Default Dragnet Closing in on US Citizens and Their Assets

TSA to Arrest Anyone Charged with any Crime trying to Come or Leave – including taxes … The border is closing rapidly. First it was FATCA hunting Americans with any assets overseas whatsoever. Now just two days after taking charge of the committee chairing the House Homeland Security subcommittee hearing, U.S. Rep. John Katko introduced two bills. He is looking to effectively close the borders using terrorism as the excuse as always to hunt down Americans. Katko is a former federal prosecutor. So he knows precisely what he is doing writing a law that is so broad, that anyone suspected of a crime cannot leave the country. This is any crime. Keeping gold in a safe deposit box is money laundering carrying up to 25 years in prison. – Martin Armstrong

Dominant Social Theme: Terrorism has to be fought. Broad laws are better.

Free-Market Analysis: This article from Martin Armstrong is a timely reminder that cross-border protections are getting stronger not weaker. We’ve estimated in the past that within two years time it will be significantly more difficult to get funds in and out of the US. Armstrong has come to the same conclusion. Most of the terrorism legislation and military and civilian terrorism measures are not aimed so much at terrorists, from our point of view, as they are at citizens.

Commercially, it makes perfect sense to secure the chattel.

I'd imagine that soon it would be easier for a Mexican to sneak in illegally than for an American 'citizen' to leave voluntarily.

Next tax amnesty:- all illegals declare yourself - we'll give you a green card. Chalk up one more 'citizen' with a birth certificate account
for the corporate govt. to access + $10 million insurance policy in case of premature expiration of the chattel.

When every govt. form signed by a citizen becomes commercial paper that can be securitized, the more citizens the better.

Black rights, women's rights, gay rights - a marriage license is another contract with the corporation running the country in bankruptcy,
for access by securitization to the birth certificate accounts of the parties involved - with their agreement as evidenced by their signature
on the commercial instrument. Negotiable instruments law.

Nothing to do with prejudice, just another revenue stream for the corp.

And for all those who still think they are 'citizens', just have a look at how 'THE NAME' is written on the govt. corporate ID. Any variance
by capitalization or or rearrangement of the order indicates an ens legis legal fiction.

You are not a person, you have a person - you are not a citizen, you have a citizen account - a good thing if used properly.

All federal citizens reside in Washington DC. With all those thinking they are 'citizens', the country must be pretty empty - heaps of
    room for those illegal immigrants.
[Fed capital in Aust. is Canberra ACT but The Commonwealth of Australia Corp. is registered to Washington DC via the New York
Securities and Exchange Commission so all Aussie 'citizens' eventually reside in Washington DC]

By the way, isn't Washington DC registered in Puerto Rico? Whole damn country is empty - lights are on but no one is home.

TSA and FATCA are only authorized to go after the 'citizen' account but with everyone going around claiming to be the 'citizen'
what are they to do but arrest the 'surety' for that account?

In Aus one of the issues is 'illegal boat people' - these people are fleeing whatever miserable existence with the hope of being
taken in by Australia - but they are destroying their documents before they arrive.

The corporation running Australia in bankruptcy takes a very dim view of chattel sneaking in but not bringing their account number
    with them.

Every life is unlimitably valuable meaning the corporate governance can extrapolate unlimited securities off every citizen account.

Katko's law's are less about the value of the gold in the safe deposit box than the value than can be extrapolated off the
warehousing of a living being in a bigger safe deposit box for 25 years.

Prisons are one of the most lucrative trades on the planet.

Are you kidding me!!!??? Holy Sh**!!!

Then again this is wholly consistent with the interpretation that the US is operating under martial law, and legal title to all "property" is held by the State. In the future, at this rate if nothing changes, the only way out will be by accepting this reality and operating via trust interpretation.

Given the current existing education on this subject, that would be well below 5% of the population, since anyone who seems to learn it, always succumbs to the bizarre tendency to not want to share this information... O.o? Even though the existing percentage of people who have any inkling, are probably the most self serving and morally questionable people on the planet... (thus the battle of good, is ironically the system of trust itself vs evil, the people who are trying to manipulate it to their own ends...

Consider the only way they figured out so far to leverage this system to their advantage, is to simply manipulate the education system to prevent the rest of the population from exercising this right... think of the implications of this... it should be telling you something... that and propagate as much fear and moral debauchery as possible...

Legally Who Are You? Steve Thomas

Why I don't diss "the Bible" ...one of the best explanations of the "occult" nature and origin of Commerce, but unlike Jordan, he takes it from the "biblical text" point of view, talks about what is essentially "natural law" then combines that with US history and brings it all the way to admiralty. This is one of the best presentations for total newbs right up to 'advanced'. This is the basis of understanding needed before you can move into trust interpretation.

note: for the naysayers in advance, as fundamental, powerful and indepth (and brilliant) as this presentation is, don't lose sight this is still only an 'introduction'... No one is going to learn this in two hours. (except maybe David Wilcock... lol... kiddin' But this is still a brilliant presentation of a complex subject, and shows why historical context is so important to understanding the current legal system...

    Excellent primer vid sigma6 -

I can not express strongly enough how important it is for this fundamental deception to become common knowledge.

For those who will be put off by the religious nature of the presentation - I've had it explained to me that, no matter
what your religious persuasion (or lack of), once one enters into commerce (by signing for the benefits and privileges
of citizenship) you are adopting Christianity (for the purpose of engaging in said commerce).

I didn't catch which version of the bible he is referencing but I'd be surprised if it wasn't the King James version.

In QEII's coronation oath she attested to the KJV bible being "the greatest book 'this world' affords".

'THIS world' being the corporate legal fiction world - not 'THE world' being the lawful real world all the living beings
    inhabit.
How much hinges on one word?
This is the basic book of commerce and can be used to hold this corporate governance to account.

Along these lines I disagree with his take on the constitution.

    For starters -Which constitution?

    Blacks Law 9th has a definition -
constitutor (kon-stJ-t[y]oo-tJr), n. [Latin "an orderer,
arranger"] Roman law. A person who, by agreement,
becomes responsible for the payment of another's debt.

Whereas the world is being managed by this corporate governance in bankruptcy reorganization, every time the debt
is rolled over (every 70 yrs internationally) a new constitution is drafted for limiting the power of said governance.

Doesn't guarantee any 'rights' for anyone but those in public office can be held to account under it.

For the States of the union first debt roll over happened after the war of independence 1789.

Fast forward 70 years to the civil war - second roll over for the united States of America 1859.

Fast forward 70 years to the 1929 stock market crash - third roll over for United States Corporation.
The Fed was already in place and in '33 they mortgaged the people under 'The New Deal' by securitizing
birth certificate bonds, as the land and all fixtures had already been mortgaged.

Fast forward 70 years to 1999 - referring back to the bible, after 210 years ( 3 periods 70 yrs) of servitude
the Israelites were released from bondage.
Kinda lends credence to the destruction of all the records for all the alphabet agencies including the IRS when
    they dropped WTC7 in 2001.

I've been told there was a jubilee of sorts that year over there where all mortgages were renegotiated, but
no one was informed that the debt was forgiven and signed up for more bondage on the new contracts.
    (I can't verify this).

So under the current constitution, it doesn't matter if Obama is Kenyan or an Eskimo, and going back to the OP -
The bills John Katko has introduced are just more hypothecation on the debt mountain as usury inevitably sinks
    the vessel.

So how does one wield the pen as a mighty sword? In a word - affidavits. Only a living being can create an affidavit
and a corporation is just a pile off paper - an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce, and can be admitted
as fact in evidence in any legal arena.

In negatively averred style (placing the burden of proof on the other party) each point could be made within the body
    of an affidavit as follows:-

There is no evidence that John Katko, doing business as
JOHN KATKO, SENATOR FOR THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION, has demonstrated the necessary precedents or lawful
authority to introduce such broad sweeping measures as outlined in bills No.--- , and the affiant
    believes no such evidence exists.

There is no evidence that --- etc.

Under contract law, no response (silence) means agreement. They NEVER rebut an affidavit - document and certify the non-response and this
establishes the facts - the agreement between the parties.

Obviously the issue at hand must be one that someone feels strongly enough about - but watch their heads spin if people started indicting some
of these war criminals for crimes against humanity.
The only thing stopping most is the lack of knowledge of just how powerful we truly are.
