I have had experience with the all seeing eye technology the apex power groups of earth have. Transhumanism is tied into all seeing eye technology. The All Seeing Eye Tech is a pivotal part of the control grid by NWO technology.

Some aspects of the All Seeing Eye tech the cabal uses:
•Advanced Artificial Intelligence
•Thought Surveillance Technology
•Reality Surveillance Technology(Visually etc)
•Virtual Reality Based on Reality
•Eyesight to Computer Interfacing from any visual cortex of any human or animal
•Technological Remote Viewing
•Technological ESP
•Technological Channeling of Thought Streams Of Other Beings or AIs
•Lie Detector Based on What is in Another Person's Mind
•Recordings of Conscious Variables(Thoughts, Conscious Energies, Subconscious, etc)
•Telepathic User Interface (UI)

I have experienced versions of all these things, so I can vouch for this being real personally. All of these together comprise the All Seeing Eye Technology the cabal uses. All of the apex cabal operatives are transhuman, and some have access to the All Seeing Eye Technology. The cabal uses these technologies in a sinister fashion. I am curious how mankind will react when all of these technologies become public, as they inevitably will in time...

The technology has likely been around for sometime, The hybrid Illuminati / Cabal faction are perhaps the custodians of such technology until 'their' leader returns?

There again these bloodline families are likely more directly linked to the Annunaki and see the masses as inferior beings to be used as they desire without us even knowing. Things are changing rapidly so they're in panic and survival mode.

Planet NIBIRU, with a 3.6 to 4k year orbit, appears to be on its way round again so I was thinking the Hadron Collider type technology could be related to opening a portal as we get planetary /geometric alignments?

It is possible that a large celestial body like Nibiru may well cause significant climate change, especially if its dragging asteroids, space rock and debris with it. Evidence suggests earth has suffered a number of cataclysmic events in the past, hence Alternatives 1,2 & 3
