What about the part that has the black project technology? Is he forgetting those criminals? They are the biggest criminals on earth. They are going nowhere without me knowing. They have tortured me with advanced technology every single day since late 2007. No "white hat" has ever made a difference on their actions from what I can tell. They have in depth psyche profiles, any person that would be heartfelt is not considered for promotion of these groups...

This just seems like more false hope, packaged in a different form then channeling, since channeled messages are somewhat losing their power over people from all the deception in them being sussed out.

Is BRICS even something good? It is most likely controlled just like the federal reserve IMO. I don't see much different in the leaders of China, Russia, or America. Sure RT is nice but other than that they don't have much a stellar record of humane actions.

The different black ops and black project technology having groups of the world I wonder if they are all complicit, so the true rulers of these countries could be all complicit with each other orchestrating an old agenda. It is also worth noting that on last Friday, the 13th, the Vatican released documents that had been suppressed for 700 years showing the Knights Templars were innocent. Yet a further big event was the 10-day the disappearance of Russian President Vladimir Putin that ended just as this newsletter was being readied. The disappearance coincided with allegations made against him by two separate sources. The first was evidence provided by the US Defense Intelligence Agency showing that Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu was a Russian spy.

This would imply that 311 tsunami and nuclear terrorist Netanyahu’s superior was Putin. It turns out that Clinton’s brother was given a permit to mine for gold in Haiti right after that country was hit by an earthquake and a tsunami that killed over 220,000 people.

It is a good guess that payback time has begun for the Khazarian Saudi royals over their involvement in 911 and in financing pseudo Islamic terror around the world. What was weird about this trial though was that instead of dismissing the case immediately, as happened in the past, the judge said he would pass his judgement on March 19th. I strongly suspect that Putin was having meetings with the Alliance. I don’t have any idea why Ben came out with such an unprovoked and groundless accusation that Putin was involved in 3/11. Ben has been in at least three Russian documentaries that greatly exposed what is going on, and this included a documentary that talked about 3/11 and repeated what he said about it being caused by Israel.

From what I have been hearing on my end, the panic is every bit as high in the space program side of the Cabal / Illuminati as it is on the terrestrial side.

The Alliance wants to:

- Do away with all cabals and secrecy on earth;
- Release all forbidden technologies (very advanced stuff);
- Eliminate money completely (we will not need it);
- Bring us into cooperation with positive ETs (there are many);
- Set up a transitional government, which then leads to;
- Clearing out most forms of government entirely;
- Completely restore the biosphere, reverse droughts, feed people;
- Colonize space much more than the “colonies” that now exist.

I am sure there are other goals, but those are the ones we know of.

Governments will not be necessary beyond a limited degree when everything is open and honest, there is no need for money because everyone has what they need, and people can all have a voice through electronic communication.

There were VERY big meetings going on, with both the Alliance and the Cabal, starting around last Tuesday — just a few days after Putin disappeared. It is almost a certainty that he was at these meetings.

There have been MAJOR defections over to the Alliance in the space program, and they have been ordered to put the brakes on and not take it quite so fast. They attacked a base on Mars and a base off the coast of South Carolina and caused a lot of “collateral damage” and innocent deaths in both cases.

Though they now have been given the tech to do this, they are being asked not to be so violent with it. This is meant to be a gradual change that remains peaceful, and helps us move into a peaceful spacefaring advanced society.

Let’s not go there yet.

The new defectors to the Alliance ordered the strikes on the two bases. There were elements there they wanted to remove, but a lot of innocent lives were lost as well.

The Alliance defectors have wanted to immediately take out all ET “embassies” on Earth where adversarial elements live. They are being prevented from doing that. Most likely the negatives will be arrested and tried, not just whacked.

How many years have I been reading this stuff? Quite a few and if there is any truth in all this then obviously it has to break the surface at some point doesn't it? I mean you can't release free energy etc without people knowing it! So how much of this do I take seriously? None of it. I think whoever the insiders are who ply him with this info are having a laugh - some of em anyway. And he's the perfect dupe for it. Highly egotistical, self-referential, insecure maybe, naive perhaps. Everything is about him, so he would think he was very highly placed to be 'in' on info like this. I'm not knocking DW for his other work though I suspect that much of it could be pseudo science or history but I've not read his books so I can't comment further. I'm sure he'll continue like this for a few more years before people stop listening - if they do because it's what we might like to hear if it were true. And I expect he'll continue to do quite well out of it.

WHO decides when a person has "what they need"? I think that if you would ask several billion people "what they need", I think you'd get several billion different answers.

Well, understand that before the internet it was possible to keep free energy under control, as it was off everyone's lips, totally out of their lexicon of even being a subject or thought.

Since the advent of the internet, corralling people has slowly moved to being almost impossible. I'd go as far to say, that unless all of humanity is decimated or bombed out of existence, or both, like stomping on 7 billion ants and burning them with oil fire and murderous penetrating seeping liquid/gaseous/genetic toxins.....that it will be impossible to stop, or even retard.

Of course, you see the signs of the stomping, the burning oil fires and the liquid/gaseous/genetic creeping and infiltrating toxins...we see it everywhere..and it is, apparently...speeding things up instead of slowing things down.

So humanity is learning how to respond to a threat. Awareness rises. Good.

The universe, this dimensional plane, as a window of time/quanta based experiential 'space', has it's ups and downs, experiences which have relevance here and in other spaces....so...git'er'dun.

The only way that happens, if one stops being the observational monkey (avatar base drive systems), and becomes, in at least some way.... the directly involved monkey.

The quickest easier way to do that, is to not take negative thrusted willful reality formation and injection from your neighbor and anyone you encounter, of the older paradigm.

Introduce and push the new paradigm into the lexicon of the living.

The problem is not the extant paradigm, it is the will and motional mass of the will and knowing of the older forms of being. Those have to be changed, and it is changed via being that new paradigm, as a person, and wearing it on your sleeve.

As Bill said about how his old friend signed his letters. He did not say, at the end, 'take care', he ended his letters with 'take risks'.

If you don't take risks, then this remains as it is and wanders down into dark spaces with no future, where the willful ignorance of the many drives us into the decimated ditch of a dead future..

So get out there and whatever way works for you, inch by inch...'take risks'. Today, not tomorrow, when your kid has this or that thing out of the way, or when your free time permits, etc. that sort of thing is just a self lie. Though Director Bortnikov cannot travel to EU countries or Canada because he is on their sanctions list, it is interesting to note, he is notably absent from the US list and “officially” he was in the United States for two days to attend the White House Summit on Countering Violent Extremism.

Director Bortnikov’s private White House visit with President Obama a few weeks ago, it should be further noted, follows a similar meeting held this past May between America’s leader and SCRF Secretary Nikolai Patrushev [photo 3rd left] (known as the second most powerful person in Russia), who, likewise, has been a longtime KGB-FSB spy.

As to why President Obama has chosen over the past year to meet privately in the White House with the Federations top two spies this SCRF report doesn’t say, but it is understandable in the context of a similar crisis between Russia and the US that occurred in the early 1960’s when then President John F. Kennedy chose to use indirect backchannels with both Cuba and Moscow to defuse the Cuban Missile Crisis as he did not trust his own country’s warmongers in the Pentagon and Congress.

President Obama’s choice to meet with Director Bortnikov, the “shadow CIA” global intelligence organization STRATFOR further reports, is due to the FSB Director’s knowing the ins and outs of Russia's support for separatists and intelligence on US moves in the region.

Also, STRATFOR correctly reports, Director Bortnikov is an economist by trade and understands the pressure created by Western sanctions on Russia and has the comprehensive knowledge needed to discuss all these issues in Washington.

"I strongly suspect" - strengthened to "almost" a certainty. It's pure conjecture then. Release forbidden tech, end use of money, fine but it doesn't happen. How many years have I been reading this stuff? Quite a few and if there is any truth in all this then obviously it has to break the surface at some point doesn't it? I mean you can't release free energy etc without people knowing it! So how much of this do I take seriously? None of it. I think whoever the insiders are who ply him with this info are having a laugh - some of em anyway. And he's the perfect dupe for it. Highly egotistical, self-referential, insecure maybe, naive perhaps. Everything is about him, so he would think he was very highly placed to be 'in' on info like this. Any attempts to form a NWO are never going to meet with the people's trust, and that is why attempts are being made to do it secretively.
If there is going to be actual reform, I think it is going to have to come from within each nation's government, and if they manage to do that, then there might be actual opportunities for coalitions of governments that could effectively work together to create positive planetary change.
Otherwise, the corruption already existing at the local levels will simply be re-created on a planetary level, and probably morph into something even worse.
Hand in hand with local reform of governments will have to come personal, individual reform, encouraged and supported by groups of individuals acting together as units.
In such groups, there will always be leaders and role models who will inspire others to progress, until each member of the group is affected and everyone's evolution jumps up to the next higher level.
Dr. Christopher Hills described how this works in human groups in his book, Nuclear Evolution.
Change and reform cannot be imposed from above, but must be birthed from within the nucleus of each individual, though it is through the interaction with a group of peers that each individual is supported and nurtured into growth.
But the Cosmos itself also takes a hand in evolution, and there are certainly many indications that the time for that is at hand.
