one second, the impact site was glowing like a 4th magnitude star.

Ron Suggs, an analyst at the Marshall Space Flight Center, was the first to notice the impact in a digital video recorded by one of the monitoring program's 14-inch telescopes. "It jumped right out at me, it was so bright," he recalls.
The 40 kg meteoroid measuring 0.3 to 0.4 meters wide hit the Moon traveling 56,000 mph. The resulting explosion1 packed as much punch as 5 tons of TNT.

Cooke believes the lunar impact might have been part of a much larger event.
"On the night of March 17, NASA and University of Western Ontario all-sky cameras picked up an unusual number of deep-penetrating meteors right here on Earth," he says. "These fireballs were traveling along nearly identical orbits between Earth and the asteroid belt."

This means Earth and the Moon were pelted by meteoroids at about the same time.
“My working hypothesis is that the two events are related, and that this constitutes a short duration cluster of material encountered by the Earth-Moon system," says Cooke.
One of the goals of the lunar monitoring program is to identify new streams of space debris that pose a potential threat to the Earth-Moon system. The March 17th event seems to be a good candidate.

Controllers of NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter have been notified of the strike. The crater could be as wide as 20 meters, which would make it an easy target for LRO the next time the spacecraft passes over the impact site. Comparing the size of the crater to the brightness of the flash would give researchers a valuable "ground truth" measurement to validate lunar impact models.

NASA's lunar monitoring program has detected hundreds of meteoroid impacts. The brightest, detected on March 17, 2013, in Mare Imbrium, is marked by the red square.
Unlike Earth, which has an atmosphere to protect it, the Moon is airless and exposed. "Lunar meteors" crash into the ground with fair frequency. Since the monitoring program began in 2005, NASA’s lunar impact team has detected more than 300 strikes, most orders of magnitude fainter than the March 17th event. Statistically speaking, more than half of all lunar meteors come from known meteoroid streams such as the Perseids and Leonids. The rest are sporadic meteors--random bits of comet and asteroid debris of unknown parentage.

U.S. Space Exploration Policy eventually calls for extended astronaut stays on the lunar surface. Identifying the sources of lunar meteors and measuring their impact rates gives future lunar explorers an idea of what to expect. Is it safe to go on a moonwalk, or not? The middle of March might be a good time to stay inside.

I guess a "Speculation #7" is in order with reports around the web on Camelot and Devinecosmose. The latest speculation is more of a mixture of some of the others but I am giving it another number because of all of the latest releases of Info and Dis-Info. I cannot vouch either way for DW's sources on this one as there is activity going on all of the time. A planet like ours calls out like a beacon to the (What we understand for now as) "Multiverse".

So there are always intruders that are usually delt with but usually by those that "Watch Over". In my previous update where I announced my new Gaiam TV show, I also had a whole section on the mysterious Russian "meteorite" explosion. Let's review:


On Friday, February 15th, a huge, metallic object -- estimated as weighing 10 metric tons -- exploded over Russia with the force of a few kilotons.

The night sky became as bright as day. Sonic booms blasted car alarms into life. Fireballs rained down, and up to 1,200 people were injured.

The trail was 125 miles long. 20,000 emergency workers were rushed to the site. It was the largest "meteor" in a century.




I strongly wondered, at the time, what this was. Insider chatter has now revealed a sad but interesting answer.

Apparently, eight different events like this happened at the same time, around the world, that same day. This was only the brightest and loudest one.

It is believed that all eight events were UFO crashes -- not meteorites. Five of the crash sites were located by rapid-response crash teams from Majestic.

In each of the five sites, they found dead bodies of small humanoids, ranging from 10 to 12 inches in height -- and wreckage from their craft.

This was just two weeks after I wrote about these same people on my website -- using images from Kaleka and Greer's upcoming film, SIRIUS.

I also demonstrated their appearance in Russia and at Easter Island as revered, nonviolent teachers -- and givers of wisdom and technology.


TWO DIFFERENT OPINIONS

One insider heard this same story from fully four completely independent sources. The stories were very similar in every case. No one survived these crashes, but the bodies were still identifiable.

This particular insider did not have any information suggesting this was a deliberate shoot-down. He felt they may have been "coming in hot" and misjudged our atmosphere.

However, another insider with even higher connections informed me that this was almost certainly a coordinated shoot-down effort -- from our classified planetary defense grid.

Apparently there are tiny drones in our upper atmosphere that use advanced technology to track all objects in our airspace -- and will immediately zoom in on and destroy anything unfamiliar.

These ETs may have intended to make a grand entrance, just 14 days after their story went public. Instead they were blown out of the sky -- and murdered.

I was saddened to hear this story from such well-positioned and reliable insiders. This event could have been the mass sighting we were waiting for -- but obviously it did not end well for them.

However, the intel on this was so good that I do believe we will see a lot more where this came from -- and hopefully without such a violent ending.

Two days after my "lightning storm of Disclosure" dream, we had another strange "meteorite" explosion -- this time over Argentina.

A brilliant meteor explosion briefly turned the night sky bright as day in Santiago del Estero, Argentina on Sunday, April 21 -- and the event was captured on video by nearby concertgoers and traffic and security cameras.

Jorge Coghlan, director of the Santa Fe Astronomical Observatory, said in a radio interview that the fireball was caused by a space rock measuring 40 to 45 centimeters (about 1.5 feet) that entered the atmosphere at more than 130,000 kilometers (81,000 miles) per hour, according to a translation by The Huffington Post.

Coghlan urged skepticism regarding YouTube videos that purportedly caught the meteor explosion, adding that the videos taken by security cameras and by attendees at a neighboring concert given by Argentine folk band Los Tekis were reliable.

After the meteor exploded, a "halo" appeared in the sky over Santiago del Estero just before sunrise. According to Nuevo Diario, a Santiago del Estero newspaper, Coghlan said the halo and the meteor explosion were unrelated.


The "halo" may have been caused by debris from the craft after its explosion. It may very well be that the push for Disclosure is coming from both sides, as it were -- and the stakes are equally deadly on either side.

A War in the Heavens: In the Far Reaches of Outer & Inner Space

Is there a war going on out there in the far reaches of outer and therefore inner space, a War in the Heavens as many have alluded? If there is such a war, what would that mean to us here on planet Earth in terms of our belief systems, our safety and sovereignty?
In 1995 Courtney Brown started the Farsight Institute to teach remote viewing techniques. In the early days of his endeavors, he was very open about what he was doing and what he was ‘seeing’. For a time he posted the most amazing reports on his website that were emerging from his and others remote viewing events. These reports often concerned governments, the ETs, and catastrophic occurrences that in those days would knock-the-socks-off most of us readers. One day such mind blowing accounts stopped cold, and many concluded that Courtney had been approached and after some ‘discussion’ was persuaded – like so many others – that it was in the best interest of everyone concerned to curtail the disclosure of such sensitive material.

This naturally brings up the question of why extraterrestrials would still be involved in war when they are seemingly so far in advance, at least technologically, of we earthlings? The implication here is that the ETs are at varying levels of evolution. Some are indeed very spiritually advanced, while others are perhaps more Borg-like or operating primarily from the classic reptilian brain. So-called insiders often report that our governments are dealing with over 80 different ET races.
The ancient Sanskrit text, The Mahabharata, describes many strange races of beings and their lineages. The concept of other worlds is an accepted part of Hindu metaphysics. The Puranas give rich descriptions of these worlds known as LOKAS. The seven Higher Lokas are Bhur Loka, Bhuvar Loka, Svar Loka, Mahar Loka, Jana Loka, Tapo Loka, and Satya Loka. The seven Lower Lokas are Atalam, Vitalam, Sutalam, Tala-Talam, Rasa-Talam, Maha-Talam, and Patalam. All of these Loka Worlds are often vividly described and this last one, the Patala Loka is a real blood-drinking ghoulish reptilian nightmare.
Are these Loka worlds merely astral realms, or are they actual planetary civilizations?
The better question is – Is there a difference?
If the universe is a hologram, then all the worlds contained within this particular universe express varying rates of vibratory frequencies and thus dimensional localities.
Just as the duration of time, meaning the manner in which you experience time is a consequence of your consciousness – so is your location also a function of your consciousness. You are where you are, based what you think because your thoughts emit specific frequencies.
Around the year 1995, Courtney Brown gave a lecture, which I personally attended. One of the subjects he discussed was that the little Grey aliens had intentionally mutated their own genome and suffered unintended dire consequences. According to Mr. Brown, the Greys had gone through a period of extreme violence, greed, and excess that had wrought terrible destruction in their world. Thus they had made a collective decision to unplug the portion of their DNA that could produce so much ‘evil’ in their holographic matrix. Sadly this had also cut them off from exalted spiritual experiences. Part of their hybridization program with our human genome is to hopefully resurrect the capacity of their emotional bodily forms to experience a wide variety of spiritual states of consciousness.
I naturally found this very interesting because it was evidence that the other races of beings in this universe are also evolving and moving through the Cycles of Time just as we are here in 3rd dimensional planet Earth.
I feel that at this time it is now crucial for us to realize that not all ETs are alike – just as there is a wide spectrum of human behavior, so the ETs are living in their own unique frequency of consciousness and each of these has their own point of view based on their own agenda. Thus what is good for them may not necessarily be good for us as humans.
When the ETs reveal themselves, it will be very tempting for many of us here to deify, idealize, and follow them. Some of them may be offering everything from miracle technologies to space travel to spiritual salvation. We must learn to feel their real intentions and hone our own powers of discernment.
The human species has been entrained for centuries to worship an external deity and passively await salvation. This Kali Yuga entrainment leaves us very vulnerable to the Darkside ETs. We will bow down and worship just about anything – from movie stars to idols to consumption.

MORE ON ASTEROIDS IN THE NEWS - Rumors have been coming in for a very short time that there was "Another Volley" headed at our small planet. This time a hand full would strike as did in Feb/March 2013. Will these be related to any of the ones "witnessed" by "Remote Viewers" decades ago, that struck mainly the Oceans causing massive tittle waves that ravaged global coasts where 60-90% of the world population now "Lives". What Chemtrails Really Are

We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density for plasma beam propagation.

They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by "zapping" the metal cations that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.

More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there -- is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.
Chemtrails are the medium - GWEN pulse radars, the various HAARPs, and space-based lasers are the method, or more simply:

Spray and Zap.

This system appears to be in Russia, Canada, the United States, and all of Europe. Exotic weapons can be mobile, stationary, land-based, aerial, or satellite.

It is an offensive and defensive system against EM attacks and missiles. It uses ionospheric particle shells as defense mechanisms [like a bug-zapper shell]* against missiles and EM attacks. That means they spray and then pump up the spray with electromagnetics. When these shells are created using the oscillating, electromagnetic, gyrotron stations, it "excludes" and displaces the background magnetic field. These shells can be layered one above another in a canopy fashion for extra protection from missiles. The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.

There are satellite weapons involved. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser.

They are also photographing gas plasma generation due to the heating of chemtrails by electromagnetics. The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various size of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive -- more refractive than glass.

What does that mean? Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people's eyes, ears, temples, and private parts. A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.

The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in "Air Force 2025" that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts. The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.

We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioral and mind control programs were an authorized policy under MKULTRA. Our country has a history of experimenting on its citizens. We are talking about satellite charged-particle frequency weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by the U.N.

"HAARPs" can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters. Taken together with the aurora keyhole through-your-roof satellite surveillance system, Echelon electronic computer/phone sweeps, plasma-cloaked DOD Drug War helicopters and stealths, implants, and cameras on the street, it constitutes one, big global and space control grid.

These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense. These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person's physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.

People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, "bangs" to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be on helicopters, jets, stealth fighters, or on satellites. Directed energy beams and electromagnetic waves can be sent to you via hand-held devices or piggy-backed in on cell phone and satellite towers.

Is it possible that someone(s) are very afraid of coming famines and riots due to the ongoing, man-induced failure of the ecological system, and they are saturating the earth with chemtrails for large- scale, gas plasma mind control? Is this the last grasp for the world's resources? Or, are they just control freaks and money mongers? Someone would like to get to that oil under the melting [due to chemtrail-trapped EM heat] Artic. And, I guess the Third World is not a part of this system. I don't think that the developed nations are going to let them in on this either.

Any country that joins this NATO system will become mind-controlled and diseased due to the associated, intense, oscillating, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic soup, and the poisonous, toxic chemtrails. Our DNA will break. We risk the earth's spin and tilt becoming messed up due to mucking around with the magnetic fields through this military technology. Maybe, it is already messed up.

It constitutes U.S. global domination via NATO and the erosion of civil rights. According to Charlotte Iserbyt and Al Martin, there are ex-KGB and ex-STASI advising our new Office of Total Information Awareness. They are the ones creating our new internal passports [national ID]. And under "The Treaty on Open Skies," we have overflights by Russian and German military. Who exactly is flying those plasma-cloaked craft that are seen all over this country and mistaken for UFOs by people who do not know about this aerial deception technology? Obviously, we have another "Project Paperclip" in the making. We can add the new thugs to the 2,000 Iraqi brought into country by Daddy Bush who are now living in Nebraska.

The elitist corporate government is going to hold the rest of us hostage with directed energy weapons in space, if the Policy for a New American Century group - PNAC - Bush and cronie think tank has their way, along with directed energy attacks against any country or citizen that they decide they do not like. These weapons can create climate war, weather war, mind war, cyber war, disease war, disaster war, and undetectable war. Taken together they can create economic war.

If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, dessicated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Years of biowarfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to the ultra-violet light -- brillant plan, my man. Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?

I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research. Some of these people have had a familial history of financial and policy support for population control, eugenics, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Marx, Pinochet, Hussein, and various other dictators. Some of the major players were the masterminds of the death squads in Central and South America. They stand to make a big profit on our death and disease. Just take a look at Rumsfield and Tamiflu.

I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.

As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man's weapons or his utility companies.

Over-unity systems [Tesla devices]* are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. As we can see, the forms of man-made energy that have been created and used in the past have not been good for this planet. Maybe it is time to reconsider the options available to us through the development of crops for fuel, wind, solar, and water power. We need world-wide, different, more holistic, renewable, energy programs.

Is there any good news? Yes. There has been tons of particulate dumping through the spray operations for 8 years over the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and from what I can find out, over Russia. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatent countries. Talk about making more enemies.

The water, air, and soil of all of these countries is so saturated with metal cations that these weapons freaks should be able to zap and mind f--k each other quite well now and as often as they wish. Once they have clobbered each other with light-saber beams for a few years and razed and scorched sections of the earth, they may start to realize that this foreign policy will lead to a defective human race and a rotten economy.

Do you think they will have knocked some sense into each other by then and will decide that non-proliferation and arms reduction is the more civilized and mature direction to take in world affairs? I doubt it, cause only idiots would have developed horrific, planet-killer weapons like these. But, I'll bet the rest of the planet will finally rise up and tell these juvenile delinquents to quit playing with those rayguns right this second.

What we don't know is whether that is "their" primary purpose, or, for that matter, who "they", the ultimate controllers of this, really are.

Imagine for example, that a gang of bank robbers is holding some of the employees and customers of a bank hostage in the vault. That gang's ultimate purpose (so far as they are conscious of it) might be to get the money and escape the law. Controlling the hostages, including perhaps harming or killing them, could be a means to that end, not the ultimate purpose.

Perhaps at a layer deeper, that entire bank heist is a staged false flag operation by some intelligence agency, to destabilize a government or get some laws controlling guns and increasing surveillance passed. Perhaps at an even deeper layer ... well the tin foil hat corner of my brain could entertain itself imagining several more layers of this.

Is Russian Mystery Object a Space Weapon?

The orbital maneuvers of a mysterious object Russia launched earlier this year have raised concerns that the satellite may be a space weapon of some sort.

The speculation centers on "Object 2014-28E," which Russia lofted along with three military communications satellites in May. The object was originally thought to be space junk, but satellite trackers have watched it perform a number of interesting maneuvers over the past few weeks, the Financial Times reported Monday (Nov. 17).

Last weekend, for example, 2014-28E apparently met up with the remnants of a rocket stage that helped the object reach orbit. [The Most Destructive Space Weapons Concepts]

As a result, some space analysts wonder if Object 2014-28E could be part of an anti-satellite program — perhaps a revived version of the Cold War-era "Istrebitel Sputnikov" ("satellite killer") project, which Russian officials have said was retired when the Soviet Union collapsed in the early 1990s.

Military officials have long regarded the ability to destroy or disable another country's satellites as a key national-security capability. The Soviet Union is not the only nation known to have worked on developing such technology; China destroyed one of its own weather satellites in a 2007 test that spawned a huge cloud of orbital debris, and the United States blew up one of its own defunct spacecraft in 2008.

The concern about Object 2014-28E is legitimate, said Joan Johnson-Freese, a professor of national security affairs at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. But she cautioned against jumping to conclusions, saying that Russia could have a number of purposes in mind for the technology that 2014-28E may be testing out.

"Any satellite with the capability to maneuver has the potential to be a weapon," Johnson-Freese told Space.com. "But does that mean necessarily that all maneuverable satellites are weapons? No."

The United States has also worked to develop maneuverable-satellite technology, she noted, citing the Air Force's Experimental Satellite System-11 (XSS-11) and NASA's DART (Demonstration for Autonomous Rendezvous Technology) spacecraft, both of which launched in 2005. Further, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) managed a mission called Orbital Express, which launched in 2007 to test out satellite-servicing tech.

"When we did DART and XSS-11, other countries went into panic mode — you know, 'The U.S. has space weapons,'" Johnson-Freese said. "The first thing we did was assuage those concerns and say, 'No, no. That's not what it is. It's just a maneuverable satellite.' But any time you have dual-use technology, there are going to be concerns."

And pretty much all space technology is dual-use, said Brian Weeden, a technical adviser with the Secure World Foundation (a nonprofit organization dedicated to space sustainability) and a former orbital analyst with the Air Force. For example, spacecraft capable of orbital rendezvous operations could help a nation inspect, service and refuel its satellites, or deorbit defunct craft to help mitigate the growing space-junk problem.

Weeden thinks it's unlikely that Object 2014-28E is up to anything nefarious.

"The activities are much more in line with an inspection mission than with any sort of destruction mission," he told Space.com.

The secrecy surrounding the spacecraft helps fuel speculation about its mission, as does the fact that U.S.-Russian relations have deteriorated in the wake of Russia's military intervention in Ukraine this year, Weeden said.

"I think if this had happened in a different context, the speculation would be different," Weeden said. "But because it's occurring in the context of heightened tensions, there's more of a proclivity to assume the worst."

Russia likely regards Object 2014-28E's mission as a national-security activity in space, he added. The secrecy is thus unsurprising, as Russia tends to keep a tight lid on such missions as a matter of policy.

And Russian officials may be happy to keep quiet and let the mystery and speculation continue to build, Johnson-Freese said.

"I think that anything the Russians can do to provoke the United States right now, their government is supportive of," she said. "If this can cause concern in the United States, they're all for it."

MOSCOW — An enormous and as yet totally unexplained fireball eclipsed the skies for more than 10 seconds over Russia's sparsely populated Urals region last Friday – and news of the incident is only now trickling out.

Several locals posted YouTube videos taken from dashcams and smartphones, showing an apparently soundless, bright orange sunburst-like explosion erupting behind evening cloud cover near the town of Rezh, in Sverdlovsk region, about 930 miles east of Moscow. Russian media inquiries to emergency services, the military, and academic astronomers have yielded a host of theories but no hard answers as to the cause of the blast.

According to the E1.Ru news portal in Yekaterinburg, Russian military sources deny having anything to do with the blast, even though city officials believe ammunition disposal would be the likeliest explanation for the long, slow orange-tinged fireball. Space officials also insist it has nothing to do with them, even though the area lies on a launch pathway from Plesetsk cosmodrome. Rockets have blown up on take-off over the region in the past. A leading unofficial Russian space news website says the last launch from Plesetsk was in October and the next will occur in December.

"Looks like a falling bolide," or meteorite, which evaded detection by the usual array of watchers before hitting our atmosphere, astronomer Viktor Grokhovsky told 66.Ru.

But super-hot meteorites plowing through the atmosphere typically explode with a blinding white flash, say experts. That's exactly what happened in February 2013, when a 10,000-ton space rock blew up amid a series of sonic booms and blinding explosions in the sky over the Urals city of Chelyabinsk.

Chelyabinsk has since turned its meteor strike into a tourist attraction, organizing tours to the multiple places hit by the space fragments and auctioning some of the larger ones off to collectors.

Depending on what the explanation for Rezh's mysterious fireball turns out to be, it might find a way to cash in too.
