    It's unnatural to be stressed and speed up. Speeding can be good if it's done in a focussed and calm way though.

    very interesting woman. but why do you feel the need to speed up in the first place?

    by the way. ted banned food as medicine and pseudo science from it and even rupert sheldrake. wierd monopoly ted has on this kind of presentations.

    it seems to me that the only way to win at reality is to accept it and to be prepaired for it. that means that someone should accept threats of death when they come and to be calm and at peace whith it. that could be the only way to survive. i don't really know.
