OK Slick, listen up. You post an excerpt, then you link to a site that posts the whole report, against Ben's wishes. You're circumventing the agreement like a lawyer. What the other sites do is their problem. Avalonians congratulate themselves on being nice, enlightened, whatever.... then you wriggle out of an agreement using a technicality. It looks sneaky and pretentious.

Basically, Bill prefers to make material available, just as he seeks to bring out important interviews and other valuable knowledge. I have a little bit more experience with relevant US law (from my past work with intellectual property in US corporations) and I have some responsibility for the security of this forum from whatever might threaten it, such as legal or software challenges, where I have some relevant experience.

The end result is that I put a layer of "avoiding or resolving legitimate legal complaints" over Bill's underlying layer of "letting important information be shared".

That's over simplifying it some ... but generally how it goes. I don't know that there are any absolute right answers in this.

Personally, I find Fulford's request to not post his full material for a short while to be reasonable, but I don't feel strongly enough about it one way or the other (there are points to be made both ways) that I am likely to lobby the moderation team for some more definitive ruling that adds "don't post a link to the full post" to the list of what is not allowed here.

I presently don't find Fulford's material worth my time to read (I used to, at some point in the past), so I don't "have a horse in this race." For a few others, whose material I do find valuable, such as, presently, Jim Willie of GoldenJackass.com, I would be more protective of the subscriber only portions of their material, by my personal choice.

French Police Commissioner Suicided After Attempting To Issue Murder Warrant Against President Obama



"An absolutely stunning Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today appears to show why all top US officials failed to join their counterparts in Paris yesterday who marched in solidarity against the Charlie Hebdo Massacre as it reveals a top French police commissioner was “suicided” within hours of his attempting to obtain a European Arrest Warrant for President Barack Obama and other as yet unnamed American leaders.

According to this report, French police Commissioner Helric Fredou [Photo top left] was tasked immediately after the 7 January Charlie Hebdo Massacre with the examination of documents contained in a small backpack found in the getaway car used by the killers Saïd and Chérif Kouachi, and which contained the driver’s license/identity card of Saïd.

Also discovered by Police Commissioner Fredou in this small backpack, SVR analyst in this report say, were a number of “cryptic documents” and telephone numbers, one of the most important being a US cell-phone number “directly linked” to former US general and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director David Petraeus. Upon Police Commissioner Fredou’s discovery of this “Petraeus-link”, this report further states, SVR signals intelligence data show he contacted Paris prosecutor François Molins and requested that the Cour D'assises (Assize Court) issue an immediate European Arrest Warrant for President Barack Obama and “other” such American officials to be named within 24 hours.

Within 3 hours of Police Commissioner Fredou making this request, however, this report continues, his body was found by his desk in his office with a single gunshot to the head at 0100hr on Thursday 8 January that was quickly ruled a suicide; and Obama regime officials began flooding the US media with reports that former CIA director Petraeus was in danger of being arrested on felony charges relating to classified materials found in his mistresses possession.

Though this SVR report doesn’t explicitly state what evidence Police Commissioner Fredou discovered to make his unprecedented request to have the American President arrested, it does allude to a much larger conspiracy surrounding the Charlie Hebdo Massacre which not only involves Saudi Arabia, but also the CIA.

Most critical to note about the Charlie Hebdo Massacre, this report states, is that it occurred 48 hours after French President François Hollande, on 5 January, stated to the Obama regime that the Western sanctions against Russia must be immediately ended.

As far as I know the Dollar is not backed by precious metals as it should! and the federal reserve is printing money as maniacs to keep a float the fiat money system we have, This is what I think is happening . But if the US $ is backed by gold as you say why it is loosing value everywhere?

Gold will lose value if for example one person or group has a very large quantity of it and starts selling it off cheap. Kind of like what OPEC are doing (i assume) selling the oil cheap so people use that instead of natural Russian gas.

There is nothing here... at best this is only a "partial" backing to further fractionate more printing, or to fend off creditors, and/or meet some international requirement, or transition to the new dollar coming or any combination of these... i.e. at this point it is a crumb of information without context, and impossible to evaluate... the US dollar is using quantum physics math to maintain its reserve currency status and fend off US corporate bankruptcy, which is mind boggling considering the US corporation is already operating in bankruptcy! (the benefits of managing your own bankruptcy, as Winston described, debtor in possession, Ch 13 Corporate Restructuring) gold will always be manipulated, but can still be predicted... I think gold will continue to trend down for some time...

Something to consider: the Inner City of London, Vatican and Washington DC are all separate Sovereign States, operating as independent countries, (separate jurisdictions, separate legal systems) Their "legal" knowledge must be powerful indeed. But what system of law are they operating in? It IS different from their geographical host countries they physically reside in... super-States London and Vatican collecting a 40/60 split of all commonwealth income tax (incl US and Iraq) w/ the US getting a kickback for it's military role... (Who says the Roman Empire fell?)

US Dollar = Federal Reserve Notes = Fiat Currency = No value. Zero. Our monetary system is a "debt" based system; backed by our "voluntary" labor.

if you think about it, the value of a monetary system back or not by anything only has value cuz we choose to place a value upon those items. if we choose to remove our belief in gold, then it becomes useful for very little, maybe some conductors. not very useful, depending on your situation.

His contacts are feeding him some very interesting info... the most interesting part near the end where he actually made reference to the International Liebor Code and the system of usufruct that he apparently has been made aware of...(and part of!) just before he got cut off... very, very interesting indeed... as I have just started looking into that myself and can verify his crude description. That would indicate to me, that he really has been taken up as an 'asset' and his 'protection' would fit that. Taking him in as his own family and spiriting him out of the country or similar... which would explain the historical Eastern References. There was Britain the farthest flung realm of the Roman Empire, which has known deposits of tin, and the Silk Road Trade Route to the East. i.e. the biggest secret of "Roman Christianity" is that part of it was a spiritual revolution based on Eastern philosophy... which is the principle of compassion (we are all one...)

re: The US fiat currency debt system, 1933 bankruptcy, part of a global implementation (same thing happened in Canada more auspiciously in 1933 as well, and in all the other countries as well) is not "backed by nothing"... that is an over literalization. Human labour and productivity creates wealth, physical assets and resources exist. Some of that paper is created against that (as you correctly mentioned) Also "money" is debt notes borrowed against bonds created, based on securities based on an actuarial value of the lifetime of labour of each living soul corresponding to corporate entities created via the Birth Certificate Registration Process... Why it's all debt (notes), essentially a form of borrowing money, from the future of continued human labour and productivity. All this "money" is not money but debt notes, in the public. This in turn is based on the assurance of a trust where all title to physical property is held by the State, using the Birth Certificate system (it's a corporation that you don't have title to but which you register everything under... why you pay taxes, if you wish to falsely claim possession of legal title, to any 'physical asset' you currently only have "property right" to... and yes that is proper and accurate use of terminology, property right does not necessarily imply legal title!) These debt notes are on the public side and a representation of "real assets" held in a Treasury which is the real pool of wealth that backs the whole system, and probably in turn, linked to a Global Trust. This is a rough model of what is really going on when people say "money is backed by nothing"

Evidence for this is the debt ceiling... Why have a debt ceiling at all? Other than the fact that behind all these securities, bonds, fractionating, derivatives, manipulations, etc... is a measurable base somewhere? i.e. as Sherlock Holmes would say... He clarifies that it is only those nations that have joined the BRICS alliance that have gold backed currency. In this video Alfred states that until the US 1789 COnstitution is re established and citizens are once again sovereign that the US Inc. will not be permitted to join the BRICS. If I understand Alfred correctly, the US Corporation is still running on Petro dollars. In this video he also explains that the federal reserve had a lot to do with the changes in the currency and President Roosevelt said later in life that when he signed the legistlation giving the Federal Reserve power over the currency that he had made the American people into debtors. 1. The Rockefellows pulled out of fossil fuel investments because they discovered that they don't have tickets off this planet in the event of a catastrophe. Apparently some of the 13 bloodline families got too greedy and decided to keep Mars all for themselves. Apparently Dick Cheney is involved with Mars Inc. or head of it (possibly). The Rockerfellow family is fed up with this attitude and is not going to make is easy for Cheney and whatever faction he is with to continue with the agenda to exterminate everyone left on earth.

2. The Navy has also pulled out of fossil fuels in that they have decided to power their ships with seawater. They have invented a way to make seawater into fuel. My husband and I found videos to support that this is possible.

3. The Charlie Hebedo massacre was CIA related. Apparently it is intimidation or punishment for France, as it had signaled that it wanted to pull out of its alliance with the US the day before the shooting. The President of France had made some kind of announcement that it plans to cooperate with Russia.

"First, remember late last year Christine Lagarde, the French head of the IMF, issued an ultimatum to the people in Washington DC to either agree to IMF voting reform or the they would go ahead in January without them. The biggest thing that should be added here is how the stage has been set, in America and the European countries, for a Cypress-style “bail-in” where the banks take money out of depositors’ accounts.

The plunging oil prices represent a “suicide leap” the Cabal is doing to try to drag down Russia and throw their economy into chaos. It is very blatant to go to the gas station and see the prices so much lower. This very quickly will lead to a massive default of the mega-banks since they have derivatives holdings that require oil to be at a certain price. If the price doesn’t go up very soon, they WILL default.

Over Christmas, the Obama Administration quietly passed a law that will allow the banks to take money out of everyone’s accounts to bail themselves out. The oil derivatives collapse guarantees such an event will be brought on. So it may not be “over with just a bit of mopping up left to do” as Ben was saying. We could be heading into some very intense phases that will affect everyone’s lives more than they realize.

I do believe this will all work out, but we have quite an interesting obstacle course to navigate in the coming weeks and months.

God I wished I could get what Ben smokes. Some guys have all the luck or should I say the money to buy the good sh.t. I am bewildered why Wilcox comments on Ben's comedy pieces. Not doing his reputation much good if you ask me by doing so.
