For the first time too
I was in 12 mins when i felt a sudden warmth all over my body
My eyes were going crazy and it almost felt like i wasnt breathing. Is this the vibration stage people talk of? And i almost was seeing some fuzzy white color but i think it may have been my eyes wanting to open up Is this also a common thing?

Someone in my home made noise and then it threw everything off\
It was a good first try but im wondering if there are any good videos out there that can help. Anyone with suggestions? Any with success?

let me say this.......its like a door will appear in front of you and you walk through it.....then other times a whole different world appears out of the darkness and once I walked through a room where 3 teenage girls were reading and in clothes that appeared around 1900 or so.I looked out the window and seen women with long dresses and horse drawn carriages going down the dirt street....

there are some good threads here Jake had a new thread going and it ended abruptly Ive been at it a while had some vibrations and a couple vivid dreams no projection. one guy claimed he succeeded and we never heard back from him. This is a link to the tread with some great info in many of the posts. good luck . Im in the same boat wanting to hear from rookies who have succeeded other than those who have been at it awhile.

there is a YT video that shows very closely what is seen behind my eyelids just before I fall in a deep sleep , waves of energy sometimes going out and sometimes in ... I'll wager you see this image also as everyone does , the video teaches you to focus on the red dot , while all around you , you are traveling in the sky , around the Earth ... the sounds and sights are very helpful to give you a waking experience of something that happens when you sleep ... Keeping your attention focused is the key , saying to yourself , when my body falls asleep my mind will stay awake ... the buzzing sound will sound like a hummingbird in your ear , your heartbeat will increase like you just finished jogging , the main thing is to ignore the fear of a high heartbeat , and ignore the buzzing sound , because the next step is separation from the body , it can be hindered by someone turning on a light , or making noise that distracts you ... keep trying you can do this ... here is the video that helped me ...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sxvb9pgkrvI it's important to be peaceful and calm and loving right before your bedtime , release any anger , or pressure , or try and have rid yourself of any negative things from the day , I would go as far as calling someone you may have offended in some way that day , and apologize , or call someone you love and say I love you , you need an environment of peace and love , zero stress , zero ... the mind will try and cloud up your experience with material thinking , the next days need to do list , etc ... try staring at a candle flame for only two minutes , then go straight to bed , no heavy covers , no heavy PJs ... lay flat on your back , palms down , breathe in through the nose , out through the mouth deeper than normal but not so deep ,like you would before going under water , oh yeah and make sure the room is completely dark , NO lights ...I did all this and it's what worked for me ... find your own version , hope this helps you friend ... the greatest teacher is personal experience ...

Greetings, my friend... Th vibrational stage can range from an intense visceral vibration to a slow rocking feeling. Many skilled projectors will induce the OBE by way of inducing the vibrational state, and learning to control the energetic states... Robert Monroes vibrational state, eventually turned into a 'fluidy warm sensation' that he would pull in from the head area, then spread to the rest of his body..

The vibrational state can be compared to the same sort of vibration tbat I get if one guitar string is out of tune with another. Tbere will be a 'wa wa waw' sort of warbling until one string is brought into tune with the other... With the guitar, it denotes one frequency being out of phase with another,,, with OBE it denotes the same exact thing except now we are talking about one 'body' being out of phase with another... I.E,, your subtle ast re al body being out of phase with yoyr physical body... I would suggest that the liquid warmth is the same...
