Number 10′s secret sex file: Uncovered after 34 years, document that told
Thatcher of the ‘unnatural’ sexual behaviour of Westminster figures

Number 10's secret sex file: Uncovered after 34 years, document that told Thatcher
of the 'unnatural' sexual behaviour of Westminster figures
Academic found paperwork still classified on national security grounds
It contains 'PREM SECURITY' in title - which means it was for Mrs Thatcher
Thatcher's aide Sir Bernard Ingham says he 'could not recall the file'
But he and PM were aware of abuse claims aimed at a minister, he said
Cabinet Office say file remains secret but may be released to abuse inquiry

By Rebecca Camber for the Daily Mail and Martin Robinson for MailOnline

    Published: 10:01, 21 January 2015 | Updated: 09:54, 22 January 2015

‘A secret file on ‘unnatural’ sexual behaviour at Westminster that was
given to Margaret Thatcher has been discovered.

The document contains allegations ‘of unnatural sexual proclivities’ against
high-profile figures, and was prepared for the then Prime Minister in the 1980s.

Last night campaigning MP John Mann suggested it may form part of a
cover-up over a VIP paedophile ring operating at the time.’

Top secret: An academic has unearthed this classified file about 'unnatural sexual'
behaviour at the heart of Westminster but the Government will not release the document

Mrs Thatcher's press secretary Sir Bernard Ingham, (left) pictured with the former
Prime MInister, said he 'could not recall the file' but confirmed they both knew
about sex crime allegations aimed at a minister

He said there was a secret Downing Street meeting over the file in 1982 and its
potentially explosive contents were thought to be so damaging that the Cabinet
Office decided as recently as a few years ago that it should remain classified.

The paper was only discovered by chance by an academic while he was researching
secret Thatcher files at the National Archives in Kew, South West London.

Child abuse campaigners have reacted with fury after it emerged the file was not
handed over to an NSPCC review into government documents on child abuse.

Last night the Cabinet Office promised to reveal it to the Government’s child abuse
inquiry, suggesting its contents are highly relevant.

But campaigners said it should be made public and shown to the police to prevent
    any alleged abusers escaping justice.

The file was found by Dr Chris Murphy, a security and intelligence lecturer at the
University of Salford, who was trawling though catalogue records at the National Archives for security documents.

The contents of the document remain secret, with only the title of the mystery file
publicly listed as: ‘PREM19/588 - SECURITY. Allegations against former public
[word missing] of unnatural sexual proclivities; security aspects 1980 Oct 27 - 1981 Mar 20.’

According to Dr Murphy, it was found among hundreds of so-called ‘Prem’ files –
security documents that passed through the prime minister’s office.

Research: Dr Chris Murphy from the University of Salford found the new classified
file and believes that because of its title Margaret Thatcher will have seen it

He said: ‘I do not know what are the contents of this document, but the fact that
the file is headed security and went to the Prime Minister’s office is suggestive of
the fact that we are talking about someone’s sexual behaviour becoming a matter
of national security.’ Despite the seeming importance of the document, NSPCC chief
executive Peter Wanless who led last year’s review into how the Home Office
handled child abuse allegations between 1979 and 1999, said nobody showed it to him.

He told Sky News: ‘If there is pertinent material in this file it should be submitted to
the sexual abuse inquiry as well as the relevant police force so they can conduct a
    criminal investigation if necessary.’

Last night Mr Mann said: ‘The question must be how many more files relate to
prominent people, MPs, politicians in relation to child abuse and why have they not
been made available to Peter Wanless or the Metropolitan Police?’

National security: The paperwork, listed by the National Archive in Kew, pictured,
has been classified for for 35 years on grounds of national security and is still in the
    hands of the Cabinet Office

Yesterday Mrs Thatcher’s former press secretary, Sir Bernard Ingham, told Sky
News he could not recall the file, although he said Lady Thatcher was aware of
allegations against a government minister in the early 1980s.

She has previously been linked to the historic child abuse scandal after her former
aide Sir Peter Morrison was accused of raping an underage boy.

A former bodyguard to Lady Thatcher said he warned her of rumours about her
private parliamentary secretary, but he was still appointed Tory deputy party
chairman. Sir Peter died in 1995 aged 51 and was never charged with any offence.
The troubled inquiry into historic child sex abuse has suspended work until Home
Secretary Theresa May makes a firm decision on its future. The independent panel
will not hold any further meetings with victims until either a chairman is appointed
or a decision is taken whether to replace it. On Tuesday, one expert on the panel
claimed she was being ‘bullied and intimidated’ by the counsel to the inquiry. The
rest of the panel distanced themselves from the allegation, which the counsel also denied.

VIP paedophile parties: What child-sex victim told police

    Jan 24, 2015 22:30
    By Keir Mudie, Mark Conrad

The former Home Secretary who died last week was at the
centre of allegations involving an establishment paedophile
    ring operating in Westminster

‘An alleged victim of a Westminster paedophile ring claimed
to police that Leon Brittan abused him more than a dozen times.

The witness known as Nick said he also saw most of his friends
molested by the former Home Secretary who died on
    Wednesday aged 75.

Making the bombshell claims, Nick first spoke to investigative
website Exaro last year and identified Mr Brittan as being
    present at VIP abuse parties.

Asked how he knew who he was, Nick told the website: “Well,
he told me. Not his full name. He told me that it was Leon. And
it was only later in my adult life that I then knew who it was.”’

Westminster VIP paedophile parties: What child-sex victim told police

Friends and colleagues of Mr Brittan, including former Cabinet
Ministers Michael Howard, John Gummer and David Mellor, last
week defended his legacy and poured scorn on the allegations.

Mr Howard said: “I think it is a tragedy that his last days were
dogged by these quite unsubstantiated allegations.”

Mr Gummer, now Lord Deben, branded unsubstantiated claims
as “wicked” while Mr Mellor said: “I am especially sad he died
after he was subjected to unwarranted criticism and innuendo.”

Mr Brittan himself had always strenuously denied any allegation
    of sexual wrongdoing.

We would put the Queen in a COUNCIL HOUSE … Kate and Wills too, says Green Party

We would put the Queen in a COUNCIL HOUSE...Kate and Wills too, says Green Party

THE Queen would be given a council house if the Green Party abolished the royal
family and booted her out of Buckingham Palace.

    Published: 12:33, Sat, January 24, 2015
    By Helen Barratt

Natalie Bennett would abolish the monarchy if the Green Party won power

‘The plans to oust the monarchy and claim back her £429 million estate was one of
a number of proposals the Greens would try to pass if they got into power, its
    leader Natalie Bennett has said.

Prince William and Kate could also be out on their ear, as the party would also plan
to tighten inheritance tax rules to prevent living parents passing on wealth to their children.

But the welfare state would be bolstered to prevent Prince George from living on the streets.’

Speaking to The Times Ms Bennett said: “I can’t see that the Queen is ever going
to be really poor but I’m sure we can find a council house for her, we’re going to
    build lots more.”

The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh would have to say goodbye to their sprawling
Crown estates up and down Britain.

As well as Buckingham Palace, their weekend retreat Windsor Castle in Berkshire
could be put on the market.

The couple would also lose their Scottish Palace of Holyroodhouse and Northern
    Irish Hillsborough Castle.

I can’t see that the Queen is ever going to be really poor but I’m sure we can find a

    Natalie Bennett

It is not known what could happen to their privately owned Sandringham House in
Norfolk, and three Aberdeenshire residences Craigowan Lodge, Balmoral Castle and
    adjoining Delnadamph Lodge.

If the government stopped her annual government £38 million spending money,
she would be able to claim a £71 a week ‘citizen’s wage’. The adult benefit, which
would cost the Greens £280 billion would be funded by taxing the wealthy and
threatening them with confiscation powers if they didn’t cough up.

The Greens’ burgeoning support has seen membership reach nearly 50,000. A
YouGov poll earlier this month found the party was polling at its highest levels
before the breakthrough 1989 election year.

But they have backed away from celebrity endorsement of comedian and activist
Russell Brand, with an insider telling the paper it could “quickly turn into a
nightmare” if they had the Essex boy on side.

I never thought I would ever defend that repulsive woman Mrs Thatcher, however blaming her for the private activity of her ministers seems to me to be a step too far. It was a different time and scandals, whilst still 'scandalous', were not often aired in public. As a result people were able to hide their behaviour from sight. Mrs Thatcher may in fact have asked about the truth of the rumours and been told they were fiction. Or she may have decided that, like some of the things written about her, they were untrue. Proof would have been hard to find and she was a woman surrounded by powerful men all covering up for each other. She herself has not been accused of these crimes and orgies. Surely she did enough harm to the country generally, without linking her to something it appears she knew little about. Those Old Boys networks were leak-proof, it is one of the benefits of modern life that such secrets, as well as those of the past, are exposed more easily nowadays.

Please do not think I am defending that woman generally. I am just trying to say that in this case I do not think she can be held responsible for members of her Cabinet gleefully abusing, even murdering, little boys.

Hind sight is a wonderful thing , though David Icke has been talking
about this since the 1990's and scandels and rumours were going
on forever. Mrs Thatchers father had a reputation as a 'groper'
and she had a working relationship with Jimmy Saville on several
occasions. Her cabinet was full of public school boys so maybe she turned
a blind eye to some of their activities , but living in the Westminster

are some that would say she was too shrewd and clever not to

Margaret Thatcher made repeated attempts to win a knighthood for Jimmy Savile
despite warnings about his ‘manner of life’.The former prime minister made at least
five requests for the now-disgraced DJ to be considered for the top honour, but
senior civil servants voiced fears about his ‘strange and complex’ private life.

Previously unseen documents from the Cabinet Office reveal the extent of unease
about the BBC presenter, almost three decades before he was finally unmasked as
    a predatory paedophile.

Persistent: Margaret Thatcher with Jimmy Saville outside No 10 Downing Street in
1988, as it was revealed she tried five times to get him knighted while prime minister

    Misgivings...and the PM's retort

Misgivings...and the PM's retort. Civil servants were 'worried' while Mrs Thatcher
felt press reports on Savile were now forgotten. There is no suggestion that
Baroness Thatcher or her aides were aware of his vile abuse of children as young as eight.

Shamed DJ: Cigar-smoking Jimmy Savile pictured after receiving his knighthood at the Palace in 1990

But the official documents show that while BBC bosses were apparently willing to
ignore the presenter’s private life, Whitehall mandarins privately voiced their
misgivings about handing him a knighthood. The files, made public under the
Freedom of Information Act, show Mrs Thatcher wanted to bestow the honour to
    reward Savile’s charity work.

But her aides feared a scandal would engulf him and expressed fears he
would ‘exploit’ a knighthood and taint the entire honours system.

Mrs Thatcher eventually succeeded in her quest and the DJ and Jim’ll Fix It
presenter was made Sir Jimmy Savile in 1990, a month after she left Downing Street.

The Cabinet Office correspondence showed her requests on his behalf began at
least seven years earlier in 1983 – the year Savile boasted to journalists that he
bedded women he met while running charity marathons.

Her request was vetoed by the honours committee, whose chairman Robert
Armstrong said it was too soon after Savile’s ‘unfortunate revelations’.

Mrs Thatcher repeated her request in October that year but Mr Armstrong, who was
also her Cabinet Secretary, voiced ‘continued misgivings’.

The civil servant said: ‘We remain worried ... Fears have been expressed that Mr
Savile might not be able to refrain from exploiting a knighthood in a way which
brought the honours system into disrepute.’

Royals and Thatcher to blame for Jimmy Savile scandal, says Noel Edmonds

The Deal or No Deal presenter says the BBC cannot shoulder all the blame for
allowing the late DJ's offending to go unpunished

The Royal Family and Margaret Thatcher were as much to blame as the BBC for
failing to stop Jimmy Savile’s “unspeakable” crimes, Noel Edmonds has suggested.
The television presenter, who worked with Savile at the Corporation, said the whole
establishment was implicated for allowing the paedophile DJ to flourish. Edmonds
never liked Savile, he said, describing him as “the absolute depths of depravation”
and recalling how he used to wonder why he even had a job. But responsibility for
the prolific sex offending he committed during his decades-long career could not all
be laid at the door of the broadcaster, he argued.

“What transpired was unspeakable,” he told the Mail on Sunday’s Event
magazine. “But it’s wrong to entirely blame the culture of the BBC.

“Savile was in deep with the Royals, with Mrs Thatcher, with the hospitals and with Broadmoor.

“There’s a whole establishment that let him into its heart. Not just the BBC.”

I have never understood the appeal of Jimmy Saville, and, though he was, as we are now discovering, a disgusting human being he was not a member of Mrs Thatcher's cabinet. He was a bad choice as a friend, though if we have to account for the actions of our friends, we will be in some trouble! The fact that Mrs Thatcher's father was a DOM is irrelevant, if true, she is to be pitied and even admired for achieving so much in spite of him. If untrue it is rumour-mongering and should not be important.

I merely feel that she was around a group of very powerful men, all with their own secrets. She herself was a powerful person, but they, as men, would have had a very solid bond, as a result of their depravity probably. She would have had suspicions but made sure she knew nothing, and they would not have wanted her to. Why should she be responsible for their misbehaviour?

Surely there are other things that could be investigated about her. For example I suggest starting a war, with the resultant loss of life, to get reelected was a terrible thing to do, and is every bit as morally wrong as the dreadful acts of these men.

No doubt one of the reasons why she took us to war, but not the only one, from the Telegraph in 2008:

    MARCH 9TH, 2008 17:45
Was the Falklands War in reality a resource war?

As we commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Falklands War is it not also time we consider whether or not there may have been a hidden agenda. My reasons for asking this are that we are led to believe that the Argentinian goverment used the invasion to take the Argentinian peoples minds off of their Countrys disintergrating financial position and create unity by means of a common purpose.
What is not widely known is that the question of the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands was due to be heard in the International Court some 18 months later and the question of British sovereignty was far from certain, due to the fact that all the Falkland Islands had never formally been registered as British territory. Indeed over one hundred years previously a British Criminal Court had found itself unable to try a Argentinian Goucho with the murder of a Scottish settler due to them admitting in law they had no jurisdiction.
I have an open mind on the conspiracy theory however I believe it is worth some consideration. Basically it is this. The British forces presence on the Falklands was deliberately reduced with the intention of encouraging the Argentinians to invade, thus they could then be ejected and in doing so lose any moral argument they may have had for claiming the Islands as their own territory. This would also allow the case regarding British sovereignty in the International Court to be put on hold.
The reason for this alleged deception being oil and mineral resources within the area surrounding the Falkland Islands that are now actively being explored with a view to oil and mineral exploitation , this being despite original assurance that this region would be protected from such exploitation. I am informed that several American Oil Companies along with British companies are involved.
The thing that makes me somewhat sceptical about the real reasons for the Falklands War is this. How did Britain fail to recognise the preparations that the Argentinians were making to invade, bearing in mind the close links with the Country with numerous expats and citizens of British descent living there? Add to this the sophistication in satelite technology and M16 infiltration and internal intelligence gathering. On a recent visit to Argentina I put this to a Anglo Argentinian who remains well placed in Argentinian society. He replied that the same questions still taxed his mind. What do you think?

So, on that premise, remember, resources... we have this info:

Just for your information and in no way meant to detract from the OP.

Yes I don't think there will be direct evidence leading to Maggie over these political
sex scandals even if they do go any further .It would not surprise me if it goes no
where many are dead and I expect national security or not in the public interest will
be quoted by the Home secretary somewhere down the line , Theres a general
election in a few months so the political elite won't want this still over the front
    pages, but you never know....

Thatcher came to power in the midst of civil unrest similar to today but more tribal
the socialist and conservative were more apart , more like UKIP and Greens divide
in their social views. She confronted the Unions and fiddled while our industries fell
into decline as the global corporations moved to countries with cheaper labour and
little unions representation . It was the era of'get on your bike' and find work , the
Yuppies , the beginging of the 'Banksters' running wild in this era and lots of social
change. Plus some good music and if you had a job things were not bad, but you
knew there was a social divide of haves and have nots again like today.

She did have the benefit of North Sea oil revenues coming on line and punched
above her weight on the global scene friends with Ronald respected Iron Lady to
the Soviets. But her first term should of been her last as she was unpopular and
behind in the polls, luckily her Labour opponent a respected old socialist who looked
more like your grandfather pottering in the garden in his overalls, than the slick
Saatchi and Saatchi world of spin and advertising, as the New Romance era was in
full swing. ( later copied by Blair and New Labour). Rupert Murdoch also switching
his considerable media support from Conservative to New Labour.

Then came the Argentine invasion of the Falklands a political cock up as the foreign
office for years had been giving the military junta the impression that the Uk would
negotiate some sort of deal with them , and when the UK forces reduced its
offensive capabilities by scrapping the last fixed wing conventional carrier HMS Ark
Royal,The junta thought the UK had more or less given them the green light and
thought the royal navy to stretched to mount a task force especially if the
Argentine army was dug in ready for them . The British garrison at Pt Stanley was
around royal 40 marines who did put up a spirited if brief token defence before
surrendering unders order from the governor. The rest is history , but what it did
and has been copied sincein the US is the 'War dividend ' as long as it was not a
    disaster like Vietnam.,

Which was lost mainly on the TV and the body bags and invalided vets both
physically and mentally. War on this scale was off the agenda for a generation,
especially as the cold war was still playing out in the background costing billions
of $ and keeping the mil ind complex and Banksters happy, with the CIA carrying
out their covert drug wars and interfering in South America. This led to the end of
the cold war when a peace dividend should have led us into a new era. But that
was no good for the ind complex/Bankster and thru their Neo -Con proxies the War
on terror was born and to get the US public on board they needed an event like
a 'New Pearl harbour'. Hence the 9/11 inside job the invasion of Afghanistan,
Iraq and the chaos of today all great business for the mil ind complex and Banksters .

I mention the above because when the Royal navy task force under Maggies
insistence and it was touch and go and if the Argentine armed forces were better
equipped and led it could have been a disaster, as it was many were killed and
injured on both sides.Whether right or wrong the country was swept up in the
emotion and Maggie won the election against Michael foot and went on to destroy
the minors. One thing the MOD did because of the communication difficulties in the
South Atlantic was 'embed ' the journalists as in WW11 so there was no Vietnam
style free lancers showing the horrors on the screens and of course it was much
quicker and a classic bit of 'Gunboat diplomacy'.

So after 9/11 and the US and her allies invaded Afghanistan and Iraq again most
mainstream journalists were embedded and we were shown what the Pentagon and
MOD wanted them to report on the whole, yes it was dangerous and journalists
were still killed later as some tried to get to combat area, but on the whole the
repeat of the Viatnam propaganda failure was avoided.

But in the news over the last couple of days Washington has been attacking RT
comparing them to a terrorist mouthpiece while saying they are losing the
propaganda war as the Vietnam cycle due to the web is exposing the Pentagon
lies and they are stepping up their own propaganda campaign targeting the
web with the term. 'Cyber Wars' just like the 'War on Terror.. Here we go again !!

So the legacy for " The Lady is not for turning " is still with US ...

    Don't worry Ellisa

I started a short reply and I could not stop typing...LOL This is only a small part
of the events leading to today and there is obviously more nuances involved.

Leon Brittan died last week, aged 75

‘Brittan is said to have abused children at Elm Guest House, a boarding house in
Barnes, west London, which was run as a brothel in the 1970s and 1980s,
according to the Daily Star Sunday.

Among the shocking accusations are claims that one of Brittan’s victims was
    a 10-year-old primary school boy.

Other details that were reported include how a social worker described in testimony
details seeing photos, taken in the 1970s, of Brittan dressed in kinky outfits with
naked boys sitting on his lap.

Police were looking into allegations made about the Conservative politician when
he died aged 75 from cancer last week.’

He told Fairfax radio he thought the news was a joke at first, adding: "Why would

Mr Abbott said Queen Elizabeth II had also approved a knighthood for retired
Scottish-born defence force chief Angus Houston.

He was involved in the investigations last year into the missing Malaysian Airlines
plane, MH370, as well as the MH17 jet that was brought down over Ukraine.
Australians were killed in both incidents and Australia is heading the operation to
    find MH370.

He said it was "a great honour to be recognised in this way but I'd like people to
    still call me Angus".

Mr Abbott said that "throughout his life, Sir Angus has put Australia first".

"He immigrated to Australia as an adult, he chose Australia and we are much the
    better for it."

    Australia's honours system

Australia began awarding its own honours in 1975 - the awards eventually replaced
the existing British honours system.Anyone can nominate an Australian citizen for
an award for service, excellence or achievement. The awarding of knighthoods and
damehoods was discontinued in 1976 but brought back very briefly in 1986 - Tony
Abbott reinstated them in 2014.Only Queen Elizabeth II can appoint Australian
knights and dames, on the recommendation of the prime minister.
Republicans say the honours system is an outdated remnant of colonialism.

    'Grab-bag of cliches'

Mr Abbott praised the Prince's work as a campaigner, highlighting the achievements
in Australia of his youth charity, the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

"Prince Philip's long life of service and dedication should be honoured by Australia," he said.

Queen Elizabeth in Australia, 2006 Queen Elizabeth II, Australia's head of state, will

retains Britain's monarch as its head of state.

Recent polls suggest enthusiasm for making Australia a republic has dwindled since
a 1999 referendum, when 45% of voters were in favour.

Most Australians at the time elected to maintain the status quo. The republican
movement was split between those who wanted an elected president and those
    who preferred a parliamentary appointee.

In a speech on Sunday, Mr Shorten had argued that Australians should rally behind
    the idea of a republic.

"Let us have the courage to ask ourselves if we measure up to more than just a
grab-bag of cliches," he said. "Let us declare that our head of state should be one of us."

Opposition politicians have also criticised Mr Abbott's decision and its timing.

"As we try to reflect upon our nation... one of Australia's highest honours goes to
someone who's not part of our community really," the former premier of Western
Australia, Geoff Gallop, told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).

"In effect this is the eccentricity of Tony Abbott's views on our constitution coming
through," he was quoted as saying. "It certainly doesn't reflect the view of the
Australian people through a meritocratic process."

Greens leader Christine Milne told Fairfax Media: "There are plenty of wonderful
people right here who are worthy of recognition."

"But this is Tony Abbott - stuck on what Australia was and failing to notice all that
we are, or have any vision or pathway towards all that we can be."

‘Australian PM Tony Abbott has used the country’s national day to announce a
knighthood for Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh.

Mr Abbott, who reintroduced the honour last year, said the Prince had lived a “long
    life of service and dedication”.

Opposition politicians described the decision as out-of-step with the times.

The leader of the opposition Labor party, Bill Shorten, said it was “anachronistic” to
give the top award to a British royal on Australia Day.’

On a recent visit to Argentina I put this to a Anglo Argentinian who remains well placed in Argentinian society. He replied that the same questions still taxed his mind. What do you think?

This is an interesting article and as I thought , and we were told at the time as I
remember the conflict quite well, that talks were taking place over the sovereignty
of the Falklands and the garrison had been reduced as whatever happened any
transition of sovereignty would have to be with the agreement of the Islanders
which seemed unlikely even though relations between the Islands and Argentina
were cordial enough as most trade came in and out via Buenos Aires.

It did seem drastic why the junta invaded , when they had a strong legal case for
sovereignty even though they hand been in British hands far longer than the brief
Argentinian occupation after independence from Spain. Though acceptance by the
2000 islanders if it went to a vote would probably not go Argentina's way.
Obviously now there is no chance of that happening. Britain gave them all the
signals that they were not closing the door on the subject as the fleet was
reduced with no fixed wing carrier and even the supply/survey ship Endurance was
known to be retiring without a replacement and the garrison was a company of
Royal Marines with no heavy support weapons.

So were Argentina lured into a trap ? Its seems unlikely due to the state of the
British armed forces , but the case put forward for mineral exploitation and who
would be the sovereign country in control of a possible boom area , would make it
appealing for 'economic warfare' not necessarily controlled from Whitehall and
maybe both Mrs Thatcher and Gen Galtieri were having their strings pulled. Lulling
the Argentinians into a false illusion that Briton was pulling out and inviting
them in. Also Knowing Mrs. Thatchers character when pushed would force her to
react the way she did , thus letting TPTB fulfil their agenda.

Then this may bring in the Black Goo and other subjects mentioned in the video.

    Lord Carrington

An interesting point is the Foreign Secretaries role , with Madalaine Allbright trying
to prevent the escalation into conflict with 'shuttle Diplomacy' being the buzz word.
He resigned when open war was declared and was replaced by Francis Pymm. I
think he is still alive and looking back with his connections to Bilderberge and the
elites maybe he was party to setting up events on purpose knowing Mrs Thatchers
and the British press's reaction which would wake up the British public patriotism to
a throw back to empire which has cost the British taxpayer probably billions over
    the last 30 years.....

I posted the Abbot article on here before I decided
to post it as a separate thread, when I noticed how
connected the anglo Saxon PM's and President
have become as if they are controlled clones...

Which is of course what we have been speculating,
but when he nominated the Duke of Edinburgh
who is in his 90's and plenty of dark secrets
according to David Icke and others , I could
not believe how blatantly stupid and embarrassing
it was for us let alone for Aussies...LOL

Seven shocking facts about Saudi Arabia under ‘modernizing’ reign of King Abdullah

Tuesday 27th January 2015 at 09:08 By David Icke

‘Taken aback by the fulsome praise the recently deceased King Abdullah has garnered
from world leaders, RT has decided to assess whether his record stands up to scrutiny.

The majority of eulogies went beyond the requirements of diplomatic etiquette, while
some epithets used by Western politicians made people believe they had stepped
through the looking glass. UK Prime Minister David Cameron said the monarch, who
died at 90, “strengthened understanding between faiths,” while IMF chief Christine
Lagarde called him “a strong advocate of women,” albeit a “discreet” one. And almost
all political grandees seemed to agree that the scion of the House of Saud, was – in
the words of Tony Blair – “a skillful modernizer,” who “led his country into the future.”’

Margaret Thatcher warned of paedophile scandal, secret documents reveal

Saturday 31st January 2015 at 10:12 By David Icke

    ============================================
    ============================================

    The Telegraph...........

Margaret Thatcher warned of paedophile scandal, secret documents reveal

New dossier shows Mrs Thatcher was briefed on Sir Peter Hayman paedophile
scandal when she had been in Downing Street only a year, and officials feared
the diplomat's offending went back to at least 1966

Mrs Thatcher received a stream of memos from officials about the ''unnatural sexual proclivities'' of Sir Peter Hayman.

‘Margaret Thatcher, the former prime minister, was kept fully informed
about an investigation into a senior diplomat who was embroiled in a
paedophile scandal, newly-released secret documents show.

Mrs Thatcher received a stream of memos from officials about the
“unnatural sexual proclivities” of Sir Peter Hayman.

The prime minister was carefully coached on how to deflect difficult
questions about the affair after it was finally exposed by Private Eye
    magazine in 1980.’

The documents disclosed for the first time that Hayman had been
engaged in “sexual perversion” since at least 1966, when he was a
minister in the British military government in West Berlin.

The 37-page dossier set out how the then Director of Public Prosecutions
(DPP) decided not to prosecute the diplomat after he was caught with a
collection of paedophile material in 1978. It also shows the DPP never
informed the government or the security services about Hayman’s proclivities,
despite concerns enemy spies could have been blackmailing him for sensitive
information during his time abroad. The new information appeared to
undermine claims that the decision not to prosecute Hayman was part of an
Establishment conspiracy to cover up child abuse. It said the decision was not
referred to the security services at all, either because Hayman was already
retired or because there was a communications breakdown between DPP and MI5.

“An attempt was made to contact Security Services [by the DPP] when the
first police report was under consideration,” the dossier said.

“The contact was unavailable and his secretary said he would ring back – he did not do so.

“Later, the final decision not to prosecute was reached and the need to chase
the unreturned telephone call was overlooked.”

    Margaret Thatcher's Cabinet in 1980

The documents also said Hayman’s offence was not serious enough to merit
charges, according to policies then in force. The papers demonstrate Whitehall’s
shock at its failure to detect Hayman’s activities earlier, and concerns that vetting
procedures may need to be stepped up to prevent a repeat of the mistake.

However, it remains unexplained why Hayman’s arrest for possessing paedophile
material was hushed up between 1978 and the publication of the Private Eye
    story two years later.

The file contains a memo in Mrs Thatcher’s handwriting to Sir Michael Havers,
    the then Attorney General.

A handwritten memo from Margaret Thatcher to Sir Michael Havers

On 10 Downing Street notepaper, and dated March 20, 1981, it says: “So that
there be no doubt, I leave to your judgment whether or not you are interviewed
on media or TV about the Hayman matter.”

Signed “Margaret”, the memo is the final chronological entry in the file which has
been released to the National Archives, titled "PREM 19/588 SECURITY. Sir Peter
    Hayman: allegations against former public official of unnatural sexual proclivities;
    security aspects.”

Robert Armstrong, the Cabinet Office Permanent Secretary, said in a memo to the
prime minister marked “Secret” that it was a “difficult question” why no-one in
government was told by Sir Thomas Hetherington, the DPP, about the police
    investigation into Hayman.

“It would be better not to be drawn on this aspect in a way which could lead to the
need for a further statement,” he wrote.

In the event, no questions on the Hayman affair were asked during prime minister’s
questions in the Commons that week.

Another significant disclosure in the dossier is a memo from the Attorney General's
office which refers to Hayman's diaries.

"It is understood that they were recovered from the police by the Director
[of Public Prosecutions] for the undisclosed purpose of being made available
to the Security Services," it says.

The diaries were said to be "explicit and detailed records of his sexual
    activities and fantasies".

The dossier does not explain what happened to the diaries, how they were
examined by the security services or the outcome of their analysis.

Geoffrey Dickens MP who used parliamentary privilege to name Sir Peter Hayman as a paedophile in 1981

Hayman, who died in 1992, was named as an abuser of children by Geoffrey
Dickens MP and had links to the controversial Paedophile Information Exchange.

The case has been cited by campaigners as evidence of how paedophiles in the
highest levels of government had their activities covered up.

Widespread concern about institutional abuse has led Theresa May, the Home
Secretary, to set up a major new inquiry into how government handled the
    issue over decades.

The files show Hayman was discovered to be corresponding with an unknown
person who had "an obsession about the systematic killing by sexual torture of
    young people and children".

But no evidence was found that Hayman ever sent material relating to sexual torture.

Last December Scotland Yard announced it was investigating the alleged murder
of three young boys linked to a Westminster paedophile ring active in the late
    Seventies and early Eighties.

The papers said: “It is clear that Sir Peter Hayman was already engaging in sexual
perversion in 1966 when he returned from Berlin to the Foreign Office, and it must
be presumed that he was doing so before that time.”

While Hayman was posted to Canada, obscene correspondence began arriving at the
High Commission in Ottawa, they said, “apparently as a result of advertisements
    placed in a pornographic magazine”.

A member of the domestic staff was blamed at the time, it said, but “the latest report
raises the question whether it should have been laid at Sir Peter’s door”.

It has previously been claimed that Hayman worked for MI6 and even that he was
deputy chief of the Secret Intelligence Service.

The dossier makes clear that he was a career diplomat and not a spy.

The secret memo from Sir Robert says: "It was not the case that he 'had an intelligence background'."

Another document in the file - also marked 'Secret' - says: "Sir Peter Hayman
was a member of the Diplomatic Service."

John Mann MP, who has been instrumental in the campaign on behalf of abuse
    victims, welcomed the file’s release.

“It is important that these secret files are opened up, so this is potentially a
    significant development,” he said.

“We need to see more of them being released – in fact, we need to see all of them.”

Westminster ‘paedophile ring’: Sir Peter Hayman named in secret file

Saturday 31st January 2015 at 10:09 By David Icke

    THE TELEGRAPH..

Westminster 'paedophile ring': Sir Peter Hayman named in secret file

National Archives paper reveals the late diplomat Sir Peter Hayman was the focus
of a report into 'unnatural' sexual behaviour in the 1980s

‘Former diplomat Sir Peter Hayman has been named as the subject of a secret file
    concerning “unnatural sexual proclivities”.

The file, which has just been released to the National Archives, names the late Sir
Peter in a report prepared for then prime minister Margaret Thatcher.

His name had previously been redacted from the file name, which emerged in the
wake of an inquiry into the Home Office’s handling of child sexual abuse allegations.’
