This video shows how the SBX-type ionospheric heaters are being used in the eastern Pacific, to drag cold air, down into the USA. At the same time, warm air is being pushed into Alaska, which is accelerating the melting of the East Siberian Arctic Shelf (ESAS).
A "TEXTBOOK", crystal clear, Haarp downburst is shown, a thousand miles west of Baja, California. The purpose of the downburst, is to prevent a low pressure from forming, west of Baja, which would break up the "ridiculously resilient ridge" of high pressure, holding the Polar Vortex in place.
Also, high pressure (Haarp downbursts) were used, for four days in a row, to keep a low pressure from forming, north of Hawaii. If this low pressure had formed, it would have caused the man made high pressure, west of California, to break down.
Dr. Natalia Shakhova has stated that, up to 5,000 gigatons of methane is capped by frozen sediments, only 150 feet deep, under the East Siberian Arctic Shelf (ESAS). The total amount of methane, in the atmosphere, right now, is 5 gigatons. So, if the ESAS warms enough to melt the shallow sea floor, the amount of methane in the atmosphere will increase by 1,000 times. Since methane is roughly 1/3 of the total greenhouse gas, right now, this melting would mean a 300 fold increase in greenhouse gas, over the next few decades. This would drive global temperatures to unbelievable levels. Preventing this methane release is the most extreme planetary emergency, and warrants all possible efforts to stop the melting of this shallow sea.
The Haarp and Aerosol program managers are deliberately pushing cold air down into the USA, as a psychological operation, to hide the fact, that the ESAS arctic methane emergency is imminent.
By hiding this planetary emergency, enough delay can be created, that it will be unstoppable, by the time world leaders take it seriously. This is also the reason the IPCC does not include the accelerating methane release in any of its climate projections. Both the IPCC, and the "ice age" propaganda are delaying tactics, to guarantee a global depopulation.
The controllers of these geoengineering programs are the worst criminals in modern history. They must be arrested, and put on trial for state, federal, and international, crimes. Failure to arrest these criminals is a death sentence for planet Earth.
I call on all national authorities, to investigate the evidence of jetstream control, toxic aerosol spraying, and premeditated weather profiteering.
Every region, and nation, must take action, to stop these crimes, over their own territories.
The SEC, FBI, and US Military, must investigate these weather control operations, and arrest anyone who is both: 1) profitting from large positions in CME Group weather futures and options, and 2) in any way connected, directly, or indirectly, with these weather control programs.

Arctic Ocean releasing large volumes of methane




Methane is an even bigger problem than CO2 because it is more destructive to a healthy atmosphere. This is one of the consequences of climate change that doesn’t get much coverage.

I am so thankful that someone else is posting the videos about the polar vortex besides myself! These videos are very persuasive. I am thankful that this meteorologist is persistent with posting what he sees. I know that where I live west of the Rockies the weather has been very odd. For example for the last week we were supposed to be getting -25 degrees C and instead it has been -5 C, close to zero. It has been impossible for forcasters to predict weather more than two days in advance for some weeks now where I live.

I wonder if focused meditation on this and asking for intervention from mother nature or higher powers to stop this form of weather warfare, if that would make a difference?

Perhaps it would be helpful to have discussion about what we should specifically be meditating on? Time to stop weather warfare!

Here is evidence of the aerosol spraying that is part of this warfare. Aerosol trails are used to prevent low pressure areas from forming into storms. No precipitation occurs if low pressure is prevented from forming. He states that this interference had not happened for three weeks. He believes they shut down the weather warfare program to deal with security breaches and to hide the evidence of weather manipulation more. He states that during the time that the ridiculously resilient ridge dissipated that northern California got 4 inches or more of rain. he said that the SIerras still got no rain. So there is still some manipulation during that time to prevent food from growing. He hopes that by producing these videos and people talking about them that the programs would be shut down.

I wonder how they decide when to proceed with operations? Looks like they look for opportunities that mother nature presents in order to reform the polar vortex whenever they can. Hopefully releasing methane is not the main plan. Hopefully it is a long shot . . . . The primary purpose seems to be to persuade North Americans that a mini ice age could be happening. Or maybe just normal cold winters. If they left nature to itself it would probably make it obvious that the entire planet is warming and we wouldn't have winter as usual.
So in other words, we are experiencing an artificial winter. Definitive proof of this is the high temperatures being experienced in Alaska.

He is saying that the chemtrails are binding the humidity and preventing it from falling normally to earth. So artificially cold winter and manmade drought are definitely occurring.
Carribean Islands have been in an artificial drought crisis for a long time and much aerosol spraying is evident across the Atlantic also. Aerosol spraying in the western atlantic obviously is not shielding the US from anything negative. He also explains that regular contrails do not show up on the weather maps. He believes the spraying in the Atlantic close to the US is designed to produce a deep freeze in Europe. He believes the jet stream is being controlled to induce this (dragging cold air from Greenland into Northern Europe, and is violation of a 1978 UN Environmental Modification Convention. It is a weather warfare crime.

In terms of the methane, I had also heard that a lot of methane is trapped in the permafrost in the northern region of Canada, that there were swampy areas in the distant past that have become frozen methane sinkholes.
