I remember a long time ago watching a TV show that had Uri Geller on. He bent spoons, stopped or started watches, bent keys, and did a lot of different stuff. They studies him like crazy and never could prove he cheated with any test.

While I was watching his show he told everyone in the audience and in TV land (people watching from their homes) To hold a watch or get a spoon or something. I was young and ran to the kitchen and got a spoon and ran back. He told everyone he was sending out special powers to everyone in the audience and out there in TV land. He said to believe something will happen. So sat there rubbing my spoon very lightly just like he did and believed I could do it and listened to his instructions.

He asked the people in the audience if anything happened? A couple of people said their watched either stopped or broken watches started. There were a few bent keys also. Things happened to quite a few people there. And me...... NOTHING HAPPENED. I was sad but laughed at myself thinking I could bend a spoon.

The next day I went to work. I got called in the office just before I was about to leave. I got in an argument with the boss about something which is very rare because I normally don't argue about anything at all....lol. Anyways when I went to get into my car I couldn't believe my eyes my car key was in an L shape. I looked at my keys and tried like crazy to figure out what happened. I drove to work my keys were normal. I went back into the building and asked maintenance if they could put my keys in a vice and straighten them out. It would not work. I had to call my mother at home and asked her to bring my spare key to work.

As I was driving home I remembered watching Uri Geller telling everyone he would be sending a special power to everyone. I thought NO WAY.... Then I remembered I was holding the keys while I was upset with my boss. It stirred up a bunch of energy that I normally don't use in anger. It was after that, that my key ended up bent. It was the only thing that made sense.

I contacted Uri about a year ago and told him about my story. He was so fascinated to hear about it that he befriended me on facebook. We've been friends ever since. Strange things do happen......lol.

Geller is real but this is not to say that he's "on" all the time... and when he's not, he's good at the sleight of hand thing too and that's what he falls back on. Randy knows what those trick's are and was fortunate to catch Geller on one of his "off" days when he was on the Carson show.

But there's plenty of hard core documentation verifying Geller's abilities as well as those well known top scientists out there in their field who have given their own personal testimonies after testing Geller in their labs while doing various demonstrations. That Geller was even willing to allow them to subject him to a battery of rigorous tests in controlled laboratory settings ... and then all of the books written about him... well, just goes to prove that for the hard-core skeptic, no amount of proof is enough for them.
