Biggest Factors for Targeting as Well as ET Contact on Earth

Bloodlines and Soulular history are the 2 biggest factors for targeting in subversive or torturous events, and likewise also in benevolent ET influence and interaction.
One of my bloodlines had "massive" prices on their heads by the british royals some many centuries ago. A Scottish bloodline I don't feel I know enough about to write about(I wish I did)....
When dark ETs have a tendency, rest assured, the human powers that be have latched onto it most likely. So their targeting of people may have to do with their bloodline and how much good that bloodline has done on earth destroying false paradigms and creating beautiful artwork in various forms(music, painting, even digital nowadays)... The subversive Extraterrestrials despise those who oppose their control systems, and go as far as to want to target musicians and artists due to their positive influence on earth too...
Extraterrestrial Contact
I have heard endless people wanting Extraterrestrial contact. I have been relayed that they would like to talk to many people but due to targeting of people who they give truth to, it could end bad. They cannot control the most powerful humans on this earth, athough they do have exopolitical based restrictions applying to such groups.
If you have a soul history with a certain race, they will have more a tendency to sponsor doing something with you. I often hear people saying "I am Pleiadian", some might not want to hear this but I was told there is no real "Pleiadian" race, and that it was an Umbrella label attached to the field of UFOlogy and earth mythology, that these days is most often used by the cabal fooling people they are dealing with Extraterrestrials when they are indeed dealing with AI and a wizard of oz scenario involved in many illusions... If it is indeed related to truth that they are a starseed, I just assume a humanlike race that is around here exopolitically as per the Umbrella label. There are so many humanlike races involved in earth, how many are named? I believe all higher souls on earth are starseeds. So I am not essentially saying they are wrong about most of it.
There are some ways people get ET attention. The more enlightened one is, the higher chance they would want to interact. But there are variances to the definition of the word enlightened in the way I mean it...
Extraterrestrials may take notice of someone for their tastes/opinions. They have very sophisticated profiling methods. They know me better than I do. They have been watching me from life to life, while they haven't died(a truly interesting premise to me).
I was once told something that resonated with me about Extraterrestrial experiences. What they told me was that they had an easier time giving someone an experience that was taking psychedelics or was in a dream state, since it could easily be explained by something else(they have to tread lightly most of the time). I don't do psychedelics, but have had plenty of digital dreams...
