The OP's video is an obvious hoax Cider. Concerning the Buckingham Palace, it is now totally debunked as the building is not Buckingham Palace, it's the Moor Park Golf Club.

from Bucks palace was shown to be another hoax / prank ,

Pretty discouraging when more than half of the good UFO videos are hoaxes. I think they are mind controlling tools to hoax things to discredit the real ones. After so many hoaxes the natural predictive programming is thinking everything is a hoax for many people. Now if a clear shot of a UFO is obtained it will just be considered a hoax even in the real events by many.

During a live broadcast of the news channel TN News in Argentina on March 3, 2015 a UFO appears behind the windows of the news room.

Of course we may wonder if it is a computer-generated imagery UFO video but a YouTube commenter wrote that the UFO was really there.

Comment: “This video is real, I saw live the news and I told my husband that I had seen something strange happen behind the journalists, I thought of a UFO. The news room has a huge window and behind there is a motorway, the luminaries are corresponding to that highway.”

Yay my first post here!
Typical Argentinian humor i think.
But nevertheless, I grew up in Argentina and can assure you UFOs (OVNIS) are very often seen in the entire country.
Cattle mutilations are also a big issue since I can remember and every now and then appear in the news. The official version say it's people stealing cows, viruses, animals...
Cropmarks and landingmarks are not talked about. Mostly because if a farmer says something about it the police may go pay him a visit, burn the fields and scare the hell out them and their families to keep it quiet.
Lights in the sky are ok tho. About those you'll hear lots, because even there is not swampgas it's allways baloons
I live in Europe since 6 years and I don't get good information anymore, but I know from people who worked for the government, and also from my own sightings that this stuff happens a lot down there and it is very real.

I doubt if they had a alien spacecraft on a truck that they would leave it uncovered for everyone to see.... at the very least, they would cover it up with some tarpaulin. (yes I could be wrong but I sadly doubt it).
